So, I couldn't stop myself from adding another few chapters. It may be awhile before I add the ending!
Serendipity
At least, Ari thought she was going to run out and get to a subway faster than her legs could carry her. Instead, she found herself face-to-face with an older woman whose beauty was untouched by age. She envied the silver hair and hoped she aged as gracefully.
Touya snickered as Ari apologized from almost knocking the delicate woman over. She had a knack for rudely bumping into others, huh?
"Oh! You must be Ms. West. I made it just in time. Touya already sent me the contracts for your partnership with him. I love that your signature looks just like your autograph. That's so adorable. Anyway, follow me upstairs so that I can finalize your temporary employment with us."
Ari blinked slowly at the white-haired woman. Her grey eyes twinkled in delight as she motioned for the young starlet to follow.
"I'm sorry, what?" Ari frowned, making the leader pause.
"Apologies, I'm a little excited to have a famous person on our roster and got a little carried away! I'm Rei Todoroki, the attorney for our family's business. Touya told me you'd be here today, so I thought I'd come by and get you added to our payroll system."
"May...may I see this contract I signed, please?" Ari asked, feeling Touya's stare stab into the back of her head.
"Of course, sweetie!" Rei smiled and pulled up the document on the iPad tucked into the crook of her arm.
Ari skimmed through the form and saw her name perfectly displayed under Touya's.
"Hmm. How about that," she dryly replied before slowly facing an ever-grinning redhead.
The two then followed the older Todoroki to her office.
"Forgery and arson. Are there any other criminal activities you can add to your list?" Ari whispered irritably up at the blue-eyed man. He rubbed the back of his head and shrugged before pulling out her phone from his back pocket and handing it to her. He snickered at her surprise.
"Y...you..." she trailed as Rei led her to a chair by her desk.
"I know you originally planned on hiring on as Touya's secretary, but Enji thought you'd be better placed as my son's public relations agent instead. That way you both can lean on each other for help. He called me on the way here, so I was able to make changes to the contract."
It was Ari's turn to snicker. She spared Touya a sideways glance and caught his top lip curl in agitation. He was planning on torturing her as his secretary, but now he had to treat her like an equal or his family would comment.
"This means that he'll have to go through interviews tomorrow. Sorry, my precious rebel of a son. What your father says goes," Rei smiled apologetically at her oldest. He had always been the hardest to manage. She probably let him get away with too much. But, who likes boring? She admired her eldest's spunk and it seemed like he met his match with this American.
"We also arranged for you to take leaves if you choose to make any more movies. I'm glad Momo has a friend like you! It would have taken us weeks to find someone with your looks and flare to help with his public image," Rei rambled on as she handed Ari one last form.
"Thank you. You're so kind," Ari smiled.
Soon, she was listening to a list of rules she'd have to abide by.
1. Natural hair (ugh I'll have to get rid of the blue. What a hassle!)
2. Minimal makeup (What does that even mean?)
3. Professional attire (Okay, that won't be an issue at least...)
"That about sums it up. Welcome to the Todoroki family! I hope you have a good first week here," Rei beamed and shooed the new hire out.
"The 'Todoroki' family, mom?" Touya snorted after Ari left, "You only used that line once and it was with Momo."
"Yeah yeah yeah, well I have the special ability at picking out my babies mates, don't I?"
"Wow. And people think I'm the freak of this family," Touya rolled his eyes and left to schedule interviews.
Ari was met with a swarm of cameras and microphones being shoved into her face as she left the building.
"Is it true that you spent the night with the infamous Touya Todoroki? The one whose crime alias was Dabi?" A reporter yelled out to her and she waved the microphones away.
"Did I fuck Dabi, you mean? Sounds like an exciting story," she laughed as she pushed her way through the paparazzi.
Once she was in the safety of her room, she began to do a little research on this random hookup she was now working for.
"IS IT TRUE? DID YOU REALLY FUCK A TODOROKI?" Keigo Takami, her half-brother barged in before she could even click the first link.
"Wow, lil bro, wow. Your sister is not a whore," Ari giggled, returning to her media stalking.
"Hoooly shit, you did. Wait until I tell Tokoyami. He's going to be so jealous. You know he has a crush on you!"
"Aww don't break his heart."
"Fine. But seriously, do you think you could hook me up with his sister, Fuyumi?" Keigo asked, wiggling his eyebrows.
Ari sighed and tossed the nearest item (her phone) at her stupidly smug brother. Keigo laughed as he caught the weapon with ease before unlocking it and nosily scanning through her contacts.
"Who's 'Shita Goggleboy?' Oh wait. I get it now, Keigo's laughter grew as he read over the names on her list.
