I walk a couple of blocks to where my bike is parked. I put on my serpent jacket instantly feeling better. Speeding through the streets towards the wyrm I finally start to feel like myself. Walking into the bar, inhaling the smell of smoke and alcohol smiling I look to the pool table to see Toni lining up at shot with fangs and sweet pea standing around.
Jumping onto the side of the pool next Toni pulling out my pack of smokes bringing one to my lips. "Those are gonna kill you one day," Toni says looking up while taking her shot.
"We all got to die from something, mine will just be before yours."
"Amen," sweet pea says coming to stand between my legs lighting both of our smokes. We stare at each other until he reaches his hand up to take the smoke from his lips making me stare at the smoke coming from his lips.
"Well it's better then what happened to that kid at the river," Fp said. Making me jump and sweet pea move to lean next to me. "Need to talk to you," he says motioning to me.
"Duty calls" I say hoping off the table patting toni on the shoulder. Following fp up to his office. Slumping into an empty seat across from his desk bring my smoking up to my lips I take long drag. Fp sitting across from me staring in disgust at the smoke in my hand.
"Put it out," I roll my eyes dropping my smoke into his glass of whiskey right next to the ash tray. Ignoring my actions he poor two new glasses sliding one over to me.
"What's this about?" I ask straightening up noticing it's serious.
"We need to talk."

"Why would you tell me this? I don't want any part of it." I say pushing back my chair so it hits the ground.
"Slow down, just let me finish." He says frantically standing up.
"No you don't get to talk now, why would you even tell me about Jason blossom? This isn't right and I'll have no part of it. Or you. I will keep your secret because it's for the club not for you. What were you thinking? What if jughead finds out? You can't keep secrets forever Fp. Now I am going down to the bar and you will not follow me. You won't even speak to me about this again. I don't know anything. Okay?" I rant out quickly running my hands through my hair.
"Okay," he says quietly not even looking at me.
"Shit Fp, you are in deep this time. I won't let the serpents or jug be dragged down with you. "
"They won't, not jughead or the serpents, not you." Sitting back down I start again.
"You fucked up big this time Fp. But I can't just leave you. I will help anyway I can. But not as your friend just as my leader. That's all. This was stupid Fp." I say before getting up and leaving.
Slumping down at the empty side of the bar I wave over the bartender ordering 5 shots of vodka. Lighting up a smoke as the shots are poured I hear Toni come up behind me.
"You drinking them all or you gonna share?" Downing all of them I give her a glance before she orders 5 more. God that's why we are friends.
"Not that I mind getting drunk the day before the first day back at school but is there any particular reason you just murder 5 shots?" Well I forgot about school tomorrow. God I wish I went to south side high. Everything was so simple there. They were either your friends or are gonna stab you. At riverdale you never know.
"Trust me you do not want to know," I say drinking two more shots the bartender just poured.
"Alright then drinking till we forget then, I am always down when it's with you." You turn to Toni smiling as she orders more drinks. I don't think I could survive without Toni, she got another side of me that jughead didn't even know about.
"Thank you,"
"Anytime," toni says winking me as grabs g a drink.
After many more drinks, we danced and played pool with no care in the world even with Fp watching me like a hawk. "What's going on with Fp?" Sweet pea asks pushing me against a pool table looking around making sure nobody can eaves drop.
"I don't know what you are talking about," I say trying to walk away only to be pushed back by his body pressing on mine. Making my skin tingle, though it may be the alcohol.
"Don't play dumb, you were fine when you got here then you go up to talk to Fp then come down mad slamming back shots to them have him staring at you the entire night," He said pushing into me further. Well shit.
"Look it's none of your business so just stay out of it," I say while finally breaking free.
"Just be careful please," he says catching my wrist. The look in his eyes confused me. He looked scared and worried. It almost made me melt. But it doesn't matter cause we are only friends and he knows nothing about this whole shit storm with Jason blossom.
