Namaskar, everyone, which means hello in a certain somebody's language *wink*, lol. So first off, thank you so much to those of you, which are a fair few only but it's no big of a deal, to have followed, favourited or reviewed the start to this story, it always means a lot. And second, and I say this to fellow authors buddy Aragorn II Elessar and Bl4ckHunter regarding what you say in your reviews, I get what you mean about ColdKatana/Leonard and Tatsu, as it is a very unusual and never thought of at all ship, but rest assured I am gonna do really good with it, especially with what's gonna happen for Tatsu herself in this part of the story.

And now, we have reached the main starting point of the story itself, episode 2x03. Now as I said in my A/N at last chapter's end, the events of episodes 2x01 and 02, with Tatsu in Sara's place instead and the additions of our three newbies to the crew Helena Bertinelli, Nyssa Al Ghul and Mesi Natifah, will've happened exactly like they did in the real show, all the Nazi drama, the JSA, Nate Heywood, Tatsu becoming the new captain of the team and so on, so I'm skipping over them obviously and starting off at number 3 which, like I also added, will take place in a slightly different historical time period than where the real episode takes place, and the two Legends crew members who accidentally end up there thanks to Ray and Nate's first training session will be different also. Plus, you will finally learn who the big baddy they will face is.

Depending on how long I make this chapter, cos I do rather unfortunately tend to have a knack of doing long chapters, lol there, the episode may cover another one or two chapters, just to warn you. But anyway, that being said, and without further ado, lets get into it. Legends of Tomorrow, season 2 episode 3, here we come.

I do not own Legends, Arrow or any of the characters in either show

Tatsu sat in Leonard's lap, arms around his neck, her black t-shirt off showing her bra covered breasts, while he, very much fully clothed, held her close with his arms, right hand on the back of her head, fingers buried in her hair, the two of them making out smoothly and expertly in the co-pilot Jump Seat he occupied.

After half a minute, they came apart and Tatsu leaned down, resting her head on his shoulder. "You know, I could really use a bite to eat," she said.

Leonard smirked. "We're still a bit away from lunch," he teased, "You sure you can't hold out till then, well, apart from probably going back to just sitting in that pilot seat and flying the damn ship all morning?"

Tatsu smirk smiled herself. "No way, my appetite's coming back already," she said, "I really need a break from it all anyway.

Leonard chuckled. "Alright then, Captain Yamashiro," he said, "A little early grub it is, I guess. What'll it be?"

Tatsu looked at him. "Ever tried the Kabayaki yet?" she asked, referring to her country's meal of eel fish and a soy-sauce based sauce with a bowl of rice.

Leonard feigned thinking, then shrugged. "That it is then," he said, and the two of them stood up, Leonard stretching as Tatsu bent down and retrieved her t-shirt from the floor by his seat, pulling it back on. "I wonder if anyone else would like some as well, unless Nyssa and Helena are already throwing their weight about in their rooms with their target practice?" he suggested, still teasingly.

"In that case, it would be a pretty unwise thing to distract the daughter of Ra's Al Ghul and the Huntress if they're focused on getting as many arrow or crossbow bolts as possible into the red bullseyes," Tatsu said, she and Leonard chuckling before, with a last kiss on the lips, Leonard walked off the bridge, heading for the galley.

"Want a little bit, Jefferson?" Mesi offered from her sitting positon behind Jax, holding out the box of Turkish Delight she had in her right hand, while her left picked out another sweety cube and popped it into her mouth, "It'd be something that will fill your stomach at least." The two of them were down in the engine room, Jax focusing on the cabled power tool in his hand taken from the tool box at his feet

Jax looked back over his shoulder briefly towards and shook his head. "I'm good, thanks, Mez," he said.

"You've been working hard on that for some time," Mesi pointed out, popping another piece of Turkish Delight into her mouth and savouring it. "Mmmmm. Surely you must feeling be a bit hungry, these are rare delicacies."

Jax grinned. "Did you just quote the Lion King there?" he asked, unable to surpress a small laugh. "And nah, gotta make sure everything's running smoothly on-" Suddenly he broke off and Mesi saw his eyes widen, alarm appearing on his face. "Behind you," he shouted warningly, and Mesi turned, ducking just in time to avoid the sweeping outwards hooking kick which had been aimed at her head, the move performed by-

"Miss Jiwe?!" she exclaimed, she and Jax staring astonished at the JSA woman with the name Vixen and the amulet which gave her animal powers, who now glared with feral hatred at the two of them, her eyes blazing, teeth bared in a snarl, a large six inch bladed knife gripped tightly in her right hand.

Placing the box of Turkish Delight down, Mesi bent her legs back and then thrust them outwards, springing perfectly onto her feet and taking up a defensive position in front of Jax, feet apart, arms up in a tight guard. "How did you get onboard the ship?" she demanded to Amaya, yes, now she remembered that that was the woman's first name. But instead, Amaya came at her, swinging her knife arm up and down in a sweeping motion at Mesi. Mesi backed and ducked, then used her League of Assassins gifted training, lashing out with a jab that connected with Amaya's nose but didn't break it, then followed up with a right hook to the jaw, stunning Amaya further and allowing Mesi to grab her knife hand, bend and twist it back and forcing Amaya's fingers to open, the knife clattering to the floor before Mesi pulled her in and flipped her over her shoulder.