"Huh? I didn't change his name on there..." his sister stopped midsentence, recalling Touya returning her phone to her earlier.
"And 'Big Tits Yaoyo' must be Momo. Please tell me the one with the eggplant emoji with 'Daddy' beside it isn't Touya," he snorted before tossing it back to her.
"Jesus Christ, he didn't have to do that all that. So, is he really that big of a deal here?"
"Sis, my sweet, innocent- well until big dick daddy took that from you- sister of mine. Let me tell you how famous this dude is..." Keigo spent the next twenty minutes reciting all the crimes the bad egg of a Todoroki committed.
"How is this man out of prison?" Ari scoffed, even more intrigued by the guy she originally planned on being a one-night stand. She was starting to change her mind. Danger was sexy, after all.
"His mom's the best lawyer in Japan. Don't you ever pay attention to the politics here? You live here half the year, you know."
"Sorry, I've been busy making a movie. So, now I'm associated with this guy? I kinda like this," she winked.
"I knew it. You're a total masochist. He's going to eat you alive if you keep fucking with him. You need to be careful with his type. I never thought I would have to warn you. You're the older sibling, sheesh."
A light knocking on the door interrupted the sibling bonding. Ochaka was already walking in before her friend could answer.
"Oh, hey Ocha! Here to criticize my choice in fuckbuddy too?" Ari sighed playfully.
"Actually...I'm here for advice. Since you seem to be good at attracting bad boys, help me catch Katsuki's eye."
"You need more confidence for one thing. Here, you don't need any of my help. Listen to this, and you're in," Ari smiled and turned on How to Be a Heartbreaker for her friend to hear.
"Bakugo though? Come on, pretty Uraraka. I'm here. Who cares if he's the best pitcher in baseball right now? I can run faster," Keigo butted in, turning off the music.
"Uh-huh, right. So, anyway are you going to watch the interview Shota has tonight?" Ochaka dismissed her friend's younger brother.
"I was thinking about it. I guess we could watch and see if I look good in the promos for the second film before they replace me with Emi."
Touya slurped cold soba with his youngest sibling and soon to be sister-in-law.
"Oh, oh, look! She looks so badass in that leather!" Momo perked up as the three watched an interview with Shota promoting a sequel to the film that was released earlier that year.
"It's hard to believe that guy dumped her over weight gain. She looks fine to me," Shoto added, choosing his words carefully.
"Would you believe that her ass looks even better when I'm hitting it from behind," Touya's smug laugh turned into a sharp wince after Momo elbowed him in the ribs.
"Don't look at me like that Shoto. You would say the same about Tiggle Bitty Momo if it was her up there," Touya laughed as his baby brother and his bride to be blushed.
"Just shut up. They're talking about Ari now," Momo scolded.
Interviewer: "So, you've gotten quite a bit of backlash from Ari fans over your controversial breakup. Do you have anything to say to her supporters that may persuade them to back off?"
Aizawa: "I've apologized profusely to her. We're on really good terms right now. More than good, actually. We recently got back together and we were going to wait to disclose that, but why not sooner than later?"
Interviewer: "That's quite an achievement! How do you feel about the rumors spreading regarding her hooking up with the ex-convict Todoroki Touya? She seems pretty smitten by the man in this picture. Much happier than when you did this," he continued to call out the lie as he played the breakup spectacle.
Touya nearly choked on the soba when Ari's shoe blacked out the camera.
"She fucking called the cameraman out by his name, I'm dead," he throatily laughed.
"I hope she's not watching," Shoto frowned, "She's not going to appreciate him lying about her so publicly. She'll probably cause a scene."
"I hope she does. What kind of prick fakes a makeup for the sake of popularity?" Momo spat, violently turning the TV off.
"I'm not going to have to worry about this guy, am I?" Touya huffed as he finished eating.
"I doubt it. And if he does cause trouble, it's not like you'll have any trouble cutting his throat," Shoto replied in a bored tone.
"Murder isn't one of the things I'm known for, little brother."
"Okay, sure," Shoto snorted.
Ari woke up three hours earlier than necessary. She was beyond nervous to work for the Todoroki's; especially when she had no idea what she was going to be doing today. Not to mention, she'd have to look at the faces of his family with them knowing about their inappropriate hookup.
Oh well...no big deal... She thought as she French braided her hair to hide the blue she had forgotten to color over.
She carefully applied a light blush and a single coat of mascara and hoped it was minimalistic enough. Lastly, she settled on a navy-blue dress that was longer in the back than the front with the bottom half pleated. She hated heels because they made her height in Japan stand out even more, but she opted to go to with a triangle shaped, closed toe, beige pair for professional sake.
