Yagi Toshinori, formerly and still seen as the Number One Hero All Might, kept the discussion he had with Nighteye a secret as he also kept an eye out for anyone sporting tusks and giving off a dark aura. If he had still been about to do hero work, he would have been covering the cities from coast to coast in search for this renegade member, trying his best in halting whatever evil scheme seem to be bubbling from down under.

But he also was keeping secrets from his successor, Izuku Midoriya, in fear that whatever force took down those Yakuza monsters may also be a threat to the young man and could be targeting him if he ever revealed the notion that someone was planning to do something. His mind flashed with unsettling events in quick succession, a team-up with the League, a attempt to free All for One, massing an army to overwhelm the heroes, even a notion that Midoriya, running to save him, would get...

"NO! No..." Yagi breathed as he took some time to himself, away form everyone as he ran a hand over his bony face as he recalled something that happened... A flashback...

"...Our resources are going into this case, more so than i should be doing..." Nighteye answered as both him and Yagi looked through everything to find any link, any connection with the figure that he saw in his foresight. The few members that were present aided in sorting through the paperwork and documents, smiling on as a world without the hope of smiles and laughter was indeed a world without a real future.

But, back to the matter on hand, there was no records found that could pinpoint the criminal or possible ally in the fight, any security that the Eight Precepts had up to keep an eye out for nosy individuals was also crippled, much like a short-ranged EMP blast, that would have brought everyone down on the Precepts, but it had to be a Quirk then as no such energy was emitted prior to the emergency personnel arriving and both tending to the wounded and hauling them off to prison.

All Might himself was in the same situation as he looked through the documents in aid, but he was sluggish and he could easily tell that Nighteye was chuckling silently at his failure of organizing and helping, paperwork was NEVER his forte as he huffed before he answered a call from his police friend, Naomasa Tsukauchi, stepping out as he answered it. "Yes, Naomasa?"

"We had an unauthorized entry into Tartarus, more exactly... HIS cell." All Might felt his eyes shoot up as the Detective continued. "It was brief, a minor delay in our recording devices and no one saw the person in question, but they were either cocky or sure about something as we have vocal recording, nothing matching the person who was speaking to All for One."

"Alright, you have the audio?"

"Sending it to you right now, I thought you needed to know beforehand." Yagi nodded as the file was sent and listened...

Key details standing out was the use of the names, the individual both known as 'Grimm' and 'Reaper' addressed All for One like a youngling would address a senior, but carried a hint of hidden knowledge and understanding as they bantered. And indeed, it was banter as Grimm pointed out facts and truths, but... had a similar Quirk with the villain, one far worse that it rips the souls...

He stopped the recording short as his face grimaced, Nighteye described the villain Overhaul fighting a figure that seemed to rip an afterimage of him out of the villain's body, but what if... what if it wasn't an afterimage, that it was actually Kai's soul in the first place? All Might didn't linger as he started the recording again and found a more exact answer.

Grimm was a vigilante, he was a hero outside the borders of the laws and did hero work as well, but that didn't narrow it down, it could have been anyone and the manhunt would start at once, but he didn't mind as he spoke to the other party. "Thanks, this could really help narrow it down for all of us."

"I hope so, I couldn't tell a single lie throughout that entire conversation." The call cut and Yagi returned to his former partner to share what the Detective brought and had Nighteye listen to the recording himself, the question on the man's face evident before he took the phone away and looked to his friend as well.

"This has only gotten more complex from the looks of it..."

Yagi shook his head as the flashback passed and he pondered it once more, listing it off with what was found.

A pair of tusks, a dark aura, seems to possess a Quirk to steal and give Quirks, and could step into and out of Tartarus at will. Yes, Yagi Toshinori had his hands full and should tell both his successor and his fellow teachers of the recent change...

"Just the teachers for now, I can't mark Midoriya as a target right away, I... we need to find more details about this whole thing..." He stood back up and headed off to U.A., whoever this Reaper was, they had yet to face the heroes or they were going to be on the defense to the largest manhunt that has come to pass.

