Female Ash: When Ash returns to Kanto from doing her first year as a beginning trainer in Alola, she starts a new journey in her home region. However, she will have to face various dangers and challenges while gaining true friends as well. On top of that, she will have to face her former friends from Alola as well. AU canon and non canon Pokemon.

2. Chapter 2

Journey to be a Master

Chapter 2: A New Departure

In the middle of the night in Pallet Town, a strange figure is watching the town closely like it is looking for someone. It's cat like eyes searches the town as it spots a big house as it detects the person that it is looking for. 'The human girl who saved me lives here in that big house'. The cloaked figure thought to itself as it thinks back to the very battle where she was facing against two evil teams and the ultra beast mostly by herself.

Flashback

A battle is raging as a massive storm hits the Alola region. Team Rocket and Team Skull are battling each other to gain control of the Ultra Beasts. The Island Guardians are under control of Team Skull. Ash is in the middle of the action with her pokemon.

"This is not who you are Mewtwo. That armor doesn't make you super powerful. It is the strength in your heart that makes you powerful. It is true that humans has created you, but their intentions are pure evil and malice. There are humans who are pure of light and goodness. Don't punish them for their actions. Island Guardians of Alola, this is not who you are either. Please you four have guided me about the Z Crystal and rings. I gained your trust to raise Nebby. Find it within yourselves to fight against their evil control". Ash said to Mewtwo and the Island Guardians as she is trying to plead with the psychic pokémon and semi legendary pokemon.

"Destroy them Mewtwo, I command you". Giovanni yells at Mewtwo. He is furious that a lone trainer all by herself is fighting against them.

"Island Guardians destroy Mewtwo", Guzma yells at the controlled Island is furious that another evil team is trying to take over Alola when they are planning the same thing.

Ash frowns as she notices that beams are coming towards each other. She grits her teeth as she run towards the middle of the two beams. "That's enough", Ash yells out to them as she gets in the way of the attacks.

Her classmates and Professor Kukui are in shock. Ash is glowing in a bright blue aura as her Z Ring is also glowing as well. Pikachu is in shock with worry. As a bright blue aura pushes the attacks back on the pokémon, it removes the mind control and the armor from the Island Guardians and Mewtwo. Both evil leaders are sent back flying to the ground. Mewtwo is stunned that a human girl got in the way of their attacks. The Island Guardians are in shock as the very trainer that Tapu Koko appeared towards. 'A human girl got in the way of our attacks. What kind of human being she truly is'. Mewtwo thought to itself as the battle is nearing a close.

End Flashback

The figure sighs as it vows to keep a close eye on the girl. 'Don't worry, I will keep an eye on you. I want to see what kind of human you truly are'. The figure thought to itself as it watches the house all through the night.

The next morning, Ash wakes up as her alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning. She sighs as she brushes her hair and puts on a simple outfit as she went outside to do morning mediation with Pikachu. She knows that her other pokémon are doing the same thing as Lucario is leading it. She senses an odd presence in Pallet Town with her aura.

"You have sensed me with your aura. I figured as much that you would. I will keep my eyes on you Ashanti Hope Ketchum. I want to know who you truly are as a human. I have no desires to travel around with you, but only to watch over you in your travels. I will know if and when other humans will join you in your travels". Mewtwo telepathically said to Ash.

Ash is stunned as she isn't expecting Mewtwo to communicate with her in her mind. "Ok", Ash said to Mewtwo as the communication seems to end.

Pikachu looks at Ash as it is confused about it. It is curious who was communicating with its trainer. Ash smiles as she looks at Pikachu. "I have a feeling that other pokémon will be keeping an eye on me". Ash said to Pikachu as they finish their morning mediation.

Ash walks back into her room as she is getting ready for another journey except this time it is through her home region. She sighs as she has to be prepared to see various people who she has avoided and hasn't seen a long time. Pikachu is in the bedroom as it is ready to take the region by storm. Ash gets dressed as she puts on a red jersey shirt with dark blue cargo pants and white socks. "Dad must have breakfast ready for us by now". Ash said to Pikachu as they went down stairs.

