Nagito could not believe it! A peice of scum like him? A wizard? He really is lucky! He even found himself a friend! And the friend had a cousin he could introduce himself to.

He wondered about all the hope these magical kids could be introduced to! Even himself!

"So, Izuru, you're a pureblood, am I correct?" He could tell, he had mentioned that a while ago.

"Yes."

" That's great! A pureblood like you talking to a mudblood scum like me?"

" Do not call yourself that."

"Okay"

They walked in silence to a compartment.

"What took you so long, Izuru?" A boy with a wierd spike on top his head asked.

Izuru looked at Nagito.

"Hello! I'm Nagito Komaeda! I'm new to this magic stuff, but I hope we can be friends." He smiled at the boy with the deadly looking spike in his hair. He had to make a good impression, as the spike looked fatal.

The boy introduced himself as Hajime Hinata.

After Hajime was done introducing himself, Nagito was going to ask some questions, he had to get to know them!

But before he could, a girl walked in, looking very upset. Possibly on the verge of tears!

How despairful, he wanted to cry with her, despair is such a terrible thing.

"What's wrong?" Hajime asked.

She opens her mouth, but all she could do was let out a wail, a very quiet wail, but the despair rung through his ears.

Nagito started to cry too, he wasn't sure why, but this despair brought him to tears, she must have lost somebody close to her, maybe a family member was a squib?

"M-m-my Nintendo!" Ah, he used to have a Nintendo, he had it with him on the way here. It couldn't take the magic on the train, so it caused a small explosion. He was a bit sad, but he didn't need it when he had hope!

" Ah, electronomonics don't work here." Hajime said, " Except for tellywobbies. Tellywobbies work just fine."

The girl started chuckling through her tears, " T-Tellywobby?"

" He means a phone." Izuru said.

" My Nintendo exploded as well! You shouldn't be so sad, don't you have hope?" Nagito wipes away his tears, he should focus on spreading the word of hope.

"That's an odd way to put it, but your right, I don't need it, but mobile games are so much worse!" The girl said, then she yawned, " I suppose I can just take a nap, my names Chiaki Nanami, by the way."

"Nice to meet you, Chiaki." Hajime said, " this is my cousin, Izuru Kamakura!"

" Hello."

"Having a bad day, Izuru?" Nagito asked, as if he was, that would not be hopeful.

" I am fine, simply bored."

Chiaki was asleep. Great idea! Hope always comes after a good rest! Izuru should join her!

Izuru didn't join her, and he, too got bored after a while, so Nagito decided to take a nap instead.
