*Hoover Dam*

Caesar orders his decanus and centurion to the frontlines in Hoover Dams, He orders his scouts with to take their snipers in far way distance away from Hoover Dam and eliminate any NCR troops in their sight.

The Assassins are order to disguise themselves as NCR Rangers, To tell the difference and not to kill them is the Mark of Caesar on their hidden sleeves, If any legionaries tries to attack them they'll show them the legion symbols and they'll back off. And Caesar created gifts to his assassins... These schematics were found somewhere in Arizona, It was a bracer with a blade attach to the bottom. Hidden Blade when any of their enemies think they have won

Half of the women are sent to the frontlines alongside with the decanus and centurions, While the other half are going around the long way to the NCR side posses as NCR Engineers and deceive them and power down the Dam itself making the lights goes off, This is where Caesar makes his move...

Himself, Cado and Lola will head inside the Dam and kill ever single NCR troops they see, With the extra protection of Cado's praetorians and frumentarii alongside them. In the last battle the legion are only equip with Machetes and some firearms in their armory, He upgrade the armors a lot better than their previous versions and soon enough every armor of the Roman Empire is almost unstoppable

He also created shields from the Roman's Era, Caesar has to recreate the shields to get it working and have his men tested if it works, The shields are big and round and can stop bullets and even missiles to keep them from blowing up. The shield is bulletproof and the armor piercing doesn't work as well, It was design to be the perfect protection for a reason

He also change the headgears with attachments with night vision and seeing enemies threw walls, This is one of the most best pieces he created for his legion, With the powers out and him wearing the headgears he can kill NCR troops easier since they can't see

"Hodie homines, vincat tandem nos sumus hic in NCR, nos tibi probare ea quae non sunt tamquam ad coram. Nunc melior intelligentia peritiores infirmo maximeque ... perdidimus duobus maximis bellis aduersus hostes non nunc. Non tua mihi dux! *NCR Side*

"Sir's... The legion is coming" One of the troopers said to his C.O, They won before and they can do it again with or without the courier's help

"Thank you son... Once again, The legion will fail to defeat the mighty NCR and it's power" General Oliver sat at his desk and reflect on things, This will perhaps be the legions final attempt to gain Hoover Dam and taking control of the Mojave Wasteland, They won twice and they'll do it again. Though he has to wonder where is that courier? His scouts are saying that he's still here somewhere in the Mojave and he ask them to bring him back to Hoover Dam about the legion again but he's nowhere in sight

"Well... we'll just win this on our own then" He shook his head before sitting up and look at his window and he's in shock, He sees many improve legionaries in full suit of Power Armor and light armor coming full speed into the Dam with shields and machetes

"This... is not good" Oliver said, Where the hell did those legion freaks got those suits of power armor? It looks like the brotherhood is supplying them... he'll have to check up with them before this battle ends

"Everything is going according to plan..." Legionary spy said to his fellow spies, They were sent by their lord to deceive General Oliver and NCR, Of course since they are wearing the Black Rangers armor and Oliver's "bodyguards" they have to wait until their lord to get into the Dam and soon enough barge into the general's room and drag him to where their leader

*Roman Empire Side*

It's happening again, 3rd battle of hoover dam, But who is going to be the winners on this outcome. The NCR use to be the deadly foes that the Legion ever had, They conquer many tribes but nothing like this large army...

He can't wait for President Kimball to hear about this, how Hoover Dam is now in control of the Roman Empire, One of the biggest weakness to an NCR soldiers is that they don't fight in hand-to-hand. Take their guns away and knifes they are nothing, They prefer long range taking shots at their heads for a bullseye... not today it won't since many of his legionaries is also wearing bulletproof helmets

"Look at those insects down there, Backing away like cowards instead fighting like true warriors!" Lola was pissed to see that the NCR is backing away until their reinforcement arrives, When she first heard about the NCR she thought they were warriors... turns out that was a lie all along