In the kitchen, Pikachu is at the table as Daniel is fixing breakfast. "Morning Ash, I figured that you would wake up early this morning". Daniel said to Ash. "Plus I like that you are doing morning mediation with your pokémon. It is definitely one of your better habits". Daniel said to Ash as he puts a plate of food in front of her and a bowl of pokémon food for Pikachu with the right amount of ketchup.

Ash nods as she looks at her dad. "Yeah I got that habit started on my first full day when I was in Alola. I intend to do my usual habits on my journey through Kanto". Ash said to Daniel as she eats breakfast. Pikachu is also eating as it is enjoying the pokémon food.

Daniel looks at Ash as he is aware of some of Ash's habits including one that is not exactly the best one. "I have no doubt that you will do them. Plus Elinor is looking forward to seeing you at the Viridian City Gym". Daniel said to Ash.

Ash looks at Daniel as she is getting the feeling that he is building a relationship with Elinor. "I am looking forward to facing her. Even though she is a bug type gym leader, I can not underestimate her". Ash said to Daniel as she is finishing eating breakfast.

Daniel looks at Ash as he nods in agreement with her. "Yes, that's exactly right Ash. You should never underestimate your opponent Ash. I take it that you will head towards Professor Oak to get your Pokémon". Daniel said to Ash.

Ash nods as she looks at her dad with a small grin. "Yeah, I am looking forward to get them. Plus everything is packed and ready to go". Ash said to Daniel as she is looking forward to leaving home once more.

Daniel looks at Ash as he did read her journals last night. "Ash, I do hope that you will make friends on this journey through Kanto. I can not image you gaining friends but slowly back away from you after all of the things you went through. Plus they even turned their back on you as well". Daniel said to Ash as he gives her new journals to write in.

Ash smiles as she looks at the new journals for her journey through Kanto. "Thanks dad", Ash said to Daniel. She puts the journals in her backpack. She grabs her pack along with her hat and fingerless gloves. She is by the front door as she puts on her shoes on and grabs her backpack. Pikachu jumps on to Ash's shoulder.

Ash went outside as she went towards her bike. Daniel walks outside as he smiles to her. "Be careful honey and remember what we talked about with making friends". Daniel said to Ash.

Ash nods as Pikachu hops in the basket. "I will dad". Ash said to Daniel as she gives him a hug. Daniel smiles as he returns the hug. Pikachu smiles as it joins in the family hug. Daniel releases the hug as Ash and Pikachu gets on the bike and petals away as the sun is rising in the morning sky.

Ash is riding her bike as she is heading towards Professor Oak's lab. She wanted to get her pokémon, so she can head towards Viridian City first. She parks her bike as she arrives at the lab. She rings the door bell as she waits for the professor to open up.

It is not long that Professor Oak opens the door to see Ash. "Good morning Ash, you are up early this morning. I just finished my coffee and breakfast. Gary is still asleep". Professor Oak said to Ash as he let's her in to the lab.

Ash smiles as she looks at Professor Oak. "I want to get an early start on my Kanto journey and get my pokemon". Ash said to Professor Oak as she doesn't really care about Gary and where he is at right now.

Professor Oak looks at Ash as he suspected it as much. "They are out back Ash, and I will grab their pokeballs while you decide on which ones you are going to pick". Professor Oak said to Ash. Ash smiles to Professor Oak as she and Pikachu went outside to the pasture.

It is not long that her pokémon spots her and Pikachu as they are excited about heading out with her again. Ash smiles as she greets her pokemon. "Guys, I am going on a new journey. There is no doubt that each one of you want to come with me. In due time, each one of you will get that chance to battle the various gym leaders". Ash said to her pokémon. The Pokémon cheers as they listen to Ash's words.

Ash smiles as she looks at her pokémon as she has thought about which ones she will select first. "Of course I want Pikachu with me. The other five are going to be Lycanroc, Lucario, Decidueye, Ninetails, and Milotic". Ash said as she calls for the other five pokémon to come with her.

