"We traced the intrusion back to the Dreemurr family and their history club."

Berrin's word echoes in Sparky's lacy gold palace, too grim for the soft blue lighting.

My own family tried to kill me? No. Why would even Frisk do that?

Ryujen: "Did you find anything new here?"

Berrin: "They all denied doing it. On the bright side a new human applied to join the History Club, claiming to be part of the Dreemurr family."

How long have we spent in this Soulmaker realm? Hours? Days?

I turn to Ryujen. "We can't just hide here forever. The world should know our story soon."

Ryujen looks away. "Do what you want."

I call Toriel. She pales as she sees me. "Asriel, you're alive? Why didn't you let me know?"

I want to make sure. "Did you try to get rid of me? Any of you?"

Toriel glances sadly. "No. We were all shocked when the cops came and asked if we'd killed you."

"Did they find anything?"

"Just a large body of simu-data. Guess we really give ourselves a good image." She giggles at her pun.

"Anything else to say?"

"Not sure. Just hope they'll catch whoever did this."
