Initial release date: April 8, 2020

"What's goin' on, Tats?" Saitama asked sloppily through the phone, as an audible gulp was heard from the speaker. Tatsumaki rolled her eyes and wondered how on God's green Earth this man was still the strongest person she had met.

"Didn't you read the text in the Hero group chat?" I rolled my eyes, fumbling for the keys to my place in my pocket. I had just finished getting groceries and supplies for the vacation the heroes were about to take, and I was pretty goddamn busy for the last few hours.

"What text?" He responded, and I could practically feel the confusion written on his face, "Hey, Genos, did you get a text about somethin' from the Hero Association or something?"

"Y'know what, Saitama, put it on speaker so I can hear the cyborg," Tornado suggested, yet in a commanding tone. As Saitama put the phone on speaker, Genos opened his phone and saw the text.

"Yes, I did get a text," Genos affirmed. "However, I did not take the time to read it as it came from somebody other than Sitch. I am unaware as to why another group chat was made, and I find it irrelevant. Why do you ask?" As Saitama pointed at the phone, Genos silently "Ahhed," and nodded before going to the closet to pick out his outfit, despite the fact that he practically wore the same outfit no matter what.

"Well, the Hero Association's super late on everything, and they're being late again," Tatsumaki began. "Now they're offering to give a reward to the S-Class heroes who were there to take care of the alien invasion from a few weeks back."

"So what's the reward?" Saitama asked, still lying down and without any motivation to get up or even read the text himself.

Tornado sighed at his laziness, "We're going to take a vacation for two weeks at this high-end resort, and apparently we're supposed to be ready by noon. I've been preparing for this for the last like three days since we're gonna be gone two weeks."

Saitama furrowed his eyebrows, both slightly curious and confused, "Well, who's gonna take defend the people while we're gone?" He was slightly annoyed that the Hero Association was so willing to just give their strongest heroes two weeks off even if it meant that thousands died as a result.

"Meh, don't worry about it," Tatsumaki confirmed. "Watchdog Man said that his priority is City Q, and if any major threats pop up in any other cities, that he'll take care of it quickly. Besides, the Class-A heroes are peppered throughout the rest of the cities except Z, which I think is because they're planning something there."

"They are?" Saitama only continued asking questions, only getting more confused. "I haven't noticed the monsters here getting stronger or anything. They don't seem to be planning anything if the people they're sending out still seem weak."

"Baldy," Tornado sighed, "that's because you kill everything in one punch."

Before he could interrupt, she steamrolled, "Look, I'll come over so all of us can go together, okay?" Genos and Saitama nodded before a new voice came.

"Hey, Sis!" Fubuki's voice came through the phone. "Who're you talking to? Oh, it's them. Hey, Saitama. Hey, Genos!"

"Is Fubuki coming with?" Genos asked, with a small bit of hope in his tone.

"Again, cyborg, don't drop the formalities with my sister," Tornado lectured, a sour expression on her face, before she glared at Fubuki who quickly brushed it off. For whatever reason, Fubuki hadn't told Tornado enough that it was fine for her and that she was the one who insisted. Neither of them answered the cyborg, leading to his confusion.

"Y'know what, Saitama, we're gonna be there soon. Be ready, got it?" The silence was enough for Tornado to understand that he had nodded. Ending the call, she turned to Fubuki, who was already in her flashy outfit with way too many suitcases.

"Well, guess we gotta head over there. We still have about an hour before we have to be at the station."

"Why the fuck are you here, asshole?!" Metal Bat berated, sticking his bat directly at Flashy Flash. "You didn't even do anything the entire time!"

"Well, neither did I," Child Emperor butted in, trying to defend the silent hero. "Superalloy Darkshine, Flashy Flash, Tank Top Master, King, and I weren't able to do anything." He pointed at Metal Bat accusingly, his eyes narrowing. He knew that he was a higher rank than all of them, so the child genius took it upon him to stand up, since he knew that Flashy Flash wouldn't do a thing and would just disregard him.

"The difference between you guys and this fuckface is that you guys at least analyzed the problem! Superalloy Darkshine tried to mediate between you since you wouldn't calm down, Tank Top Master threw debris at the ship, you gave information about the ship, and King...Well, he's king!" Metal Bat explained, even more frustrated.