The pokémon nods as they understand Ash's decision on which ones. Professor Oak went up to Ash as he is holding the pokeballs. Ash grabs the right pokeballs as she puts them into their pokeballs. "Thank you professor, I must get going now". Ash said to Professor Oak. She looks at her pokémon as she gives them a nod to keep training on their moves.

Professor Oak looks at Ash as Pikachu gets on her shoulder. "Your welcome Ash", Professor Oak said to Ash as they make their way to the front door. Ash puts the pokeballs on her belt as she gets on her bike. Pikachu hops in the basket.

"I will call as soon as I get to Viridian City Professor". Ash said to Professor Oak. The professor nods as he looks at her. He watches her petaling away from his lab. 'Ash, I have a feeling that you will defeat more than Gary in this journey'. Professor Oak thought to himself as he went to his lab to do research.

On Route 1, Ash is petaling down the road with the wind through her hair. Pikachu is also feels the breeze through its fur. "You know Pikachu if we headed through Kanto during my very first year as a trainer, I would not have chosen to go through this route". Ash said to Pikachu as she is thinking back on the pre-journey days. She had a special notebook with the routes of Kanto written down and directions to go to get to place to place.

"You did tell me that you had a lot of plans for the Kanto journey Ash. That mean human and his friend ruined the journal that you worked so hard on". Pikachu said to Ash as it reflects on the events that happened on that particular day. Ash sighs as it was from the aftermath of that particular day that she made an easy and clear decision to go to Alola to get stronger on her own.

"Yeah that's true Pikachu, I did make that decision to go on my first journey through Alola first. Plus dad was furious when he learned what happened to the journal that I worked so hard on". Ash said to Pikachu as she thinks back to that very day.

FLASHBACK

Daniel is furious as he is on his way back from a consulting job in the Kalos region. He gotten a call from Ash's teacher that she was in a fight between two boys. He went to the school as he spots Ash with tears flowing down her face holding a notebook with torn pages that she has worked very hard on. She has a bloody nose along with a black eye. The two boys, Gary and Leon who has black eyes as a result from Ash defending herself. "Mr. Ketchum, your son was involved in a fight with Gary Oak and Leon Cruz. This is a serious matter that needs your son to be punished". The teacher said to Daniel as she is making it like it was Ash's fault for the situation.

Daniel frowns as he gives a look to the teacher as it is not long that Professor Oak and Leon's mom came in as well. "Excuse me, are you saying that my child is the one who started the fight. Did you even ask my child what really happened or are you going to take the full word of Gary and Leon"? Daniel asks the teacher. "From what I see from my child's face is that the torn up notebook that my child has worked very hard on is for the upcoming pokemon journey. Ash must have tried to get the journal back from them, but only to get physically punched and pushed down by them. Ash had to fight back to regain the journal only to find that they ruined all of work that my child has put into it". Daniel said to the teacher.

The teacher looks at Daniel as she realizes that this whole thing is about the ruined notebook. "I am sorry but they only said that Ash was beating them up for no reason. Ash never said anything about the ruined notebook". The teacher said to Daniel as the other parents in the office realized that they must have done something to Ash first.

Daniel frowns as he is dismayed by it as he looks at Ash. "You rather turn a blind eye when it comes to my child and her needs only to put all of the focus to make sure that the golden child gets away with things the teacher what really happened Ash". Daniel said to the teacher. He gives the teacher a harsh glare.

Ash looks at the teacher as Professor Oak and Leon's mom are with them as they want to hear about it as well. "I was siting at recess alone with my map journal. I wanted to make some adjustments about the various pokemon mirgations that was discussed in Professor Oak's television show last night. Gary and Leon came up to me asking me why I didn't want to play with the other kids. I told them that I had other things to do, but they didn't listen. They both thought that my journal is my private diary, and they snatched it out of my hands. They took off running with it to get the others to hear what I privatly written down. I chased after them and tried to tell them that it is my map route journal for the upcoming pokemon journey. I asked them nicely to give it back. They said that no matter which way I went, they will make my journey miserable and remind me what big of a loser that I really am. I watched both of them ripping it up right in front of me. I worked so hard on it and for them ruining it for me. Leon was the one who threw the first punch at me, and Gary was the one who gave me the bloody nose. I had to defend myself from them. After they ran off, I gathered the pages that got torn up and ruin before you came". Ash said to the teacher.