"They rely on petty tactics, It work during the 1st battle... but it won't happen twice I'm sure of it, The NCR will not win for a 3rd time" Cado with hatred in his tone, He hated the NCR for a lot of reasons

"All of the soldiers in the NCR is doing this for the money, They spend it to the casinos in Vegas or turned up drunk, We'll never drink until the battle is over. When the NCR is push back to the west and the Mojave Wasteland under our hands... Rome is finally ours" Six look towards Vegas, The bright lights over the distance. He sent words to Yes Man that he's going to take over Vegas, And Yes Man being program to never say no agrees and waits for the results

"My lord, We have shut down powers down in the Dam, Please come down here as soon as you can" One of his spies turn off the power in the Dam, all the lights turned pitch black leaving many NCR troops look around to find the switch

Caesar and his followers quickly enters the secret doors inside the Dam and turn on their Night vision mode, They saw many NCR huddles together and touch each other in weird ways before they quickly ended their lives. More NCR troops were wandering what's going on before they heard explosions beside them, Lola kills at least 20 troopers and Cado kills 40 of them with just his machete alone

"Assassins" He called out to them, They quickly jump down from the railing and bow down to him, "Seal all doors shut except General Oliver... I want to finish him myself" He orders them and they nodded before dash towards every doors in the Dam

*General Oliver*

It was pitch black in his damn room, He couldn't see a goddamn thing, He look for his door handle to get out the room. Found it and quickly opens it, Then he hears a voice in front of him

"General is that you? We can't see anything but are you okay?" "NCR ranger" said to him, Inside the spies helmet is also equip with Night Vision and he grins and can't wait to see this "general" get what's going to him

"Yes it's me, I don't know how they turn off the powers in the Dam but it's not good, We have to find our ways to the rooftops to escape before more of those Legion find us" General couldn't see but he's been his office a lot of times and he knows where he's going

"Your time will end soon, general" Another "NCR ranger" mumbles before he and his fellow spies follow after the general

General Oliver and his rangers is trying to find the exit out of the building so he could escape, However when he saw a small light below the steel door he knew this was it, Before he could try to open it he got attack from behind by some blunt object

"Sleep tight, general, Our emperor wishes to speak with you outside" Legion spy said to him before the darkness consumes the general

They pick up Oliver and drag him over outside to where many NCR soldiers are dead in their feet, Some of them are captured or surrender, No matter. They done their job and it's almost time for their emperor to deal with this general

*Caesar*

Heard from one of my spies that they captured the damn general, He thinks he knew what he was doing leading bunch of NCR into battle and hovering over the Dam like it's like his baby, He's also doing this for his best friend/president Kimball. He can't wait to hear what the mighty president going to do when he find his loyal friend during his service in the NCR die beneath his feet

"Well, well, General Wait-and-See, It's been 5 months since I last saw you bastard. Last time I lead the NCR to victory against the Legion... Now the tables have turned and the legion won against the bear, Pick him up towards his feet" He orders his praetorians to pick up the mighty general and they obeyed, they pick up Oliver near the edge of the Dam and they slap his face to wake him up from his slumber

"Uhhh~ Wha?" Oliver looks around him and saw men with red and black armor, Ten of them is wearing full suit of power armor while the rest is wearing light armor of course, He also see the courier standing in front of him wearing Caesar's robes like he was meant to wear that damn thing

"YOU SON OF A BITCH?!" Oliver tries to get his hands at the courier's neck but his arms wouldn't budge, He look beside him and two more of those freaks are holding his arms leaving him defenseless and weak

"Why yes general, It is I same courier who took down the old Caesar and his Legate, It'll be too long to explain so I'll just shorten it a bit. I'm taking over the legion now and ever man and women is under my command" Caesar spoke with harshness in his tone

"Women? You people only enslaves them, Why would bunch of women joined up with slavers like you" Oliver didn't believe every single words that came from the new Caesar's mouth

Caesar then tells all the women to come closer, Oliver then sees lots and of women dress in the same armor like the rest of the legion, They look like blood thirsty killers ready to kill whenever their leader's command