The train station in City M was filled with practically the entire S-Class heroes, and the people around them were just watching the strongest people in the Earth bicker like children, and a few people sweatdropped while the rest were cowering, intimidated by their presences.

"Oh, jeez, it's happening again," Tornado sighed, walking with the rest of her party towards the other heroes while holding her suitcase and wiping her forehead, slightly frustrated.

"Shut up, Bad," Flashy Flash commanded with a dark tone, referring to the aggressive hero by his real name.

"What'dja just say to me?!" He retaliated, booming. The other heroes had to restrain him and hold him back before he swung his bat at the ninja. The entire scene was practically a joke. Metal Bat was growling. Flashy Flash was staring impassively. The rest of the heroes were either trying to restrain the former, or trying to stand a bit further away so that they wouldn't be grouped in with the rest of them.

All of a sudden, all of the S-Class heroes were surrounded by the familiar bright green glow, and their movement was halted.

"All of you, stop," Tornado commanded, causing even Metal Bat to be quiet. As she slowly loosened her grip on the heroes, the heroes were tense but none of them dared to move a muscle.

"We're here for a goddamn vacation, and I'm not going to deal with any of you trying to kill each other at the resort. I'm not paying for a goddamn thing. Got that, Metal Bat?" She finished, directing her statement directly at the combative hero.

"Tch. Fine," the response came quickly, though indignantly. "So, you got the rest of your posse here."

"Shut it," Tornado stated, as the train began to pull up. As all of the heroes boarded the train, Tornado felt a soft pat on her shoulder.

"Genos, could I have a moment with Tats?" Saitama asked, and both Genos and Fubuki nodded; the latter of the two had a snarky smirk on her face as the two of them left, but only Tornado noticed.

"Tats, are you sure you're okay?" The baldy asked me, as the two of us sat down in our own booth. He decided it was best for us to sit away from the rest of the heroes, since it would mean we wouldn't have to deal with Metal Bat for the entire ride.

Fubuki and Genos did the same, but they were closer to the others than we were. Honestly, it was comforting to have a bit more quiet than it was outside of the train.

"Yeah, I'm fine," I sighed, a weak smile popping up on my face. "It's just been a bit stressful these past few days, since I've had to prepare groceries so that it wouldn't be too much when we get back, I've been monster hunting heavily the past few days so that I wouldn't be too concerned with too many monsters in the cities...and there's just been a lot of stuff happening and I've needed to take a lot of precautions with the resort and all coming up."

"Plus, you've been messing with my mind and my feelings constantly," I whispered under my breath, just quiet enough so he doesn't hear it.

"Tats, isn't this resort so that we can calm down?" Saitama reassured, putting a hand on mine. I burst out in a blush. "It's all good now. We can worry about that stuff when we get back, 'kay? You deserve some time to rest."

I felt his warm hand on mine, and I could barely respond other than a nod. My heart was pounding, and when he smiled at me, I only blushed more. Fuck.

I could hear Fubuki snickering, and I felt embarrassment crawl up my back. No doubt, she was listening in and watching us.

"T-Thanks," I stuttered out, but defended myself. "But you don't have to worry about me, got it?" II may have...had feelings for him, but that doesn't mean I'm not me. Just because people don't have to fear me doesn't mean I can't be intimidating and strong.

The rest of the train ride was mainly just me and him talking about the various things we had had to fight in the past, mainly to pass the time. The scenery outside was beautiful, but being able to fly and see that scenery from wherever and at anytime made it pretty boring.

When the train finally pulled up to the resort, I was the first one to get up; I was NOT getting stuck with all the other heroes while they were trying to climb over each other to get out. I had learned from my previous experiences with them that they were all dumbasses, in that they wouldn't dare cooperate if it was life or death.

As I quickly walked out of the train, I saw Fubuki quickly come up to me from my peripherals, and I turned to her. She was smiling like a goofball, but had a small blush on her face.

"What's up, Fubuki?" I questioned as I walked along. I was practically back into work mode. I could enjoy myself when I was hanging out with Saitama, but I still needed to be serious and formal. Somebody had to, so Bang and I were usually the ones who stayed formal while the others fought each other.

