Chapter 1: A new friend.

Summary: A strange dream is all that is needed for Luna to be thrown off in her adventure, an adventure that required her to become a Pokemon...and she meets her partner.

Sheila: This was our last chance to manage to get a full mental contact with Luna...a part of me hopes we don't manage...but at the same time I hope we do...because if he doesn't manage to get in contact with Luna...we might be really doomed.

With Luna, that night.

Luna to be honest thought that sleep wouldn't come as soon as she did, but she was more tired than she thought, since she fell asleep.

And that's when everything changed.

Luna's dream.

Luna woke up seeing nothing but swirling colors and the ten years old girl couldn't help but ask herself what was going on.

Alright, this isn't one of my usual dreams. the ten years old realized. Also because I would never think like this in a dream.

Then she suddenly heard a voice.

You...

You who can now hear my voice...

Might you be...

...a human?

Luna looked around, confused by the whole ordeal, but she didn't see anything that could tell her whose voice was, only swirling colors.

To the end she decided to answer.

"Yes, I am an human." she said, even if she was asking herself why they couldn't tell it.

Good, can you help us?

Luna was getting more and more confused and sincerely was asking herself what was going on.

"Yeah...?" she said, even if her tone was really unsure.

But if the voice noticed her insecurity, he didn't say anything.

Thank you, help us save the Pokemon World.

Luna sincerely wasn't understanding any of it and sincerely she wasn't really convinced, but to the end, even if she wasn't really convinced about the whole thing, she decided to go with it.

"Okay..." she said, but it was clear by her voice that she wasn't really convinced.

But even now, the voice decided to ignore it if he noticed that.

Thanks, now I'll explain what's going...

But then, with Luna jumping for how sudden it happened, the background turned purple and the voice screamed.

HELP!

What the...? Luna exclaimed before the scene changed and the girl saw a Munna chased by an Hydreigon.

How did she know about what Pokemon were since these two Pokemon lived in the Unova Region and she was just in the Johto region?

Well, it was thanks to her brothers books and also school.

Before she could do something, light filled her vision and even outside the Matthews' house, if someone was out in the night, would have seen light flashing.

When the light faded.

It took a few minutes for the light to fade and for Luna's eyes to readjust to the normal light and when she did, she noticed she was staring to her reflection...even if she had to admit her image looked bigger than before.

That's my reflection! Luna thought shocked. But why it looks bigger than me?

Then she noticed that her reflection was deforming.

Uh, my reflection is changing...

And to the end she was staring to the reflection of a Snivy.

It became a Snivy?! she said, before she noticed WHY the reflection was bigger before: looking behind her, she noticed a Snivy's tail...indicating she became... I BECAME A SNIVY?!

Then she noticed a light ahead her and she decided to go ahead.

In a cave.

Going that way, she noticed she was in a cave, near what looked a lake...but instead, when she walked on it, it looked more like a mirror, indeed she looked to her reflection and saw a Snivy looking to her.

I've become a Snivy! she thought, surprised. But how? I'm kinda lost.

She decided to recollect her thoughts.

Well, I remember that strange dream and the voice, who I guess it was Munna's, asking me to help the Pokemon World...so it means I have to become a Pokemon? And how do I get there?

As to answer her thought, a strange portal opened around and under her.

What's going on?! she thought, as everything disappeared into a flash of light...

...before she started freefalling from the sky, with her screams being heard from everyone as she falls toward a forest.

What she didn't know was that an Axew saw her falling toward the sky, and was running to help her.

Meanwhile with Sheila and the shadow.

"Oh, no!"

The Luxray, that had fell asleep, woke up hearing the shadow's yell.

"What?" she asked, yawning, before she noticed the worried look. Oh, no, please don't tell me, she managed to...

Her thoughts were interrupted by the shadow confirming her fears.

"Munna found out I was calling Flora and intercepted the connection with her." he announced. "Now Flora thinks I was attacking Munna!"

That made Sheila lose any sleep she had, while getting up

"NO!" she yelled, knowing that if Munna managed to reach Luna, she was in danger. "What are we going to do?!"

Hydreigon sighed.

"We'll need to move and search for Flora." he announced.

Sheila looked to him, but to the end nodded, since she knew it was the only option they had.

"Right." she said, but then the shadow's stomach growled.

"But before we go, we need to eat."

The Luxray looked to him incredulously.

"Seriously?!" Sheila exclaimed, not hungry at all. "Luna is in danger and you want to eat?!"

The shadow sighed.

"Sheila, I know you're worried, but we have to eat, we can't help her if we black out from hunger."

Sheila sighed, hating the fact he was once again right.

I don't know what I hate more in these time: the fact he's right or the fact he's a glutton... she thought, before speaking.

"Alright, you're right. But when we're done, we'll go, alright?"

Hydreigon nodded, knowing it was only fair.

"That's fair."

The two Pokemon started eating, but Sheila wasn't really hungry, so she forced herself to eat, knowing she needed her strength.

As she was doing so, she was hoping that her best friend would be okay until they reached her...but luckily, Luna will have allies.

With Luna.

The next thing Luna remembered after hitting the ground was the splitting headache she got.

"Ohi, ohi..." Luna groaned, while trying to get rid of the headache.

"Hey, wake up!" someone called her. "Please."

The human turned girl opened her eyes, but it was still blurry and it took a few moments before her vision cleared and what she saw shocked her.

