Chapter 1: A Long-Lost Friendship Reunited

It has been years since Touya Todoroki has been missing. But this young teenager won't give up on her search for her friend. For now, she's focused on becoming the new Pro Hero for her one goal: to be the Symbol of Inspiration for the world. Her motto is always this from the heart:

"Quirk or no Quirk...ANYONE can be a hero!"

It has been her motivation since she was four years old. After putting on her school uniform for the UA High, she began to set off on foot to get there as the sun is bright and early to start the day. She's so excited as she entered into the school building with her backpack and her duffel bag. On her first day, she's trying out for Class 1-A that is about the Hero Course.

Tenya Iida: "Get your feet off the desk now! It's the second day and you're already disrupting school property, you cretin!"

Katsuki Bakugou: "You're kidding me, right? It's not like you can tell me what to do-"

At that moment, the students of Class 1-A heard someone singing this song from the first words outside down the hallway:

Minoru Mineta jumped up from his chair as his heart raced a bit and a bit of steam out of his nose. When it comes to something like that, it means that he's either becoming perverted or he's in love. Yuga Aoyama said this as he hears this song: "Oh! Who is that with such a voice that's like an angel?" The song continued from down the hallway but starts to get closer bit by bit:

It's in your eyes

The prayers you cannot hide

It resonates, overwhelming from your smile

So trust your wings and let the currents sweep your high

The song ended as soon as the door opened up. There stood a teenage girl who appears to be a new student. She has her glowing tanned skin, her long flowing black hair, an hourglass body figure that's also rather curvy, and clear skin on even her face. What stood her out besides her voice is her eyes: light-blue and silver in the mix to say that she's gifted with the pure element of water itself. Mineta's purple eyes are filled with hearts as Mina Ashido with the Acid Quirk tries to keep him in bay from approaching her. Iida hurried over and said out: "Good morning! My name is Tenya Iida!" The girl jumped a little but managed to quickly regain her composure as she bowed before speaking: "Good morning to you as well. I'm Cecelia Harumi Miyamoto. It's a pleasure to meet you." This one boy in particular looked over as soon as he heard her name. He is a reasonably tall and rather muscular young man who is well-built for his age. He has quite long hair that doesn't pass his neck. His bangs are parted twice as to not obscure his vision. His hair is evenly split between two colors: white on his right-side and crimson red on his left. This unusual coloring being is due to his Quirk. As another result of this, he also possesses heterochromia iridium, which causes his left eye's iris to appear turquoise while his right is a somewhat brownish dark gray. His eyes are quite thin and reserved and he also has a large burn scar on the left side of his face, which reaches from his hairline to halfway down his cheek. Despite of this, several of the girls in his class have claimed that he is handsome. He is known as Shoto Todoroki whose is the son of the No. 2 Pro Hero known as Endeavor. He stood up from his seat and he said this to her: "Cecelia...is that really you?" As soon as their eyes met, she was rather surprised as she went over and go for a handshake out of respect. But what surprised everyone was when Todoroki pulled her in and hugged her in his arms. Bakugou almost fell off from his chair in shock and Izuku Midoriya was surprised as well. Momo Yaoyorozu asked: "Todoroki? Do you know her?" Todoroki answered as he turned around: "Yes, I do. Cecelia is my first and only childhood friend that I have when I was a child. When I was unable to communicate with my brothers and my sister, she was the one who made the effort to open up to me. She's Quirkless, but she's born with magic that appears to be much stronger than my own father's. This makes him furious to where he once tried to beaten her down like he did to me. But then..."

As a kid, Cecelia was forced to fight Endeavor. If she wins against him, Shoto Todoroki doesn't have to go through the harsh training. Using this technique called the Flashfire Fist - Jet Burn, this allows him to shoot a large amount of fire at her. With her right hand out, a bright light appeared and a beautiful key-designed weapon appeared in her hold. As its blade glowed, she said out as she strikes across to seemingly hit the fiery blast: "Full Counter!" There was a direct hit and Endeavor's eyes opened in shock as his own attack is not only thrown back but increased twice as much to double the attack power and damage!

A girl named Toru Hagakure with the Invisibility Quirk gasped in shock: "Wait! Did she...?" Todoroki nodded his head as he remembered that short but powerful match: "Yes indeed...she had beaten my father. And she isn't even a Pro Hero...yet, she had defeated the No. 2 Pro Hero at ease..." Cecelia spoke up as she seems to be modest: "S-Shoto! It's not an easy feat. I still have a lot to learn and-" Bakugou interrupted her as he said out loud, "Heh! Are you kidding me here?! You got to have a Quirk to go up against a Pro Hero and win single-handedly. Or are you just being too modest for your own good?" Before she could speak up, a voice belonging to a man who's likely in his 30s said out from the doorway: "All right. Take your seats so the new student for Class 1-A can introduce herself to the class." He is a slender and tall pale-skinned man with messy, shoulder-length black hair that partially hangs in front of his face and often half-opened black eyes. He is usually recognized for his worn-out appearance as if he just rolled out of bed. His facial hair remains unkempt and his eyes almost always looked tired and flat. His attired is a ragged black outfit that consists of a long-sleeved shirt and matching pants that tuck into his boots. He also wears a utility belt and his signature wrap scarf at all times. He hides a pair of yellow goggles underneath his scarf for when he needs to use them in battle. He's known as Shota Aizawa and he was one of her parents' former classmates back when they used to be in the UA themselves back then. Cecelia stood in front of everyone in the classroom to start her introduction: "Good morning ladies and gentlemen! I am Cecelia Harumi Miyamoto and I transferred from Teiko Junior High. My hobbies include singing, homemade culinary, martial arts, basketball, and swimming" Ochaco Uraraka raised her hand and she asked: "Is it true that you're born a Quirkless but have something like magic in return?" Cecelia sighed but smiled as she stretched out her right hand in front and closed her eyes to focus. That's when a bright light appeared and this beautiful key-like weapon appeared for everyone to see...just like how Shoto Todoroki have seen it the first time when he was a kid. His childhood friend has not just grown up...but she has also entered into the UA