Grimm watched as Rubi ate her food, glad to see that she was slowly coming out of the shell she had formed, but a bit concerned as she ate like the Precepts were on her trail and coming to get her soon. "Ease up, Rubi." She stopped short as he spoke. "You are going to choke if you keep eating like that, enjoy it carefully and slowly, no one is coming to take this food away from you." Slowly, she nodded and ate a bit slower as Grimm walked past and peer outside, a wonderful day before he consoled with a map of the area and tapped on a point as he looked back to Rubi. "Hey, I understand if you don't want to, but I was thinking that we take a short trip to a local park, give you some fun."

"Fun...?" She paused from eating a piece of chicken as Grimm nodded as he leaned against the door.

"Indeed, sometimes people like to play around the swings, in the sand, or even read books in the sun, people have different interests of what fun can be." He lightly crossed his arms as he continued. "It is your choice, really, I just want to give you a happier outlook of the world around, it is not as bleak as people would make it."

"Hmmm..." She gave a questioning look before she spoke sadly. "I-If it's not too much trouble, c-can I stay inside?" Without pause, Grimm nodded.

"That is okay, you matter here, after all." She beamed and Grimm watched as the horn lit up and she gasped in panic as the apple that she accidentally touched started to shrink down and revert into a seed before disappearing, and that was before the table itself disappeared as well, sending everything to the ground in a series of crashes and smashes as Rubi started to hyperventilate before Grimm suddenly pulled out a cancellation Quirk, eyes turning completely green before the golden energy disappeared to the little girl's fear as she shakily rose her hands and spoke with tears in her eyes.

"M-My... curse... I am..."

"No, you are not..." Grimm scolded the girl short as he answered. "This is no curse, NO matter what others have told you, a Quirk is UP to the one it belongs to, NOT to the people around them." The Quirk faded out as the blue returned as he took in the mess. "Still, this answers a question I had."

"I-I killed..."

"No, Rubi, you didn't kill..." Grimm dropped to an knee as he ran a hand over the girl's hair and let her rush into his embrace as she let the tears soak up. "What anyone told you is false, you never killed, you never harmed anyone in your life."

"B-But, Daddy's..." Grimm frowned as he understood the thought, it is often that a emerging Quirk could affect anyone around them, and if he was sure, then that one moment had affected her and had left her in the hands of the Precepts. He lightly pulled her away as he spoke.

"Your Quirk, if I understand it right, is truly a blessing, much more than what you were forced to endure." Her eyes widened with their tears dripping down her face as Grimm continued. "Your power is that to revert things, living things, to a past time, you could easily heal the wounds of many with training, you could return a man's ruined body to perfection, but it is not a curse, its only drawback is your own control. Your father didn't know, so what happened was never your fault, your Quirk simply returned him to his base molecules, he lives on as something younger now." Grimm raised a finger and tapped Rubi's nose as he continued with putting the finger down.

"You are just an innocent little girl, thrown into the den of wolves because of fear, and later ambition, you had no control over what happened and no one has the right to treat you like that." He stood back up and stepped over to the door as he spoke. "Now, I am going to get more things for the house, but first..." He turned and extended a hand to Rubi. "Would you like to accompany me to find some good replacements?" It is a pause, a hesitant move, but slowly the petite little hand reached out and took the larger hand of her guardian as he soon pulled on a backpack carrier and hoisted her into it as he headed out with her in tow...

Contrary to popular, public belief, Himiko Toga was not a mindless psychopath, she enjoyed everything a teen girl would, blood just gave her a more level-head and was much better about it than just using it for her Quirk, hardly anyone notices her as she had a few sips of the new blood and changed her appearance to hide her face more easily from the wandering heroes and the like.