It was a bidepal, grayish-green Pokemon with pale, straight tusks protruding from the sides of its mouth. The back of its head is dark grayish-green with a tall, slightly curved horn.

Large, dark grayish-green ovals surround its red eyes, and it has a short, rounded snout with large nostrils. A forest green collar marking encircles its neck.

Its limbs and tail are short, with its forelimbs having three digits and its feet having two digits.

She was staring to an Axew and that was what helped Luna to regain consciousness quickly, as she sprang to her feet and jumped a little away, all pain forgotten.

"Waaaaaaaaaaah!" she yelled, scaring the Tusk Pokemon, that jumped in shock. "A talking Pokemon?!"

After a minute, the Tusk Pokemon looked to her strangely and was wondering what was wrong with the Snivy that had fallen from the sky.

However the Axew decided to calm her down.

"Calm down, it's okay." he told her and to the end the Grass Type calmed down.

Oh, right, I'm a Pokemon now. she remembered. So now it's normal to understand them.

And she also knew she needed to apologize for the fact she freaked out.

"Sorry for freaking out." she apologized.

The Tusk Pokemon looked to her unsure, but to the end he accepted the apologize.

"It's okay." the Axew told her. "I'm Axel by the way."

The Snivy decided to introduce himself too.

"I'm Luna." she replied.

Then the Tusk Pokemon asked the question that Luna was fearing that would come soon.

"Where do you come from?" he asked and Luna wished to have her old hands so she could slap her forehead, since she didn't know how to explain that.

And now how I'm going to explain this to him? she thought and then looked up to the sky, hoping that the portal that had brought her there, but was meet with nothing.

Narrator: Unbeknownst to her, the portal that brought her there, closed after she started falling to the earth.

Just my luck! she thought. The portal that brought me here disappeared!

Axel followed her gaze to the sky, before looking to her in disbelief, before laughing in discomfort.

"You don't live in the clouds, do you?"

Luna looked to him, not knowing what to say, but to the end decided to tell him the truth, even though she knew he wasn't going to believe her.

Narrator: She told everything to the Tusk Pokemon, even if she knew he wasn't going to believe her.

Two minutes later.

Axew looked to her in shock.

"You're an human?!" he exclaimed, with Luna that wished to know how to cover her non-visible ears, since she had small leaves for hands.

I knew he didn't believe me... she thought.

The two looked to each other in silence for a minute, before Axel remembered that he had heard of tales of humans being turned Pokemon, even if half a century had passed since the last human turned Pokemon showed up.

"Alright, I believe you."Axel spoke and the human turned Snivy gawked to him.

"So soon?!" she exclaimed.

Axel knew he had to explain what made him believe her so soon and he started to tell what he heard in his old town.

Narrator: That's when Luna discovered that she wasn't the first human turned Pokemon, since there had been other two times, so Luna was surprised to know that somewhere in the world, there are or were humans that had turned into Pokemon. But that didn't however help the human turned Pokemon sooth her worries, since she didn't know WHY she was turned into a Snivy.

Ten minutes later.

Luna couldn't believe that there were other humans turned Pokemon around the world that had saved the world, but she didn't have time to wonder about why she was called that the Tusk Pokemon remembered something.

"I have to go!" he said, shocking the Snivy.

She didn't have the time to say or do something, that he got pass him and the poor Grass Snake Pokemon was asking herself if he was going to leave her there.

"You're not leaving me here, right?!" she protested, stopping Axel and shocking her.

Did I stop him? she thought.

But it wasn't for her.

"Gah, but I need to pass a difficult dungeon..." he said, mostly to himself.

Luna gawked to him, while the Tusk Pokemon remembered her, since he looked to her.

Oh, no...is he planning to involve me in his journey? she thought.

She decided to speak it out loud.

"Oh, no...you're not going to involve me..." she started, but the Axew didn't take no as an answer and started dragging her forward. "HEY!"

Narrator: To the end, Luna found herself dragged toward this 'Mystery Dungeon', but before that, she managed to stop the Axel for the time being, using her vines to put him on air.

Two minutes later.

"Hey! At least you could have asked me if I could help you!" the Snivy said, clearly annoyed. "I could have thought about it a minute and give you my answer!"

Axel knew she was right and he owned her an apology.

"Sorry." he apologized.

Luna looked to him and sighed, putting him down.

Well, at least he apologized. she thought and then spoke. "It's okay."

It was clear however that now she wasn't going to back down and sighed again.

"Well, where are we going?"

The Axew looked to her shocked.

"You want to come with me?" he asked.

Luna shrugged.

"Well, I don't know where to go, so I guess I will come with you."

The Axew smiled.

"Thanks." he said.

Luna shrugged.

"Well, lead the way."

Axel nodded and the two started their journey.

Narrator: And so, Luna and Axel continued their journey together, but they don't know what is waiting for them...will they be ready for whatever will come next to them? Will also Sheila and Hydreigon find Luna in time?

Alright, I'm done with the first chapter, sorry, I know I took a lot of time and yeah, I know none reviewed to it, but I want to continue writing...and however, I want to focus more on my book, so the update to my spin-off will come slowly.

So here is chapter 1 and next will cover Luna and Axel's reaching Axel's destination.

Meanwhile, Chapter 8 of the first book of my trilogy is coming, but I need still time to finish it and then to edit it.

Yeah, here my author note is going to be smaller.
