So for those of you who don't like to read lemons and just skipped the last chapter, I'm doing a recap through Spinel, you can thank yellowmoshi for the idea of a recap, cause I really wasn't going to do it lol.

-=Four In The Morning=-

-=Steven's Hotel Room=-

-=Steven/Spinel=-

It had been four hours since Morganite fell asleep, and as you might've guessed by the scene description, they had unfortunately unfused in their sleep. Steven was the first to wake up when he heard the sound of helicopters approaching from afar. At first the hybrid thought nothing of it, but then he remembered he was kind of a mass murderer on earth now, so he was quick to get up and see what as going on.

Spinel had been asleep in his arms, so she was of course awoken by the sudden movement. "Steven...?" She questioned her Diamond groggily as she wiped the sleep from her eyes. "Whaz happenin'?" She spoke with a yawn as she got out of bed, wrapping the blanket around herself and dragging it along, the pink Gem leaning on her Diamond.

At first she was over all confused as to what had happened and where they were, but then it all came flooding back: She told Steven about how Curls gave her the idea to make a the parts they had, but Steven seemingly wasn't upset, in fact he actually did the pleasure thing with her, which had allowed her to show him everything she learned from observing him and the others. Spinel became even happier and warmer when she remembered that they fused! At first she was scared, but he soothed her and even decided that he wanted to stay like that...and they did, they stayed fused as Morganite until at some point they unfused while they were asleep, but Spinel loved every second of it.

"I think we've overstayed our welcome; it seems that the humans finally figured out who we were and called the authorities." Steven informed her as he looked down to see the many blue and red lights that were flashing down in the parking lot. He just gave a sigh as he walked out of the master bedroom, his eyes landing on their uniforms that were neatly set on the table and folded, the room service people obviously having come in and left them there when the duo was asleep. "Go ahead and get dressed, it's about time we leave."

"Right, of course, my Diamond." Spinel nodded as she was now fully awake, the pink Gem being quick to grab her clothes from the table and beginning getting dressed while Steven had started doing the same, the Diamond of course getting dressed quicker as he had a one piece suit.

Their attention was brought to the elevator which was alerting them to the fact that someone was making their way to their floor. Steven just gave a sigh as he created a shield in front of the door that went into the stairwell just in case, the Diamond then opening the elevator doors forcefully, this allowing him to see the elevator cab approaching his floor.

"Right, they're trying to come to our room...this all is really too bad, I kind of wished to stay until it was time to invade." Steven spoke with a huff as he summoned six shields, one for each wall of the elevator, as well as the roof and floor. He let them get to his floor, their door opening to allow them to see the monarch with a shield between them and himself. "Hey there."

Immediately, one of them went to shoot Steven, the bullet ricocheting off of the shield and taking out one of the members of the team. "Damnit Jerry, you had orders to not shoot until instructed to do so!" One of the people shouted to the man who just shot his gun before turning back to the Diamond. "As for you, you better surrender peacefully, we have people coming in from the rooftop and the stairwell. We also have about five choppers surrounding the air space, and the entire police force of this state surrounding the building!"

"Trust me, I know." Steven informed him as he turned away. "Bringing such pathetic forces was your mistake." He spoke as eight crunching sounds could be heard. "Oh, and what was that you might ask? Just the breaks to your elevator, that's all." The hybrid chuckled darkly before a snapping noise alerted the team to their fate, their elevator cab plummeting to the bottom of this twenty story building as the shields around it dissipated.

"But Steven, what are we gunna do about everyone else?" Spinel questioned while looking out the window as he summoned his gauntlet, moving her back so he could shatter the entire glass wall, the hybrid then summoning a shield for them to stand on before speaking to her. "Don't worry about that, I have us covered."

Spinel trusted her Diamond so she stepped onto the flat pink surface, the shield levitating almost immediately as he wrapped an arm around her. "Hang on tight." He warned as the building began to shake, the duo flying out of the window right before it collapsed.

