Disclaimer: I Do Not Own Avengers

Chapter 2:

Avengers Tower was empty when we returned. The Quinjet gone, carrying the Avengers to Sokovia. I was surprised Pietro had left with them. He didn't strike me as the type to leave his sister.

Wanda didn't seem surprised that he wasn't here. Maybe she had been communicating with him telepathically? Could she do that?

Not the time. I told myself as I floated us into the Iron Legion facility. Ultron hadn't done near as much damage has he wanted. A lot of Stark's drones were missing, but there we still enough left.

I closed my eyes, connecting my conscience to the computers in the room. The lab came to life: blinking lights, whirring motors, and the soft squeaking of metal.

"What are you doing?" Wanda asked.

"Taking the Arc reactors from the remaining Iron Legion," I said as the lab started dismantling drones. "We have a dozen Pym Particle Disks. We use six to enlarge our Arc reactors, and six to shrink Ultron's. Cover both are bases."

Sokovia couldn't leave the ground.

Wanda was staring at me. I was half worried she was going to try and read my mind like she did when Vision was in the cradle at Dr. Cho's lab. But she didn't; instead, she said, "You smart, for being an hour old."

Because I'm not an hour old. I kept that thought to myself.

"I'm part supercomputer and have a cosmic entity called the Mind Stone attached to me," I said with a shrug. "If I wasn't smart, I'm sure Mr. Stark and Dr. Banner would be disappointed."

And the Avengers would be toast. It was a sobering realization. Knowing that without my intervention, the Avengers would fall apart, and Thanos would kill half the universe.

A price that kept half the universe alive. My mind supplied, and I grimaced. As cool as it was to have a mind with the combined might of a human brain and a supercomputer artificial intelligence, it had few drawbacks.

It made accepting my being in this universe easier, but it also allowed me to calculate and see the logic in letting half of all life in the universe die to save the other half. Endgame had shown that if pushed, Thanos would destroy all life and start from scratch.

"The rectors should be ready soon," I said unnecessarily. It was just words to try and derail my train of thought.

Wanda didn't answer, probably confused as to why I felt the need to announce that.

Thankfully, my words proved to be true, and in a few minutes, my arms were filled with a bag of Arc reactor powered mini-thrusters. The same ones Tony used to save the ferry in Spider-Man Homecoming. I shifted them to one arm and reached for Wanda.

"You know," I said as I lifted us into the air. "With your powers, you could probably fly too."

"Is now the best time?" Wanda asked, but I could see she was intrigued. Of course, she was. Who didn't want the ability to fly? Other than people with acrophobia.

The flight upstate was silent. I wasn't the fastest flier, topping out at around sixty miles per hour, but I got to us to the Avengers compound faster than a car.

I landed next to a parked Quinjet. My hands snapped the cables anchoring it down with ease, as my mind hacked the systems inside.

"What is this place?" Wanda spoke for the first time since we left the tower.

"This is the Avengers compound," I answered. I had no idea if that was its actual name, but that was what I was calling it. The New Avengers Facility was a mouthful.

The Quinjet's cargo bay door lowered. I walked up the ramp, Wanda following close behind. Behind us, the door raised again, and the engines lifted us off the ground. I strapped the mini-thrusters in, before sitting down in the pilot's seat. It wasn't necessary, my mind had already connected to the jet, and its autopilot had mapped the fastest route to Sokovia.

I pulled the safety harness over my chest, and Wanda did the same.

Ultron, we're coming for you.

Chapter 3:

"You missed your curfew, Jr." Stark's voice filled the Quinjet as we entered Sokovian airspace. "That's two weeks, no tv or video games."

"Mr. Stark," I began only to be cut off.

"Ah-ah, no arguing," Stark said. "You brought this on yourself. I hope it was worth it."

I glanced to my side at Wanda. She was clearly annoyed by Stark's banter, and I couldn't blame her. It wasn't an exaggeration to say that the fate of the world was at stake. Was now really the best time for jokes?

"It is," I said.

The Quinjet lowered down on the outskirts of Sokovia. I phased out of my seat, sliding seamlessly through the safety harness. "Ultron is in the church," I told the team. Then I looked to Wanda. "Use your powers to convince the civilians to invacuate. We don't want them in the crossfire when Ultron realizes our intentions."