"Whoo," Jax whooped, "Good on ya, Mes." Too lately spoken, for Amaya, completely unfazed it seemed by Mesi's moves, rolled onto one knee, snatching the knife back up as she did so, then pressed her necklace, the apparition of a gorilla forming around her in blue light before disappearing. Amaya got back up and charged at Mesi, the girl swinging a right hook, but Amaya ducked and grabbed her, then actually threw Mesi across the length of the engine room, sending the girl crashing into the far wall before she slid to the floor, gasping, winded, as Amaya took a few steps towards her in a charging run.

"Hey," Jax called, Amaya stopping and turning back to him. "Why don't you pick on someone your own size?" Jax challenged defiantly, having now grabbed a hammer from the toolbox.

"Jefferson, no," Mesi called out as Amaya took it up, charging at Jax and swinging her knife once, twice, a third time, the second done in a backwards swipe. Jax ducked, dodging the attacks, before Amaya followed it up with a powerful kick to the chest, sending the young man to the floor, Jax gasping, the wind driven out of him both from the kick and floor impacts.

"Jefferson," Mesi shouted, now back on her feet, Amaya whirling round to face her again, the hatred on her face not having changed in the slightest. Holding her arm up, the knife blade pointing down, and with a snarl, she sprang and pounced towards Mesi-

Only to suddenly feel her arms be pulled to her sides, the knife dropping out of her hand, as several wire cables wrapped around her body, trapping her legs also, as now a silvery hand appeared from behind and above her head, then punched down, bonking Amaya on the head and knocking the restrained woman out.

Mesi and a now recovered Jax, back on his feet also, stared in shock at what had to be Nate, standing there only in his underwear, every single inch of expose skin, even his hair and eyes, covered in silvery metal, as Nyssa also appeared by his side, her PSE-AD Compound bow in her left hand, giving away instantly that she was the one who had just restrained Amaya with one of her trick arrows. Helena was right behind her.

"Thanks, Nyssa," Mesi said.

"Me and Helena heard some noises outside our rooms and upon investigating, we saw Professor Stein and Ray had been knocked unconcious, then Leonard reported that the same thing had happened to Tatsu, then we heard the commotion going on down here and came to help," Nyssa said, the words all that was needed in way of explanation for Jax and Mesi.

"Looks like she interrupted your Turkish Delight tucking in, eh, Mesi?" Helena remarked humouredly, glancing at Mesi's sweet box.

"What the hell happened to you though, eh, Nate?" Jax asked, still staring open mouthed at the greatly changed Nate.

"I really don't know," the other man said, examining his hands in shocked fascination.

"Well, I think you'd better get back up to the Med Bay and put on some actual clothes, Mr Heywood, and then when Ray wakes up, get asking him about exactly just what has happened to your bodily appearance" Nyssa said. Now she looked to Helena, "You and I had better take Miss Jiwe here..." she gestured with her head to the restrained unconcious woman, "...to the brig before she has the chance to wake up on us, Helena. No doubt Tatsu is going to want to question her about just how she managed to get onboard the ship as badly as we want to know ourselves."

"Good idea," Mesi nodded in agreement.

Shortly later, after a now very grumpy Tatsu had recovered from the knockout blow to the face that Amaya had performed on her after she'd sneaked up on Tatsu just after Leonard had left to prepare their food, and Stein and Ray had both recovered from theirs and painkillers dished out to the two of them to help, all of them gathered in Rip's old office, now Tatsu's, on the bridge to discuss Nate's new abilities.

"You injected me with Nazi serum?" was Nate's reaction after Ray had finished his explanation.

"Which I'd redesigned to quintuple my own strength and turn my skin into an alloy a hundred times stronger than steel," Ray said, half as an explanation, half as a defence.

"Steel. That's a cool name," Mick said through the sandwich he'd brought with him from the galley and was eating contentedly.

"Yeah," Nate agreed, "Especially since my grandfather was called Commander Steel. What does that make me? Corporal Steel? Mr Steele? Citizen Steel?"

Helena nodded. "I quite like the last one," she remarked mischievously.

"Who cares? You got superpowers now, dude," Jax chimed in excitedly, a little too much excitedly in Tatsu's eyes.

"Except I don't know how I turned to steel in the first place," Nate pointed out.

"He's right in a way, you know, Tatsu," Leonard said, looking to Tatsu, the two of them standing side by side, "Someone with newly acquired super-strengthed powers like his and not knowing how to use them could cause us a whole heap of trouble."

Tatsu nodded, "I agree." She looked back to Nate, "Ray will teach you."

"He will?" the two men echoed as one.

Tatsu looked to Ray, and shrugged. "You said it yourself. You redesigned the serum," she pointed out.

"Yeah, she does speak the truth, you know, babe," Kendra agreed.

"Which I did beautifully, but it's not like I have some sort of instruction manual," Ray said in another attempt to defend himself.

"Guess you'll have to wing it then, Ray," Nyssa now said.

"Meanwhile, I'm gonna go and have a chat with our stowaway, Miss Jiwe," Tatsu said.

"Not going to go down there alone, are we, Tatsu?" Nyssa asked, she, Mesi and Helena all folding their arms as the three of them looked to Tatsu, expectant expressions on their faces.

Tatsu smiled. "Of course not," she said, knowing what her three friends, Nyssa and Helena now more like her own surrogate sisters rather thanks to how close they had bonded together over the last six months while dealing with aberrations and time criminals, Mesi herself now like a daughterly figure to Tatsu, wanted, and she wasn't one to deny them of that at all. She turned to her boyfriend as well, holding out her hand, "Leonard?"

The older Snart sibling nodded, his traditional smirk returning. "My pleasure," he answered simply, taking her hand, and together the group of five left the office, hearing Nate's sentence of "This is gonna be so much fun" behind them as they did so.