"Good, you're here early!" Momo smiled as she led Ari up to Touya's office. "Today, and only for today, you'll be his secretary. He'll need the help since he has over twenty-five interviews scheduled for today."
"Ugh..." Ari vocalized her embarrassment.
"You look appetizing today," Touya smirked, liking the fact that she was as tall as him now. He could run his tongue down those long legs all night if she'd let him.
He placed his left hand on her lower back and led her away from Momo. She blushed in response, trying to keep herself together. It was hard, when the patchwork-like face tattoos moved with each of his suggestive words. Why should she dismiss the flirtation? Why stop the attraction?
She tugged one of his ears and pulled him into the office and locked the door.
"We have an hour before the first interview, right?" She breathily voiced as he loosened his tie, already reading her motives.

Seconds later, his knees weakened as he felt his orgasm erupt in her mouth. She quickly swallowed before he pulled her up by her messy braid and forced her over to his desk chair. He motioned for her to sit on top of him as he yanked her dress off of her.
He began to nibble on her collarbone as her hands gripped his shoulders for balance. Her rocking motions were smoother than a waterbed's. He wasn't one to cum so easily, but minutes later her cries of reaching hers sent him into another one.
-Safe-
"Sorry, doll. It's been awhile since I've fucked. Twelve years in a jailcell and I can't seem to get enough of you," he mumbled as he studied the blemishes he left on her neck and chest.
She giggled as she tried to smooth out the hair she had been running her thin fingers through. He reached in his desk to grab some paper towels and apologized again, "I didn't wrap up, so have fun cleaning yourself up, dirty girl."
"You...you didn't?" She gasped as she snatched the sanitary napkins from him.
"I said what I said. Hurry up, we have ten minutes before someone will be up here," he scolded with a wink.
She snuck over to the nearest bathroom to fix her hair and dress. She assessed the damage in the mirror and was thankful that she thought ahead to bring foundation and concealer to touch up the visible bruising.
"You don't look like you've done anything bad," Touya bit his bottom lip, "Maybe you should leave your hair a mess so these women know what to expect."
She pursed her lips and pouted her doe-eyes at him. A pang of jealousy she didn't expect or want tickled her nerves.
"I'm only kidding. What would I need them for, when you're right there," he laughed at her frown.
"I think I'm more than what you have in your head," she sassed.
He bent over to straighten his pants as she ogled him. Would she be enough? Her brother did warn her...
She quickly looked away before his cyan eyes could catch her staring. She forced her feet to walk away and wait in the small room outside his office where she would be greeting the applicants.
Each one seemed to be cut from the same bubblegum cloth: ebony eyes, raven hair, submissive speech, no ass having cloth. Ari couldn't complain. None seemed to be his type, so maybe she would get him all to herself after all.
She strained her ears to listen in on his most recent victim. He seemed bored enough, despite the woman being in a fit of giggles as he questioned her.
"Yo, sis, how's my competition?" Keigo winked as he joined his sister in eavesdropping.
"Keigo, what the fuck are you doing here?" She hissed as her brother sauntered closer to her. He was dressed in an attractive yet casual blue suit. They could have been twins.
"I'm being interviewed, duh. No one said it was only available for women. Plus, Momo said she would buy me all the coffee I wanted for the rest of the year if I got hired. I think she's worried Touya would lose interest in you, so why not send in your equally attractive brother to seduce him," Keigo snickered.
"Well, if he was into men maybe," She rolled her eyes, suddenly not sure if the man was only straight. He could totally like dudes too. "Shit, go home! What if he does swing that way and starts wanting some kinky threesome? Like eww not my baby brother! Out out out," she sighed as she tried shoving him away.
"I'm not bisexual, Ari, and from your brother's face I don't think he is either," Touya laughed as the latest interviewee left, red-faced in embarrassment from hearing the odd conversation.
"It's true. Also, I mainly applied so that I could see Fuyu—" Keigo's admission for why he applied was cut off from Ari's hands smothering him.
"You don't want him helping you, he's a fucking idiot," she blurted.
"Hey! I wouldn't say that about you," Keigo gasped at his sister's depiction of him.
"Let's find out how stupid you are kid," Touya held out a hand for Keigo to shake. He obliged and followed Touya into his office with an air of confidence Ari wished she could achieve.
"He's hired, Aribaby, so go ahead and get your whining and complaining over with. I don't want to hear you mumbling about it later. Besides, him being here certainly makes it easier for me to get away with you."
"Whoa, man, I respect you and all but that is still my sister. You better not be...doing those things with her here. This is a professional environment and I'll be damned if—"
"My sister is across the hall on the left. I think she'll find your wit charming," Touya suggested to shut the kid up.
Keigo's eyes lit up as he quickly went to talk his way into the woman's graces.
