Thanks to a few requests, I've decided to make this a mini-series; every chapter will be a different 'quarantine' scenario with Naley. Hope you enjoy this one :)

. . .

Haley Scott was ready to pull every hair out of her scalp— it'd probably be a lot less painful than her current situation: being stuck inside with four kids, a dog, and her husband. Sure, it wasn't all bad— in fact, she really enjoyed spending quality time with her family, but after eighteen days in a row, it was starting to get a little old.

None of them had left the house, save for one very quick trip to the grocery store to buy two gallons of milk for her growing teenage son, another package of toilet paper (the last one on the shelf), and as many boxes of macaroni and cheese as she could find. Who knows how much longer they'd be in social distancing, but, as she heard her three-year-old start screaming again, she prayed like Hell it'd be over soon.

"MOMMY!" Jackson wailed from inside the living room. Haley inhaled a deep breath, finished rinsing the dish she was washing and ventured out of the kitchen to play referee for the one-hundredth time that day.

With her hands on her hips, she frowned at the scene in front of her. Jamie was in front of the TV playing what looked like some zombie-war game, which was way too violent for her three-year-old son to be witnessing. No wonder he was spooked.

"Jame, can you turn that off, please?" She requested, "it's scaring your brother."

Jamie shrugged, not even nothing to look away from the screen, "he can go upstairs then."

"Excuse me, young man," Haley turned her stern-voice on. Jamie was usually the most well-behaved of their kids, but, now that he just turned fourteen, he was starting to push his limits. God help her if he turned into a teenage-version of her husband. She remembered the mood swings and shuddered.

Jamie yelled something into his headset and a loud shooting sound rippled from the TV. On the screen, zombie's heads were being blown off and blood that looked way too realistic for a video game splattered on the screen.

Jackson's crying got louder and Haley rushed over to try and console him. Then, she marched right up to the television and turned it off.

Jamie shot up from the couch and scowled, "what the hell, Mom? I was just about to finish that level!"

"I don't care," Haley matched his scowl, "first of all when I tell you to stop, that doesn't mean continue. Secondly, you should not be playing a game that violent, especially with your little brother in the room. You have a million other games to play. And lastly, watch the language. You're spending way too much time around Chuck. Just because he talks like that doesn't mean you can. You know better than that, James Lucas Scott."

Jamie groaned loudly, "but Mom—"

"No," she shook her head, "find something else to do. You've been in front of that stupid TV for days."

"There's nothing else to do," he grumbled again, "I'm so bored!"

"We have a basketball hoop in the driveway," Haley said, "use it."

Jamie pointed towards the window, "it's raining."

"Then find something else to do in your room. I'm sure you'll think of something."

"Whatever," he grabbed his cellphone from the table and stormed up the stairs. Sure enough, he too was going stir crazy. Haley couldn't really blame him - he missed school and seeing his friends- but she would absolutely not condone that behavior in her house.

"Are you okay, baby?" She turned towards her youngest son, who has his head buried against the crux of her shoulder.

He whimpered softly. It was definitely nap time.

"Did the TV scare you?"

"Y-yea," he cried.

"It's okay," she kissed the crown of his raven black hair, "it was only a silly video game. It's not real. Jamie won't be playing it anymore. I promise."

"'Kay," he said softly and wiped at his eyes. She smiled as she carried him up the stairs to his racecar bed; a gift from Uncle Lucas and Aunt Peyton.

"It's nap time, bud," Haley gently tucked him under the covers and placed another kiss on his forehead.

"I'm not tired," Jackson mumbled, albeit, very sleepily.

"Mhmm," Haley stifled a smile, "do you want me to ready you a story?"

He mumbled again, shook his head, and eyes fluttered closed. Within a minute, his breathing slowed and he was sound asleep.

Haley sighed contently. Finally, a little moment of quiet after another fire was put out.

But- she spoke too soon.

Just as she was closing Jackson's door, she could hear the sound of her other two children fighting down the hall.

"Stop it! It's mine!"

"No! It's mine!"

"I was using it first!"