"I doubt that," Mesi muttered.

"Hear hear on that, Mesi," Leonard agreed quietly.

The doors to the brig opened with a swish of compressed air as they approached, and the group, Tatsu and Leonard at the head, entered the room where Amaya, now freed from the cable restraints, sat on the single bench in her cell, straight backed, legs apart, hands on knees, a killer look on her face.

"You stowed away before we time jumped from 1942, didn't you?" Tatsu said calmly as they stopped in front of the cell door, Leonard releasing her hand and folding his arms across his chest.

"I gonna get outta here, and I'm gonna finish what I started," Amaya growled, glaring at the five Legends.

"And, er, what is that exactly?" Leonard asked casually, "Killing every last one of us? No offense, I won't exactly say no to probably wanting to kill Mick at some point myself, he can seriously get on your nerves at times, but why?

"Fair point there, Leonard," Helena muttered.

"Thank you," Leonard answered, still being casual as he briefly looked to her.

"Someone, one of you that is, killed Rex," Amaya said, anger now mixed with pain.

That stunned the Legends members, Leonard's arms unfolding. "What?!" Tatsu exclaimed, stepping forward, "Rex Tyler? As in Hourman?"

"His killer shoved a sword through his chest," Amaya told her. Then she stood up and stalked across the cell to the door and glowered even more at Tatsu, "And you, Miss Al Ghul and Miss Natifah all carry swords, Captain Yamashiro."

"If you're accusing us of killing Mr Tyler, Miss Jiwe, then rethink that immediately," Nyssa countered very harshly, she, Mesi and Helena now stepping forward as one to stand at Tatsu's side, "None of us, even those who don't even carry swords as our prefered choice of weapon, have been off the ship since we dropped your team off at your base in New York."

"Nyssa is right," Mesi added in support of Nyssa.

"I can also add that me and Tatsu were together in her quarters all night, so there goes any of your accusation towards her," Leonard spoke in extra added support, "And if you don't believe us, Gideon would be more than happy to provide you with every single piece of evidence you'd need, she records everything on the ship, barring our quarters and the bathrooms of course, twenty-four-seven."

All that didn't seem to satisfy Amaya enough though. "With his last words, he told me his killer was a time traveller," she said, "He even gave me a name."

Now the Legends' interest was broadened. "What name?" Helena asked.

Amaya looked to her, then between the other four. "He said..." she paused, thinking hard, then the memory clicked into place and she spoke again, "'Grant Wilson says hello'."

At that, Tatsu and Leonard froze solid, the gigantic shock on their faces at hearing the two words extremely plain for all to see. Helena, Mesi and Nyssa turned to them, their own additional shock showing, for the original Legends had of course filled them in on the full details of everything that had happened on their adventures against Vandal Savage when they had first joined the crew. Amaya, having of course noticed it herself, showed confusion. "You know this 'Grant Wilson'?" she demanded.

"Damn right we do," Tatsu breathed.

The previous night

Rex placed the Askaran Amulet back in its display box and closed the cabinet. Nodding to himself in satisfaction, he turned and began walking across the office, about to leave, when suddenly, a figure dropped down from the ceiling right in front of him, landing in a crouch before straightening fully up again and right hooking Rex powerfully on the jaw, sending him to the floor.

As Rex sat up, one hand rubbing his jaw, he examined the intruder who had just turned up completely out of the blue. Judging by the bodily shape, it was definitely a man, and well built at that, but his face was covered by a half black and half silver mask. The outfit he wore was just as strange and as wonderous as that of some of the Legends', a suit of black body armour, with black protective plates, composite fibreglass, overlapping his feet, shin, forearm, chest and shoulders, and silver details in the joints. Several orange coloured straps and pouches, as well as other various equipment pockets and pouches, and even a support for grenades and ammunition, adorned the suit.

But Rex's eyes were drawn to what was being held in the man's left hand, a very lethal looking long bladed Katana sword like that used and wielded by the member of the Legends called Tatsu Yamashiro, Katana as her alter-ego name was.

"Hello, Rex," the masked man spoke in an Australian accent.

"Who are you?" Rex demanded.

At that, the man reached up with his free hand, his right, and pulled off his mask, revealing his face and a crop of dark brown shoulder length hair. "Oh we've met before, you and I," he said very smugly, adding a smirk to it, "Quite a few times actually. In fact," now he bent down to Rex's level, the arrogance and smugness still alight in his whole face, "As I recall very correctly, the last time we faced off you discovered my plan, and then travelled through time yourself to stop Mr Hunter's team from coming here, didn't you?"

"They said that I disappeared," Rex said, recalling what Tatsu and her team mates had told him about when they and the other JSA members had first met each other.

Not seeming to have heard, or perhaps even listened, to Rex's latest words, the man with the long hair and armoured suit transferred his sword to his right hand, and with his now free left grasped Rex's collar and as he straightend back up hauled the other man roughly up, forcing him to his knees, then lifted his sword up, the blade's tip a few centimetres away from Rex's eye.

"I want you to do something for me, my dear Rex," the man said smoothly, "And that is this: pass on a message to Miss Yamashiro and her Legends colleagues for me, tell them an old friend needs to have a little talk with them."

"How do I do that?" Rex asked, his demanding tone not changed.

The man smirked again, his sword dropping so that it was now level with Rex's chest. "Tell them..." and with that, he thrust forward with his right arm, Rex gasping as the man's sword entered his chest and out through his back, "Grant Wilson says hello." Grant then pulled back his arm, the sword exiting from Rex's back and chest, while his left hand opened and released Rex's collar, the JSA man falling onto his back, emitting several strangled gasps.