Wanda nodded and left her seat. I floated towards the bag I of mini-repulsors. "Mr. Stark, Ultron needs to be stalled," I said. "And where is Pietro, I will need his help."

"Here," Pietro practically faded into view outside the Quinjet. Around his body, an aura of blue, white, and transparent energy shifted like a mist behind him. "What do you need?" He asked me, but his eyes were following his sister.

I held up the bag of mini-repulsors. I need you to spread these around the city." I said, handing the bag over. "Place them as evenly apart as you can, but make sure they aren't too close together."

Pietro unzipped the bag, staring at the tech inside a moment before he looked up at me.

"They are mini-repulsors. Inside the side pockets," I pointed at said pockets on the bag, "there are blue disks about the size of a quarter. When you have placed the repulsors, throw a disk at it then move to the next. Do you understand?"

"Yeah, yeah, I got it." and off he went, vanishing faster than the human eye could follow.

Time to get to work. I floated through the roof of the Quinjet. I could have walked out then started flying, but being able to phase through things like the Flash was awesome.

In the air, I stared out at the city of Novi Grad. Captain America was on the bridge directing civilians out of the city. Wanda was moving from street to street, convincing people to leave their homes and evacuate. Stark was in the air and heading for the church where Ultron was waiting. He was going to try and stall, but that would only work for a minute or two. I only had a short amount of time to finish my plan.

Dropping back down in the Quinjet, I picked up what I had taken out of the bag before handing it off to Pietro. This time I floated out of the back of the Quinjet and into the sky. Heavy in my hand was a red Pym Particle Disk. Vision's powers were more similar to Mirio from MHA than they were the Flash. Barry Allen could make other objects and people phase, however, Vision could only phase himself.

As I flew, in my ears, I could hear Ultron and Stark's conversation begin.

"Come to confess your sins?" Ultron asked.

Stark's snarky reply was damn near-instantaneous. "I don't know, how much time you got?"

Having been created by Stark, Ultron's wit was just as fast. "More than you."

I dropped out of the sky, landing in front of the hole Thor had created to save Natasha.

"Uhh..." Stark stuttered. "Have you been juicing? Little vibration cocktail?"

He was stalling, but also relaying information to the team. Letting the other Avengers know that Ultron was now made of Vibranium. I thought as I flew through the tunnels towards the car.

"You're looking...I don't want to say puffy."

"You're stalling," Ultron said. "To protect the people."

I flew past Thor heading straight for the Vibranium core. It was huge. And dangerous. And it needed to be stopped.

"That is the mission," Stark replied. "Did you forget?"

I didn't. I chucked a Pym Particle Disk through the air like a shuriken. I followed into the air after it. The disk struck the Vibranium core, and the swift and terrible sword that would have destroyed Novi Grad was shrunk down to the size of a pencil.

I caught the core in my hand. An Ultron drone dug out of the ground below me. I was on it in seconds, slamming my palm against its forehead. The blue lights in its eyes flickered to yellow, and I had control. I handed the Vibranium to the drone.

"Take it away from the city," I ordered the drone.

As it fled, I flew straight up. Without the hindrance of the Particle Disk, I phased straight through the ground up into the church.

"This is how you end, Tony." Ultron was saying. "This is peace in my time."

"Ultron," I said, announcing my presence.

Stark flew out of the church to help civilians, and destroy Ultron's army of drones. As he left, Ultron rose into the air to meet me, the repulsors on his arms and legs holding him in the air while I floated unaided.

"My vision," He said, sounding far more human than he looked. "They really did take everything from me."

"You set the terms," I replied. "You can change them."

"Alright!"

Ultron lunged for me, his giant Vibranium arms covering my neck and shoulders. I lifted my hands latching onto his face. Yellow energy coated my fingers, and I could feel the Mind Stone multiplying my powers.

"Uggh!" Ultron gasped.

I hacked into his programming and severed his connection to the internet. My back hit the wall of the church. I could feel the wall, but I hadn't felt the impact.

"You shut me out!" Ultron hands tightened around my body. "You think I care?"