"W-what the?!" Oliver mutters a bit but Caesar heard him quite clear, He himself was quite surprise the amount of numbers of former slave women joined the legion and prove they could also be useful in the Empire itself

"As you can see general, all these lucky ladies from slavery joined up with the same people who enslaved them in the first place, I didn't force them to join... they wanted to join. Now my Empire is growing strong... stronger than ever then the last few years, What you see before you and the NCR is that the bear's feet are cut clean. The bull has finally have it's revenge" Caesar then shoots twice at Oliver's legs with Maria, He screams in pain and tries to huddles his legs but couldn't

"Hear these words well Oliver, "Hoover Dam autem pertinet ad Imperii Romani, New Vegas mos est nostris atque Romanis belli super populum et tandem habeatis nobiscum in bello parta eius belli et ego non curo si NCR revertemur in pleno sed vi ne dum vivo conari posse ... circa factionem et potentiam meam fortioribus digitos. Si Romam venire ad me et reduc conetur subiugare occasu partiendo dux vestigia mea , mox in tota omnis mundus quia forti, et timeant Romani Imperii." Before he finish his speech, He kicks Oliver into the Dam itself and only screams can be heard before it echo's into the darkness below the Dam

"Hoover Dam now belongs to the Roman Empire, New Vegas will be our Rome and the people will finally have the war over with us winning the battle and the war, I don't care if the NCR will come back with full force but they can try... Not as long I lead with the strongest faction around and its power at my fingertips. If they come back to our Rome and try to take it back then I'll head over to divide and conquer the west under my heels, Soon everyone in the entire world will know and fear the mighty Roman Empire."

*After the Battle*

The Roman Empire or Legion however you would call it has finally won the battle of Hoover Dam, Many people in the Mojave Wasteland now grown to fear of the tyrants legion since they are worried that they'll come over to the Strip and turn it into a scrapyard or military base

Caesar orders his men to restore the powers of the Dam itself and one of them brought back a profligate and it was Mike Lawson who hide under his generator room while the fight was still on, His men was about to kill him but their lord stops them and they went back to work

Caesar told Mike if he could work for them, He promise safety and extra protection better than the NCR if he could get the entire Dam's power working, Mike thought about this and if working with the legion gives him protection and better soldiers to protect his baby (Dam) better than the NCR. He agrees and soon enough he and 10 recruits legionaries head inside the Dam and help Mike with the Wind Turbines in all the stations

"This place could use some work after the battle my lord" Cado walk up to him so did Lola, The Dam is unique itself and with its power to restore the machines back at the Fort... They can revive their fallen brothers and sisters with it

"Indeed it could, We could station half of our forces here while we head over to the Strip and turn it into our Rome" Lola said and Caesar agrees, The Strip was just too small for his entire army to fit in so he has to keep half of his forces here to keep watch the Dam for any hostiles or NCR

"1st job is done, Now let's head over to our new home in the Strip" Caesar goes over to his men and gives them a speech

"My fellow brothers and sisters! We have finally won and took over Hoover Dam for our own, Not only we have sent the NCR a message. But we told them to keep away from our borders or we'll conquer the West next, Should they continue to keep going wars with us then they'll become the 88th tribes to be defeated in the Legion!" Caesar shouted and they all cheer to him, the original members of the legion finally complete their battles in Hoover Dam and avenge their fallen comrades

"Now... I have to ask half of you on the left to watch the Dam, While the other half come with me to Vegas and make our home there, the rest of you keep Mike Lawson and the rest of his engineers safe from harm. Should he be killed or any of you disobeyed my orders... you'll answer to me" Caesar then turns away and tug at his black armored coat before walking towards the Strip, Half of his legion is following behind him including Cado and Lola

*Time Skip*

After settling down at the Strip and take over the casinos and its people, He and the King has a long talk how things will be going around Freeside and the Strip, He'll keep his legion away from the King's business while they don't mess with his. Since he help the King before and pretty cool with him the King said it'll be fine