Haley ran her fingers through her tangled hair- she couldn't remember the last time it had been brushed. She felt disgusting. Her husband's old college sweatshirt and faded sweatpants seemed to be her new outfit-of-choice. Brooke would chastise her if she saw.

Luckily, by the time she got to Lydia's room, Nathan had already intervened. It looked as if he'd just emerged fresh out of the shower - in fact, his hair was still dripping and his white t-shirt clung to his chest as if he hadn't had a chance to properly dry off.

She couldn't help herself; she licked her lips as she ogled his body. You'd think with so much time at home, they'd be able to make all the love in the world - but nope. They'd barely had time alone together. One of the kids was always climbing into bed with them, or they'd be too tired to even move after a long day of trying to entertain themselves. There was never a dull moment in the Scott house.

Haley selfishly wished this quarantine thing happened when they were still in high school, then she'd get to keep Nathan all to herself without any interruptions.

But, still, she loved her kids way too much to ever think of a life without them … no matter how badly she missed her husband's tender touch.

"What's going on here?" She heard him ask.

Eight-year-old Lydia was jumping on the bed, holding the Nintendo Switch game high above her head so that six-year-old Jordan couldn't reach it.

"She took my game!" Jordan shrieked.

Lydia scowled - a mirror image of her mother's face, "No I didn't. I was using it and he took it out of my hands!"

Nathan exhaled sharply, "we do not steal from our siblings. I don't care who had it first. Lydia, stop antagonizing Jordan. Jordan, ask your sister politely if you'd like a turn."

"But she-"

"He-"

"Nope," Nathan held out his palm and shook his head gently, "I don't like the fighting, so until you two can get along and learn to share, the game is mine."

"But daddy—," Lydia's pout was almost comical. Within an instant, she could turn on her charm. She was Daddy's little girl, and she knew it. Typically, that look could let her get away with anything, but Nathan was not having it today— even with those heartbreaking eyes of hers.

"No, Lydia." He shook his head firmly, "please give me the game."

Not wanting to upset him further, she reluctantly gave her dad the game and huffed on her bed. She was not happy.

Jordan also looked up at Nathan with his green eyes - a perfect blend of blue and brown, "Dad?"

"Yeah, bud?"

"Can I have a snack? I'm starving actually."

Nathan chuckled and glanced towards the door where his beautiful wife was standing, "ask Mommy."

Haley laughed and held out her hand, "sure, Jordan. Come on."

He watched the two of them walk out hand-in-hand, then glanced at his daughter. Her arms were crossed over her chest and sulking at the purple painted walls. Boy, did she have a flair for the dramatics. Haley always said she was going to end up on Broadway or on the big screens.

"Cheer up, buttercup," Nathan coaxed her with a playful smirk, "there are plenty of other fun things you can do."

"I wanted to play Animal Crossing," she pouted.

"You don't need a video game to do that," he suggested, then motioned towards the twenty stuffed animals spread out across her bed, "why don't you play it in real life? You could set up a bunch of mazes and have your animals try to escape."

Her eyes instantly lit up, and a giddy smile blossomed across her lips. Nathan felt his heart burst. She was just like her mother.

"Can you play with me?"

Truthfully, Nathan wanted to go back downstairs and try to sneak in some alone time with his wife; he had seen the way she was eyeing him before and damn did he want her. The more he couldn't have her, the more he wanted her. The universe was playing a cruel trick.

But, he couldn't say no to Lydia's pleading eyes - at least not twice in a row, so he gave in and let her boss him around.

A little while later, Haley and Jordan re-emerged.

"Hey," Haley stuck her head inside Lydia's room and found her husband sprawled across the floor with a bunch of stuffed animals 'treading' across his back. She giggled along with Lydia,
"I'm making brownies. Anyone wanna help?"

Lydia immediately threw her stuffed unicorn on the floor and rushed over towards her mother, leaving Nathan completely in the dark.

"Oh, I see how it is," he feigned hurt as he clutched at his chest, "you leave me when something better comes along."