She glanced down to the changes and, really, she doubted it would have worked out as easily if she was still obsessed with the League, her hair was subtly converted to a more darker color and she felt a few muscles pop into place prior to going out around town, but she near face-palmed herself on not looking up this 'Nemuri Kayama' early as her outfit was not ready for the sudden expansion of... certain assets, she had curves sure, but she felt like a walking runway model with how her chest, hips, thighs, and even height just made her look like she was a part of some photo shoot.

It took a short panic, as she mused over it, before she looked up the name and found that she had gotten two pints worth of the R-18 rated heroine 'Midnight', meaning that she really could have been flaunting her body like an actual model... a very prominent one at that, but she didn't do it as she slightly changed her appearance and walked through the streets, her destination being the 'Grimm Estate' as she had started to mentally call it, in a formerly loose sweater, skirt, and knee-high boots, her new form just form-fitting enough to cause a few eyes to drift before they focused ahead again as she just continued on while in her head, she was screaming.

'I FEEL LIKE SOME PIECE OF MEAT HERE!' She focused once more as she soon came across the small park that was nearby and took to one of the seats, breathing as she rubbed her temples on the notion. 'Why did I decide to just come out here, I was being sized up like a piece of candy.' The hand also hid a faint trail across her face as she mused. 'Oh right, Grimm-kun, that's who I was interested in talking to today.'

She lowered her hand and palmed her knives for safety, hidden in the boots to be sure, before she sized up the park itself, no one suspecting that Himiko Toga was hiding in plain sight as someone else as she checked it out carefully; filing out threats, bothers, people, and possible problems if there were any and, as fortune seemed to like her, she did spot trouble in a trio of perverts, even spotting another pair, but they were wearing U.A. attire so she could suspect a few things as the leader of the trio made his move.

"Hey, gorgeous, fancy me taking you out for dinner?" Toga huffed as she replied with standing up.

"As much as that sounds interesting, I have other plans with a friend and I don't like to be held up by anything else." She made to walk away as the leader recovered and exclaimed as he pursued her.

"Hey, hey, hey, don't blow off such a great time, just give a chance and we can show you what you would be missing."

"Sadly, I do know, so I am just leaving you behind before I get caught up." She was pulled hard back and flung into the other two as the lead cracked his knuckles, the tension turning serious as the two hero students looked ready to jump in... or watch the show as the prevent spoke.

"I am not taking no for an answer, you little..." Anymore was cut off as the left guy was launched off his feet and landed a good two feet, his chest smoking and the park turned to the pump of a weapon as Toga lit up as the red eyes glared down the attempted pervs.

"Helena... how are these upstarts?" Grimm stood with shotgun in hand, the girl on his back sleeping as the lead stammered.

"H-Hey, back off, wimp, t-this doesn't..." Another round and he howled in pain as the rubber slammed hard into his foot as Grimm closed the distance.

"She's with me; If you don't back down right now, there will be more trouble in your future, so you 'will' back down now..." He whipped to the last guy and spoke. "Release her now, before a third round finds your forehead." The guy flung his arms in the air, stepping away and Toga rushed over as she hugged him.

"Oh, darling~, I didn't expect you to be walking around here!"

"I had to get some things to replace a few assets at home, and before I knew, I arrived here, JUST as these morons tried their luck." Grimm glanced to the hero students and looked back to Toga. "I am glad that you were okay, I could have taken it further if no one did anything to stop such a public assault." To the groan of the guy launched, Grimm sighed as he stepped in front of Toga and spoke. "Oh, just stop crying, you are not dying, the ammo is rubber, but they do hit like a truck, so as long as you don't try this again, you will be fine, just scram..." The guy quickly grabbed his buddies as the groaning one was still out of breath while the lead had toppled to the ground and was more hurt from the fall than the actual blast before Grimm addressed the murmuring people. "Move along, everyone, nothing to see here, just a little bit of protection for this young lady, so move along."

