Chapter 2 :Hope

Grimshaw has been Black goblin account manager for about 60 years and he has seen much in his long tenure of work .Has seen the rise of this family under Arctus Black during Grindlewald war and has seen the fall during his son Orion Black leadership. He has known Orion scince he was a child of 6 and came along for monthly finance meetings and had an impression of easily lead boy and was resonably sure his consort would take all major decisions and he will be just a symbolic leader . That was exactly what happened. But his wife was such a controlling harpy and made real poor decisions regarding almost everything that he often wondered what was Arctus thinking marrying these two. Orion only noteworthy accomplishment during his leader ship according to him has been not legal disownment of his elder child and heir. As Sirius black was very quick minded and clever boy as a child too and has very innovative ideas when he came with his father to meetings as was his invesment in now successfull technomagic industry which has been a true hit in america and now was gaining ground in Britian.A revolutionary idea of primary eduction institutes in Britian magical isles for all magical beings in an unocopied island owned by blacks near Tyne wear , but was never came to frutition as it was his last meeting before going to Hogwarts.

During the last year of war he has a surprise when the black heir came for a request regarding blood adoption of Potter heiress not into black family but as her daughter, which is when he informed him that he hasnt been legally removed as black heir and as current Lord Black had died just previous week he had been meaning to send the letter after completing the normal procedure and legalities but as he was here it was open to claim and he was most elligible enough to takeion the position.

Sirius has been shocked when gotten the news as he was sure of his formal disownment even if he was not removed from Family Magic , and thought the reason had been not many members of black family left to support the Magic. But as of his place as heir had been not changed had taken the heir ring after shock wore collecting himself he asked the goblin to arrange full audit of accounts and renovation of residences (all 6 but one london townhouse) which are free of family members and wards to be checked and updated by hiring Goblins only. Ordered some changes which were finalized during next week and added some blood based wards around most properties during next 2 months after goblin speedy renovations that will mostly protect people recognized as Family. Invested most of stagnant Black money in promissing looking ventures. He came back next day with young Potter Lord and his new family and accepted his Lordship but asked to be silent about it and performed formal blood adoption ritual in Gringrotts ritual rooms by ritual overseer present for blessings,again knowing he will make little Annie his heir. He was looking forward to what would Black family be like under her leadership he was sure she will bring some great was his light in these dark days and he just loved her so much that making her a daughter was not a was certain she would not be impressed by having one more house to manage but she would prevail he had full faith. After he blood adopted her even knowing it would be a double bond after his formal and legal godfather oath the changes to his little girl were not many just slight change in her jaw line and further blacking of her red locks, and increase of his love for her which he was sure was not possible some time ago.

Sirius made her his heir and put some clauses as backup plan in his will and in heir eligibelly charter and ,urge James to do the same for his accounts during these turbulent times. One of the main ones was that in event of his death or incapaciation all his accounts should be lockdown for further investment etc and only the present should be maintained until the heir came and proved identity tests etc and be allowed to take heirship at the earlist at age 8 and emanicipated at age 14 after some tests have been done .Made some arrangements for her fostering with his uncle Alphard kid and his cousin Jack in America in the event if there were none other available as after Potter wills his would be most effective . James also included who secret keeper was in his will (i.e Peter pettigriew) and further info regarding their family,family grimore, family chronicles etc in heir vault .With James parents protrait copy in Potter heir vault and his grandad Arctus Black protrait copy in black heir vault as guides if something unexpected happened(which were only opened by heir rings and blood samples )it was as good as it gonna get. James and Lily also placed some hand written letters containing personal wishes and instructions as last resort in her trust vault available at any age after identity moving or living protraits are not made until last magical core growth spurt at age 35 was achieved at the least.

They didnt want to leave her but there was no knowing what would happen as the war was not only confined to Britian but other magical comunities too with anti muggleborns sentiments raising by tradisionlists after being suppressed for so long by banning traditions etc by abmisalal leaderships .The Potters have not participated directly in asault after lily pregnancy became known and have tried to flee but with most of magical communities in unrest it was same everywhere and even muggle world was not advanced magic tracking spheres that has somehow fallen under Voldemort control with falling of French magical community as that was new invention by French and was gaining ground for early introduction of magical children there as to compensate against rapidly devoloping science in muggle was fear and paranoia everywhere.

After Annie Potter apparent defeat of Voldemort and breaking of opposing force ranks and different tales going around Grimshaw was expecting ministry interferance with her rightful place but the interferance came from another source i.e Albus Dumbledore. He came to him after only 2 days of Potters death and even against his protests sealed Potter wills ,apparently it was for her protection, how these humans came to these conclusions he didnt was prevented by telling about her blood adoption by Lord Black but when he arranged for her placement to rightful guardians was prevented again by fools in the ministry, and due to lack of trial magic or wizengamot magic declaring Lord Black convicted he could not activate his wills as magic was took nearly a year to get in contact with cedit black branch memeber Jack Black which was chosen by Lord Black as proxy in all matters in events of his absence .Jack Black was no politician and didnt know how to be work in face of this much greater force of slippery snakes of ministry against his family name especially after deproble acts of lestrange cedit branch members (as Black has supermacy there)became was often owerwhelemed but due to enough proof and urging of Grimshaw was able to get the hearing for his cousin and Lord after 3 years of constant fight.1995 was the year Sirirus Black got his long over due Trial which shook the wizarding world to its foundations and cause great blacklash on its current political leaders. After much political storm was settled Sirius black was in hospital for healing from physical and emotioinal scars for atleast about 8 months, Albus Dumbledore was removed from position of Cheif Warlock of wizengotam and Minister Fudge was in minister office,previous trial records were investigated and revised and search of Peter Pettigrew start anew.

After about 2 weeks of Sirius trial and his repeatedly asking for her daughter Annie ,Healers demandes were answers by one reluctant Jack. It started the whole new storm of GIRL-WHO-LIVED being blood adopted and not raised by her parents wishes. Potter wills were unsealed and made public and Dumbledore had to be forced to hand over her address by aurors as they ignored his usual greater good nonsense.

Jack was urged to go and meet his daughter and bring her to him if possible.
