Preview for Season 3
The night on Robotnik's coup to take over Mobotropolis, a hedgehog couple meets up with a young Uncle Chuck in order to get the couple's baby son out of Mobotropolis and into the Knothole village for his protection. On top of that, they also arrive with a baby chipmunk girl, who was entrusted to them by King Acorn himself. The hedgehogs names were Jules and Alice, Sonic's parents.
"You want me to do what, Jules?" Chuck asked after being given Sonic.
"Charles, Robotnik is coming for us. He knows that our son is the Unifier Of Chaos." Jules explained with a clear sadness in his tone.
"The Unifier? Then—" Charles said, before being interrupted.
"He has the power passed on from me. Robotnik knows that if Maurice ever found out, then that means his empire will fall. Please, Charles, keep him and Sally safe…" Alice pleaded as painful as it was to part with her son.
"… Alright." Charles said, agreeing to take both of them to the Knothole. After this, Alice looked to her baby son and began to speak.
"Listen, Maurice…you have to be strong. Please, grow up happy and positive. Always keep your head held high, no matter what comes your way, and protect the people you love with everything you are…and please, be safe…" Alice said, tearing up as she got to the end of her sentence.
"Listen, son. When you grow up, you have to protect the princess…always stand tall, son. Always." Jules said to his son. With that, Uncle Chuck heads off towards the Knothole Village while holding both Maurice(Sonic) and Sally.
"Don't forget us, Maurice…" Alice whispered, as Jules held her while she cries.
Some time after Uncle Chuck's departure, Robotnik catches up with them, takes out an energy pistol and the screen flashes to white as two gunshots and screams are heard.