"Sis..." She turned to me, and leaned down to whisper to me. It sucked being short. "I think I might be into Genos." I blinked.

"You're WHAT?!" I quickly lost my composure. It wasn't in anger, but shock. And partial anger. I was her older sister, of course I was supposed to be protective of her, and I probably sure as hell seemed like it. I had lost my entire train of thought about Saitama and was completely focused on this. Not on the other heroes. Not on Saitama. And not even on Genos, who was the entire subject of the conversation.

"Sis! Not here!" She whispered frantically, and grabbed my hand to lead me into a bit more of a secluded area. It was away from the others, but not completely hidden. Since we were still at the station, nobody really paid us any mind.

I quickly turned to the direction of the others and nodded, and the few that had realized that we weren't with them knew that we were going to do our own thing for a few minutes and catch up with them later. Being stronger than them was nice.

I turned back to Fubuki and quickly lectured, "Fubuki, you know that he's not even fully human, right?! He's the most oblivious bot out there, even more than the Baldy!" I realized what I had said right after it came out of my mouth, but it seemed like neither of us even cared about that in the moment.

"Yeah, I know!" She retorted, crossing her arms. "And...I don't know why." Her tough exterior softened for a moment, and I listened to her talk.

"Look, I know he's Saitama's apprentice. And I know that his intentions are probably to get stronger. But...he's just...my type, sort of," she vaguely explained, stealing a glance at the blond in question.

"Elaborate."

"I...sort of empathize with him, sort of. I know that he had a really different childhood than us, but I still feel bad for him. He's just...so driven and ambitious and he's so focused on his goals...and I don't know how, but I sort of fell for that. His ambition and passion. I know it sounds like I've fallen for the idea of him, but hear me out," I must have had a really skeptical expression on, since she put her hands out in defense for a moment. I nodded again.

"Even though he's so driven, he still makes time for me whenever I need it. Whenever I need help, he's always there to help me. He's reliable, kind, honest, and even though he's blunt...I really admire his character. He's...everything I'm not, and even if that's sort of envy...his character's what I love about him," she finished, and I nodded in understanding before she joked. "Him being incredibly hot is just a bonus." I smacked her on the arm, and she giggled for a moment.

"So," I began, processing what she just said. "You're into the Baldy's apprentice. He's really nice to you, and you really like him for who he is, right?" My instincts were yelling at me to not trust it, to be skeptical, to not like this happening, but I couldn't. Cause in the end, not liking that because of those reasons is sort of hypocritical. Since it happened to me.

She nodded.

I sighed, "So how do you think you're gonna tell him?"

"I...don't know," she admitted, a bit flustered. This was the first time I had seen her like this with a guy, and I honestly was surprised that she was the one who was out of control when it came to anything regarding a relationship. Usually, it was the people who fell for her that were the ones out of control, the ones who came to me in an attempt to get closer to her, all that. But now?

She's the one head over heels, and she's the one honestly unsure and a bit confused now. It was an odd contrast to who she usually was, but a welcome one. Besides, now she knows how I've been feeling.

"By the way," she continued. "Thanks for letting me rant. It feels nice to...have it off my chest, you know?" I nodded.

"Yeah, I've got something to admit too," I sheepishly said.

"And what's that?" She asked, curious.

"You were right. I'm...I kinda have feelings for Saitama," I admitted.

It was nice, admitting it to somebody else. As I turned to walk towards the group, I knew for a fact that Fubuki had what was probably the most shocked expression ever seen on Earth, but I didn't care. I don't think I had the confidence to elaborate any more.

But God knows how the fuck I'm going to say that to him.

"Woah, this place is huge!" Saitama marveled, slightly surprising the rest of the S-Class heroes. He stared at the lobby of the resort, and seeing outside at the resort, he was flabbergasted at how fancy this place was.

"What, haven't you seen all this stuff before?" Superalloy Darkshine questioned. He raised his eyebrow, almost confused.

"'No," Saitama continued, still in slight awe at how high-maintenance the place was.

"What sort of weird ass shack are you living in, Bud?" Metal Bat butted in. "All of us get this sort of treatment every day! This ain't new shit."