Somehow, it got across as the people that were watching the whole thing scattered just as swiftly before Grimm stashed the gun on his hip and turned to 'Helena'. "So, explain to me, if you could, why were you upsetting the local pervs to the extent of physical interaction."

"What, are you jealous of my curves~?" Toga smiled as she ran a hand over her chest and thighs as Grimm just massaged his temples, the two hero students losing their cool over the playful manners as she spoke. "And besides, I did nothing other than tell them off, they didn't take the hint the two times I said it."

"That's promising..." Grimm answered as he looked back up and spoke to converse, walking with Toga beside him. "So has anyone given you too much trouble?"

"Other than the wolf whistles and the silent 'call me' motions, nope~!" Clearly, she had done the song-and-dance with Grimm before, sticking her tongue out with finger to jaw in a 'cutesy' manner as she continued. "Not my fault that I have the actual body of a goddess now, not many can resist such a lovely treat."

"I half-expected the Quirk to be emitting two-four-seven right now, you Bloody Mary."

"Hey~! It just makes them sleepy, it's not fun when you can..."

"Finish that sentence while heroes are around and I will give you a reason to use concern later." Toga zipped her mouth and flicked the key away as she just smiled as Grimm raised his brow. "You crazy girl..."

"Only for you~"

"Lucky guy..."

"Beyond, man." Grimm glanced to the students and spoke.

"Shouldn't it be apparent that heroes are NOT bent on human nature alone?" Both straightened up in surprise as Grimm turned with hands in his pockets, Toga chuckling as he went into 'lecture' mode, though she wondered if it could work on a pair that were showing perverted tendencies as well. "I didn't notice either of you two making a move to stop the harassment, so when were either of you going to stop it or were you being just distant bystanders?"

"B-But, we were..."

"Nice body..." Grimm gestured before he started again.

"The grapist is getting on my nerves, would it be fair for a rubber bullet for him between the eyes?" The short midget turned pale as 'lightning bolt' waved his hands as he exclaimed.

"I-It's okay, he's always like this, but he's not really a problem, just a perverted guy." They ignored the 'HEY' from the midget as the guy introduced himself. "Let me introduce ourselves, I am Denki Kaminari and he is Minoru Mineta, hero students of Class 1-A at U.A."

"I see..." Grimm hummed before he spoke back, giving them the benefit of the doubt. "I can't give my name on the grounds that... I have been actively avoiding saying it while my companion here is..."

"Helena Paler!"

"Yes, Helena Paler..." Grimm huffed as he continued to the sleeping girl on his back. "This little sleeper is Rubi Chi, and I was suppose to meet up with Paler for something, but it was prolonged by a few pieces of furniture being ruined quite recently and I had to find acceptable replacements."

"O-Oh, so you two are...?"

"No, we are not a couple, no matter how much she wants to be driving me off the walls." Toga chuckled as Grimm faced forward again at the students. "Now that this conversation is out of the way, I need to talk to Helena about our plans today, so if you could..." Denki waved his hands as Mineta straightened up as well.

"We hear you out and clear, we are out of here!" With some speed, the two, or Denki holding onto Mineta's jacket, booked it away toward U.A. as Grimm turned to Helena.

"So, how much will that cost?" Toga hummed before she answered.

"Lunch and a few minutes of holding hands."

"The scandal..." Grimm laughed silently before he held out a hand and Toga took it in glee. "Let's get going, I heard of a good place with some good curry and steak."

"Oh~ Oh~ Yes! I have been dying to go to the Indian Ranch for a long while!" Grimm rolled his eyes as they made their way downtown, it was in a more isolated location of Mustafar as it was a small-food joint that excelled with making a mean sort of curry and with the best prime meat that their oxen can provide, and Grimm knew that he was not going to get in-between Toga and spice, she is the devil without it... much like blood for her at times...