"Rex?" Amaya Jiwe's voice called out, alerting Grant to her approaching presence.

Looking briefly towards the open office door, he said smugly to himself "Let the fun and games begin", then thrust his sword back into its sheath on his back, scooped his mask up from the floor and ran across the room, disappearing into the shadows just as Amaya entered through the door. "Rex?" Seeing the gasping man on the floor, she hurried over and crouched down beside him.

"Rex, no," she said desperately, now noticing with fresh horror the sword wound in his chest.

"Time..." Rex gasped, struggling to breathe let alone speak, "Time traveller." His left hand came up and rested on hers that was vainly pressed down on his wound. "Grant...Wilson...says hello," he managed to say, and died.

"No," Amaya cried, "Rex." And loud sobs of utter grief overcame her.

"Grant is the son of a very dangerous man from our time, Slade Wilson," Tatsu explained, still visibly shaken by what Amaya had just said, "Also known by the name of Deathstroke. We met him when we crash-landed, how and why we did so I won't go into for now, in Ray's home city Star City in the year 2046, thirty years from our present day, and Grant had accomplished what his father had tried to do before, and conquered the city with an army, allowing the whole place to fall freely into the hands of criminals and low-level thugs and them to take whatever they wanted, whenever they wanted."

"No cops or heroes were around to stop them," Leonard took up, "Except the son and daughter of a couple of old friends to a few of us on here, Oliver Queen and Sara Lance. We helped the two of them and their parents take down Grant and his army."

"And now clearly, he's after you lot," Amaya finished, "For what? Revenge?"

The Legends members all nodded. "It very well much seems that way," Leonard muttered

"He must be the one who gave General Krieger the super-serum which turned him into that monster," Nyssa added, "And which has now given Dr Heywood his new powers."

"But just how has Grant even managed to escape from his time in the first place, Tatsu?" Helena said to Tatsu, "That's the big question. How's he been able to travel through time and pursue us in the first place?"

Tatsu nodded, "I know, Helena, it's something I'd quite like to find out for myself for absolute sure. And no doubt I'm sure we'll have all the answers to that in time." She turned back to Amaya and sighed, coming to a decision. "Look, if I let you out of here, Amaya, will you promise not to hurt any of us unless absolutely necessary?" she addressed the JSA woman.

"But try anymore sneak attack stuff on us again without Tatsu's say so, then rest assured me and Talibah will end your life in the time it takes you to blink," Nyssa added in a daring tone, she and Mesi folding their arms across their chests to add to it.

After a few moments' consideration, Amaya nodded shamefully, feeling really down of herself for her mistake and hypocrisy. Tatsu nodded back and waved her right hand over the door frame, the hidden motion sensors registering the movement and allowing the cell doors to slide automatically open. Amaya stepped out and turned to Tatsu. "Sorry for knocking you out," she said apologetically.

"You'll have to repeat that to the Professor and Raymond as well, you know," Leonard said.

"Sorry for locking you up." Tatsu held out her hand offeringly, "Call it even?" Amaya thought, then took it.

"I guess, judging by just how far you were going on us, till it came to me and Jefferson of course..." Mesi now spoke, "...that you and Mr Tyler were close, am I right, Amaya?"

Amaya nodded, gulping back tears. "Yes, we were. But the JSA doesn't allow fraternization between team members, and it'd be even worse if we were found because, well, even as civilians, a relationship between Rex and someone like, well, me..." she broke off, but Mesi nodded.

"I know the feeling," she said in understanding, knowing all too well the on and off relationships between the white man and her people, the blacks, which would be all the more worse in a time period like Amaya's and throughout much of the century before then.

"But I don't understand," Amaya said as they walked back through the corridors of the Wavrider, "If this is a time machine, or time ship as you say, you saved the JSA, so why can't you save Rex from Grant Wilson?"

"Because all that would do is just make things very much the same as they've already transpired," Leonard said.

"He's right, Amaya," Tatsu said, "If we went back and saved Rex before Grant killed him, all Grant will do is back to before we intervened and kill him then. During our last adventure, me and Leonard, Mick, Professor Stein, Jefferson, Ray and Kendra and our captain, a man called Rip Hunter, dealt with another time travelling killer called the Pilgrim, who was sent by her and Rip's now deceased employers, the Time Masters, to snuff us out by targeting our younger selves, but she was restricted to just one attempt to do so because multiple attempts would inevitably cause such damage to history the world would become unrecognizable. Grant obviously has no such restrictions."

"Rip, the guy who gathered Tatsu and Leonard and the others of us you've met in the first place, tried over and over again and again multiple times to save his own wife and kid, Miranda and Jonas, from being killed by Vandal Savage, the immortal monster they were up against before me, Helena and Mesi joined the team, before he murdered them," Nyssa added, "Hell, he even tried to do so by trying to out Savage back in Ancient Egypt before he actually became immortal, but failed of course. And that was before he even brought the Legends together in the first place."

"And he will always be very much a bit of a hypocrite to us still," Leonard said rather bitterly, "Cos of the way he treated us in the first place, using us as his game pawns in wanting to save Miranda and Jonas from old Vandal, which of course totally failed in the end."

"Look," Tatsu said, all of them, Amaya included, stopping, "The point is, we are sorry about what happened to Rex, we really are, and we will find Grant Wilson and make him pay for what's he done, and hopefully before he has the chance to kill any of us as well. But right now, I think it's best that Gideon flies you home."

Amaya shook her head. "Not until Grant is brought to justice," she said defiantly.

