Last time on Survival-Tale Episode 1 Retell
After arriving to the location, to explore the abandoned water park along with Max and Kaiden their exploring has come to an end when they have encountered an unholy abomination, massive in sizes, large and deadly this creature is respondible for an monster's life so they have manage to track it down which it lead them to two survivors named Mike and Alexia, they need to escape the park before it comes back to finish what it started and eventually the demon itself blocks their way to escape with no other choice or option they had to battle this creature for their life, new enemies have appears they're similar to the zombies in some ways like slow movement.
They did manage to slain the beast at the cost of Kanohi getting injury by its claws and soon he was awoken after recovering in a settlement called Taki where they are now, it has been three days since after escaping the water park and thinking that its over the doctor goes by the name of W.D Gaster along with monsters and the head captain arrive outside of the water park, their plan is to burn it to destroy any trace of this virus or infection whatever it is, it needs to destroy so no other monsters won't suffer with this same fate like Mark, maybe things will get better...They'll find out soon enough as this is...

Long Forgotten Past/Encounter The Void Crawlers
Location: Settlement Taki, Next morining, 8:12 AM...
The next morining arrives Kanohi awoken from his sleep, he was about to get off the bed when he saw Kaiden was sleeping on the same bed and carefully not to wake her because after she got drunk last night while she's asleep he open his backpack to pull out five MRE packs but before he start cooking he quickly opens the window to let some air flow he opens one pack then pulled out the stuff, turns on the stove to begin cooking breakfest which it took him about six to seven minutes tops for well four people and eventally Kaiden wakes up after smelling food she find out that she was sleeping on the bed Kanohi was sleeping, gets up quickly in a instants he says good morning Kaiden and how are you feeling right now, she said that she feels like shit right now because she was drunk last night, "Your head is hurting and it feels like it going explode, Ka-boom. Drinking beer makes your head go boom and yes it does suck because I've been there also I'm making breakfast just letting you know."
Kanohi set down tray on the table it has breakfast food on it before giving Kaiden two painkillers for the head arch she has, he walks to the other bed try to wake up Max but he said he don't want to, he wants to sleep so with no choice he pulls out a air horn out the beg then he press the button to let out a loud honk which it scares Max off the bed and fall onto the floor Kaiden was trying to hold back her laugh he told Max that breakfast is ready so he should eat, he head the room next to them to let both Alexia and Mike to know that he have made breakfast so they should head over to eat which they did after breakfast is finished Kaiden ask since when he have learn to cook like that he shows them the MRE packs which it contains foods for traveling which it was good timing because its 8:19 AM and they need something to eat while he eats his breakfast which he already cook from before he did said he might head to a trading post to get some more of these for the travel and also go to a gun store to basically to repair the rifle he had found back at the park, "Take your time Kanohi we'll be waiting for you and just stay safe, take it easy."
Kanohi had left the inn and head to the gun store near the edge of the settlement he enters the building there was some monsters were looking around for something he spots appears to be the owner standing by the counter so he walks over to the counter and says that he's here for a repair setting the rifle on the counter for him to do a check up after that he said that rifle is an old M16A4 rifle these things has been use by the military, mostly the police and maybe he can replace the wore down parts with custom made ones which he has some in the back while he does that he also ask Kanohi was there anything else he can get him than the owner explain that this place not only sells weapons but also attachments, mods, gears along with many and he can even sell this P.C.D or Portable Crafting Device which he can craft useful stuff on the run when he has found like a blueprints or be able change different mods and attachments for a weapon which the cost will be 90 gold plus the repairs will be 10 gold Kanohi thinks it over a bit before saying that the owner just got a deal which means yes, "Okay, here's the P.C.D you can put in a backpack of any care and along with a free blueprint, its on the house." Kanohi gives the owner the right amount of gold to pay for the stuff he'd order.
