Sara, Pierce, Gat and Shaundi were in their room, deciding what to do once they arrived in Rebel City.
"All right, Saints." Sara began. "We don't know Rebel City too well."
"So we need to find someone who does." Gat added.
"Exactly." Sara responded. "That's the point. Do you know anyone who knows Rebel City well?"
"Yes." Gat said. "I can show you."
"Come on Gat, we got a lot mothafuckas to recruit." Sara said. They went and took a car parked in the parking lot and went out to find some Saints. Sara and Gat went through Middletown and stopped by the Flying V, and found a bald man with a black leather jacket and a purple shirt with black and purple racing pants.
"I'm Sean Devlin, or you can call me "Speed Demon." Sean said. "Come and show me what you can do in my Beizer." Sara and Gat got into Sean's Beizer, and drove on a ramp, doing a stunt. They went on the Rebel City University campus, approaching a ramp near Bobby Brown Stadium, and did a stunt there. They went on the last ramp down on Peach Grove, and Sean was satisfied. Gat and Sara stopped near the Snake Farm Arena, and found their next recruit.
"I'm Naomi Watanabe, and you want me to run with your crew, I want to see you fuck up some Falcons." Naomi said. Naomi joined Sara and Gat, and drove by the 100 Years Olympic Park and found seven Falcons in their black suits, red shirts and black ties. Sara and Gat gunned them down, and when all seven were killed, Naomi was satisfied. Then they drove to the SNN(Saints News Network) center and found a black Jamaican man in a white tank top and purple cargo pants.
"Hey, mon!" He said. "Some deadbeat brudda of mine owe me money, so I need you to repo his motorcycle."
"Ok." Sara said. Cactus waited at the SNN Center, and Sara and Gat went to the location, stole the motorcycle, and brought it back to Cactus. Cactus was satisfied.
Now that all the new recruits have been acquired, Sara began her speech.
"Years ago, the Saints recaptured Stillwater and have merged with Ultor." Sara began. "We ain't a street gang, we a corporation now, and I need some extra muscle dealing with these new gangs. Naomi, you on the Falcons, I want to know who's calling the shots and what fronts they have. Sean, you on the Tigers."
"It's gotta be them?" Sean asked.
"The fuck you say?" Sara asked.
"Ok, I'm good. Sean mentioned.
"And Cactus, you on the Choppers." Cactus nodded.
"It's our time now!" The Saints raised their fists up as a sign of pride and strength.