"It may not be immediately," Tatsu countered back just as determinedly, she and the other four folding their arms across their chests, Amaya looking between them all in silence. "But don't worry, we're professionals," Tatsu finished, "We know what we're doing."

That was followed instantly by a series of muffled bangs and blasts which every one of them heard. Nyssa rolled her eyes. "I should've known Ray and Dr Heywood would probably have needed some sort of supervision to keep them outta mischief," she said.

Tatsu sighed in exasperation and with a "Come on" and a forwards wave of her arm, beckoning to them and Amaya to follow her, marched off in the direction of the cargo bay.

"Maybe allowing the Jackson kid and Kendra to volunteer for said task probably weren't so good after all," Leonard said, "The younger kid and the immortal Egyptian princess supervising the overgrown kids, one of whom is her fiance at that."

"Wait. Miss Saunders and Mr Palmer are engaged?" Amaya asked in surprise. The looks from Leonard and the other three Legends women were enough of an answer for the question, and she snorted a slight laugh, "Well well well, who would've thought?"

Sure enough, as they descended the stairs that lead into the cargo bay, they were greeted by the sight of a fully Atom suited Ray blasting his dwarf star energy guns at a fully steeled grinning like a crazed loon Nate, while Jax sat on a nearby crate cheering like he was watching a game of pro-wrestling, and Kendra stood to one side watching, struggling to keep a straight face from all that was going on. "If Grandpa Heywood could see me now," Nate said proudly as Ray hit him with two more blasts.

"Professional?" Amaya threw the word back at Tatsu.

"Most of the time anyway," Tatsu shrugged.

"Whatever happened to not shooting things in close confinement on the ship whilst in the temporal zone, eh, boys?" Helena tried to remind Ray and Nate like a schoolteacher, "Cos it seems to me you're breaking that rule very epically."

"Oh come on, Helena, since when have you cared about rule breaking, eh?" Jax retorted, "Considering what you've done not-quite-so-following-the-rules like yourself in wanting to see your old man dead for him killing your man Michael?" Ray raised his arms and blasted Nate yet again. "Yo, I know you're not gonna take that, Ray. Go crush this Tin Man," Jax cried ecstatically.

"That was different," Helena countered back, "I've very much changed since then, and one thing I pretty much care about is rule against things that could get me and my friends killed."

"You know, she does have a fair point I guess, Ray babe," Kendra said as Ray shoulder barged Nate's still steely chest, making him take a step back but the main blow itself not having any sort of effect on him whatsoever.

"Hoohoohoo, nice try," Nate said.

"You know, I've just remembered: since when does he have superpowers anyway?" Amaya asked, nodding towards Nate.

But before Tatsu, Leonard or any of the other three women could answer, Nate elbowed Ray hard in the chest, sending the other man flying back and slamming into the cargo door so hard it cracked open, and that was when all hell broke loose.

The four women and Leonard grabbed either the sides of the doorway or the stairs themselves, Kendra jumped up and caught hold of the ceiling, and Jax braced himself against the wall behind where he had been sitting on the crates as the ship's air began to get sucked into the vacuum of the Temporal Zone.

"Hold on," Nate shouted, he himself the only one still standing without needing to hold onto anything, "I'll close it." But he slammed his hand down on the open/close button with too much force and the electronics sparked on impact, causing the metal frame to bend and the cargo door to fully open. As further result of the extra force, Ray now found himself clinging on by his fingertips only, Jax lost his bracing grip against the wall and slammed into the floor, clinging desperately onto the metal grating. Nate held onto the railing for dear life, Kendra maintained her grip on the ceiling with seemingly no trouble at all, but then Tatsu suddenly felt her grip on the doorframe loosening and then, as Leonard, Nyssa, Mesi and Helena and the other Legends and Amaya watched in wide eyed horror, she lost her hold completely and was sucked screaming out of the open door.

"TATSU," several voices, Leonard and Nyssa being the loudest yelled.

"Ray, get inside. We gotta close the door," Kendra called.

"No," Nyssa shouted, "I'm going after her."

The others turned to her, the horror on their faces increasing. "Nyssa, that's planetary crazy," Mesi yelled, "You won't survive a second out there without-"

"I'm not leaving her," Nyssa cut her off before looking up at the ceiling and shouting, "Gideon, close the door." And before anyone could argue any further, Nyssa took one deep breath, sucking in as much air into her mouth before clamping her lips tight shut, braced herself and then released her hold on the stair she was gripping onto, sending herself out through the door as well and into the Temporal Zone. Not two seconds after she had done so, the cargo door closed, cutting her off from the safety of the ship.

Rolling and tumbling through the Temporal Zone, but eventually managing to control herself enough so that she righted herself onto her front, Nyssa saw Tatsu further out in front of her and sprang into instant action, propelling herself forward as best as she could control herself at it with breaststroke moves of her arms and legs, keeping her lips clamped tight shut, not even breathing through her nose as she set about trying to reach her surrogate sister as fast as she could. But then, as she watched horrified, after a few more tumbling rolls Tatsu fell through and out the green rippling water like surface of the Temporal Zone, and then Nyssa felt herself do the same thing, and instantly she had passed from the airless surroundings of the Temporal Zone and into lovely oxygen filled grey cloud filled sky, but was still falling at a rapid pace.

As she fell, Nyssa rolled onto her front and adjusted her body so she was in the arch position a skydiver or parachutist has to maintain when they have first exited out of a plane or whatever other flying machine, and once she had done that, looking to her left she saw, with a great weight of relief, that Tatsu was there with her, also in the same bodily position. Nyssa saw just as much the same amount of relief in the face of the Japanese woman.

