Kaysa woke up before the sun came up. Her head rested on Loki's bare torso. A golden sheet covered them just enough. Kaysa sat up slightly. She looked at his chest rising and falling slowly. The room was a mess. Clothes were scattered everywhere and things were lying on the floor.

Loki was soon awakened to notice the heat fading from his arms. He opened his eyes vaguely and saw even the darkness of the night through the large window of his room. He closed his eyes again as he sighed.

"Kaysa," Loki muttered. "Stop, please." Kaysa turned and blushed, pulling a blond lock of hair from her face. Loki opened his eyes again. The sight of the elf with her long blond hair falling onto her shoulders, and her body covered only by his green robes was a wonderful thing for Loki. "Come here."

Kaysa obeyed and knelt beside him. As she did so, however, she felt an intense sting in her knees. She could not help but wince. Loki directed a worried look as he stood up and reached for her chin. Kaysa told him it was nothing as she moved to avoid the sheets brushing against her. Loki looked up and smiled mischievously.

"It has been a bit harsh, hasn't it?" Kaysa looked up and nailed her to Loki as she blushed. "But I have merely obeyed your orders, my queen," Loki whispered as he kissed Kaysa's neck. He kissed it, moistening it, then blew on it, making the elf's skin bristle.

"Stop," Kaysa whispered with her eyes closed. Kaysa still felt the sting of her last encounter, but the mere thought of it made her mind foggy.

"How can I stop when you are making those pretty sounds?" Although Kaysa couldn't see his face, she felt his smile on her neck. Loki drew Kaysa to him, caught her off guard, and made her sit on top of him. Kaysa wrapped her legs around his waist as Loki continued to devour her neck. She closed her eyes as she was carried away by the passion of the moment and, without realizing it, ended up moving her hips against him, following a rhythm that drove him insane.

"Loki!" Kaysa moaned his name as he rolled her over, changing position and staying on top of her. Loki bit harder on Kaysa's neck, leaving different marks that would take days to fade. "Do you still have... ?" Kaysa asked, surprised that, after all night, Loki still wanted more.

"Don't worry," Loki said as he lifted his head and tapped his forehead to hers. He took a moment to fill his nose with her scent. "I will only use my hands." Kaysa looked at him strangely but also a little relieved that he decided to take it easy. "Until the only thing that comes out of your lips is 'please'." Loki licked Kaysa's lips. "And only then will I make you mine once more." Kaysa closed her eyes submissively as she felt Loki's hands do their work.

Kaysa left Loki's room in the morning, leaving the prince sleeping and with a sweet kiss on his lips.

"See you in a while." She whispered and made her way to the kitchen, ready to receive her new duties.

As usual, the first thing she had to do was serve breakfast to the royal family.

"Then you must go to the queen's chambers. She has requested your presence to help her with the preparations for the ball."

"What ball?" Kaysa asked curiously as she picked up the fruit trays for breakfast.

"The dance of ceremony between Viggo and the elf!" Exclaimed one of the young girls in charge of the kitchen. It was Biscuit. "Where have you been lately?" She laughed as she danced around Kaysa. Kaysa stared at the tray in her hands. She had completely forgotten about Kaira and her wedding.

"Stop." Said her superior. "Prince Loki has asked to serve his breakfast in his room."

"In his room?" Asked the young maid.

"He must have spent the night with some whore desperate for a little attention." The superior laughed. "I pity the woman who has to share her future with him."

"You have to have very little self-esteem to be with someone like him." Said Biscuit. "He's pretty dark, lonely, doesn't laugh or..." Kaysa let go of the tray with a bang.

"Maybe the problem is not him, but you." She said as she picked up the new tray they had prepared for Loki.

Kaysa came in without knocking while she broke the spell that was hiding her. She found the room just as she had left it, except that the bed was empty. Kaysa dropped the breakfast and called out to him as she scoured the various corners in search of him.

