Scene 1
'There little bird,' slithered a voice.
'You still have Orochimaru sensei"
Fear filled her limbs.
Darkness surrounded her but snakes held her down.
Staring at the ceiling of the dark wet room she called her home.
Before she knew it, all was over.
Alone she was.
Shivering.
Days went by before Orochimaru came back.
Was he finally gone?
But what was she if she was all alone?
There was no food and the door was locked.
All there was to do was close her eyes.
He left her to fend for herself
But isn't that what she was doing already?
A hand was in front of her suddenly when she woke up.
Startled.
'It's okay, he's gone now. Let me get you back home."
A new man.
One with grey hair and one eye covered.
He carried a masked beside his side.
This hand was different than the ones she knew prior.
It wasn't cold or slimy.
Instead, it was warm and welcoming.
Flinching at first, she finally caved.
"I promise I won't hurt you." the voice went again as the man picked her up.
Kaiya was so tired.
As they walked out of the snake's den the voice asked: "What's your name?"
"Kaiya," she whispered. 'What's yours?"
Even under his mask, she felt him smile.