The teacher looks at them as the punishment is given to them. Of course, Ash was punished in the situation along with Gary and Leon. Daniel seemed satisfied that the two boys were given harsher sentences than Ash was. For Ash, the decision is made to leave Kanto for her first pokemon journey to trick them entirely and getting stronger on her own.

Flashback Ends

Ash remembers about the incident very clearly as she is heading down on Route 1. "Of course, I decided to leave for my journey a day before all of them, so that way there wouldn't be any sort of conflict between us. I was already in Alola getting use to my new surroundings and meeting those former friends for the first time". Ash said to Pikachu as she thinks back on it. Pikachu nods as it looks at Ash. "That was the first time that you have faced against Team Skull as well". Pikachu said to Ash as it remembers the very first battle against them.

Ash nods as she looks at Pikachu as she remembers back on it as well. "Yeah those grunts and those former friends of mine didn't realize that you and I have been friends for a very long time before leaving on the journey". Ash said to Pikachu as she likes to have that shocking surprise on them. Pikachu smirks back at Ash as it remembers as well.

As Pikachu is picking up something with its ears, Ash frowns that something is up on the route. She hears a scream for help as it is coming from just up ahead. She spots a huge flock of flying pokemon up ahead and grabs a pokeball from her belt. "Lycanroc answer the call". Ash said as she lets out her wolf like rock type pokemon.

Lycanroc comes out as it doesn't look like a midday or midnight form of the pokemon. It is actually the dusk form of Lycanroc as she is the first trainer to own an unique form of Lycanroc. "Lycanroc, I want you and Pikachu to go ahead and protecting who ever is making that scream for help. Lycanroc use rock throw and Pikachu give what ever flying type flock with a warning thunderbolt". Ash said to the two of them. "I will be right behind you". Ash also said to the two pokemon.

"You got it Ash". Lycanroc said to Ash as Pikachu jumps on its back. It takes off running towards the scream as Ash is petalling faster behind them. 'I got a feeling that the flock is very territorial. If I am right about this, the person who screamed is in a lot of trouble'. Ash thought to herself as she is heading towards the scene.

At the scene, a orangish red headed trainer is facing a Spearow flock and its leader a Fearow. She frowns as she only has a Staryu and a Starmie to defend herself against the angry and very territoral pokemon. However her two water type pokemon are not very well against them. "Staryu, Starmie are you ok"? The female trainer asks them as she is wondering why the flock is really angry. She frowns as the Fearow is the one who ruined her bike.

Just as the Fearow is charging in at the female water type trainer, a rock throw and a thunderbolt lands on the Fearow. The female trainer is stunned as two unknown pokemon are defending her. "Who is that pokemon"? The female trainer asks herself as she spots another trainer heading towards her. "Leave this one to me, I want you to take my bike to Virdian City and get help for your pokemon". The newcomer said to the female trainer.

The female trainer is stunned as the newcomer gets off her bike. "What about you though"? The water pokemon trainer asks the newcomer as she doesn't really understand why the newcomer would be so selfless to give her the bike. It is just baffling to the water type trainer.

The newcomer looks at the water type trainer with a reassuring nod to her. "I will handle this. Besides you need this bike more than I do right now. I will make sure that your bike gets returned to you in Virdian City". The newcomer said to the water type trainer.

The water type trainer is stunned by the selfless sacrifice to her by the new comer. She returns her pokemon to her pokeballs. "Ok, I will wait for you at the Virdian City Pokemon Center to switch bikes". The water type trainer said to the new comer as she rides away in the newcomer's bike.

Ash frowns as she glares at the Fearow and the flock as it is ready to attack her and her pokemon again. The Sprearow are using fury attack on them as it is going on them with its talons. "Lycanroc use rock throw on the Spearow". Ash said to Lycanroc as she needs to send them back away from her and her pokemon. Lycanroc nods as it fires rocks at the Spearow. Spearow gets hit directly by the super effective rock type move.

