《Rowan》Carmen I'm not looking for a man right now I'm just focusing on raising my daughters
《Carmen》I know but when you see this guy your going to fall in love she looks at me and shakes her head I laugh and pull up to the house alright we are here we get out of the car and we walk into the house this house has 3 bedrooms one down here on the main floor and 2 more bedrooms upstairs 2 bathrooms plus ensuite bathroom a decent sized backyard where you can put a play set for when the girls get older a great kitchen with granite countertops a dishwasher stainless steel appliances all 3 bedrooms have decent size closets a washer and dryer downstairs but the basement is unfinished
《Rowan》3 bedrooms Carmen but I only need 2 bedrooms
《Carmen》I know but you can turn the bedroom down here into a playroom for the girls for when they are older but for now I was thinking that you can turn the bedroom down here into a guest room or a photography studio or art studio

《Carmen》Didn't you see the price when you looked at the listing? She shakes her head no so I look at the listing it's $105,000
《Rowan》$105,000 Carmen I don't have that much to spend on a house this was to good to be true I was about to walk out the door when Carmen stopped me and said
《Carmen》Rowan I can talk to the Sellers realtor and see if they will be willing to lower the price you do like this house don't you?
《Rowan》I love this house I can see the girls and I living here but it's the price I can't afford the price

《Carmen》OK then let me get you home to my beautiful nieces then I'll go back to my office and call the sellers realtor and see if the sellers will lower the price she nods and we walk out of the house and I lock up and we head to my car and I take her home once I get her home I give her a hug and tell her that I'd call her with news and I tell her to give my nieces hugs and kisses she nods and gets out of the car and walks into our parents house
《Mark and Liz》Hey honey how did the house hunting go?
《Rowan》It was OK I found this great house 3 blocks away from here but it's really expensive
《Mark and Liz》How expensive honey?
《Rowan》$105,000 the house is incredible three bedrooms two bathrooms plus ensuite bathroom a decent sized backyard a decent size kitchen granite countertops stainless steel appliances the neighbourhood looks really homie, so anyway were are the girls?
《Mark and Liz》Napping they ate then they played for awhile but then they fell asleep
《Rowan》OK well I'm going to go upstairs and look and see if I can find another house if Carmen can't convince the Sellers to lower the price

《Rowan》OK I have to try and find another house if I don't get that one I check on the girls after I check on the girls I grab my laptop and sit on my bed and check on the internet for another house just in case Carmen can't get the sellers lower the price
While Rowan is upstairs on her laptop back downstairs with Mark and Liz

《Rowan》I'm still looking for another house but nothing is appealing to me I really love the house Carmen took me to see today as I'm looking my phone rings I quickly pick it up so it won't wake up the girls

《Carmen》Hey Rowan I talked to the sellers of the house we saw today and I'm sorry they won't come down any lower on the price
《Rowan》That's to bad I loved that house well thanks anyway Carmen I'll keep looking I'll call you if I find something bye

《Rowan》Well that sucks that I didn't get the price lowered now I'm back to Square one I keep looking up houses until I got a text from my mom which I kind of thought was odd because she usually yells upstairs for me but I guess since the girls are sleeping she decided to text me and here's what it says

Hey Rowan honey can you come downstairs please your father and I want to talk to you about something

《Rowan》I close my laptop and grab the baby monitor and walk downstairs to see my parents on the couch mom, dad what's up?
《Liz》Well Rowan honey your father and I have been talking and we can see how much you love that house
《Rowan》Mom what are you saying?
《Liz》I'm saying if you really love that house your daddy and I will help you pay for the house
《Rowan》No mom I can't let you and daddy do that and besides you don't have $105,000
《Liz》Your right we don't have that much money but we do have $100,000,000
《Rowan》Wait what now how-how did you get that much money did you win the lottery or something or did you rob somebody mom?
《Liz》No honey we didn't rob anybody we have been saving up so your daddy and I can go on a trip but this is more important
《Rowan》Mom I can't let you and daddy do this for me and my daughters I'll just find another house
《Liz》Rowan honey it's only $105,000 your daddy and I have $100,000,000 and when we help you pay for that house your daddy and I will have $99,895,000 and that is plenty enough for mine and your daddy's trip so call your sister and see if we all can check out the house
《Rowan》Are you sure about this mom it is a lot of money?
《Liz》Honey we're sure
《Rowan》OK I'll go call Carmen they nod and I walk back upstairs to see the girls laying in their cribs and yet again playing with their hands I chuckle and grab my phone and call Carmen

《Carmen》Blanchard real estate how can I help you today?
《Rowan》Hey Carmen it's Rowan again I was just wondering if you can give me another tour of the house but this time with mom and dad?
《Carmen》Sure when?
《Rowan》Today if you can

《Rowan》I get off the phone I walk over to the girls hey girly girls come on let's get up and get you changed and dressed they nod and I Aria out and change her diaper and clothes then I sit her on the floor OK Aria stay here while I get your sisters she nod so I get Jenny out and change her diaper and clothes then I put her on the floor with Aria and Jenny out of the crib change her diaper and her clothes then I pick up all 3 babies and head downstairs when we get downstairs I walk into the living room and the girls say

《Rowan》I see babies you want nana and pop-pop? They nod so I put them down on the couch there you go nana and pop-pop