Lydia frowned, raced back over towards where he was lying on the floor, and gave him a quick hug. "Sorry, daddy, I love you, but I love brownies more."

"Yeah, yeah," Nathan teased, "you sound just like your mother."

Haley winked at him, "and don't you forget it, Scott."

He shook his head, smiling, as Lydia and Jordan followed Haley out of the room and down to the kitchen. As he returned to his own room to change into new sweats and a sweatshirt, he could hear his wife singing mixed with Jordan and Lydia's giggles. It may never be quiet, but it sounded like true happiness— and he wouldn't change that for anything.

Before venturing downstairs, he decided to check on Jamie, who was blasting music in his room.

"What's up, man?"

Jamie was in bed on his laptop, "nothing," he muttered, "just bored."

"You could clean out the garage," Nathan suggested.

"I'd rather not."

Nathan shook his head, "alright, just stay out of trouble. And listen to your mother," he warned.

Even if Jamie responded, it's not like Nathan would have heard him over the music blaring. He closed the door and followed the smell of the brownies baking in the oven.

But, when he walked into the kitchen, it was like walking into a war zone.

The bag of flour was spilled all over the floor - poor Jordan was covered head-to-toe in the white powder. Lydia was standing in the corner with her mouth wide open and Haley was on her hands and knees unsuccessfully trying to clean it all up.

She looked as if she were ready to start crying.

"Hey, hey," Nathan tried to intervene, "let me help you, babe."

"You just showered," she shook her head.

"Alright, well, let me get this little man in the bath," Nathan picked up Jordan and held him out in front of his chest as if he had on a dirty diaper.

"I'm sorry, Mommy," Jordan almost cried. "I didn't mean to drop it."

"I know, love," Haley said softly, "it was only an accident."

"Come on, buddy, let's clean you up," Nathan carefully carried him back upstairs, trying his best not the spread flour everywhere, and ran the bathwater. He plopped Jordan right into the tub, clothes and all.

Only one thing was sure; Nathan and Haley Scott's life was never boring.

. . .

Finally, finally — after two more bath times, a shower, a thrown-together dinner, and four goodnight's later, Nathan and Haley were alone at last.

"How is it possible that we live in the same house and yet I barely see you all day?" She laughed, joining him on the couch.

Nathan chuckled, "I know. We should've bought a smaller house."

"God," Haley groaned, "no we should not have. We barely have enough 'personal space' as it is."

"Good point," he said and slid his arm around her shoulders, "though, I don't mind being close to you."

"Mhmm," she smiled, closed her eyes, and rested her head on his shoulder, "I've missed this."

"Me too," he kissed her forehead, then chuckled again.

"What?"

"I think you still have some flour in your hair."

She groaned, "of course I do."

He smiled, then pushed a stray hair behind her ear.

"Please don't look at me," she said, "I'm gross right now."

"No, you're not. You're never gross, Hales."

"Please," she scoffed then gestured to her tattered pajamas, "I haven't worn real clothes in weeks."

"Oh, I know," he smirked, "I like the no-bra thing."

Haley's cheeks turned pink, "ugh. You've noticed?"

"Of course I did," Nathan's smirk grew as his hand began to snake beneath her shirt, "I haven't been able to look away. I gotta say, I'm almost tempted to turn the heat down so you're always cold."

"Nathan!" She squeaked and swat at his shoulder.

"What?" He shrugged, gently squeezing her bare breast, "I like it."

Haley bit her lip when she felt his thumb flick against her hardening nipple, "me, too," she breathed.

"God, I used to stare at your breasts all the time when you were tutoring me. It's really a wonder how my grades improved. All I could think about was doing this," he whispered huskily, tweaking her nipple between his thumb and forefinger. "I loved when you wore those tight t-shirts with no bra - fuck, your nipples were always teasing me."

"Nathan," Haley's breathing was ragged. He palmed her breast and she moaned again.

"You know I love your ass, baby, but damn I could play with your boobs all day long,"

"Oh!" Another moan escaped her mouth and she pushed her chest harder into his palms, begging for more contact, "they're not- they're not as perky as they once were," she tried to explain through her heavy breaths.