The Garrets Twins has lots of freeloaders of the Legion itself, Many people who supported the NCR now supports the legion since their leader is highly popular in the Strip and independent, Now they have their bar and casino busier than ever and its all thanks to their friend

Caesar changed the caps entry to get into the Strip to 100 caps, Many of the Freesiders finally came to the Strip at last and it was heaven to them, Caesar also has his men to guard the front gate to let people with the right amount of caps or credit checks to get into the Strip

Gomorrah has lots of business as well, Cachino, the new boss of the joint has some legion men guarding the entire floors to keep things under control. Him he's just having some fun ever since he took over the casino and buddy-buddy with the all mighty Caesar himself, Whenever any shitheads coming to his face about some refunds he'll told them hit him he'll bring his entire legion buddies to fuck him up or else his friend Caesar will

The Tops gotten more people as well, Swank took over the joint ever since Benny was just a fink all along, Now as the boss and friends with Caesar himself he gotten shit loads of caps and money from the legion since they heavily invested to them to keep the place better with the shows and bars and they did just that. It looks like the legion folks were not too bad then he first thought

The Ultra-Luxe has gotten slow ever since the whole "Cannibalism" issue, Marjorie, Took over the place since she has too. The White Gloves Society has fallen apart a bit since most of them wishes to follow the "Old Ways" but the legion quickly ended that with their machetes painted the walls red... As much she displease the results she was glad to have protection from the legion time from time. All lead by the one man who brought the son of Heck Gunderson to the dinner hall and causes Mortimer to flee to gods where... hopefully he died out there

Vault 21 concert has been destroyed and people who lost their home can finally return and talk with the people in the outside world, Many vault dwellers of 21 left Vegas ever since Mr. House beaten the Overseer in Blackjack... rumors had it that the robot himself cheated the game, Sarah and Michael Angelo thanked Caesar for restoring the vault to its rightful place

The NCR Embassy now renamed to Legion Embassy has already have lots of drunks and cheaters in their cell and serving time, Caesar created Legion MP to keep the Strip in check, Now as Police of the Embassy the legion is allow to use force on anyone who is not following the legion's rule

Caesar and the rest of his men are at his tower... better yet Lucky 38 at the highest building ever, He allows people enters the gambling hall and wishes to speak to him if it's only for personal reasons, He gotten lots of caps in the bank but he was sitting in his Throne and reflect on things a bit

Cado brought his family to the Strip and spend time together while being in Caesars presence, He doesn't mind them coming to his tower if they could keep the conversations to themselves, Cado respect the courier who became his leader even more. If he hasn't become Caesar he and his wife will die out in the waste alone

Lola was with her female friends she made, They have girls party at the ladies level and were having super fun! They all talk how young Caesar is and he's so hot and stuff, She told them to back off since he's her mentor and stuff. However things didn't go according to plan since all hell broke loose and pillows keeps throwing at each other like little girls

"Man... I can't believed all of this happened" Caesar or Six whatever you call him, Has become the tyrant and saved the Strip from the NCR itself, He doesn't know how long this will bite him in the ass but he hopes it won't be soon

"I know what you mean, Being leader isn't easy is it?" Yes Man said in his computer screen, Caesar installed the chip with Yes Man into the data base to control the Securitrons, Now the Strip has extra protection with robots and trained assassin killers

"It is Yes Man... I thought a lot of my life and for some reason I choose to become the dictator that I hated above else" Six remembers the talk he have with Caesar, The talk about women treated as slaves and deserves to be weak and be bred for more soldiers into his army was just sick, Then he goes on and on about that the Legion is the Best hope of human kind... not his version anyway

"Well, I can't say the same thing since I'm just another companion to you, After all you have the entire Strip and Legion under your fingertips and you can do whatever right?" Yes Man spoke with happy tone... but that's just his function that Benny reprogramed

"With the legion yes, the people in the Strip no, Legion fight for me and die for me. But the people in the strip only wants protection and it's going to get protection from the legion not the NCR" During his younger days he was impress with the NCR's beliefs and what's right... but now that was just a hoax and a lie

