Responding to a possible recent trigger event. Subject shall be referred to as LOCK until a proper cape name can be attained.
I have taken it upon myself to search for subject LOCK as quiet recently it has been discovered under un-satisfactory events that shall not be named in this log that they have been abused in a multitude of ways by one of our own without any of their colleagues finding out after what has been believed for 1 year and 4 months.
This abuse has lead to an event known as CONFINEMENT. it is believed that subject LOCK finally snapped and triggered, thankfully their trail that I have follow shows they have not been witnessed by any spectator.
Hopefully it stays that way

I have come to notice that the footwear of Subject LOCK, who has now been Identified thanks to Dragon, is not the same match as what surveillance cameras showed in their school prior to CONFINEMENT event. Footwear impression marks show similarity to that of high heels, make is unknown at this time.

The trail ends at the Brockton's beach boardwalk. Footprints in the sand shows that subject LOCK made a straight path into the water with no deviation.
Surveillance proves this, as well as showing that subject LOCK is a case 53.
Cleaned up video footage provided by Dragon shows subjects appearance has heavily altered yet has no sign of mass disproportion of the body, it far tame than any other case 53 change aside from subject becoming taller and more defined than pre trigger.
(note: possible low master rating as subject seems to enchant on-lookers to subject imagery, effect is also showed in photo images and video recordings, highly likely that effect is greater when in close proximity to subject LOCK)
Changes include the following.
Skin and hair are completely bleached in bony stark white colour, despite coloration there is no sign of shaky movement nor anything to indicate a medical concern, subjects hair also is far longer than pre trigger conditions unknown if hair can be used as a weapon or some kind
Eye colour, crimson which shows be luminescent
Head has two small white horns on the top sides
Subject also appears to be garb in an unknown white dress with no defining features aside from a lengthened collar coloured black is pointed upwards to cover the subjects mouth. It is unknown how the subject has acquired such attire but I theorise that it has been produced by subject LOCK themselves.
Ratings remain unknown until full capabilities of subject LOCK is further studied

Collin sighed as he placed the recorder back into a pouch to his side
Things started to become a mess at the very end of last year specifically on the 30th when they, PRT were called to assist in a missing persons case which then became very clear that on the 1st of the new year that one Taylor Hebert was believed to be at her school trapped in her own locker which was found to be forcibly pried open from the inside, it also contained a multitude of biohazards, used tampons and other toxic waste items.
It clearly pointed towards a trigger event.
PRT agents quickly found the Hebert residence and Assault was sent to check if the girl was home and possibly be asked a few question regarding her trigger event as well as a wards pitch.
The only one home was her father visibly distraught and very angry.
Thankfully Assault managed to calm Mr Hebert down enough to ask the whereabouts of his daughter which unfortunately were none.
However when asked to investigate the possibly lead up to Taylors trigger Mr Hebert complied with PRT agents to search her room.
The result. All fully detailed journal showing Taylors bullied life for the last year and a half. And one of their own wards was the ringleader of this bullying campaign.
A massive investigation was taking place today. The whole of Winslow high in admin and other staff teacher would be going through very thorough questioning.
Many students would be questioned as well, especially the other two ring leaders. There was without a doubt in his mind that there would be consequences.
Especially for Shadow Stalker. This would end her career and many others as well.
His job in this investigation was to figure out where Taylor had went off to.
And with the help of his friend Dragon, they found out what had happened, and now they would need to survey possibly the whole bay to find where she was currently at.
If she was still in the bay that is.
Luckily dragon had a few suits that would arrive in the next half hour, all equipped to enter the watery depths of the bay, and with some luck they may be able to get Taylor to accept their help.
He was about to head back to his customised bike when he heard the sounds of something breaking through water.
Quickly facing the sea Collin had to supress the very urgent need to quickly jump back and swing his halberd at the noise and the very person he was looking for.
Taylor Hebert, the recently new trigger of the case 53 class stood on water right in front of him.
Bleach white skin and hair, horned head crimson glowing eyes and a white dress covering a body that he had to force himself not to stare at for too long.
Now. He had to somehow convince the amnesic girl to follow him to the HQ for questioning and possibly be reunited with her father and other things.
How complicated could it be.

It just got complicated
Not only did she speak his cape with a echo but familiarity indicated that she may still have her memory's.
All it took was conformation.
"are you Taylor Hebert" he said to the changed young teen
"yes" her head inclined up, her voice still carrying the echo
"ok, good. I must ask you to come with me to the rig for questioning, once done we will get you to your father, is this ok with you" Collin knew he wasn't great at talking with other people and did try to make sure that he came across as friendly to the new cape before him.
But sometimes hen he tried to hard he would admittedly offend them.
Taylor to a look at the bay for a moment before turning back to focus on him.
She then took several steps towards him and made it onto the beach all while not falling into the water even though she should of. In fact he now noticed that she was dry and not a speck of water was on her person.
"yes, I am ok with this arrangement."
Collin nodded thanking himself for being able to get the girl to come without incident like so many other past capes turned villain.
Hopefully they will be able to get her into the wards to compensate for the loss of Shadow Stalker, if not, well it would be very understandable but it would still be a loss, a massive one at that.
They made it back to his cycle but then immediately tensed and made a call to his radio
"this is Armsmaster to control, need immediate support at my position"
The response was instant

Further away he spied a quickly approaching form that was taking on a silver shine and following were many thugs
"Hookwolf" he took a combat stance readying his halberd to do combat with the steel wolf villain of the Empire
However someone passed him from behind
And that someone was Taylor who stood slightly in front of him to his left side.
"you should stand back, he dangerous" however my words seemed to not deter the girl for she only eyed me with one of her crimson glowing eyes before speaking
"so am I" and again the sound of something breach water was heard but it sounded much great in volume. And looking at the source had my eyes widen a bit at what I saw