About ten minutes has pass the owner brings the rifle all fixed Kanohi grabs it and head out of the store, thanking the guy for the quick repairs before he did left the owner did told him about keeping an eye out for materials in order to craft things after he left the store heading back to the inn with two items in both hands, opens the door of his truck to grab his backpack so he can put the P.C.P in it, he checks the blueprint this does need stuff to craft he wasn't aware that Undyne was in the inn talking to the others Kanohi did saw them exit out of the building he walks over to them before put on his backpack he ask what's going on here and who is this person, Kaiden said that this is Undyne, she has been training the new 'Royal Scouts' which their jobs well being scouts while traveling the wildlands and some locations Undyne was asking if they can help them with something, Kanohi then ask Undyne what exactly are they helping them with, she explains about a abandoned military that hadn't been use for a very, very, very long time and so they thought that the place might have really useful stuff all locked away somewhere so she's asking for help to aid them with the scavenging in return she'll award them for this assists. Max then said that let's just hope that they're not going to run into any trouble along the way, Kanohi ask Mike and Alexia do they want to tag along or head back to home because if they don't want to its okay, "We're going with you guys and besides you might need help when things got out of hands."
Looks like that they are in a agreement so Kanohi ask Undyne do they have any vehicles of any kind she replies that yes they do and they should follow them to the abandoned base so they get inside of the truck when four other vehicles with mounted machine guns have arrive Undyne was talking to appears to be a gray wolf about the plan for the task after that the large gate opens up allowing them leave to the settlement in their vehicles Kanohi drive the truck he follows after them which the travel took them about four to five hours tops depends on what happen along the way eventually they have arrive to the military base it looks massive in sizes, vehicles left behind, some small and some are huge like this cargo plane which it have carry a lot stuff long time ago but now its rusting away they have stop by a large building in the middle of the base the monster from before has told the others to look for anything that might be useful for the settlements while that keep an eye out for any signs of trouble if there is report back to him, Kanohi gets out of the truck, double checking his stuff to be sure he's ready to go looks around as he spots a building about south east from them he heads over there he can see there's a lot junk laying on the floor the place its barely empty probably people who once work here left all of these behind maybe, a dead reminder of the past he have his rifle ready in hands carefully walks through the hallway it lead him to a main part of the building. "Kanohi wait up for a sec, find anything yet?"
He said not yet because he's very cautions with going around in this building he did spot a sign that reads 'storages' to the left before he does that he told the three to meet back up at the entrance when they're done searching Kaiden follows him to the storages as Max said that one of the guys gave him a rifle to use just in case he looks at another sign that reads armoury to the right so yeah they head to the armoury check to see if there's any stuff left behind, Meantime Kanohi had turn on the flashlight to see down the hallway ready for anything, she walks behind when he turn the corner to find nothing expect lockers and crates he picks up a crate trying to open it Kaiden did use her magic a bit to open it for him looks like there was some stuff maybe its for crafting so he takes off his backpack before ask Kaiden to keep an eye because he's going to do something.
The blueprint is a weapon attachment its a red dot sight which it needs three plastic, one faber glass, some wiring and a battery he use the P.C.D to craft the new sight and after that was done he attach the sight to the rifle, puts on the backpack again and checks the sight it looks like it works pretty good for now he did open the lockers to find more materials and a old weapon resting in the racks of locker, it looks like some sort of shotgun it has like rails on the top and both sides which means he can add attachments he did quick check up the state of the weapon, it really needs to be clean up but other wise its work okay, he did find shells for the shotgun Kanohi might as well take them too just in case, putting them in the backpack for later use, they meet up with Max, Mike and Alexia maybe they have found something useful, they can see lights moving around in the armoury which means they're in there Kanohi knocks on the door to let them know that its them, Mike ask how was the search probably it was a good find because they have found some old military vests in the lockers with ammo holders on the front he said that it looks fucking awesome Kanohi picks one up to try it on which surprisingly that it fits him well. "It fits pretty well, should we head back to meet the others?"