Fearow charges in with a drill peck attack at them as it really hates that the rock type pokemon landed a hit on the Spearow. "Pikachu stop Fearow in its tracks with a thunderbolt attack". Ash said to Pikachu. Pikachu fires a thunderbolt attack at the Fearow. Fearow gets hit directly by the super effective electric type move.

As Fearow went towards the ground, it is paralyis from Pikachu's thunderbolt attack. The Spearow frowns as the leader is hurt and glares at Ash for doing it to the Fearow. Ash went towards Fearow as she senses its aura and rough experience with humans. "You must be angry for so long to get back at humans who travel down this route from Pallet Town". Ash said to the Fearow as she is holding her hands behind her back.

Fearow is stunned as it looks at Ash with anstonished expression on its face. "Yeah whats it to you human boy. A boy from that human village threw a rock at me when I was a Spearow. He even laughed at me just for the fun of it". Fearow said to Ash as it has made the first mistake to the girl.

Ash sighs as she gets to Fearow's eye level as the flock is still glaring at her wondering what she is going to do next. Lycanroc and Pikachu are on guard and ready for anything. "What that human boy did was really wrong Fearow. Yes, I do come from that human village, but I am actually a girl". Ash said to Fearow as she reveals her long raven color hair.

Fearow is stunned as it realized that the girl can understand it deeply as it looks at her in the eyes. "What, how can a human girl like you can understand me? It should be impossible". Fearow said to Ash as it looks deeply shocked by it.

"I have a strong aura that allows me to understand pokemon. I can understand why you are very protective of your flock and being terrorital of the entire route. Also there are humans that uses this route as well to get to Viridan City. However, there are other pokemon who lives here that wants to thrive on the same route as you and your flock of Spearow". Ash said to Fearow.

Fearow looks at Ash as it realizes that she is not lying as there are Pidgey and Ratattas living on the route along with some water pokemon in the nearby river. "I suppose that is true from a human girl like you. Humans want to catch us including other pokemon in the area for being tools and power". Fearow said to Ash as it glares at her.

Ash sighs as she looks at Fearow as she shakes her head to it. "I catch pokemon to build a special kind of bond, trust, and friendship Fearow. I can tell that you are powerful and strong. Plus these Sprearow looks up to you for leadership and other things as well. There is no sense of me to break your position and take you away from the flock to travel with me. I also don't want to capture you for power either". Ash said to Fearow as her hand went towards her pocket to grab something from it.

Fearow looks at Ash as it is stunned by her words like it wants to take a double take on what she just said. "You don't want to capture me for my power and strength. Why are you still talking to me with kindness? It is really unsettling me". Fearow said to Ash as it is trying to get up. It falters to the ground from being paralyzied from Pikachu's thunderbolt.

Ash looks at Fearow as she opens her hand to reveal a Cherri berry to give to the Fearow. "There are not a lot of humans that comes up to a pokemon to show that kindness matters even towards a wild pokemon Fearow. Plus Cherri berries can reverse paralysis. I only want to help you right now". Ash said to Fearow.

Fearow looks at Ash with a stunned expression in its eyes as it eyes the berry in her hands. The Sprearow flock is stunned along with a Sprearow who is taking a liking to Ash. As the Fearow eats the berry the paralysis is going away as it flaps its wings to the flock. "I do understand where you are coming from human. You are one of those unique humans. I will never going to be a human's pokemon like that Pikachu and the strange pokemon of yours". Fearow said to Ash as it returns to the flock.

A Spearow comes forward towards Ash as it glares at Pikachu. "I want to battle Pikachu and go with you human". A Sprearow said to Ash as it wants to battle Pikachu. Fearow and the flock are stunned that a Sprearow wants to battle Ash and to go with her. "I want to get stronger on my own away from the flock, and you are the kind of human that I want to become stronger". Spearow said to Ash as it is very serious about it.

