River Song was looking through pages of her Diary when Amy Pond appeared in Stormcage, using her vortex manipulator, "Mother, what is it?" asked River, "The Doctor is in Trouble and The whole of the Human race will change if we don't stop The Doctor's greatest enemy The Master" said Amy.
River Song quickly gets changed into a red dress with her blaster, and Then she uses her Vortex Manipulator to Transport away from Stormcage they both needed to think of a plan to rescue The Master.
Meanwhile The Master had released The Doctor from the Cell and The Doctor was connected with wires to The regeneration Machine.
"At Last Doctor, My New race of Time-Lords will be born and there is nothing you can do to stop them!" exclaimed The Master.
The Master knew what will stop his plan from exploding all minds on Earth, He needed the Doctor's Tardis key.
"Hand me your key Doctor!" ordered The Master, The Master grabbed The Tardis Key and scanned it through the machine.
The Master used the Artron energy in The Tardis Key to fix his Machine so it won't explode the minds of everybody on Earth.
The Master used his machine on Lucy, "Are you ready?" asked The Master, "Lucy, Don't do this once he turns you into a Time-Lord you could end up going insane like him" said The Doctor.
"That's the price for love" said Lucy, The Master connected Lucy up to his Machine with wires and then Lucy felt the regeneration energy in her body.
Lucy started to fall asleep, and then she awoke with the regeneration energy in her soul and in her mind.
"Lucy are you still there?" asked The Doctor, "Yes I am Here And Now I am a Time-Lady, I am part of The new Time-Lords" said Lucy.
The Doctor saw Amy and River appear, "Are we too late?" asked Amy, "He's just recruited Lucy as a New-Time Lord and Now he's doing each human one by one" said The Doctor.
Rory was the Final one to be Processed, "And what if I try to resist the Machine?" asked Rory, "If you try to resist The Machine, this Machine will wipe your mind completely - the only reason Lucy kept her memories was because she didn't resist the Machine, those who resist the Machine will have their memories wiped" said The Master.
Rory was connected by the wires, and the regeneration energy went inside his soul and mind he could feel it, there was a bright glow in his eyes.
"What has Happened?" asked Amy to The Doctor, "He's part of The Master's Army of Time-Lords now he will be stuck that way if we can't help him" said The Master.
River Song hugged her Mother Amy Pond, "we need to go Amy, I know you miss Rory but if we stay here Amy, You will be recruited too" said River.
"You both can go! I need to be with Rory" said Amy, "That Machine gives any species The ability to Regenerate why would you allow The Master to do the same to you?" asked The Doctor, "Because Doctor, when I get the chance I will overload the Machine with my new regeneration energy powers and then The machine will overload which will then explode" said Amy.
"We are going to find a cure for this Machine, and we will make Sure that we save you" said The Doctor.
The Doctor took his sonic screwdriver from Amy and he used his Sonic Screwdriver to point at River's Vortex manipulator and for them to fly the Tardis to find The Doctor's Friends to help Battle The Master.
Amy was Connected to the Machine, The Master could see she was up to something so he disconnected the wires from Amy, "What's going on?" asked Amy, "I know you are only using this Machine so you have the ability to Regenerate and then explode my machine I heard you and The Doctor talking you will never defeat me" said The Master, The Master took Amy into his Cells.
