Race Location

Kara saw Savitar waiting for her as she came up on the location, she noticed it was in a field outside of the city. She landed leaving a small crack in the dirt as she walked up to the speedster, "Okay. What's on the table?" she asked wanting to know what will happen if any of them wins or loses. "If you win, you get the answer to your question. If I win, well you just gonna have to find out." he stated as he held out his hand, "Do we have a deal?" he asked.

Kara crossed her arms and looked at Savitar thinking about it for a few minutes before letting out a sigh and shake the speedsters hand, "It's a deal." she told him. She knew it was crazy to race against someone who is 10x faster than Barry so why did she agree to a race? She doesnt know but there's no getting out now. Kara released her heat vision and drew a line, they got into position, "Ready?" Savitar asked, "Get Set." Kara replied, "GO!" they both said as they took off, Kara was slightly behind Savitar and was slowly catching up when in a blink of an eye he disappeared as she skidded to a stop as she was breathing heavily and looked around "Damn. They weren't kidding. He is fast." she said with a smile as she took a deep breath and took the skies flying back to the city.

Once she was within the city limits she got "borrowed" some clothes and booked herself a room at the hotel. Once she used the card and unlocked her door she walked in to find some flowers and a card sitting on the bed. She looked around as she closed the door and slowly walked over towards the bed. She X-rayed the card and flowers to make sure there was nothing in there.

She took the envelope and opened it, she looked to see there was a card as she took out and read what it said:

Kara Zor-El,

I wanna Thank You for the race. Been a long time since I raced someone like you. Hope to do it again. See You Soon! -Savitar

Kara felt her heart stop for a minute, how did he know what room she was gonna get? What did he mean it's been a long time since he raced somebody like her. Then she came up with an idea, maybe he's giving her clues on to who he is. She shakes her head as she closes her eyes and takes a deep breath. She then placed the envelope back on her bed as she took the flowers and smelled them. Tulips. Her favorite. How did he know? She thought again to herself as she let out a small smile and found a vase as she filled it with water placing the flowers in it as she sets them on the table out on the patio so they can get some sun in the morning.

After she took a shower and got dressed in Pajamas she slid under the covers and took a notepad and wrote down the clues she was given:

"Been a long time since I raced someone like you"

Knows who she is.

Knows her favorite Flowers

Called her Girl of Steel

"I outgrew Red"

After she writes it all down, she lets out a sigh as she turned on the tv and she cut out the light then went to sleep. Tomorrow she would have to do some thinking about who he then she remembered what the team told her, as she opened her eyes and sat up and thought about what the team told her: He calls himself The Future Flash. It's like he's right there in the room with us. "Been a long time since I raced someone like you". "I Outgrew Red. "Girl of Steel." Then Kara's eyes widened, "No...It's impossible." she said as she got out of bed got dressed and flew out the window, "How is this possible, I thought dealing with aliens was crazy but….time travel? That's a new one". And then the only thought that was running through her mind: Savitar is Barry Allen from the future.

She was on her way to find Savitar but when she saw some blue lightning and knew that it was Savitar, she got down low and started following it leading her to a field outside of the city. The same field where they had their race not 3 hours ago. "So you figured out who I am?" he asked her as she nodded, "Yes. I do. Why are you doing this?" she asked him wanting to know why Barry would do anything to hurt Iris.

"I am doing this for you Kara." he told her, confusing the hero, "F..For me?" she asked getting a nod from the speedster, "Can you take off that suit so that I can see you?" she asked hoping that since she had already known who he was. She waited for a few minutes before the suit started powering down as it bends over opening the back. Once the figure stepped out she let out a breath as she looked at the future version of Barry who had a scar covering the half of his face.

She slowly walked up to him until she was a few feet away, "I...I don't understand. Why are you doing this for me?" she asked him as she looks deep into his eyes and can see all the pain and suffering he's been through.

Savitar didn't know what to do, Kara was right there in front of him, "I...I Don't understand. Why are you doing this for me?" she asked him to make him think about how she died, he didn't know he shed some tears until he felt a gentle hand and looked to see Kara with that caring look in her eyes. "D...Do you trust me?" he asked her hoping that she does.

Kara didn't know what to say, he asked if she could trust him. She didn't know why but she feels like she can trust Savitar even after everything he has done. Maybe it was her feelings she had for his doppleganger, could it be she's falling for the criminal of Central City?. Her mind is telling her No but her heart disagrees, she sighs and hopes for the best, "I Do." she answered as she looked at him to see a small smile forming.