NCR doesn't give a crap about people at all, They only care about the money in their pockets, They don't care about people's lives or saving them. They could have sent troops to keep the caravans safe from harm but they failed, Now in the Crimson Caravan and with McLafferty is gone. His friend Cass took over the place and renamed it to her caravan's name "Cassidy Caravan"

While Cass was still giving the legion a stink eye since her friend has become the tyrant she hates, But he helped wit her problems with the Van Graff's and McLafferty to get this position, And seeing women wearing legion armor helped her a lot since she wonders how legion armor would work with females

Cass didn't need to risk sending guards with a merchant since the legion were assigned to protect the merchandise whatever the cause, That's one thing she likes about the legion is that they Protect the roads unlike the NCR who is focusing other bullshits, As long you don't sell chems or alcohols to them you'll be fine. In the legion they don't do drugs or get drunk... unless it's their break or vacation

She pays them the caps for the hardwork and tell them to Caesar she sends her thanks, Things were looking up for Cass and her future of running the caravans

"Anyway... I been meaning to test this out and figure now's the best time to do it" Caesar took out the Universe Porter from his inventory and shoot it in front of him, Creating an oversize grey portal for him to enter. Yes Man who didn't say a word since he was in awed on seeing a portal created from that little thing his boss created

*In the world of Naruto*

(I'm just going to skip the introduction of Naruto running away from villagers and such, I seen it so many times and it gotten old for me, I just want to see what happens now)

Naruto was a 6 year old boy and now at the training ground 7 to test his Kunai at the dummy he created, He'll show Sasuke that he's better than him and Sakura will love him for sure!

That was the plan but the problem was is that he keeps missing every shot that counts! How was he suppose to be the best if he keeps failing the test, He's only an academy student and he was below average and was Dead Last in the class

"I'll prove to them that I'm not a Dead Last! I'm going to be Hokage and that's the only thing I'll do!" Naruto with determination in his eyes once again tries to hit his targets... and misses them again

He sighs and this was getting boring anyway, Why was he even here in the first place again? Well, he better head on back to his apartment to cook up ramen. Just before he was about to turn, An oversize grey portal appears in front of him and a man wearing some red robes with black furs on his chest and armored legs and arms appears from the portal itself!

"What the? Where the hell am I?" Caesar looks at his surroundings and found himself in some sort of training grounds, He then look at some blond hair kid who is only 6 years old if he could tell. The question is where the hell is this kids's parents at

"W-who the hell are you, Dattebayo?!" Naruto said to this mysterious stranger with weird clothes, He looks like he's from those older eras he read comics a few weeks ago!

"Dattebayo? It looks like this kid is Japanese" Latin wasn't the only words he knew, He also learn other language as well since all of them came with the old dictionary he found in the library

"I am the mighty powerful Caesar, kid, If you don't mind... Where the hell am I exactly?" Caesar once again looked around and saw an oversize village behind the boy's back

"This is Konoha, I'm Naruto Uzumaki! and this is my home, but the people in the village... don't like me. Except for Jiji of course! He took care of me when the stupid Orphanage kicked me out and Jiji give me an apartment to live!" Naruto was thankful for Jiji for helping him in his time of needs

"Why did the villagers hate you for?" Caesar asked since he was thinking something must have happened to the villagers if they are acting this way towards this kid

"That's what I'm trying to understand... they just hated me for some reason for something I didn't do wrong, I've been hearing stories that the Nine-tailed fox killed most of the villagers and that was also the time of my birthday... after the battle people keeps giving me this evil look in their eyes and I can sense it was full of hatred" Naruto didn't know what the villagers wanted for him or why they hurt him, He doesn't deserved to be treated like this!