Of course Spinel was confused as to what just happened, things becoming no clearer when she looked back to see that large hotel falling to the ground. "Steven, how did you do that?" She asked, raising her voice so she could speak over the wind, her hair being blown straight backwards.

"Simple, I just expanded a large bubble on the bottom floor, causing the whole place to collapse once the bottom few floors were demolished and the bubble had popped." He explained, not bothering to look back as he stood with his arms behind his back now, though she could tell that such a task was taxing on his energy.

Spinel, who was still clinging to her Diamond still, took one last glance at the ruins that was once a building, the only things remaining were the 'helicopters' as the humans called them, but they weren't going to be able to keep up, the entire area becoming out of sight maybe fifteen seconds after they took off.

Steven slowed down as he looked the forest over for his ship. "Spinel, I'm sure I don't have to tell you this, but just in case I do, Morganite stays between us, you aren't to tell anyone, not even the Lazulies or Nephrite, understood?"

"Yes, of course, my Diamond." She nodded, knowing that if word got out that she fused with a Diamond, not only would she be shattered, but Steven would be in trouble with White. "This will be our little secret." The pink Gem nodded as she made a zipping motion over her mouth.

"Good..." Steven responded as his eyes wondered over to her, only to see she still had her hair down. "And not that it really matters, but you should let your hair down more often," He added quietly as he turned away from her, pretending to be searching for the ship. "it suits you."

"Awww, Steven," Spinel smiled with a blush as she put a hand on her cheek, receiving a 'stop that' from him though it went ignored. "thank you, I'm glad you like my hair." She spoke, wrapping her arms around him and embracing the Diamond who just gave a slight huff as he set a hand on her head.

Once Steven's eyes landed on his ship, he was quick to bring them down to the ground before it, only to see multiple mutilated human corpses littering the wooded area. "Hm, looks like there were a few nosey organics."

"I sure am glad that we're just fighting Gems now and not more of these." Spinel spoke as she stepped over a body that had a large hole in its chest. "I'm most definitely don't wanna get covered in more of their red juices."

"Yes, humans are most definitely messy." Steven agreed as he floated over them, the two of them soon being enveloped in a pink orb and brought inside. Once the duo entered the ship, they saw Curls, Freckles, and Nephrite observing the games and technology they had picked up, the three of them greeting their Diamond.

"Oh my stars Spinel, you did something with your hair?" Freckles questioned as she made her way over to the smaller Gem, Steven making his way to the pad where he would control the ship. "Wow, I have to admit, it looks pretty good." Curls chimed in as her and Nephrite made their way over to Spinel as well.

"Haha, thank you, I was thinking of keeping it like this: it was Steven's suggestion that I do that." She smiled, adding that last part quietly, as she knew he'd give protest, though Steven could hear her perfectly fine, even if he pretended not to notice,

The Diamond didn't bother paying anymore attention to them as he launched the ship off towards the moon, the three Gems taking notice of him ignoring them before they began to question Spinel in hushed voices. "So, what happened? Is your secret still safe?" Nephrite asked nervously as she glanced back towards Steven.

"Ummm...no, he kinda found out." Spinel said with a light chuckle as she rubbed the back of her neck, giving a shrug. "But I mean, he wasn't really too mad about it, in fact, he complemented my form and then we finally did the whole pleasure thing after I got cleaned up." The pink Gem smiled, and though she desperately wanted to tell them about Morganite, she had no idea how they would react to something like that, therefore she didn't say anything about it.

"Heh, guess I was right after all." Curls spoke smugly as she crossed her arms, looking over to Nephrite, who in turn just rolled her eye. Freckles just scoffed as she turned her attention back to Spinel with a grin of her own. "So, how was it? Was it everything you hoped it would be?"

"You don't know the half of it, I gotta say, not a single moment of my life could ever compare to the time we shared in that room." Spinel spoke, looking back on the memory with pure joy, wishing that she was still in bed with him right now.