Looking down towards the ground, trying to see where it was they would inevitably be crashing into at any moment, Tatsu and Nyssa saw what looked to be a water filled rice field and a small group of people in plain clothing and wearing wide conical hats, indicating very likely, judging by the make and shape of the hats, and the clothing too, that they were now somewhere in Asia, and medieval too at that, standing knee high in the water, some with rice strands in their hands, watching the two women descend towards them in shock, and then scramble rapidly in all directions out of the way as Tatsu and Nyssa completed their fall and landed with big splashes amongst the rice, the water cushioning most of the impact but still not enough to prevent the wind being totally driven out of them

Soaked and utterly winded, Tatsu and Nyssa could do nothing but lie there, a few feet apart from each other, as the group of rice harvesters hurried towards them, wide eyed expressions on their faces and talking rapidly in a non English language, but soon even that was lost as the two women's vision faded into blackness and unconciousness claimed them.

Unbeknownst to the two Legends women, and the rest still onboard the Waverider, the entire drama that had just taken place had been witnessed by someone else, who had watched from the bridge of a second timeship, which was parked in hover mode just out of sight and radar range of the Waverider but close enough to keep the other ship in sight itself, as Tatsu and Nyssa fell through and then out the Temporal Zone.

"My oh my, Gilbert, looks like Miss Yamashiro and the daughter of Ra's Al Ghul have unintentionally made a rather unexpected space movie style departure," Grant Wilson, dressed fully in his Deathstroke outfit, sword in its sheath on his back, and sat in the pilot's seat with a very clear view out of the window in front of him, said smugly, chuckling at his own remark at the same time.

"It indeed appears that way, sir," Gilbert, the AI of the Acheron, which was the very ship Grant was on, the ship which was supposed to belong to Captain Eve Baxter, replied.

"In the case..." Grant said, "Gilbert, prepare the Acheron's weapons and hack into the Waverider's communication systems, then set about scanning for the whereabouts in history Yamashiro and Al Ghul will no doubt have managed to land themselves in." His smug smirk grew, his eyes gleaming as he looked towards his enemy's vessel, "While they're now elsewhere, I think we have been presented with the best opportunity we could've asked for to make ourselves known to the rest of their dear Legends friends. Hopefully the Vixen woman will've helped as well by informing them of what I did to her love man Mr Tyler when she snuck onboard just before we all left her wartime period."

"Very well, sir," Gilbert answered.

Get ready, my dear Legends, Grant thought grandly to himself, The revenge of Deathstroke's son is about to fall on ya.

As soon as the cargo bay door was shut, Ray, Nate, Jax, Mesi, Helena, Amaya and Leonard all scrambled to their feet, Kendra let go and dropped down from where she was still holding onto the ceiling, and together they all hared their way up the stairs and up to the main level of the ship. Jax and Ray split off and together made fast for the engine room, the others making track for the bridge where Stein and Mick were already in their Jump Seats. The others joined them, Leonard taking the main one where Tatsu would normally be, Mesi and Helena taking seats right next to each other.

"What's happening to the ship?" Stein asked frantically.

"Er, long story short, me and Ray went too far in our training," Nate explained rather nervously, "And Tatsu got sucked outside, so Nyssa decided to go after her."

"What?!" the old professor exclaimed in incredulous horror, "And they didn't have any sort of equipment that could help them survive out there?"

"No," Helena snapped in irritation, "And if it wasn't for the steel idiot and the equally as idiotic Atom behaving like two overly eager schoolboys, none of this wouldn't be happening right now."

"Jax, Raymond, what's our status?" Leonard asked, and a few seconds later both men appeared on the control console screen, the picture showing them in the engine room.

"Jax has successfully rerouted the power from the secondary manifolds," Ray informed.

"How is it you people haven't managed to kill yourselves yet?" Amaya cried incredulously.

"The day's still young," Mick said.

"And considering, for just one example to use, we have four of the best people on this ship who possess some of the best fighting skills to be found among any one of us, that being me, Nyssa, Helena and Tatsu, and also the fact that me and Nyssa are former League of Assassins, and we, Tatsu and Helena are all extremely high level skilled and efficient in martial arts, hand to hand combat and in whichever weapons we each use, I think that should answer your question real nicely," Mesi countered back in an icy tone.

"Spelled out very correctly to the max there, Mesi," Helena said supportingly.

"Jax? Raymond?" Leonard said impatiently.

"Yeah, we're working on it," Jax answered back just as much. Seconds later though, the shaking and alarms stopped and everything eased, giving them all a chance to breathe out great sighs of relief.

"Gideon, set about tracking down Tatsu and Nyssa and get us to their location now," Leonard demanded.

"Unfortunately, Mr Snart, the explosive decompression caused us to lose corrective altitude, which put too much strain on the station-keeping thrusters," the AI babbled irritatingly.

"For god's sake, say it how it is," Mick snapped.

"We're fucking screwed, aren't we?" Helena added to it just as angrily.

"Yes, Miss Bertinelli. We're screwed," Gideon took Helena and Mick literally.

Mesi pounded the arm of her seat. "For all we know, they could be in the worst place in history possible," she said, desperation now beginning to show in her voice, "We have to find them."

"Hey," Helena said, reaching across to lay a hand on Mesi's and squeezing it in some sort of hopeful reassurance, "And that's what we're gonna do, Mez, once the Jackson kid and Ray have fixed the ship up. I swear it." She looked round at the other Legends members, a daring expression on her face, "Isn't that right?" Not wanting to dare piss off the Huntress woman any further than she already was, everyone, barring Amaya, nodded in agreement.