"Yeah, we should maybe they might need our help with whatever they need help with so let's head back to that build we just saw on our way here. Heh this shotgun looks freaking cool, I feel like a badass holding this." They head back to the large building seeing some of monsters are in the back of the vehicles using the mounted machine guns, they're ready for anything but the question is why Mike spot the wolf guy talking to a scout about something they head over to him and the guy named Adam ask them where have they been Kanohi said that they were checking the area just in case if there was any sign of trouble which there was nothing so far he then ask to follow him to the building because they might have found what they're looking for, they all enter the building they're in appears to be the front part of building than walk down the hallway which it leads them to a wide open office room with a metal door looks like they had cut the lock in order to open only to find a elevator Adam order the three monsters to wait for further orders and he brings at least four and they went in the elevator Kanohi said that Mike, Alexia and Kaiden should wait in the office just in case Max hands a walkie talkie to Mike so they be able to stay contact with each other before they enter the elevator too.
"Adam that's your name right? What's the plan for coming here, I mean there's a reason for doing this and we should know why?" Then Adam told them what Undyne have said back in settlement Taki and as the elevator stops, the door opens they exit out as they find themselves underground looks like its a mess, debris everywhere and its very hard to navigate in the dark Kanohi turns on a flashlight that is attachment to pump grip of the shotgun everyone else did the same too they look around the area to and begin moving straight ahead down a large corridor it leads them all to a wide open area Kanohi can see that makeshift barricades it has been made by hands, by humans maybe would make sense probably they were trying to do something, he can also hear something dripping maybe water leaking through the cracks down there and maybe some places are flooded over the years now which it might makes a bit harder than usual Max have spot two corridors to the left and straight forward both are caved in Kanohi points aim the shotgun to shine the flashlight at a sign that reads 'Research and Development Section' to the right he moves forward carefully with everyone else follows after him there's a hallway up ahead he stops than looks around the corner, it looks clear but he did find some sort a lab probably the humans work on a lot of stuff down here he search the room only to find a bit of materials and a recorder on the table Kanohi picks it up than press play a voice can be heard.
"We have been studying this virus over three months now...*buzz*...a cure...it have been...very hard lately...And...*buzz* Than...*buzz*...now Kyle have named...*cuts off*...virus VV-31031 for now I know its a mouthful and the general have order everyone to get to the underground bunkers for our safety...*cuts off*...Let's hope that we still have time..."
"...What the actually hell is a...Wait this must be the bunker from the message and I sort of understand what this guy was saying, so he must be a doctor or something like that and he was studying some virus, VV-31031 and they were trying to create a cure for it too but what the hell does it mean? Better hold on to it just in case. I should meet up the others. This place is fucking creepy like 10 out of 10 creep-fest here." Kanohi meet up with Max and Adam in the next area which most of it have been sunk in causing a flood there's any way over the other side the walkie talkie beeps Kaiden was calling he pulls it out the answer it he ask is there something wrong Kaiden said that everything looks okay up there just asking how is that searching he did explain to her that they're in a underground bunker which it has to be fucking huge down where they are, most of it got flooded because sunk holes navigating will be a lot harder so anyways they might find whatever they're looking for and head back up before she notices.
"Kanohi...Please stay safe and don't anything stupid okay and I'm not fucking joking got it?" Kaiden hangs up the call right before a loud splash in the water turns out that Max had to shot some loose concretes and metal bars from the ceiling above them which it created a way to the other side it did scare Kanohi he ask Max what the hell was he doing because he just got jumpscare from whatever he was doing Adam said just keep moving forward eventually they might locate a storage room of some kind than after that they head back not for too long so they continue walking down the large corridor it was pretty long the group have enter another wide open area looks like the place have been use for fixing or repairing machine and vehicles Kanohi stop for a moment because he had just heard something crawling like an animal but why doesn't it feel like its a animal though maybe he's just being something but still he got a bad feeling about this, one of monsters said that there's might be a way across by using the rusted vehicles sticking out of the water as platforms also they need to be extra cautions while doing it they don't want to get drown in these waters it gives him the creeps to a 100%, "Just up these stairs it might lead us to our prize for doing this tressure hunt."