"Take it easy, honey," Loki said as he emerged from the bathroom with only a pair of baggy. "I am here." He walked up to Kaysa, circled her waist behind her and kissed her head. "I hope you're hungry." He smiled as he picked up the tray and lay in bed for breakfast.

Kaysa couldn't help but remember the words of the superior and Biscuit. She couldn't understand how they could say such cruel things. Loki motioned for her to join him. Kaysa sat down and picked some fruit as she thought of how lucky she would be if she could one day share her life with him without having to hide.

"What are you thinking about?" Loki asked as he offered Kaysa a cup of coffee.

"I'm thinking of my sister." Kaysa lied as she picked up and took a sip of the coffee.

"You know I can read your mind, right?" Loki said without looking at her, as he took a bite of his breakfast bun. Kaysa looked at him in confusion. "Don't worry, I haven't done it with you yet," Loki answered the question Kaysa had in her mind. You are so predictable, my queen. He thought with a small smile. "But I also know when someone is lying. After all, I am the God of Mischief." Kaysa looked at him annoyed.

"I'm telling you the truth." Kaysa lied. Loki slowly chewed his morsel as he thought about whether or not to continue to insist. He decided to drop the subject for the moment.

"What about your sister?" Loki asked disinterestedly.

"What about my sister?" Kaysa rose in anger. "She is marrying against her will! And to someone who is capable of doing this to a person!" She shouted as she pointed to the mark of the blow Viggo gave her the day before. Loki dropped the piece of fruit in his hands and walked over to her. "And you ask me what about my sister?"

"Stop!" Loki shouted nervously. Kaysa could not help but look at him in horror. She did not expect Loki to shout at her like that. When he calmed down, he walked over to her and stroked her cheek as he apologized. "Let me think of something." He said as he kissed Kaysa's forehead and plunged his green eyes into her. "Trust me." Kaysa nodded. A moment later she saw green spirals coming out of Loki's hand and a warmth growing on her cheek. After a moment, Loki guided her and turned to a mirror. "Only I can mark you." Loki pulled the hair from Kaysa's neck, letting her see the marks he had left the night before. Kaysa's legs weakened and her mind became blurred with memories of the night before. Loki's lips returned to her neck and his hands guided her hips in a hypnotic rhythm.

"I have to go." Kaysa laughed without parting from Loki. "Your mother is waiting for me," Loki grunted against her neck but finally released her.

"I'll see you tonight." Loki's eyes glowed with lust and Kaysa felt a mixture of excitement and fear. Fear that she would not be able to endure another night like the last.

Kaira was having a cup of tea in Frigga's quarters while waiting for the maid to come in and help her with her engagement dress. The date of Kaira's wedding had been announced and dance had been arranged to celebrate it.

"Believe me, you'll love the dresses I've chosen for you." Frigga smiled as she looked at the door waiting for Kaysa to knock. Frigga didn't want to make Kaysa suffer, but she knew she was the only one who would understand her sister's tastes. "Where is this girl?" Just then someone knocked on her door. Frigga rushed to open it and greet Kaysa, who was wearing a lot of dresses. "Come on darling! Try on this." Frigga said as she handed a red dress to Kaira. The girl shyly picked up her dress and walked to a private area. At that point, Frigga turned to Kaysa. "Where have you been?" She asked in a motherly tone. Kaysa looked at her and hesitate to tell her the truth.

"I had to serve breakfast." She replied as she delicately dropped the other dresses and ran her fingers through the fabric of the skirts.

"I didn't see you this morning." Frigga sensed the reason for Kaysa's tardiness. "I haven't seen my son either." At that moment Kaysa looked down in shame.

"Neither have I." At that moment Frigga laughed uncontrollably.

"My dear, ask Loki to teach you how to lie better." She said as she caressed Kaysa's arm. At that moment Kaira came out in her long red dress. The chiffon skirt was embroidered with black flowers. Both Frigga and Kaysa saw Kaira's uncomfortable gesture. "What is it, my dear?"

"I don't know," Kaira said as she turned to a nearby mirror. "Don't you think that's a little too forward?" She asked as she gestured toward the neckline of her dress, which reached almost to her navel.