"Ray, you and Jax had damn well better started getting us as much operational as possible in order for us to find Tatsu and Nyssa's whereabouts," Leonard said, "So hop to it is what I'd say."

On the screen, the two men nodded. "We're on it," Ray said, and as they started turning away the picture flickered and then the screen returned to its original setting.

"Mr Snart-" Gideon suddenly spoke warningly, and a split moment later behind the seated Legends there was a sound like grinding metal, followed by the clatter of something hitting the floor, something metallic doing the same thing at the same time.

At once, everyone turned, and then were hurriedly pushing up their seat harnesses allowing them to jump to their feet and stare in total astonishment, the levels of which were even bigger on the faces of Leonard, Mick, Kendra and Stein, as two individuals groaned and pulled themselves onto their knees from where they had both landed on their fronts. The one on the left, obviously male by his bodily figure, wore a Green Arrow outfit reinforced by high-density kevlar armour, hood pulled up over his head, a green domino mask over his face, a quiver full of green feathered arrows on his back. The other on the right was a young female, wearing black leather trousers, shoulder and sleeve lacking bustier top, and leather jacket, a black domino like mask over her upper face, hair encased by a bleach blonde wig. The Legends now also saw that both wore, like a necklace, what looked like a yellow disk around their necks.

"D'you think it worked, brother?" the young woman asked her Green Arrow suited partner, looking around her without seeing the Legends and Amaya at first, "Have we successfully managed to make our way to the first multiversal Earth?"

"Clayton? Lance Queen?" Leonard exclaimed, drawing both of their attentions. Seeing the still totally shocked Legends, disbelief and then joy came upon the two new arrivals' faces and they scrambled to their feet, leaving their weapons, the man a black and green Martin Saber Take Down recurve bow, the woman a pair of bo-staff fitted batons like those that Sara Lance herself used, on the floor at their feet. At the same time, the man pulled back his hood and then removed his mask, revealing a really handsome face of about fourty years of age, with blue eyes and short brown hair, while the woman removed her mask and wig, revealing a much younger figure of seventeen or eighteen years.

"Well I'll be," the man gasped, turning to his companion, "I'd say our one-way hop has gone better than we could've hoped for, sis."

The girl nodded. "You can say that again totally, Will," she said, still facing the crew of time travellers, her face full of open mouthed delight, "The Legends."

"What the hell are you two doing here?" Mick demanded, "And what're those disk thingies you wear like fancy necklaces?"

The Green Arrow man, or rather the adult version of Oliver Queen's son William Clayton who the original Legends and Rip had met along with the girl, his sister Mia Lance Queen and Oliver and Sara's blood daughter, in the criminal controlled Grant Wilson ruled hell of 2046 Star City, held his disk up with his right hand. "It's a dimension cannon, Mr Rory," he explained, "Or at least, that's what it's known as on Doctor Who, the show me and Mia used to watch and love as kids."

"We managed to build and perfect our own real versions of it," Mia took over, "But we only successfully installed enough power in them for one trip only." A look of remorse passed briefly over her face, "So effectively, me and Will are now both stuck here."

"And why are you here?" Kendra asked. But before the brother and sister from 2046 could answer, the whole ship suddenly rocked violently, sending them, Amaya and the Legends to the floor. At the same time, the red light and blare of the alarm returned once again.

"Now what's happening?" Amaya demanded.

"We have been struck with an explosive projectile," Gideon answered, "Long story short, we're under attack."

"No kidding, Gideon," Stein muttered loudly.

"Everyone get strapped in, now," Leonard ordered, taking charge, "Questions and answers will have to wait." No one argued back and they scrambled back into their seats, Leonard slamming the main driving lever down to its maximum level and sending the Waverider shooting smoothly forwards through the Temporal Zone. William and Mia decided to join them, first retrieving their different weapons, but as they made for two available empty seats the ship rocked again as a second projectile hitting it, the brother and sister crashing to the floor again before, both of them groaning from the impact of the falls, pulling themselves back onto their feet again and staggering to the seats, pulling their safety harnesses down and securing themselves in place, weapons balanced in their laps.

"Raymond, Jax, are you two holding onto something tight down there?" Leonard shouted to the central screen on the control console. At once, the picture cut to the engine room and Jax and Ray clinging onto the wall for dear life.

"I think so," Jax shouted at the screen, "Who the hell's attacking us?"

"Gideon?" Leonard called.

"A scan of our attacker reveals it to be the timeship Acheron," the AI answered.

"Wait, as in Captain Eve Baxter's Acheron? The one we helped rid of that Time Pirate bastard Jon Valor and his buddies?" Kendra exclaimed.

"The very same, Miss Saunders," Gideon confirmed in answer for her.

"Why the hell would Captain Baxter suddenly decide to come after us and attack us after we haven't even seen her for months?" Stein asked.

"Who cares?" Mick growled, "We gotta lose the honey haired bird before she kills us for real."

"Wrong wrong wrong, Mickey boy," a man's voice suddenly spoke, somehow speaking over the Waverider's communication systems, his voice reaching everywhere throughout the ship, "Captain Baxter's a little absent without leave at the moment. I'm the one who's looking after her lovely craft in the meantime."

Apart from Helena and Mesi and Leonard, who already knew it thanks to what Amaya had told them, Tatsu and Nyssa earlier, everyone else reacted differently as they recognized the man's voice, the original Legends members with even greater shock, William and Mia with expressions of the deepest hatred, their eyes blazing, clenched teeth bared in snarls. "Grant Wilson," Mick, Stein and Kendra, and on the screen Ray and Jax, chorused as one.

