Seeing Roman walk into the shop, I took off my headphones and took my feet off the counter, with me standing up and placing the magazine to the side. "Roman, what's up, and what's with the guys from Juniors club?" I asked, with one of them aiming his gun at my head. "Seriously?" I asked, narrowing my eyes at him as he was robbing me.
"Sorry kid, just business, you can understand, right?" Roman asked as the other one pointed his gun at me.
"Seriously, you know I could take them down in three seconds flat!" I said, with him holding his hands up.
"Woah there, calm down, we're not here for the money." Roman said as more came in and started collecting dust. "Just the dust."
His henchmen put a suitcase on the class counter and open it, where they took out some kind of black tube. They then injected the tube into the Dust pipes and started taking the dust. "Hey kid, put your hands in the air!" One of the Henchman said with me looking at them as they started taking the dust, where I remembered the girl who came in earlier. I couldn't see them as they moved to the back, where the Henchmen walked over, in the direction of the magazines.
The girl was cute, a teen, and was listening music with red headphone. She was dressed in a black blouse with a red cloak and hood. Her hair was black and red, shoulder length. "Yes?" The girl asked in a confused tone.
"I said, put your hands in the air, now!" The Henchman yelled, with me grabbing my saber on my hip as I looked at a distracted Roman.
"Are you robbing me?" She question, with me seeing Roman look up at me, then back to the dust that they were collecting, making sure that none of it was damaged.
"Yes!" The Henchman yelled in anger.
I watched as he went flying out of the window with her, making me sigh as this was bad for business. Roman and his group were looking at the girl through broken glass, shocked at what happened. We watched as the girl's red case transformed into a large red scythe, showing that she was a huntress in training.
"Okay…" Roman said, looking at his goons. "Get her!" he ordered as the henchmen took out red swords before charging at her. She stabbed her scythe into the ground, dodging the henchmen's attacks. She held on the handles of the scythe to lift herself up and spun her lower body, kicking the henchman.
Walking out of the store, the henchman landed in front of me. Seeing him look at me, I activated my saber, seeing his eyes widen. "Think again before robbing me." I said, cutting his sword in half as he tried to cut me. Kicking him in the face, I watched as he went limp, with me looking up.
Two henchmen looked at each other for few second and then charging at me. I dodged the attacks, not impressed with them as they were slow. Taking my saber, I cut their swords in half as I walked past them, with me holding my other hand out to them. I used my Aura to send them flying into the building, knocking them out.
Looking at the girl, she blinked her eyes in confusion. "Nice scythe you have, Qrow's apprentice, right?" I said with a smile, remembering the times I had bumped into said man at Beacon.
"Uhh… Ya!" She, an awkward smile on her face, even blushing a bit as I walked over to her, facing Roman as he was smoking.
Roman narrowed his eyes at me, then his men. "Well, red, Dakota, as I'd love to stick around…" He said, stopping as he dropped his cigar and put it out with his cane. "I'm afraid this is where we part ways." He said as he aimed his cane at us. His cane fired a flair at us, but he wasn't expecting me to stop it mid air with my aura.
The girls eyes widened when she saw the flair stop mid air. She shook her head and looked around, not seeing Roman. Crushing my hand, I destroyed the flair, with a small explosion going off. "He's there!" I said, pointing at the ladder, seeing him climbing it. "Lets go!" I said, taking off after him.
We jump up to the roof of the apartment building, with me seeing Roman at the end of the other side. "It's over Roman, there's no more high ground!" I said, narrowing my eyes at him.
However, we were hit by the wind presence. A large bullhead pulled up, with me narrowing my eyes at it as I knew Neo was out of town, so I didn't know who was flying it. Roman jumped into the open hatch as it started to fly up into the air. Before flying away, he turned to us, with me seeing him throwing a red dust crystal at us. "End of the line!" Roman shouted at us, where he used his cane to shoot at the red dust crystal.
Gritted my teeth as I realized what Roman was planning. I used my aura to push the flair out of the way, saving us from an explosion. "About time you got here." I said, looking over to the girls right, with her looking at well.
Glynda fixed her glasses and she swiped her magic rod, with multiple purple laser shot towards at the bullhead, smashing against the wings and knocking it around a bit. She then shot her magic into the sky, making dark clouds gathered above the Bullhead. She waved her rod down, and made ice shards rain down onto it.
At that moment, we watched as a woman walked in front of Bullhead hatch. Her upper body covered in shadows, but she's wearing a red dress that reached down of her thighs with feathers on the side. Our eyes narrow when we saw her red sleeve glow, before a fireball was fired at us.
I stopped the fireball and ripped it apart, where it ended up turning into a liquid that splattered across the ground around us. Fire started to build up from the spots, with me using my aura to move us to safety as it exploded.
"She's got tricks!" I said, narrowing my eyes at the girl in the red dress as I wasn't expecting that. I threw my hands out, shooting lighting at the Bullhead, with it shaking, the electricity making the power go wild. The Bullhead flies away and finally escaped after a bit, with me gritting my teeth.
"We'll catch them next time." I said putting my saber away and looking at Glynda. "So, I take it that you're here to invite me back, seeing as it is that time of year." I said, smiling at her, where she nodded and then looked over at the girl.
The girl stood right in front of her with sparkles in her eyes, like a fangirl. "You're a huntress, right? Can I have your autograph!?" She questioned, with me feeling sorry for her.
Few minute later.
"I hope you realize that your actions tonight will not be taken lightly. You put yourself and others in great danger." Glynda said as she was in an interrogation room with the girl, who was named Ruby Rose.
"So, what can you tell me about Ruby's skills before I go in there?" Ozpin asked as I looked ot my left, seeing him standing there with a plate of cookies in his hand.
"Actually, not much. The only thing I can tell you is that she was trained by Qrow." I said, with him nodding.
"Qrow, now that's someone I haven't heard from in a long time, few months actually." Ozpin said, with me knowing that wasn't good, but it was normal, especially for Qrow. I watched as he left the room, with me taking my leave, heading home to go to bed as it wasn't my place to stay there any further.