Kanohi quickly something is about to attack the guy ahead of them he tries to warn to him a scream can be heard soon as his front torso have been cut off it falls into the water below as it turns to dust he pulled out his handgun to open fire at the creature the damn thing barely got away because four shots had manage to land on the demon, Adam ask what the fucking hell was that thing? it just killed him and they couldn't see it because it so fucking dark down here Kanohi said that he has no idea but they need to escape any more of those things shows up and they need to do now, the group were about to head back but those things are back with no choice they had to move forward by running across the catwalks eventually they have make it to a room which Max quickly knock over a large piece of concrete to block the door keeping those creatures out but not sure for how long.
The others was asking Adam what are they going to do now because the monster named Jack is dead now, whatever the bloody hell those things are they're going to rip them apart and how are they going to survive against them Kanohi had found a signs that reads 'Power Core Room' and "Storage Room' so he go check the room to the right only to find well the storage room right before telling Adam about go search for whatever they have came to find he found and after a quickly search Adam along with few others have manage to find what they were looking for but they need to back to the elevator to left of them there's a appears to be another way back hopefully that they might escape this Kanohi is everyone ready because this might be the fight for our life because its on the line they all nod their head in a agreement they run down the long corridor Kanohi shot each of the creature one after a time he quickly reloads than switch to his rifle and he continue firing at the enemies ahead the group, reloads and fires again along with Max, Adam and the royal scouts firing their weapon to keep the creatures away from eventually they have retrace their steps back to the elevator Kanohi fires six rounds to shot down these things he quickly notice something in the dark whatever it was, it was huge a lot bigger but it doesn't matter now. "Kanohi come on quickly! Get in here right now before you get killed! Kanohi run!"
Kanohi leaps towards the elevator before the door close shut it going up not before a massive roar can be heard as the ground shakes uncontrollable for a short moment they was huffing, puffing Max ask did they manage to find whatever they were send here to find Adam said that they need to worry about escape this place before those things could find a way out eventually they have arrive back to the office Kaiden, Mike and Alexia notice that something just happen and where is that guy they were with Kaiden eventually finally realize what happen she said that he's dead and ask them what the hell happen down there, who killed the guy which means Jack Max explain about what had happen down there Alexia starts to freak out because she keep saying its happening again just like the water park, this guy is dead just like Mark and its because of those things again, they're here and they going to kill them all and they need to get out of here before its too later everyone were escaping the building as fast as they can when the ground beneath them begins to break apart they quickly got out right before the whole building falls apart.
"Everyone get in their vehicles now! We have found what we've came for now get moving!!!" They quickly got in the truck Kanohi drives away from the building along the surviving team when suddenly they're being chase by a large four legged creature covered in those black crystals release a loud roar it cause the ground to shake Kanohi told Max to take the wheel because he's going to fire his weapon right the creature soon the other monsters fires their machine gun when suddenly one of the vehicles got blow up from crystal spikes that came out of the creature itself like fast projectiles Mike told Kaiden to hand him Max's rifle because they need to kill it before it could get to the settlement she did and Mike fire a lot of shots at the creature eventually three frag grenades have been throw right at it creating a loud ka-boom, the explosion had cause the crystals covering its body began to break apart leaving an opening when they have the chance both Kaiden and Alexia uses their fire bullets to blast the damn demon the attack is dealing damage to it Kanohi and Mike both reload their weapons to fire again Max did spot some kind of gas or fuel tank along the side of the road he yell to his friend to shoot the fuel tank Kanohi looks up ahead than spotted it so right after the truck went passed the tank along with the others as the creature is near the tank he just straight up fire one round at the fuel tank than it exploded causing a massive roar the creature is slowly turning into black dust meaning its dying not right before it knocks over a truck they continue firing upon the creature for one more fight it wasn't going to easy Kanohi had found a few grenades left in the truck so he tries them to a long leather strip then attach a little rope to the pins and runs on top of the creature getting its mouth to open in order to shoves the grenades down its throat than he got knock down very quickly so Kaiden had saved his life she saw three pins attach to a single string she realize it when the creature's head suddenly exploded into tiny pieces, black blood spill all over the area and the surviving royal scouts go check on the others soon as the massive body falls backward onto the ground hard it slowly turning into black dust meaning that its die just like that one creature back at the water park after that was over Kaiden attending to Kanohi's injuries on his right arm telling what he did it was too fucking crazy because he could have die from it.