Nathan shook his head, "they're perfect."

Just as he was about to lean in for a long kiss, a tiny voice sounded from the stairs.

"Mommy? Daddy?"

"Fucking hell," Nathan swore under his breath and pulled his hands out from Haley's shirt as if he'd just been caught with them digging in a cookie jar. This was the worst possible time to be interrupted. He was sporting a major hard-on beneath his grey sweat pants.

"I'll go," Haley sighed and straightened her pajama top. She tried to flatten out her hair on the way to the stairs.

Jackson was clutching his stuffed basketball and was pouting. "I had a bad dream."

Haley had a feeling it was tied to the video game Jamie was playing. She swore she was never going to let him play ever again.

"I'm sorry, Jackson," she grabbed his tiny hand and walked him back to his room, "Mommy and Daddy are here, though, and we won't let anything bad happen to you."

He sniffled and climbed back into bed, not letting go of Haley's hand. "Can you stay here for a little?"

"Of course, my sweet boy," she whispered as she soothingly pushed the hair back on his head. Unfortunately, unlike nap time, it took a lot longer for him to fall back asleep. He made her promise she wouldn't leave until he was sleeping.

So, Haley sat on the edge of his tiny bed and tried singing him a lullaby. At least an hour passed before his breathing evened out and he was sleeping.

Haley kissed his cheek once more, turned on his night-light in case he woke up and got scared again, then went back to the living room in hopes of picking up where she and Nathan left off.

All hopes were dashed when she didn't find him there. All the lights were off and it was nearing midnight, which meant he'd probably gone to bed. So much for that, she sighed sadly.

When she walked into their bedroom, she had expected to find her husband asleep, so she was more than surprised when that was not the case. Instead, their bed was left untouched, and a long black dress was delicately placed along the comforter. As Haley got closer, she picked up the note attached.

Hales,

It's been a while since we've been able to go out for date night, so I figured I'd bring date night to us. If you're up for it, wear a pretty dress, put your hair up, and meet me out back for the next surprise (don't worry - it's not raining anymore, but I wish it was). I love you.

Always and forever,

Nathan.

Her heart skipped and she held the note against her chest, smiling. This man, her husband, was always surprising her with the most thoughtful gestures. If someone had told her, way before she ever dated him, that Nathan Scott would be the most doting husband and father in the world, she would have laughed - but damn, was she lucky.

As if floating on a cloud, Haley's smile never faltered. She dreamily carried herself to the bathroom and changed out of her pajamas - deciding not to wear a bra - and slid her favorite black dress on. She hoped it wouldn't be too cold, though, she was sure Nathan probably wanted it to be. She also slipped out of her frumpy underwear, usually reserved for that time of the month, and found a black lace thong in the back of her drawer - she made a silent note to do laundry tomorrow, considering she was running low on clean underwear.

Next, Haley desperately tried to corral her wild hair. Not having time to properly curl it, she put it in the neatest, tightest bun possible. Perfect. It left her neck open and exposed for Nathan's lips.

She wanted to hurry, but the look was not complete without a little makeup. So, Haley threw on some mascara, quickly contoured her cheeks, lined her eyes with black pencil, and coated her lips in pink gloss.

Just like that, she felt herself again.

Unable to wait a minute longer, she raced down the stairs and out onto their deck. Her breath, for the second time that night, stopped in her chest and her heart skipped another beat.

Nathan set up a picnic blanket that was surrounded by candles. He was dressed in khakis and a blue button-down, looking as delicious as ever. Chocolate covered strawberries sat on a plate next to two half-filled wine glasses.

She was beaming.

"Hi, Hales," Nathan smirked and held out a quick-fashioned bouquet of purple wildflowers - the ones he insisted they plan all along their yard. She hastily rushed over to him and pulled him in for a long, hard kiss.

"Usually a girl likes a little wining and dining before ripping my clothes off," he teased with a cocky smirk.

Haley giggled against his lips and landed in his lap, "this was so sweet of you, Nathan. Thank you."