"Well I'm glad things worked out the way they did, I would feel bad if I put the idea in your head and you got in trouble for executing it." Curls spoke as she played with Spinel's surprisingly soft hair. "Though I am curious on how you two did it, was he rough with you like he usually is with me? Maybe gentle like he was with Nephrite? Or was he sort of in between like he does with 'Freckles'?"

"Actually, I took the lead after he inspected me with his fingers and tongue." Spinel informed them with a grin. "I've been learning things and coming up with my own stuff after watching you guys do it with him, so he let me take the lead, and even told me I did great."

"Wow, you got not one, but two complements out of him in one night? Haha, that's pretty good, you must be doing something right, Spinel." Curls spoke with a chuckle as she moved her hands away and stood up. "So then, are you ready for the big fight today?"

"The big fight?" Spinel questioned, confused as to what she meant, but it hit her after a moment. "Oh, against the rebels...I dunno, I'm still confused as to what use I'll really have when it come to colonizing earth, so I don't exactly know what be 'ready' for."

"That's fair, Steven seems to have places for us specially: me and 'Freckles' terraform and oversee the others who will terraform in the future and Nephrite seems to be the one who will be commanding elite troops or something along those lines, but he really hasn't created a definitive place for you yet." Curls spoke, being confused as to what Spinel really did to become the indisputable favorite of the group.

Steven, who has been listening in, thought it over: she was really only there in the first place because he wanted to fix one of his mother's mistakes, but over time, she was the only one physically around him so often that she just started growing on him, and when he finally started to bring other Gems closer to him, it just made him want to keep her even closer so she didn't feel forgotten...and after last night...no, he cared for White, not this toy...right? "Spinel's purpose is basically to be my bodyguard, not that I need protecting, just that I'd rather not dirty my hands with fighting unworthy beings."

"Right-o, I'm the bodyguard hahaha." Spinel chuckled slightly, feeling like she lost a landslide of progress with him within that one statement, though as she usually would, she picked herself back up and reminded herself of how he had difficulty showing feelings that weren't pointed at White, so maybe that's just what this was. "So, when are we going for the attack?"

"Well, last time we were here, we left earth at five PM in beach city, so we'll begin around then." He explained, realizing they still had ten hours left. What would they do with all that time? He couldn't help but let his eyes wander over to Spinel as the ship landed. "Ahem, um, you three go ahead and check up on the soldiers inside, I need to talk with Spinel alone."

The three of them looked to the smallest Gem of the group who just gave a shrug. "Alright then, I'll see you two later." Curls spoke with a knowing smile as she left the ship, soon followed by Freckles and Nephrite, the latter of the two not as aware of what he wanted with Spinel as the Lazulies were.

Once the pink Gem was sure they were gone, she turned back to him. "Yes, Steven? I promise I didn't tell them about Morganite." She was quick to speak, oblivious to his intentions, as she wasn't used to being included, much less given solo attention like this.

"Come here." He ordered as he began to remove his uniform. He couldn't explain it, but before, he legit could just tell himself she was just another toy...but after last night, the first night he truly felt passion, he couldn't get her off his mind. "We're doing this again."

"Oh yay! Whatever you say Steven." She spoke as she began to get undressed as well, kicking off her shoes, resulting in two squeaks as they hit the floor, the pink Gem walking towards her Diamond as she tossed aside her shirt, revealing her black sports bra. Steven enjoyed watching her strip and she dropped her bottoms next, her panties also being black. "Hehe, does my Diamond like what he sees?"

"Of course, but I've already given you praise on your form, so you already knew that." He reminded her as he set aside his neatly folded outfit. "Now, do your Diamond a favor and loose the rest of it." He ordered with a grin as his eyes glowed pink, showing his desire.

-=Nine Hours Later=-

-=Steven's Ship=-

-=Curls/Freckles/Nephrite=-

"Oh come on, they can't still be at it, it's been forever and a half." Curls spoke as she lead the other two inside the ship, only to hear Spinel cry out Steven's name, the pink Gem climaxing right as they entered the room. "...Or not, what the hell."

"Hm? Oh, hey guys!" Spinel spoke with a wave, the Gem sitting on Steven's lap with nothing but her white stalkings. "What brings you all in here?" She questioned as she grabbed her shirt to cover up with.