Shota Aizawa knew something was off, gravely off, when Toshinori Yagi, the former All Might, returned to U.A. to talk about a potential threat to the heroes, a vigilante by the name of 'Reaper' who had both brought down the struggling Yakuza organization of the 'Eight Precepts of Death' and conversed with the number one of their generation of All for One, but he was not that refuted so quickly.

He knew that Sir Nighteye was in charge of the Precepts, the first idea going to Eye getting the credit after Reaper moved in and wiped them off the docket, but that didn't sit well with him in the first place, so he explored other options as he had never fully heard of this 'Reaper' before. With what little he could find when he went scouring for details on their mystery criminal, he almost made the mistake of thinking that Reaper was going to be just as elusive as him... almost, but he corrected himself on a whim, no one had any less than him, he was the underground hero Eraserhead after all, he took some minor pride in that fact.

Many people did well to evade him and his shaggy appearance, it gave him the space needed to think things through a bit further, it also was a slow day for villainy for now as he continued on, slipping on his goggles and jumped to the rooftops, eyes searching for one bit of suspicious behavior so he could jump in and stop it short, because it was a solid day down below before villains would actually take a day off from their dark ways and quickly found a sight, a bull-headed villain tearing up a restaurant to pieces to the panicked crowd below, he moved to grip his capture tool before stopping short... something was wrong with the picture right here.

He got his answer when a shot rang out and hit the bull, it whipping to the offender with Eraserhead as well to see a youth, a little girl resting on his back, with a mask... sporting a pair of tusks in the form of a mask and a curvy girl that, for some reason reminded him of his co-worker, emerging from the crowd before the youth spoke to the girl who was pulling out a pair of knives from behind her. "There goes the date, Toga, I hope we can fix this soon."

"Oh please, considering the damage, I am not going to get some fine Indian steak, this ticks me off... and not in a good way."

"Good..." The youth pumped the shotgun in hand as he assumed firing stance while the girl... 'Toga?' crouched down to the ground. "Cut the tendons, we are looking to bring him down, so no kill shots."

"Make it harder on me, why don't ya~?"

"You Bloody Mary..." Eraserhead was certain that a smile was crossing the youth's face, despite the situation before him. "...Just get to work, I will keep the attention..." Without warning, the clothes puffed out a violet mist and the girl dashed out of it, slipping under the wide swing and slashing the back of the knees, not bringing it down, but making it hurt, but the bull didn't have time to club her as rounds fired, the youth dashing with swift succession in his aim and his fire, some were wild and hit across, but Shota saw how several compiled on the ever-fracturing horns before the youth leapt off a building wall when the bull charged and slammed hard with the stock, slamming the horns further in and removing them completely, he had weakened the binding to the jagged weapons enough to dislodge them into the building for his partner in crime to cut the elbows before getting hurled across the square, the youth catching her before he asked. "Had enough to get it going?"

"Oh, I can get it going~...!" For a brief moment, Aizawa watched as the girl melted into Himiko Toga with mouth dripping with blood before suddenly bulking out as a female version of the bull as she shouted, tossing the dripping knives for the youth to stash. "The problem is how long will he last!"

"You are certainly a Blood Mary, knock him out." He pumped the gun once more, how much ammo is he even using up!? "I'll keep the crowd out of the way."

"Got it~!" With that, Toga charged, bracing against the countering bull, but she had the higher strength as the Underground Hero could see that cutting the tendons severely weakened the foe and gave the villainess... or vigilante, a better chance in the fight as she slipped under and drove him into the ground, slamming him many times before stretching to the twitching mass of bull. "Puny bull..."

"Good work, Toga. Now..." The youth jumped to Toga catching him. "Let's get out of here, the mist will not last for long." She used the strength to bound out of there, the capture tool settling in uneasy hands as Shota took in the scene, a large amount of damages made by a villain, said villain brought down by Toga who was somehow able to use blood to transform or something and a youth who was carrying a girl on his back and wore a mask with tusks on it.

Suddenly, Shota found himself calling the public image by the phone and was grateful that the hero picked up. "All Might, it's Eraserhead, add another one on the docket of villains taken down by our tusk-sporting friend."