"Hmm" Caesar noted this knowledge, He understands a little now... it looks like the kid was born during this "Nine-tailed fox" invasion and since leaving many love ones dead and many villagers for some reason blamed Naruto for something he didn't do

"Where's you parents kid, Are they just letting this happened?" He ask the kid, He look at him for a moment before looking with sad expression in his face

"I don't know where or who my parents are, Jiji said he'll told me when I'm older... but I just wish I know about them now" Naruto really wanted to know who his parents are or why they aren't here for him, It was sad that he has to endure this hardship alone

"It sounds to me that your Jiji is hiding something, Naruto, Whatever it is, it better have to be a damn good reason. Because I'm going to sneak in there and find out who you parents names are" Caesar said to the boy who looked at him in shock, He was a complete stranger and he's helping him out?

"B-but why are you doing this just for me? The people in this village keeps calling me "Demon" or "Demon brat" or sometimes "Kyuubi" why are you helping me?!" Naruto shouted since he doesn't know why this "Caesar" wanted for him

He stares at Naruto for the longest time ever... Truth is that he was just like him, He gotten a little fragments of his memories back and his foster parents told him that he was adopted... that causes him to leave to house and never return. He couldn't believed he was adopted and not the real son of his foster parents, He then signs up as a mailman to travel around the West to deliver packages just to keep everything he left behind a secret

"It's because its the right thing to do, I never had a perfect childhood just like you Naruto, I was left behind by my real parents who I don't know their names with my foster family. When I was just 13 years old, My parents finally told me the truth that I was adopted into the family... I ran away after that since I was in shock and deny fate itself that I wasn't adopted... but came to the terms to accept it

We're not perfect Naruto, We all been through hardships in different ways even if we don't know them, But you just told me that your village treated you like dirt and you still want to live here? Or do you want to go out there in the world and learn how the real world works" Caesar said to him, Before Naruto talks he cuts him off

"In the real world Naruto, There are no heroes or villains... just people doing however they wanted, But for me? I'm just neither since I'm independent and don't get involved with wars unless they enrage me or have something I want. But for you, Your village keeps secrets from you and you want to know why, Not even your own Jiji trusted you with this information because if he did people in the village will kill you even if you learn the truth" Caesar once again said to Naruto, He was too deep in though about his village and Jiji... there's no way that Jiji is hiding something from him... right?

"So... tonight, I'm going to sneak into your Jiji's room or talk to him in person about this whole thing, Once I do that... I'll think of something else" Caesar wasn't use to this emotion stuff since all of it he learned from books he read... and some of them is from his mind

Naruto looks at him with wide-tearful eyes, It looks like there are someone out there that cares for him, And it only took a complete stranger try to find who his parents are, He quickly rub his eyes with his left arm before speaking to him

"Jiji, is the Hokage of this Village, I think its for the best if you speak to him in person first or he'll order his guards to take you in for integration or something" Naruto said to him

"Great..." It turns out this kid's, Jiji, is actually the Hokage of this village... He have to find some way to get this geezer the information he need for Naruto, He'll also have to barter or speech on this guy if he has too

"Alright kid, Let's head over to where your Jiji is and I'll take you somewhere to eat" Caesar walks over to Naruto and hold out his right hand to him, Naruto look at it for a split second before touching his in returned, He did this with Jiji sometimes... but with Caesar it's kinda different like he was meant to beside him all this time

What they didn't know is a certain ANBU was hiding above the tree from plain sight, Sliver hair with weird angles on his hair, Facemask hiding his mouth instead of his eyes. His red eye on his left side...the Sharingan

"Hmm, This might be troublesome" Kakashi mutters before sped towards the Hokage tower first, He has to report this to him that Naruto has spoke and talk to a man who could be dangerous to the village itself

Done! Man I'm tired~ Once again it looks like I'm rushing this huh? I can't tell since I wrote too damn fast, But anyway yep. Naruto is the first world that the Six or Caesar went to first and perhaps recruit Naruto to join his Legion

P.S, Just heard from my pal Wombag that he finish up his last chapter for New Vegas, Hopefully the Epilogue will be the RWBY gangs found themselves back to remnant or will appear in the Fallout 4 somehow and someway.