"Shut the fuck up, already!" Tornado complained, lifting Metal Bat up. "He's the one stopping all the monsters in City Z since he lives there, so quiet down." She held an aggressive tone in both her voice and in her eyes, as if she was being protective. As she lifted him up, he seemed to wriggle and struggle but to no avail. She had no struggle holding him up like a mere ragdoll.

"Shit!" He cursed, strained. As he struggled and fought against her psychic power, it was only more evident and more hopeless for him to ever get out before Silver Fang quietly walked up to the four heroes in the conversation.

"Calm yourselves, please," he requested kindly, prompting Tatsumaki to reluctantly do so. "I know I should not be getting into your affairs, especially yours, Tatsumaki-san, but I believe you are already causing a scene." He kept his hands behind his back, his eyes keen yet alert. He was clear on his intentions with both his kindness and his being stern.

Even Metal Bat could not help but hold his tongue at the words of the elder hero. Without even commanding it, Silver Fang simply earned respect through both his power and his seemingly infinite wisdom. As he walked away, the other heroes followed back to the rest of the group.

"I see you have all made it here in one piece," Sitch introduced himself from behind the group, prompting them to turn around and make way whilst he walked towards the hotel employee.

"They're with me. We've made a reservation for two weeks here under the name of the Hero Association," Sitch spoke to the employee, who simply nodded. She had seemed to deal with heroes in the past, and the wonder of them had faded, though not disappeared.

"Ah, wondrous!" She greeted cheerfully, subtly glaring at Metal Bat for disturbing the peace within the lobby, before she came out from behind the counter. "Please, allow me to show you your rooms!" She was wearing a simple suit, with flats that matched her dirty blond hair that, oddly enough, didn't look overly vibrant nor unnecessarily colorful.

As the crowd wafted through the hallways, they were able to see some of the places that the resort had to offer; oddly enough, the Hero Association hadn't come up with the idea to give the heroes this type of reward in the past.

It was rather beautiful; appearing like a beach, there was a small bar area made out of straw and seemed cultural, but was certainly just to make the patrons seem happy and not at all made for the sake of culture; a pool that was sectioned off, but as it was mostly intended for adults, only a small portion was suitable for children; the jacuzzi was incredibly clean, made out of marble and well-kept; lastly, the view was open and yet peppered with lamps, no doubt for it to be illuminated while providing a beautiful view of the stars at night.

"Hey, Tats, you wanna head to the pool later?" Saitama asked absentmindedly. The girl nodded, slightly embarrassed to think about having to dress up in a bikini. While it didn't really matter to her, she knew that her body resembled that of a preteen despite her age, and it was the only physical thing about her she was remotely insecure about, though not to a staggering degree.

As the employee showed the heroes the rooms that they would be split up in, it was little surprise as to the groups they got. The heroes were split into groups of three and four, as Metal Knight and Blast did not show up and therefore leaving 17 heroes, when including Fubuki. The groups were pretty obvious too, grouped based on their main set as heroes.

Tank Top Master, Puri-Puri Prisoner, and Superalloy Darkshine were in a group due to their muscles. Silver Fang, Atomic Samurai, and King were in a group due to their sheer power.

Zombieman, Watchdog Man, Child Emperor, and Drive Knight were in a group due to their reserved personalities.

Oddly enough, Pig God, Flashy Flash, and Metal Bat were in the same group. However, this was due to Silver Fang desiring payback for their being obnoxious, as he was the one to choose the groups.

This left Tornado, Saitama, Genos, and Fubuki in the remaining group as they were somehow the least troublesome, as they didn't really interact with the other heroes.

"Well, I guess we can go do whatever," Saitama mused, tossing his stuff on his bed. There were four beds, each king-sized and providing way too much room. It seemed to have a gorgeous view, with a gigantic T.V, a bathroom that was way too large to be practical, a full kitchen, and a balcony view that showcased the nearby forest reserve.

Fubuki responded, "I guess so," before she got an idea and smirked. "Wanna go drinking?"

Honestly, even though it was a really stereotypical "cultural bar," I still lost myself in how pretty it was! I mean, think about it! The music, the wooden floor, the smell and the candles! It was like it from Lilo and Stitch! I nearly felt like a little girl again, being able to just be there and enjoy the place.