"Um...guys, it's been nine hours since we've left, we're supposed to attack in one hour." Freckles informed them with a raised brow as she picked up some of Spinel's clothes, returning everything to the Gem.

Steven looked somewhat exhausted, his hair being a complete mess and his headpiece on crooked, though he seemed to be shocked out of this tired state. "Nine hours? Damnit, I thought we had more time." He spoke as Spinel got up and began to get dressed, the Diamond doing the same and making his way over to his control pad, the pink aura wrapping around his bottom half. Once he was in control, he shot off towards the earth.

Spinel was dressed by the time they got there, the pink Gem standing behind him with a happy smile. In all honesty, they spent at least five of those hours as Morganite, Spinel a bit reluctant to play such a risk, but Steven talked her into staying fused, the fusion just enjoying existence the entire time and eventually falling asleep, the two of them waking up in each others arms before they got busy once again.

"We got an hour left, that should leave enough time for our troops to get here and get ready." Nephrite announced as she looked out to see the rebel army waiting for them, their ship slowly descended to the strawberry filled land where they had decided to fight.

"Very well, Spinel, go out there and announce that the battle will commence in one hour." He ordered as he looked back to her. "And we're about to fight, put your hair back up for now, as long hair is a hazard in battle."

"Yes, Steven." She nodded with a smile as she summoned two heart-shaped clips and put her hair back up into her normal two messy pigtails. She didn't really need them before, as her form was just made with them like that, but now that she had let her hair down, the pink Gem would have to keep it up with these.

Steven summoned a bubble around her and brought her up top, the screens that let him see outside were now all showing Spinel as she walked to the edge and formed a horn from her hand. The pink Gem blew into it, creating a loud enough sound to get everyone's attention.

"Hey everyone!" She smiled with a wave. "Now, the fight will start in one hour from now, so no funny business until then, got it?" She questioned, not waiting for a response before continuing. "Good, just keep that in mind that we're watching you! Kay byyyeee!" She shouted with a wave before being brought back inside.

-=With The Crystal Gems=-

"...He's finally here." Garnet spoke as she watched the ship. "Everyone still ready to go through with the plan?" She asked, looking back to Pearl, Amethyst, Peridot, and Bismuth, all of them giving her a nod, even if they were still somewhat hesitant.

Though confused by the time limit, everyone waited the hour, but just before their time was up, a sizable warship landed between Steven's ship and their army. "What? I thought we were just fighting Steven and his little team, why is there a Gem warship here now?!" Peridot complained, realizing that their already slim likelkyness of wining just went down even further.

"It doesn't matter, they have a minefield of traps to get through before they can even begin to fight us." Garnet spoke as the small army of fifty soldiers left the ship, and Steven could now be seen on top of his own ship with his four Gems.

"Listen here soldiers!" Nephrite spoke up. "You've been learning about these Gems and this battlefield for a while now, so while they may have numbers, we have knowledge and better technology, so do not fail, as you are fighting in the name of your Diamond: Pink Paragon!"

The entire Homeworld army sent out cheers as they pulled out their destabilizers, something that never even crossed the Crystal Gems' minds. Once given the order to attack, they began to charge, and while everyone thought this small team would be down at least ten by the time they reached them, they all somehow started moving around the traps!

With Steven on his ship, he went to question Nephrite. "What's with their sporadic movements?" He asked as he watched them jump all around the field at seemingly random intervals.

"While observing the enemy and the battlefield, one of our soldiers noticed something off about a patch on the ground, and once we began to inspect the area more, we found out that there were traps laid out in many places; we are unsure if we identified them all, but it seems like we did." Nephrite informed him as their small army reached the outdated rebels.

The main five Crystal Gems went to join the fight but were surprised to be stopped by a pink wall. "You all are to stay there and observe your forces until I come to personally take care of you." Steven spoke, though it was unlikely that they heard him.