"...Sorry for making you Kaiden besides there was no fucking other option and also...Thanks for the quick save Kaiden." Kanohi slowly picks himself up off the ground Max said that he'll drive because he needs to take it easy for now so head back to take a seat so Kanohi did take a seat in the back along with Kaiden and Max drives back to Settlement Taki along with Adam and the surviving royal scouts team Undyne was waiting for their return than ask Adam did they find what they were send to find she notice about missing some monsters so she order Adam to her what has happen he explains they were manage to find they were looking for at the base when suddenly they were attack and lost many because of those creatures she then said that Adam should take injuries to the medical wing for recovering after that she walks over to Kanohi, Kaiden, Max, Mike and Alexia to sort of thanking for helping them not knowing about those things they have fought against and probably heading to the medical wing to check on the team. Kanohi take a seat on bench after everything just happen today he really does need a break Kaiden took a seat told him he can be pretty stubborn sometimes and from what she heard stubborn person is a lot harder to put down so congrats on being the stubborn person, Kanohi said that at least he doesn't get drunk too much she quickly reply saying she wasn't that drunk.
"You were trying to 'flirt' with me while I was carrying you back to the inn during that time you decide to kiss me unexplained reason I know that you were drunk and I'm not mad at you...Just try to be careful next time you get a drink." Kanohi notice that Kaiden's face is blushing a bright red color she was telling him don't say stuff like its just fucking ridiculous and since when she did that for Kanohi looks down at his hands one cover with bandages saying that there was nothing they can do save them, the ones who have lost their life all because of that thing, just like Mark and they couldn't do anything about it he feels like that he'd failed them all over again Kaiden looks at him before telling that someone once told her that life will get hard, things gets tough and with everything that is happen all that matter is being the one she cares about, friends and families before she embrace him in a hug don't know why but she does know that Kanohi really needed it with everything that has happen today maybe it'll be alright.
"...*Inhale...*Exhale* Maybe we can grab something to eat it has been a rough day so do...Do you want to come along Kaiden? I mean you must be hungry too and we can enjoy the rest day off by hanging out together." They both get off the bench heading to the bar from last night meanwhile somewhere else in Settlement Taki Undyne and Adam both were in a room with a briefcase laying on the table the doctor from before was looking at the case then ask Adam was this the one he ask to search for at the base Adam explain to the doctor yes it is and it appears that the humans were researching on some virus one of them named it the VV-31031 and along with a simple of the virus itself they have been trying to create a cure probably they have run out of time or something happen to them never the less these are what the doctor have ask for, "You can go check on the others Adam."
After Adam had left the building the doctor opens the case containing a small simple viral and a flashdrive it might hold important research data for the virus and maybe with some help they might have a cure ready in case of another outbreak in the meantime if anyone have encountered one of those creatures just like the ones back that water park they had to burn down Undyne ask let's just hope this plan might work and maybe he might actually send some royal scientists to help him for the research in three days depending on what's happening, Gaster closed the case and said that he's going to keep this case under heavily guard so that no one might tried to do something stupid with it than he left the building when he saw Kanohi and Kaiden both were heading to the bar and walks away from them, "I do believe that its not the right time for now, we still got a lot to do before the end."