"Of course. Anything for my special girl."

Their arms wound around each other like tangled yarn, "what're the odds we get interrupted again?"

"Baby, the house could go on fire right now and I wouldn't let that stop us-" he joked.

"I hope that's not true," Haley's eyes widened at the thought.

"Obviously not, but you know what I mean," he laughed, "I'm just so happy to be alone with you."

"Me too," she nuzzled into his neck.

"Was my little man okay?"

"Yeah," she rubbed her thumb across Nathan's cheek, "he had a nightmare and had trouble falling back asleep. Probably from watching Jamie play that stupid zombie game. Which, by the way, he's not allowed to play anymore."

Nathan grimaced, "sorry, that's probably my fault. Clay and I were playing that the other day and Jamie wanted to join."

"Ugh, I hate those games. Can't you guys just play NBA Live or whatever?"

"I'm impressed you know what that is," he teased and kissed her cheek, "remember all the times I beat you in it?"

"How could I forget?" She rolled her eyes, "but you seem to not remember the times I distracted you by taking my clothes off."

"Trust me, Mrs. Scott, I remember it well," he eyed her mischievously, and a natural blush licked her cheeks.

"I like it when you call me that."

"Mrs. Scott?"

"Mhmm," she nodded, "it makes me feel like yours."

"You are mine," he whispered in her ear, causing a row of chills to fall down her spine, "always and forever."

They shared another long kiss, both reveling in the taste of one another. It was familiar and sweet, like chocolate they'd been deprived of.

"This quarantine thing isn't so bad," Haley mused after pulling away, "especially because you're with me."

Nathan rubbed the skin on her arms, hoping to warm her body, "I couldn't imagine being with anybody else, honestly."

"I was thinking about if this would have happened in high school. We would've had so much sex."

Nathan chuckled, but then groaned, "I wish."

"Sorry," Haley teased, "if it weren't for your four little monsters, we never would leave the bed."

"Damnit," Nathan continued the charade. Obviously neither of them would trade their life for the world, but they were allowed to miss their privacy and alone time that is often erased after having kids.

"But we are alone now," Haley drawled seductively, "and the kids are all asleep…"

"say no more," Nathan had her entire body covered within seconds; she was sprawled out on the picnic blanket, lips fused to his. Her fingers worked diligently to tear his shirt from his body, and the skirt of her dress was flipped upwards, revealing her lower half right for Nathan. He swelled and swallowed at the sight, and went down on her.

Haley's fingers threaded through his thick black hair, holding him to her wet folds until her moan was swallowed in the wind.

Nathan smirked when she flipped them over so she could return the favor. He grunted at the feel of her wet, warm tongue licking at the head of his erection. She smiled coyly, then swallowed him whole.

"Hales," he moaned lowly. It'd been way too long since she had her mouth on him. He came, with a careful thrust into her mouth and instantly hardened again when she swallowed every drop.

"You look so damn sexy right now," he said. And she did. The candles produced a halo around her already glowing skin. Her bun had come undone, and her dress was covering only half of her body.

"You should see yourself," Haley's eyes roamed his hard chest, glistening in a sheen coat of sweat. His abs were on display, and his impressive erection pointing upwards.

"I've missed this so much," he covered her body with his again and guided his hard member right towards her waiting folds. He tapped himself in a slow rhythm against her throbbing clit, then, in one swift motion, slid right inside. She cried out in glee.

"Fuck, baby, you feel so good," she bit at the outer shell of his ear and scratched her nails along his back shoulder blades. She'd have to remind him to wear a shirt tomorrow so that nobody asked questions.

"So do you," he kissed her exposed collar bone, then found her lips again. When he felt her clenching tightly around him, he quickened his pace and held her tighter.

"I love you," Nathan breathed.

With those there words, Haley was coming undone. She cried out and heaved against the blanket; Nathan soon climaxing right after hers. It took a minute for them to both catch their breaths.

"Wow," Haley exhaled, "that was one hell of a date."

He looked at her with a smirk, "same time tomorrow?"