"So, Saitama, whatcha gonna get here?" I asked curiously, poking and prodding at Genos' teacher. He shrugged in response, which wasn't any sort of fun. Well, whatever. As we walked deeper into the bar, seeing more cultural things and all that, I noticed that it was incredibly Hawaiian, and especially the way that the employees talked.

Actually, the way they talked was one of the best things about it! They spoke as if they were natively Hawaiian, and I think some of them actually are. It really helped fit the mood, and the way they dressed seemed incredibly mellow and something I severely appreciated. I really liked the clothing they had, especially with how the dresses and shirts looked. It was so vibrant that I could get myself lost in the colors for days!

"Well, Fubuki," Genos tapped me on the shoulder. "I've a question: How do I look in this?" I turned around, and saw him wearing one of the colorful Hawaiian shirts, a blue one; he had a lei on too, one of those flower things around his neck. Honestly, it was a welcome change from his usual clothing. But he looked so goddamn stupid.

I snickered at him, and he had a dumbfounded expression on his face as he questioned, "What is the matter, Fubuki?" He looked down at himself, and he realized then that he only had his upper half accustomed to the place. His lower half was still his hero outfit, and his mechanical parts were on full display, making him seem completely stupid.

"Genos," I nearly cackled. "Put something else on, god!" As I joked around with Genos, I saw one of the employees approach me with a warm smile on her face, and I faced her.

"Yes, is there something I can help you with?" I greeted with a smile of my own, and she nodded, her smile getting bigger.

"Anei oe makemake e ho'āʻo i kēia mau mea?" She asked whilst holding up a dark green lei and a lilac shirt patterned with yellow and blue flowers. I only blinked in confusion as she held them a bit closer to me.

"U-Uh..." I stuttered, before Genos interrupted.

"Ua 'Aʻole maopopo ole Hawai'i," he explained, and I stared at him gratefully while slightly bashful. I had no idea what they were saying, but I got the general gist.

"Oh, sorry!" She apologetically smiled and chuckled, before holding them out again. "Do you want to try these?" I nodded in response, and she handed me the two. "There's a changing room over there if you want to try it!" I nodded again, and turned to Genos.

"Cyborg, remember?" He gently reminded, and I smiled and nodded softly. "I'm connected to the internet, so I just used Google and hoped that the translation wasn't completely horrid." I shrugged in understanding, before signaling that I was going to change.

Well, that's great to know. What do you even call that? Bilingual? Trilingual? Omnilingual? I guess that one would work.

Guess that's another reason, maybe.

"So, Tats, how much have you drank in the past?" Saitama asked me, and I blinked. I tried to remember how little I drank, and did my best to remember how little I've drank in the past. I've practically hated alcohol all my life. Just sort of...fucked up my life as a kid, why like it now?

"Enough," I feigned, not exactly sure why I lied. Honestly, that couldn't just be cause I liked him. It didn't matter enough to lie about. Maybe pride? Who knows.

He blinked in surprise, "Really?" He had a bit of a shocked expression on his face, which actually looked casual for once since he was wearing casual clothes, the Hawaiian clothes looking no different from the weird stuff he had in his closet.

I nodded, and he continued, "Honestly thought you were a lightweight." Again, I don't know why, but it sort of triggered me. Was it because I looked like a child or something? Goddamn it, I thought he was over this already.

"Lightweight?!" I asked rhetorically, a hint of anger in my voice, but he didn't catch it. What would you expect, something to get past that dense skull of his?

"Yeah, y'know. Someone who can't take their booze well," he continued as we walked up to the counter and talking to the bartender. "I'll take some Samuel Adams, and I think she'd probably want...I dunno, apple juice?" He sounded unsure, and my pride took over.

"Hey, come on, Saitama!" I lectured, taking a seat myself. "Don't listen to him!"

"Then what would you want, miss?" He mused, a slight smile on his face as he said it. It didn't help at all to cool me down, especially since being referred to in any sense, even if it was sarcastic, annoyed the fuck out of me.

"Give me the hardest shit you have!"

...that can't be good.