"W-What happened!? Did you...!?"

"I am in shock right now at how Reaper and Himiko Toga just brought down a bull transformation two times their size in downtown Mustafar, while Reaper was carrying a slumbering girl, bluish-grey hair with a small horn on her head, on his back. So help me here, I better see heroes down to the Indian Ranch right now as I can't find the words or the strength to give chase here...!" The call cut as Shota sighed, lifting his goggles and rubbing his eyes, he has seen many things, SO MANY things on the field that he should be surprised as the sound of sirens soon filled his ears as he just gazed down to the people and the scene before him...

...So did it feel like he would have gotten a lot more hurt if he had tried to intervene on a pair of wanna-be vigilantes of some unknown young man and a renowned criminal...?

Grimm was many things; a cold-faced vigilante, a insightful viewer, a befriender of criminals, and the bane in every heroes side when they knew who he was and what he did, but being oblivious was not one of those traits, he had spotted the Erasure Hero high on the roof, he knew that he, Toga, and Rubi were at the risk of getting caught and exposed, but for some reason and that was the part that confused him, Eraserhead didn't make a single move against them, he just watched them go and left them like that as they dropped into an alley and he quickly pulled out an attire for Toga as she reverted back. "You know that sweater was a gift for our partnership and you just ripped it to be a bull."

"Love you too, Grimm~!" He turned with a huff as she put on a new look of tank top, sleeveless shirt, shorts and boots, all loose before switching right back to 'Helena Paler', the outfit filling in as she bounced in place. "I got to say, I didn't think today I would even get a chance to transform into a bull, my Quirk shouldn't just be able to do just that without some intervention~."

"If you are making the guess that I somehow influenced your Quirk to grow or develop further than simple transformation into other people, you have clearly never understood how my power actually works..."

"Nope~!" The smile dropped as she leaned against the wall and spoke. "So, Eraserhead... The hobo was at the scene..." Grimm nodded as he turned back to her, standing with arms crossed as Rubi just slumbered, the 'Somnambulist' quirk keeping her sleeping for a little longer which was good for her, getting all that sleep in from who knows how many sleepless nights she faced before.

"Yes, and he had a high-rise of the whole fight, I am sure that he knows your name after all."

"Hard to forget it as one of the members of the League of Villains..." She puffed her face as she continued. "So no special treatment for me from any heroes anytime soon..."

"Yes, yes... I feel your loss, Bloody Mary." Grimm answered before straightening up again. "But now, we have a problem, he must have seen us and know what we look like now, so we are going to have to switch up our looks to keep out of the public eye." Himiko hummed before she beamed.

"The house is not known and no one would notice you otherwise, but for me..." She reached into the jacket, Grimm letting her as she searched before she beamed once more to another pint of blood, this one labeled with 'Tomoko Shiretoko'. "I knew you were holding onto this one long ago, I just didn't expect to find it still here!"

"So what, this was..."

"...Before she lost her Quirk, I know, which means..." Without a moment of pause, she drank up half of it and stashed the rest before her body lessened in volume, but hair changed to a more light green and her eyes popped before she smiled. "I can use her Quirk all I want and no one will be the wiser, your faithful girl 'Patches' is on the case!"

"...I don't think those eyes are going to convince anyone that you are not spotting their secrets." Grimm rubbed his temples with a smile before he removed the mask and put it away as he nodded, the red fading to blue as he agreed. "Alright then, let's just keep on the down low and no one will notice, Patches, now let's head home, I want to test your cultural skills after all."

"Yes, I am so ahead with that." She latched on and hugged him as they headed out. "Have I ever told you how much I love you giving me a chance to be me and not some doll?"

"Many times, but you often did it behind your own smile, not someone else's visage."

"I still love you..."

"...Did you just lick me...?"

"Hmmm...~!"

"Disgusting... Do it again..."