"Yippee. Right first time," the smug arrogant voice of the son of Deathstroke they had met in 2046 and could never be forgotten about so soon spoke from his end, "You lot and Mr Rip destroyed my glorious reign of Star City with the help of Queen and Lance and their kiddos, and now it's my turn, to destroy you that is."

"Not if we have something say about, son of Deathstroke," Mia roared hatefully.

On the Acheron, Grant's eyes widened when he heard Mia's voice and the words she had spoken, then he laughed loudly and in mocking amusement. "Well well well, look who's come to play," he said, "The daughter of Queen and Lance."

"Not just her, Wilson," William now added with just as much hatred as his sister.

"And the son too," Grant exclaimed, his joyful amusement not faltering in the slightest, "My, my day's just been made even better. How did you and your darling sis come to be on the Waverider in the first place?"

"Cut it out, Wilson," Leonard spoke, "You won't take us down that easily."

"Oh I won't, eh, Snart?" Grant's voice replied back, "Well trust me, this, this is gonna be such a fun game." And with that, he cut the transmission.

"Buckle up tight," Leonard told his fellow team mates and William and Mia.

"Weapons and counter measures and shields are in full working condition and ready to be used at a moment's notice," Gideon said.

"Glad to hear it, Gideon," Helena remarked as Leonard steered the Waverider in a sharp banking move, first to the left and then up to avoid a third missile from the Acheron before levelling out again, "Cos it looks like that until you get a hit on where Tatsu and Nyssa are, we're in for a bit of a wild fairground ride."

And there we are, and I hope you enjoyed it all. Sorry if it's not exactly the best chapter, but I've been on this for two weeks or so now and I thought I'd get it up both so that you lot can have something to read, and also cos I feel like needing a few days to absorb the fact that just two days ago, it was announced that me and Arrowverse Fan 217's all-time favourite crime drama show Hawaii Five-0 is coming to an end after its tenth and current season, that show is a huge part of my life and to know it's gonna be ending is gonna leave a big hole in my heart. But plus, I'll need a bit of hard research work to help with next chapter anyway, so by ending it here I save myself a lot of unnecessary and pointless dillydallying for a lot longer.

Regarding the chapter itself, I moved Amaya's sneak attack and Nate knocking her out with his brand new steel powers to a bit of an earlier stage from Mick to Jax and Mesi cos, well, all I can think of to say for now is that I just felt like it, and I fancied getting in some interaction between Mesi and Jax. And yep, Ray and Nate aren't the ones who have been sucked outta the ship thanks to their rather careless training session in the cargo bay, it's our two Legends girls Tatsu and Nyssa who have. Why I've done that is an important part of next chapter which will take place in the historical time period where the two of them have landed, which is, just to say in advance, NOT in 1600s Feudal Japan like in the real episode. I can graciously give you a name as a clue to be guessed at just where that will be: Temüjin. If anyone succeeds in working it out, you're allowed to say the answer in reviews.

And yes, our big baddy menace for the Legends gang, and Rex Tyler's murderer, is none other than our old friend Grant Wilson, THE Grant Wilson from Legends 1x06, from Earth 16 to be precise thanks to what Crisis on Infinite Earth did regarding that. How he came to be in possession of the Acheron, the timeship commanded by Eve Baxter in 1x07, and how he even got to Earth 1 will be explained in some further upcoming flashbacks.

Now for the 2046 vigilante stuff, I've nothing against Connor Hawke, but I've had the idea of an adult William Clayton as the 2046 Green Arrow for god knows how long, and frankly I couldn't resist and quite love the idea of him and a version of Mia who is very very rightfully Oliver and Sara's daughter, something a lot of us on here have done very appropriately so in their stories, so yes I'm joining you lot in that field too, and who will've inherited the Canary mantle from mum Sara, as the guardians of 2046 Star City instead. So in the 1x06 version that will've happened in this story, the Legends and Rip met them and parents Oliver and Sara together. For faces, well for William I've always pictured one of the Hemsworth brothers, namely Chris, as his face, but after some reconsideration helped by buddy Aragorn Elessar, it's the younger brother Liam Hemsworth who gets it now. For Mia, now I've nothing against her Olicity originated version's actress Katherine McNamara either, but after some thought I've given the role to Eliza Taylor, actress of Clarke Griffin in The 100 show. Please don't lecture me on that, it is my choice and decision with what I do.

And to finish off, regarding Team Flash in this, there's two or three things I should've remembered to say last time. 1) Bette San Souci/Plastique will be alive, cos I loved her a lot in Flash 1x05 and she could've been given the chance of being on the team if the writers hadn't decided to waste her like so many others on the long long list. The story with her is that Barry saved her from being murdered in cold blood by our old friend the Thunderbolt Ross compared jackass General Wade Eiling, and Bette had to go into hiding for a while until Eiling was no longer a threat, but now she's on Team Flash, and will be very crucial for the events to come in Invasion, which I can promise right here and now is gonna be more grander and bigger than anything the real one ever gave us- no further spoilers though; 2) Patty, when the crossover comes, will be pregnant, cos I always love that sort of thing in a story really; and 3) Legends 2x05 will be totally different here than the real one, how so you will have the pleasure of learning in time, so to help, Lily Stein will have been born naturally and not the result of an intervention by the Legends.

So once again, feel free to leave me your thoughts in reviews and/or PMs, and hope you will be ready for the next stage of adventure to come in next chapter. So until next time, adios amigos from Flashraven