He threw me to the ground. Again, no impact. I laid on the floor of the church, tired and helpless as Ultron drifted towards his extinction device.

"You take away my world," He said, activating the device. "I take away yours."

I smiled as I heard the device click into place. Ultron knew immediately that his plan had failed. I could see it in his artificial eyes.

"What did you do?" He demanded.

Before I could answer, he was on me, lifting me by my cape and slinging me through the wall of the church. I landed on the steps, rolling down into the street. You would think Ultron having designed my body would know that he wasn't hurting me.

Still, he flew out of the church after me, kicking me further down the street. I only stopped after crashing into a car. Pulling myself out of the sandwiched vehicle, I leaned forward and focused on the WMD in my forehead. A beam of cosmic energy exploded from the Mind Stone slamming into Ultron.

The beam pushed him back, but it wasn't doing damage. There was no doubt in my mind that any of the six Infinity Stones could destroy Vibranium, I just didn't have the control I needed over the Mind Stone to do such a thing. Not yet.

Thor landed next to me, lighting crackling off his hammer. With a roaring battle cry, he thrust Mjolnir forward. Tony was above us, his palms extended, adding his repulsor beams to the onslaught.

Ultron, even in a body covered in Vibranium, couldn't withstand the pure power being directed at him. His outer shell melted as he fell to his knees.

"You know," He looked up at us. "In hindsight-"

A guttural roar cut him off as the Hulk slammed into the Earth between us. Swinging a giant green hand, he smacked Ultron like he was a baseball sending the evil robot flying somewhere into the city.

All around us, Ultron Drones rose into the sky, desperately trying to flee the city. It makes sense. Without his swift and terrible sword, he can't stop us. I thought as I fired a beam that sliced through three drones.

"We can't let any of them leave the city," I said. "If even one drone gets away, Ultron's in the wind."

"On it!" Stark shot off into the air.

"Tony," Natasha's voice came over the COM's. "You're not going to be able to keep those things contained alone."

That was true. To the rest of the team anyway. To them, other than Thor, Stark was the only flier we had. Ultron had an army of drones fleeing Novi Grad. Of course, as was the case with hindsight, I knew better. Somewhere in the skies over Novi Grad, Fury had a cloaked Helicarrier.

Speak of the devil, and he shall appear. I thought as my enhanced eyes caught a shimmering in the distance.

"Who said he's alone, Romanoff?" Nick Fury's voice took of the COM's. "Nice, right? Pulled her out of mothballs with a couple of old friends. She's dusty, but she'll do."

"Fury," Captain Roger's said incredulously. "You son of a bitch."

"Ohh, you kiss your mother with that mouth?" Fury asked

High above Novi Grad, casting a giant shadow over the city. Bay doors on the carrier opened, and flying lifeboats began their descent into the city. Two smaller shadows flew through the air towards the fleeing Ultron Drones.

Wilson and Rhodes. I watched as they cut down half a dozen Ultron drones.

"This is SHIELD?" I could hear Pietro ask.

"This is what SHIELD is supposed to be." Captain Roger's answered.

I could hear the smile in Pietro's voice as he replied, "This is not so bad."

No...no it wasn't. I rose into the air as the lifeboats landed in the city. I knew where Ultron was going. He was after the Quinjet, trying to escape with what was left of his Vibranium body.

"Let's load them up." Captain Roger's ordered.

In the air, I once again had a bird's eye view of Novi Grad. The Quinjet Wanda and I arrived in was still where I left it. The jet the other Avengers used...was lifting into the air.

The Quinjet shot forward, screaming past buildings and cars and civilians. Ultron had a target. The GAU-17/A Gatling Gun underneath the cockpit spun to life, sending 7.62×51mm NATO rounds flying at six-thousand RPM. He could have cut through the groups of civilians in the streets like butter; instead, he targeted the Hulk. Trying to enrage the beast he thought Banner became when transformed.

It wouldn't work. Hulk launched from the ground with Natasha in his arms. Rocketing up towards the helicarrier, Hulk blew past Ultron, who pulled a tight chandelle maneuver. The only Avenger in his target path was Hawkey, who somehow was carrying Costel to a lifeboat just like he did in the movie.