"Perhaps there's another one here that would be more comfortable for you," Frigga said, a little disappointed that she didn't get her first choice right. She walked over to the pile of dresses and started to look at them. At that moment a servant knocked on her door. After a few minutes of chatting, Frigga apologized, saying she had to find out urgently about certain matters, promising to return as soon as she had resolved them.

Kaysa looked tenderly at Kaira, who was preparing to take off her dress.

"One second," Kaysa said as she walked towards her. "The dress looks beautiful on you." She said as she put it back on. "And we can fix this if you want." She pointed at the neckline with the tips of a pair of scissors.

"I don't think this is the right dress." Kaira insisted. Kaysa tried to dissuade her and started working on the front of the dress.

"Nonsense. It looks like it was made for you in every detail." Kaysa said as she made small cuts in the neckline of the dress. "And about this, nothing a ribbon can fix." Kaysa had managed to close the dress by crossing over the ribbons. Kaira looked at it in shock.

"Still, it doesn't feel right." Kaira insisted. "These colours aren't really the colours I should be wearing."

"Why so? Because they're Thor's colours?" Kaysa couldn't believe her ears. "You're so stubborn, Kaira!" She exclaimed as she raised her arms in frustration.

"How dare you speak to me like that?" Kaira replied indignantly as she faced Kaysa. "A mere maid talking that way to a queen."

"A mere maid?" Exclaimed Kaysa, making the spell disappear. "I'm your sister!" Kaira couldn't believe her eyes.

"You are here?" she asked as she caressed his face gently. After a long silence, the two sisters finally merged into one big embrace. After a while, Kaysa broke up and asked Kaira not to say anything to anyone. "Not even Frigga?"

"Not even her," Kaysa replied just as someone was knocking on the door of the room and entering it. Kaysa cast the spell again and hid under the appearance of the maid. Frigga returned with a look of dismay.

Loki was walking towards the great hall. He had been summoned by his father and insisted that he not be long, yet Loki could not help but keep him waiting. He had spent most of the morning searching for a solution for Kaysa but had not found one that would allow Kaira to leave alive. On the way to the hall, he passed several servants running up and downloaded with preparations for the expected dance. That made Loki remember his little elf. He smiled unconsciously at the image of Kaysa appearing at the dance without hiding from anyone.

"I told you not be long." Odin snarled, to which Loki responded with a fake smile.

"I had work to do," Loki replied as he walked toward the group of people. As he approached he saw the figure of Odin and Frigga, but there was someone else with them. It was someone in a black dress with white hair in a high ponytail.

"Please, Ada, accept my son's apologies," Odin said. Loki's face was very similar to Frigga's.

"Ada?" Loki repeated the name his father had just uttered. It could not be true.

"So soon you have forgotten me, my prince?" Ada smiled shyly.

"Forgive me, my lady." Loki bowed, brushing his lips against the back of her hand. "My head is not very focused on late." Loki excused himself. It was true that he was more focused on his elf than the rest of his duties of late. "Mother, there are certain things I would like to discuss with you." Loki gave Frigga a helping glance, which he understood perfectly. The queen nodded as she apologized and walked past Loki to her chambers.

"We'll talk as soon as we get to the room," Frigga ordered, silencing Loki and preventing the rest of the servants from hearing their conversation. "Wait a moment," Frigga said as she opened the door to the room. She could not hide her dismayed face as she saw Kaysa was there. She had forgotten all about her.

"What is she doing here?" Loki entered the room agitated, unaware of Kaysa and Kaira's presence. "What is she doing here?" Loki shouted, creating a core of magic that threw a table into the air. Kaysa drowned out a scream. Kaira simply closed her eyes. That's when Loki noticed them.

"Excuse my son," Frigga said to Kaira, casting an apologetic glance at Kaysa as well.

"Prince Loki." Kaira bowed slightly in greeting, but Loki's eyes were fixed on Kaysa with a sense of regret.
