SmackDown Live: February 14, 2017

I look at Shane and Daniel. "So…yeah…Naomi is hurt. It's not looking good. Give her some time to talk tonight though. We don't know how bad it is yet."

Shane looks at me. "Well, we've got to figure something out soon. We cannot have no SmackDown Women's Champion going into WrestleMania."

"I can give you an answer by next week. Just give me a week."

Daniel sighs. "Give her a week, Shane. We've got other things to worry about tonight. Like the WWE Championship Triple Threat."

I raise an eyebrow. "WWE Championship Triple Threat?"

Shane nods. "Yeah. Styles, Cena, and Wyatt. Have a vested interest in that one, Rissa?"

I nod. "Yeah. My husband is the Royal Rumble Winner."

"Fair enough. Anything else?"

"I think we're good."

I walk into my locker-room to see Randy. "Hey, handsome. Talk to Bray yet?"

Randy nods. "Just did. He's defending the WWE Championship tonight. Doesn't want me at ringside."

"Against John and AJ."

"Who told you?"

"I was just in Shane and Daniel's office."

"Oh okay. Ready for our dinner tonight?"

"Very ready." I say as I kiss Randy.

"Do you have plans tonight?"

"Sure do."

"Care to elaborate?"

"Mickie has a rematch against Becky tonight. I have some plans to let Becky get the win this time."

Randy laughs. "Look at you. Helping people."

"Honestly, I'm just trying to be in a position to goad Mickie into a match soon. First thing I have to do is to get even with her."

"Then, revenge on Alexa. Right?"

"Well, look at you paying attention."

"She mentioned our children. I want her to get a beating."

"Don't worry. I will be doing that."

Randy smiles. "I know. Do you remember the last time WrestleMania was in Orlando?"

"WrestleMania 24. I found out Chris cheated on me during that weekend."

"Yeah…" Randy says awkwardly.

"And you retained the WWE Championship against John and Triple H in a Triple Threat."

"That's what I was wanting to hear. Expect the same result this year. Me winning."

"That's good to hear. I also remember we were rooming together at the time. We went out to drink with Chelle and John and collectively bailed on going to the after party."

Randy laughs. "I think we all enjoyed that more anyway. It was like old times. I cannot believe that was nine years ago."

"Me either. Didn't we sleep together the night after?"

"Yeah we did. I very much enjoyed that particular time."

I laugh. "You're such a dork."

"I know. Anyway, I have a plan for Bray, assuming he keeps the championship tonight."

"Do tell."

I watched from guerilla as Mickie and Becky had their match. In particular, I was watching Mickie. I was checking to see if she had changed her moveset at all since the last time we wrestled against each other in a Singles match, which was seven years ago. Luckily, I didn't see a difference. I watch as Mickie goes to attempt an Armbar on Becky. I decided to make my move and walk out onto the stage.

As I appear on the stage, Mickie locks eyes with me. I keep eye contact with her as Becky sneaks up behind her with a pin.

1…2…3!

"Here is your winner, Becky Lynch!"

I smile at Becky as she quickly rolls out of the ring and starts walking up the ramp. Mickie is glaring in my direction.

Becky stops by me as she goes to head backstage. "Get her. Get your revenge."

I nod. "I will."

Mickie looks at me. "Get in this ring!"

I look behind me as Becky makes it backstage before walking down the ramp. Mickie goes to grab a microphone as I make my way towards her. I motion for one and receive one as I make it to the end of the ramp.

Mickie watches me. I maintain eye contact as I enter the ring.

The second I'm in the ring, Mickie gets in my face. "Why do you keep coming after me?"

"Why?" I ask. "You know why."

"No, I don't."

"You know it's odd, Mickie. It's odd because I swear that every time you and I are around each other, there's problems. Problems between you and me. I dealt with a mystery woman attacking me for months. Figured it wasn't you because you were supposed to be on NXT doing stuff with Asuka. It's almost like you knew she'd kick your ass, so you came after me. I don't know why, but you did. At first, it was just attacking me, but at TLC, things changed. You remember what happened at TLC, Mickie? You screwed me out of my SmackDown Women's Championship. You helped Alexa Bliss take my championship from me. I don't know why. Maybe you just don't like me. Maybe you like her. Maybe it's because she's just as delusional and entitled as you. I don't care why. What matters is that you did. Here's the thing, Mickie. We've had problems every single time we're around each other. You were having problems with me a decade ago. You had problems with me in 2009, which, according to most, is where my career peaked. You should know from those experiences that I don't stop until I get what I want. Right now, all I want is to get even with you. I won't be stopping until I do."

Mickie laughs. "You can try, but I'll make you realize you should've stepped away after your career peak in 2009."