Ash smiles as she gets up as she looks at the Spearow. "If it is a battle you want Spearow, it is a battle you are going to get. Lets go Pikachu". Ash said to Pikachu. Pikachu nods as it is emiitting sparks from its cheeks like it is ready to go for the battle. Spearow is charging in quickly with a wing attack towards Pikachu as it is making the first move.

"Pikachu use agility into quick attack". Ash said to Pikachu as it wants to see the speed of the Spearow. Pikachu charges towards Spearow with the agility and quick attack. Spearow dodges it really fast like it is using aerial maneuvers. Ash is surprised by the agile Spearow as it completely Pikachu's attack. 'Speed is not going to work on Spearow. If that is the case, better to go offensive on Spearow'. Ash thought to herself as she notices that this Spearow has an unique battling style especiall when it is flying.

Spearow is charging in with a fury attack on Pikachu as its talons are clawing at the electric mouse pokemon. "Now Pikachu use thunderbolt". Ash said to Pikachu. Pikachu fires a powerful thunderbolt straight at Spearow as it gets shocked full of electricity. Spearow is falling towards the ground as it tries to snap out of it.

Ash is stunned as Spearow appears to be exhausted from the battle. Plus the flock realizes that the Spearow will be caught soon. Ash grabs an empty pokeball from her belt as she looks at Sprearow. "Pokeball lets go", Ash said as she throws the pokeball at the Tiny Bird Pokemon. The red and white ball hits Spearow a red beam gets it inside of the pokeball. It falls to the ground as it is shaking for a few seconds. It clicks as an official capture. Ash grabs the pokeball. "Spearow come on out". Ash said as she lets it out.

Spearow comes out from the pokeball as it flies towards Ash. "You caught me. I will work hard". Spearow said to Ash. Ash smiles as she looks at Spearow. "I will be counting on you Spearow and welcome to the pokemon team". Ash said to Spearow as she rubs its wing. Spearow nods as it looks at the flock and the Fearow leader.

"I will become the best Fearow that I can be with this human". Spearow said to Fearow as it is saying its good byes to the flock. The flock takes off flying away from Spearow. Ash smirks as she went to grab the broken down bike. "Do you want to be out from your pokeball for a bit Spearow"? Ash asks Spearow as it offers it a couple of berries. Spearow eats the berries as it gets some strength back from the battle. It nods yes as it went with Ash, Pikachu, and Lycanroc.

It is around early evening as Ash makes it to Virdian City as she is carrying the bike. She already returned her pokemon to their pokeballs minus Pikachu of course. She arrives at the Pokemon Center as she notices the same orangish red headed trainer from before. She brings the bike back to Ash. "Thanks for everything earlier, plus you even brought my bike back to me". The trainer said to Ash as she is grateful for the actions.

Ash shrugs as she looks at the trainer as the bike is given back to her. "It is no big deal. You were in a jam, and I offered a simple solution. At least, I didn't barbaque your bike with my Pikachu's electric attacks". Ash said to the trainer as Pikachu agreed with the trainer.

The trainer grins as it is small mercies about her bike as Nurse Joy spots it. "What happened to your bike"? Nurse Joy asks them as she knows how to fix them. The water pokemon trainer looks at the kind nurse. "My bike got wrecked by the Spearow flock on Route 1. This guy gave me his bike and to get away from the flock, and he brought my bike here to switch back". The water type pokemon trainer said to Nurse Joy.

Ash sighs as it is a common mistake for other people including pokemon to think that she is a guy. "It is true Nurse Joy. Plus can you heal my pokemon as well". Ash said to Nurse Joy as she hands her pokeballs and Pikachu to the nurse.

