Chapter 1: A New World
"Mangolia Town." Luigi read the sign in front of the town.
"Well, that's a weird name." Sonic commented.
"Let us see if there is any place the five of us can stay." Meta Knight planned. The five Smashers were now journeying along this new world. It is a world that wasn't represented in Smash in any way possible, so this is all too new to them.
Soon, the Smashers found and bought a house using some of Sonic's golden rings, and they spent an hour decorating it, seeing as this might be their new home.
"Say, is their a way to pay the rent of this house? We can't live off my rings forever, you know!" Asked Sonic.
"Hmm, I heard of something when we talked to the land owner. Something about how Guild Missions have a large prize for those who complete them." Meta Knight Explained.
"Huh, that may seem-a useful. Is there a Guild nearby?" Luigi asked.
"Yes. The land owner told me that is was that large building out the window, over there, with the bird-like emblem on it." Meta Knight explained.
"Then what are we waiting for! Let's go!" Sonic said, dashing off.
"Mamma Mia..." Luigi sweated.
"Don't worry Luigi, hand on." Said Zelda, grabbing Luigi's hand as they teleported to the building.
"Come, Kirby." Said Meta Knight as Kirby came up to him, and they teleported towards their friends.
"So, this is the guild building?" Sonic asked.
"Yes. This is it." Meta Knight responded.
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go in!" Said Sonic, opening the door for everyone.
As they went in, they saw a giant brawl going on inside the building. It was like one of those fights in a bar in those movies. The brawl then stopped, as everyone in the guild aimed their eyes on the five Smashers.
"Uh...hello?" Said Luigi.
"Did we come at a bad time?" Asked Sonic.
"If we did, then allow us to come back later." Said Zelda.
"Who are you five?" Said an old man.
"We are five of the Super Smash Bros. We come from a different world from an accident that sent us here. We do not wish to cause you harm. We only wish to join this guild." Meta Knight explained.
"I see. I am Makarov, the master of this guild. What are your names?" Asked Makatrov.
"I'm Sonic, Sonic The Hedgehog! And I'm the Fastest Thing Alive!" Introduced Sonic.
"I'm-a Luigi! It's-a nice to meet you all!" Introduced Luigi.
"I am Princess Zelda, the ruler of the kingdom of Hyrule. It is a pleasure to make your aquaintence." Introduced Zelda.
"I am Meta Knight, one of the last Star Warriors in the Universe. And this is Kirby, the hero of the Gamble Galaxy." Introduced Meta Knight, and pointing to Kirby right next to him.
"HI!" Introduced Kirby, in his usual, cute fashion. Suddenly, all the girls came over to cuddle Kirby, but Meta Knight stopped them.
"We come from a different world from this one, if you are wondering. We were wondering if this is a guild that the four of us could join." Meta Knight explained.
"Another world, woah!" Happy exclaimed.
"So, you otherworldly travelers are looking to join the Fairy Tail guild?" Asked Makarov.
"Oh yeah!" Answered Luigi.
"Then show us what you can do. Zelda and Kirby, show us something that you can do. Luigi , Sonic, and Meta Knight, sense you three seem older and wiser than those two, you will fight someone of your choice." Said Makarov. Luigi went wide-eyed, while Meta Knight just stood, but Sonic pumped his fist in the air.
"Alright! Din's Fire!" She casted, a tiny flame appeared. Kirby, seeing that he could show them something, inhaled the Din's Fire, with no scratch at all.
"He ate the fire! Like me!" Said Natsu.
Kirby soon swallowed the fire, gaining a hat with fire on it.
"That is what Kirby can do. He can copy his opponent's powers to the best of his ability. Zelda has many magical spells that she could use, including healing." Meta Knight explained.
"Interesting..." Said Erza. Kirby then shot fire out of his mouth for a brief moment, before discarding the Copy Ability into his stomach.
"Now, Luigi, Sonic, and Meta Knight. Who will you fight?" Asked Makarov.
"U-um...her." Said Luigi, pointing to Erza. He suddenly received many gasps, and some whispers could be heard.
"Very well. Meet me outside the guild." Said Erza.
"Um, Luigi, I don't think you should've chosen her." Said Lucy.
"Why's-a that?" Asked Luigi.
"It's because she's the strongest wizard in the guild!" Said Happy. Luigi immediately went wide-eyed.
"Oh...Mamma Mia..." He muttered, before heading outside. Everyone else followed, to watch the match between Luigi and Erza.
"Now, Luigi, all you have to do is put up a fight until Erza gives up." Said Makarov.
"Oh, okay." Said Luigi.
"Now, Luigi, show me how strong you are!" Said Erza, pulling out her sword.
"Let's-a go..." Said Luigi, pulling out a hammer from his pocket. Don't question how things work in Mario's world.
"Let the match between Luigi and Erza...BEGIN!" Said Makarov. Almost everyone cheered for Erza, but Luigi's three fellow Smashers cheered for him.
Erza began by running towards Luigi to slash at him, but Luigi decided to use his jumping skills to dodge the blade. Luigi then spun around, and hit Erza with the hammer three times, pushing her backwards a bit.
"Hmph, you're good, but let's make things harder!" Said Erza. She then threw aside her blade, deciding to use her superior strength to win. Luigi decided to put away his hammer, and he pulled out something else.
"Let's-a make things fair! You have-a armor, so here's-a mine!" He said, taking off his green hat, and putting on a hat that was seemingly made of metal. But, what caught them off guard, was that Luigi was suddenly enveloped by metal. "Say-a hello to Metal Luigi!" He said.
Erza shrugged it off, and ran up to Metal Luigi. Erza then went to punch Metal Luigi, but he was pushed back only 5 inches. "Hey, was that-a supposed to hurt me?" Asked Luigi, thinking that she was stronger than this.
"H-how?!" Asked Erza in surprise.
"Okie Dokie! My-a turn!" Said Luigi, as her ran to Erza, and delivered a punch to her gut.
"Ngh!" She groaned, putting her hands on her stomach. She tried to get up, but she couldn't react in time for Metal Luigi kicking her to the side.
"Ready? Here-a comes Luigi!" Said Metal Luigi, jumping up, and then stomping on Erza, then jumping off of her.
Ack!" She groaned from the pain. Luckily, Luigi's power-up wore out after that, but Luigi was still going with the attacks. With Erza not having time to react, she was getting beaten. She didn't even have time to cast any spells!
"Now, time-a to bring-a the thunder!" Said Luigi, as his hands were enveloped in electricity. Erza struggled to get up, but Luigi then socked her in the face with an electrical fist.
"Ah!" Yelled Erza. The electricity was keeping her from getting up, this time. Luigi shut down the electricity, and slowly walked up to Erza.
"So, Erza. Do you-a give up?" Asked Luigi. Honestly, Luigi didn't want to keep fighting her. She was bruised up enough as she was.
"I...I give up..." Said Erza, a bit hesitantly. Everyone gasped. Luigi's fellow smashers came up to their friend cladded in green, congratulating him for a battle well fought.
"Luigi! I didn't know you had it in you!" Congratulated Sonic.
"How did Erza lose?" Asked Natsu.
"It must have something with those things he used. First, he used a hammer, then, he had a metal hat. Just what world do these guys come from?!" Wondered Gray.