I smirk. "You had your career peak before me. You should've stayed gone, Mickie. I beat you then, and I'll beat you now. I only have one more thing to say. You. Me. No disqualification. Next week here on SmackDown."

Mickie glares at me. "You're on."

Bray hits John with a Sister Abigail and pins him.

1…2…3!

"Here is your winner and STILL the WWE Champion, Bray Wyatt!"

I hear voices in my head

They council me

They understand

They talk to me…

I smile from guerilla as I watch Randy walk to the ring.

I look at AJ and John as they make it backstage. "Hey, guys. Great match."

"Thanks." Both men say.

John stays to watch while AJ heads to his locker-room.

Randy and Bray, both with microphones in hand, stare at each other in the ring.

"I won the Royal Rumble and all the privileges that come with it, but you are the WWE Champion." Randy says. "However, as long as you are the master and I am the servant, I refuse to face you at WrestleMania. I pledge my undying allegiance to you, Bray Wyatt."

"Excuse me?" I say very loudly.

Randy gets on his knees and stretches out his arms while facing Bray.

"You now have the keys to the kingdom, my friend." Bray says with a laugh.

Bray's theme song then plays as the lights go dark. Randy and Bray pose in the center of the ring to end the show.

I stood in guerilla, watching the monitor with a shocked face.

Randy and Bray made it backstage. I shove my way through people to go over to them. Randy looks at me.

"What do you mean you aren't competing for the WWE Championship?" I ask loudly.

I know everyone in guerilla, including Bray himself, is watching me and Randy.

"Babe…" Randy says slowly. "Just hear me out."

"What is there to hear out, Randal?! You won the Royal Rumble!"

"I have a perfectly good reason for this."

"How can you have a perfectly good reason?! Whatever your reason is…it's bullshit!"

Bray steps around us to leave guerilla. "You two have a happy Valentine's Day."

Randy looks at me after we both watch Bray exit. "There is a reasonable explanation for this."

I look at Randy. "Because of Bray?! WWE Championship matches aren't just handed out, Randy! You know that! Especially at WrestleMania!"

"Rissa…" Randy sighs. "Can we talk about it in private? Everyone in here is watching us argue."

I roll my eyes. "Fine. We can talk about it in our locker-room."

"Okay. Let's go." Randy goes to put an arm around me.

"Don't touch me. I'm very pissed off right now."

Randy sighs. "Can we just go to our locker-room?"

"Get moving, Randal."

"You can't be serious about this." I say to Randy as we continue to walk through the halls to our locker-room.

"Rissa, I'm one hundred percent serious about this. Bray has done so much for me. I can't face him at WrestleMania. He just won the WWE Championship." Randy says very seriously.

I open our locker-room door. "You won the Royal Rumble a couple weeks ago. You went through all those guys just to throw everything away? That's not right, Randy."

Randy sighs as we walk in. "I'm doing what I believe is right, Rissa. Why can't you just let me do it?"

"Because it's not what you should be doing."

"I'm being loyal. You should understand. I wouldn't do anything to oppose you either." Randy closes and locks the locker-room door.

I sit down. "You think he bought it?"

Randy takes off his sleeveless hoodie. "Hook, line, and sinker."

"Do you think the roster bought it?"

"Oh certainly. Except our friends who all know what's going on here. Just act distant on our way out."

I nod. "Okay. What now? What does he mean by keys to the kingdom, Randy?"

Randy smiles at me. "I know exactly what he means. I have his full trust now, and he'll be telling me where his compound is."

"His compound?"

"The building for all of Bray's madness. Supposedly, the spirit of Sister Abigail is there."

"Hmm…interesting."

Randy says as he puts on a dress shirt. "Anyway, the compound is what's most important to him, so that's my target. You're fine to face Mickie next week, but don't plan on being here the week after."

"Why?"

"Because I'm going to have what I do to the compound broadcasted live then. I'm going after what's most important to Bray. He'll immediately try to go after what is most important to me."

"So me."

Randy nods as he takes off his boots and trunks and grabs his underwear. "Exactly. Usually, I don't go telling you not to be around, but I don't want to risk him coming after you without me here."

I nod. "I understand. What am I going to do?"

"Whatever you want as long as it's not on SmackDown. Can you get me a cameraman for when I do it?"

"I should be able to."

"Okay. Thanks."

"No problem. Is this going to be legal?"

"Everyone will think it's a storyline for the show."

"You didn't answer me."

"I'm going to choose to not answer that. For both of our sakes."

"I'm going to act like I didn't ask."

Randy gets fully dressed. "Probably for the best."

"Yeah. You're probably right."

Randy looks at me. "Let's head out. We've got dinner reservations. Happy Valentine's Day."

I kiss Randy. "Happy Valentine's Day. After you."

Randy and I walk out the door, acting distant, to go to our dinner reservation.