"Then, hold on." he told her and the next thing she knew she was being picked up and she was amazed at how fast he was going as she had a smile on her face. Savitar looked to see a smile on her face that caused him to smile, all he ever wanted was for her to live a long and happy life and she will once he kills Iris and the rest of team Flash.

After the run, Kara was carefully set down on her feet as she looked to see she was in an abandoned warehouse, she can tell she's near the docs because she can hear the water close by, "Why did you bring me here?" she asked him as she followed him as he hand up his suit on some chains. "I couldn't risk the team finding you." he told her as she nodded. She knows this is wrong, she should fight him and call team flash, but for some reason she can't. Because…..because as much as she doesn't want to admit, she has fallen for the evil speedster.

He then took her hand and brought her over to some old ripped up couch that he found and sat down as she sat down beside him, "What is it?" she asked him as he looked towards her.

"Kara, I will tell you whatever you want to know. You deserve that much." he told her as she nodded, "But I have to warn you, you won't like some of the answers. Are you sure you want to know why I am doing all of this?" he asked her because he wanted her prepared for what she's about to hear.

Kara takes a deep breath,"Tell Me." she answered as she turned to look at him. "In the future, I was like Barry. Saving people with my own team flash. But out of nowhere they shunned me and rejected me because in their words I wasn't the true Barry Allen. That I was aberration. A disposable hero. Then you came over from your earth and stood by my side and in doing so they...they rejected you too." he said as he took a deep breath.

Knowing this was gonna be hard Kara took his hands in hers, "It's okay. Don't stop there." she told him as he looked into her eyes and nodded, "Years Later the team came after me, apparently they hate me enough to kill me so that's...that's what they did but…..b...before they can kill me, y...you jumped in front of me and….took the shot killing you instantly. I...I held you in my arms as I cried. T..That's why they...Iris has to die." he told her as he looked up to see tears in Kara's eyes, "I...I Die?" she whispered as he nodded.

"W….What does Iris have to do with anything?" she asked him. Savitar then stood up and turned to face her, "WHO DO YOU THINK SHOT YOU!" He yelled as Kara let out more tears and covered her mouth to suppress a sob, "I...It's not….they wouldn't….."she tried to say but the look on Savitar's face told her everything she needed to hear as he came over and got down on his knees and did something he hadn't done in a long time. He hugged Kara as she hugged back and cried into his shoulder. How could they Kill her? She had done nothing wrong but stuck to Barry's/Savitar's side.

STAR Labs

Barry came speeding into the cortex, "Any signs of Kara?" He asked Cisco as he typed on his computer. "Nope. Nothing. It's like she just vanished" he replied as she sat back. They have been looking for Kara for a few hours, they knew she booked a room at the hotel Joe has gone to check it out but other than that, they don't know where to look. "Can you like track the radiation of her heat vision?" he asked Cisco as he typed a few keys, "Well, we got something. An energy heat signature was used a few hours ago out in a field outside of Central City. and that's not all." he said as he pulled up a satellite feed and transferred it to the big screens as Barry's heart dropped. It was Kara and Savitar.

"That's Kara with Savitar." he said as Cisco nodded, "This was only a few hours ago." Cisco told him as they watched them get into positions, "Savitar must've found her and declared a race in exchange for information." Barry said as he watched them take off as the feed followed them and watched as Savitar left Kara who skidded to a stop and looked around as she takes up to the skies.

"After that race she booked herself a motel room." he said as Barry tried to think on why Kara would be meeting Savitar. Joe comes in, "Barry. Look at this." he said as he handed an envelope to Barry who took out the card and read it:

Kara Zor-El.

I wanna Thank You for the race. Been a long time since I raced someone like you. Hope to do it again. See You Soon! -Savitar

Barry was confused, "What did he mean by a long time since he raced someone like Kara?" He asked trying to piece together what's going on between Kara and Savitar. "I don't know Barry. But that's all I was able to find." he said as Barry nodded.

"Well, we can worry about it later. We need to know where Kara is." He said as Cisco ran to his computer and typed in a few more keys, "I found another satellite feed of Kara and Savitar." he said as he brought it up on the big screens as everybody watched Kara and Savitar talking but can't hear their voices. The next thing the know Kara is gone. "He has her." Barry stated as the team were shocked. "Well, how did he know about her?" Cisco asked as everyone shrugged their shoulders, "We need to find Kara." Barry declared as everyone got to work.