The leaders of both sides watched, Nephrite shouting out commands to their forces every now and again, but even though they were taking out the rebels faster than they were being taken out, it seems that their forces had dwindled too much.

Steven gave a sigh at the sight of his maybe fifteen Gems who were struggling to fend off at the very least least eighty rebels. His eyes wondered over to Spinel once more, the hybrid getting her attention by pulling her over to him and looking her in her eyes. "Spinel, you wanted a purpose in this war, correct?"

It took her a moment to think over what he just said before giving an answer. "Yes, my Diamond, I want to be of service to you." She agreed, wanting nothing more than to impress him and gain his approval outside of pleasure.

"Good, then do your Diamond a favor: go shatter the remaining rebels for me." He spoke with a grin, his eyes glowing dimly. She had been training by his side almost non-stop when he was getting training for his fight with Lapis, the Gem who never came, so if anyone had the ability to do this it would be Spinel.

"Wait, you can't seriously expect her to take on the rest of that army by herself, can you?" Freckles voiced her concerns as the last of their forces were poofed. "We just lost an army of fifty to them, what makes you think she won't be shattered the second the-"

"Are you questioning me?" He asked her with a slight glare, the blue Gem shutting up immediately, only able to muster up a quiet 'no' in response to his question. "Then keep quiet." He ordered before looking back to a nervous Spinel. "Now, bring out your weapon."

"Yes, my Diamond." She said, her happy mood turning to one of hesitation as she summoned the scythe that he gifted her. The pink Gem looked the weapon over and felt a strange amount of confidence flood her form as she did so.

"Good, now you see that little Diamond on the bottom?" He questioned, Spinel flipping the weapon over to see what he was talking about, only to be reminded of what she thought was a useless trinket, a design for her weapon to show that she was in his court. "Now I want you to turn it clockwise."

Spinel was confused as to where he was going with this, but she did as asked nevertheless, only for the dull little Diamond to turn yellow, electricity shooting through it until the yellow light enveloped her blade. "Woah...what's this?"

"A few new functions I had put on your weapon." He informed her with his arms folded behind his back. "It still has two other types of energy you can use if you continue to turn the Diamond."

Spinel was well aware of what destabilization was, but she was confused to see her weapon go white next. "Um, what does this one do then?" She asked, the light that covered her scythe being almost too much for her eyes.

"This is White's energy, you hit a Gem with this and it'll put them under your control." Steven explained as he approached her. "All you gotta do is remove the diamond on the bottom and speak into it." He said as he grabbed the bottom of her weapon and pressed one of the surfaces of the the diamond, this resulting in the power supply being removed from the bottom of the scythe, but still connected by a cord. "It'll allow you to speak through them or give orders."

"Woah..." Spinel said in awe as he set it in her hand. "And there's still another?" She asked as she put it back on the end of her weapon, not even waiting for an answer before she turned it again, the diamond, as well as the blade, turning pink.

"And there you have Pink's energy. In all honesty, I'm unsure how this connects to me, but I likely just don't have this power yet or at all." He began, the pink light being the most ominous of the three. "What this does is it resets a Gem to their base form and personality, so if a Gem ever falls out of line in my court, it will be your job to fix them."

"Steven, I really am grateful for all of this, I mean you've given me the energy of three of the four Diamonds," Spinel began as she turned the scythe off, leaving the normal blade. "But I mean, I don't know, I didn't really do anything to deserve all this."

"You're right, you have yet to give me a reason as to why you should have such a weapon." He began as he got closer and grabbed her chin, making her look him in the eyes. "So prove your worth to me on the battlefield." He spoke in a voice that made her just want to melt in his hands, his eyes glowing dully.

"Yes, my Diamond, anything for you." Spinel agreed obediently with a smile as she pulled away and turned to the army down below. "I'll shatter them all in the name of Pink Paragon." She grinned madly before jumping off of the ship, bouncing off of the ground, and launching herself over the many traps that she watched the soldiers avoid, her scythe still pink as she began to slice through the crowd with elegance.