"It's lunch time. You wanna go grab a bite with me?"
"Son, you'll have to take a raincheck on the date. We have a meeting you need to get to," Enji interrupted.
Ari politely bowed to her boss and waved to Touya as he followed his father. She slouched in her desk chair, unsure of what to do now that she was left to her own means for entertainment. A text from her ex snapped her away from her boredom.
Are you trying to make me jealous? Touya Todoroki? Are you fucking kidding me?
She rolled her eyes. Why was he still in her phone anyway? Oh well, she could play along with his delusions.
What is wrong with you? How could I, a fat lard of woman, make you jealous?
You're not fat. I was being a jerk because I was cheating on you and panicked.
She glared at her phone. How could she let herself waste two years of her life with this asshat?
Okay? You can leave me alone now. She quickly replied, hoping that would be the end.
I broke it off with Emi. Come on. Let's give it a go one more time. I see my mistakes and I can do better now.
Ari was really getting tired of his shenanigans.
No. I don't think I will give us another chance.
So, you think a criminal is a stepup? You're both trash.
She didn't reply to that. How could she? Let him throw his stupid fit. She couldn't care less.
You're just gonna ignore me now? You know what? Fuck you. I can get good pussy anywhere. It's not that hard to find.
She chuckled aloud at his ridiculousness.
Yeah, well good dick ain't hard to find either. I had an eight inch fat one fall into my lap you fucking twat. And he likes my fat ass, so byyyyyeeee
She replied along with a peace sign.
Another thirty minutes passed and her stomach growled. How much longer was this meeting going to be? She wanted food!
Shota stared at her response, unable to understand where her sudden backbone came from. She was always feisty, but she'd never been so vulgar. He needed to bring her back to her senses. Clearly, he was the superior man for her.
This bitch thinks she's better off with a scumbag whose mommy got him out of jail. Hell nah, he thought as he rode a limo to the Todoroki's giant company.
"Sir, we'll need to see some ID before you can come in any farther," a security guard warned.
"I'm Ari West's boyfriend. She started here today?" Aizawa smoothly delivered.
"So, it's true then?! You and Ari West are back together?" The guard grinned, thinking about Touya's warning that this guy could show up unannounced and to let him through, that he would take care of it.
Momo covered her mouth to hide a yawn. She hated that Ari was probably just as bored.
"So, as you all know, we have hired an actress to help bring Touya a positive image. The best way to see if she's a good fit is to monitor her compared to the other members of our public relations team. Let's tune in to see how each one handles being left alone," Enji explains the meeting as he motioned them to look at the screen.
"This is so creepy daddy, we shouldn't be doing this," Fuyumi sighed as they watched each of their employees work. Many were typing away at their desks, some were eating, some were on the phone gossiping about how "Ari West" was working with them soon.
Then it was Ari's office. Touya snickered as they watched her spin around the room in the rolling chair.
"Ughhh I cannot take this anymore. I need food!" They heard her whine up to the ceiling.
She sighed again before returning to her computer and pulling up spotify. She turned it up and began to dance around the room provocatively.
"She's a good dancer. I could watch her move like that all day. You're lucky, Touya. I'm starting to get jealous," Natsuo commented as Momo sank into her seat. Why did her best friend have to be so silly all the time? The girl couldn't be serious for ten seconds. And these ten seconds could get her fired.
They frowned when she suddenly jumped mid-dance. She walked over to her computer and they heard the song change to Hot Girl Bummer as Shota Aizawa barged in.
"Wow she's so brave. She's literally using the song to shit on him, no cap, and she doesn't even look scared. He's not going to hurt her, is he?" Fuyumi admired the blonde starlet.
The Todoroki family watched eagerly, as if they were watching some reality show, to see when the fellow actor would stop her. Instead, he let her get the singing stunt out of her system. Her ankles were crossed over the top of her desk as she danced from the waist up, too lazy to even stand up to the man glaring at her.
The song ended and she closed her browser to actually do something productive while she waited for Touya. She began to pull up his files to enter in Keigo's information and help Rei with getting him added to the system. She quickly emailed the form to the attorney.
"Oh, you're still here? Shoo I'm busy," she waved her hand for him to go.
"Oh, are you done acting like a child now so that we can have an adult conversation?"
She sighed, kicked her legs back on top of the desk.
"I'm Peter Pan, bitch, I'll never grow up," she snickered and flipped him off.
"All right, that's enough of that," he spat, grabbing her ankles, and dragging her across the desk.
Touya was already out of his seat and storming over to the stairs to stop the dumbass from leaving with her. He was too late though. Aizawa was already carrying a flailing Ari over his shoulder as she punched his back down the street towards his limo.