Nurse Joy nods as she gets the pokeballs from Ash as she knows how dangerous the Spearow flock is on Route 1. "That flock has been causing a lot of trouble for almost a year. The league needs to handle it with an Elite Four member". Nurse Joy said to them as she wonders when that will happen. "I will make sure that your pokemon are good as new". Nurse Joy said to Ash. The nurse looks at the female trainer. "I can take a look at your bike and fix it up for you". Nurse Joy said to the trainer

The water pokemon trainer smiles to Nurse Joy as she is relieved about it. "Thanks Nurse Joy", the girl said to Nurse Joy as the nurse takes the wrecked bike back as well with Ash's pokemon. The trainer turns to Ash as she remembered that they haven't introduced herself to her yet. "My name is Misty, and I wanted to say thanks for what you did for me". The girl named Misty said to Ash.

Ash looks at Misty as she notices that she is different from the female classmates in Alola. "Your welcome Misty, I noticed that you were in a jam, and I did what I could to help you. My name is Ash from Pallet Town" Ash said to Misty as she is some what on guard of the girl.

Misty nods as she looks at Ash as she is curious about the wolf pokemon that she had with her. "That pokemon that you had with you. What pokemon was that? It looked really different from the other pokemon around in Kanto". Misty asks Ash as she is curious about it.

Ash looks at Misty as she is referring to her Lycanroc Dusk form. "Oh my Lycanroc you mean, I caught him in the Alola Region. Lycanroc is actually a rock type pokemon". Ash said to Misty as she explains about it to her.

Misty is stunned as she looks at Ash like she is surprised about the revelation on that pokemon. "Really, I always thought rock type pokemon looked like actual rocks like the Geodude line and the Onix line". Misty said to Ash as she doesn't know about it.

Ash sighs as she looks at Misty as she can tell that rock type pokemon are not her strongest knowledge set. "That is not really true Misty. Rock type pokemon can take different shapes and sizes as well. Plus some of them has a dual type as well. It can be furry like my Lycanroc or it can have wings to fly like an Aerodacty or an Archeops. You don't get out of Kanto very often do you". Ash said to Misty asks her a blunt like question.

Misty looks at Ash as she is surprised as she is also being called out on the blunt question. "Oh, I didn't realize about that as well. To answer your question, not really, it just I escape from my older sisters in Cerulean City. My older brother who is the gym leader of the Cerulean City is the only one out of my entire family that understands me. He is the only one who listens to me and truly cares about me and the gym leader work". Misty said to Ash.

Ash nods as she can relate to her about having a limited amount of family members who truly cares about someone. "I only have a younger half brother who I rarely get to see. He lives with my mom and step dad in the Kalos region. How many sisters do you have and do you get along with any of them"? Ash asks Misty as she is curious about it.

Misty looks at Ash as she sighs to the Pallet Town native as she is not sure how to go into the conversation about them. "I have three older sisters. I have a better relationship with Daisy a lot better than I do with Lily and Violet. However, I only talk to Daisy when the other two are not around, and they don't really care about battling. They spent a lot of time doing their under water shows and beauty. My brother took over as the gym leader because he gotten angry about how Daisy, Lily, and Violet handled the gym". Misty said to Ash as she explains about her home life.

Ash nods as she can understand where Misty is coming from. "They rather talk about beauty stuff than more important things in their life. I can understand that completely. It is nice meeting you Misty". Ash said to Misty as she went to a couch. Misty looks at Ash as the trainer sits on the couch. "Like wise Ash". Misty said to Ash as she went to the cafertia to get something to eat.

Ash is in thought as she meets Misty for the first time. She grabs her new journal from her bag as she writes an entry in it. I would never thought I would meet someone new on my first day on the road. I defended her from the flock of Spearow, and yet now at the Viridian City Pokemon Center we are had a nice conversation. She followed through to give my bike back to me as I gave her wrecked bike. Plus I even caught one of the Spearow from the flock. The Fearow completely didn't realize that I was a girl until I told him. Plus I felt so bad for the Fearow because some guy from my hometown threw a rock at it and laughed about think, all of that pent up anger towards humans is because of a foolish action of one male human. Ash writes in the journal as tomorrow she has a gym battle to look forward to as she gets a room for the night.

End Chapter

Yeah Ash meets Misty for the first time, but this time I didn't have her barbaque the bike like in the anime. Plus Team Rocket didn't appear in this chapter either. I will save that for a different chapter.