I moved towards them as fast as I could—a blur of blue and white shot past me. Pietro had noticed as well.

"...you didn't see that coming."

I landed in front of Pietro, and the bullets were stopped dead as they collided with my body. Ultron flew past overhead. I turned around to see Hawkeye staring at me and Pietro.

"Get him to a lifeboat," I ordered the MCU Quicksilver.

Pietro nodded, pulling Costel from Hawkeye's arms. In seconds, he was gone, in another Costel was with his mother. This was good. Pietro's powers would be an asset in the battle's to come. And, of course, saving a life was never wrong. Pietro's survival just came with the hugely beneficial side-benefit of having a speedster Avenger.

In the sky, Hulk jumped from the Helicarrier. I could hear the ground shaking thud as he landed, then he was in the air again. He collided with the Quinjet and clawed his way inside.

I could have hacked the Quinjet and kept him from leaving, but the Hulk grew on Saakarr. Not only that, without the Hulk to stop Fenir, a lot more Asgardians would be killed before Thor and Loki started Ragnarok. Sorry, Banner. I apologized internally to the doctor. I didn't have anything against him, it was just...the universe needs the other guy.

And I needed Ultron's body. I flew towards where Ultron had fallen, firing beams from the Mind Stone, periodically knocking drones from the sky. I couldn't believe how well everything was going. Novi Grad had been saved. There was still quite a bit of collateral damage to the city, but nothing on the scale of what would have happened without my interference.

I grabbed a drone that flew to close and landed outside the trolley, Ultron had crashed into, hacking into it's programming to take control.

Through the dusty, dirty windows of the trolley, I could see he wasn't alone. Wanda had already found him. "You tried to kill my brother." She said, crouching down next to Ultron.

I stepped through the door just in time to see her pull Ultron's core from his chest. She could totally destroy Cap's shield. I thought. Vibranium might be the strongest metal on Earth, but space magic beats metal every time. It wasn't even a competition.

"Wanda," I called to her from the door. She turned around, her eyes a dark, yet glowing red. "If I fly you around, could you destroy the drones in the air?"

The red in her eyes faded. She stood up and walked towards me as I extended a hand. Without hesitation, she took it, and I floated out of the trolley through the hole Ultron's falling body had created.

"Not that one," I said as she noticed my hacked drone. The red on her fingertips, dissipated. "He is going to carry Ultron's body somewhere safe."

"Why?" Wanda asked, looking at me with suspicion in her eyes. "You said yourself, none of his bodies can leave the city."

"True, I did say that," I acknowledge. "However, I was referring to working bodies. That body back there is nothing but a hunk of junk. An extremely valuable hunk of junk, but useless aside from the value of the metal it's created from."

"Vibranium?"

I nodded. "There is a reason Ultron created that body and mine out of it. Now, let's destroy a robot army."

Age of Ultron is done, and we're on our way to Civil War, which is one of my favorite MCU movies. I'm not "Team" anything, because I think Tony and Cap both had good points even though they were also both compromised. Tony felt guilty about Sokovia, and Cap was trying to save Bucky.

However, I am Anti-Accords. I am fully aware that it is just a movie, but good god did that document piss me off. I have no idea if it was intentionally made to be that way or not...either way, the Sokovia Accords weren't worth the paper they were printed on. Tony and Rhodey were dumb as fuck for signing it. Rhodey especially, having been a military man who fought to defend the fundamental human rights granted to the American citizen.

And the Raft prison? How long had the Government been building that? Long before Sokovia happened, I can guarantee that.

And a submarine prison? The US government imprisoning US citizens on a submarine prison would deprive anyone accused of a crime of the following civil rights:

The writ of habeas corpus, which requires a person in custody to be brought before a Court;

The 4th Amendment, which protects people from arbitrary arrests;

The 5th Amendment, which protects people from being deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;

The 6th Amendment right to counsel; and

The 8th Amendment prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment.

That means that the U.S. couldn't sign the Accords at all because the United States cannot purposefully enact an Unconstitutional law. And being detained indefinitely without trial is Unconstitutional.

Sokovia Accords were bullshit.

Anyway, I'll end it here. Sorry for the rant. I'm just really passionate about the Civil War movie.
