Faith at first didn't know where she was. First thing she was aware of was that she couldn't see her face was bandaged. Then she heard all too fimilar talking. One of which was greatly displeased. And Faith knew exactly who it was.
"Vincent I cannot believe you would bring not just one, but two complete strangers into our community! And one of them was most unusually!"
"Maybe she just brought some clothes from a new kind of store?" Suggested Vincent in his gentle voice. "It is possible."
"I sent a note to one of our helpers who works in a clothes store. No clothes like the ones even exist." Jacob Wells also known as father said.
"But how is possible?" Vincent asked "And I know I broke the rules, but I couldn't just leave two young girls to die."
"How come you're upset with Vincent sir?" Faith asked so wrapped in their talk she didn't realize she was already putting herself in a compromising situation.
"Vincent did you tell the girl your name?!" Father exclaimed
"No father!" I have no idea how she knows it!" Vincent said confused.
An older voice crackles harmlessly. Although she cannot see them Faith knows that both Father and Vincent were about to talk to the tunnels most eccentric resident Narcissa.
"Father trust me Narcissa knows many things, and one of those things is that both of the girls are harmless. This one in particular is very special."
"Apart from her clothes I see nothing special about her." Father remarked
Vincent was about to agree when Faith blurted out:
"You're called 'Father' but your real name is 'Jacob Wells'. And although I cannot see him I know Vincent looks like a lion in facial features. And he has empathetic abilities that enable him to protect the ones he loves."
"Have you been spying on us?!" Father demanded
"No she is from somewhere similar to here, but not here." Narcissa informed Jacob.
"How is that possible?!" Father shouted
"I am going to check on our other patient." Vincent said his mind reeling from the girl who seemed to know everything.
"It's a long story." Faith said
"We've got lots of time." Father stated "Start talking."