"That was a fast turnaround, what did you do to make her so willing to throw herself at the rebels like that?" Curls asked Steven with her arms crossed as she watched Spinel move around any attack that was thrown her way, her stretchy form good for dodging.

"Just gave her a bit of a confidence boost is all." He said with a shrug as he summoned a large shield to stand on. "You three stay right here, I'll return shortly." He ordered as he lowered himself to the ground below, his shield being the only thing between him and the messy strawberries below.

Steven just watched for a while, and after maybe five minutes, Spinel had taken a good chunk of the rebels out, but it was obvious how this was weighing on her energy, as she had slowed down, which resulted in her taking a few hits, though it was nothing she couldn't handle for her Diamond.

Steven on the other hand noticed all this and decided that he couldn't just sit back and watch this. Spinel proved herself to be a capable fighter on her own, and this was enough to appease him, as he knew this would bring her a proper place in his court. Steven formed a dome around the pink Gem which brought the attention of the rebellion on him. "Wait, Steven, I can handle them, don't put yourself in danger!"

The teen just chuckled slightly at the thought of her calling this 'in danger'. He didn't bother to respond as he summoned his gauntlets on both hands, waiting until the rebels got close before he slammed his fists together, sending out a shockwave that incapacitated the attacking forces, the effectiveness of this attack surprising even him, though he would dwell on that later.

Steven then dissipated the protection he hid Spinel under as everyone began to slowly find their strength once again. "My Diamond, I'm sorry that I made you interfere in my fight." She said as soon as the dome was gone, feeling as if she failed him.

"Spinel, look at the remaining rebels." He grinned as the now maybe twenty Gems who were only just getting back up. "You just singlehandedly took on an army and you were able to take out over sixty Gems, most of which were stronger than you and actually made for fighting, if I'm not aloud to be proud of that, then what can I be proud of?"

Spinel was actually completely unaware of the amount of Gems she had taken down, and even she was impressed with her own work. Steven put his hands on her waist and pulled her closer, knowing he was playing a dangerous game with how they had accidentally fused twice in the past twenty four hours. "You have found your place in my court finally, Spinel: Pink Paragon's warrior." He informed her before pressing his lips against hers, a pink aura surrounding the two as Spinel began to feel more energized.

Once they broke apart, Spinel was blushing and had a goofy smile, the Gem feeling all giddy and trying to contain her giggles of joy. "Now, go ahead and finish them off." Steven ordered as he let her go, the hybrid walking past her and towards the main Crystal Gems who had watched the display uncomfortably.

Spinel went to do as asked and finish off the remaining rebel forces while the Diamond dissipated the dome he surrounded the main five with. "Well this is it: my Gems have defeated your army, we have avoided your traps, and now I'm standing before you; how do you plan to turn this around before I cultivate this planet?"

Much to Steven's surprise, everyone summoned their weapons, Peridot wielding metal scraps. "Oh? Heheh, I'm glad we're on the same page then." He grinned as he summoned his arm blade and two shields that floated around him. "Let's begin."

-=End Of Chapter=-

There you have it, Spinel is a badass with a scythe that wields the power of three Diamonds, the rebellion army couldn't handle a small pink Gem, and Steven has some complicated feeling towards her that he wishes to deny still. Oh well haha.

Now you might ask why Steven doesn't just use the dome to crush them or something, and I say this: he's prideful, so unless he sees them as just a waste of time, he won't use such a broken attack that can't be countered, as that just wouldn't feel like a true victory.

Usually, people have an op character (this Steven is pretty weak atm compared to cannon Steven tbh) they usually just toss aside/nerf the badass power/powers that could win the fight instantly, and it makes sense from a writer's standpoint; if you want a good story and proper fights, you have to do that.

But I just really hate that movie logic, so I couldn't just make Steven conveniently "forget" about his insta-kill abilities, so I've made him prideful when it comes to a proper fight or a fight he sees as having worth.

Well, enough excuses, I'll get to writing the next chapter.

Anyways, as always-

Good morning, goodnight, or good afternoon, I'll see you all again soon
