"He isn't home!" Jason made sure to point out the obvious to an agitated Nellie.

Nellie stood, ringing the doorbell of the Wayne Manor. His temper couldn't have risen more. He almost lodged a fist in Jason's windpipe. "You have no right to speak!"

"Quit acting like a child, Neville! Your attitude is getting old. Bruce isn't home nor is Batman." Red spoke, wiping a hand on his forehead.

"How do you know?" Gar quizzed, watching the pale form of Red.

"Bev and I were working with the guy. He sent Robin wannabe to take the place of Dick. He refused to say why until he needed us to track down Nellie and Dil." Red breathed, finding it hard to catch his breath.

Nellie snatched Red roughly by the collar, "Why does he want to keep an eye on Dylan? She never said why!"

Red jerked away from Nellie, warning him with a look. "Neville, back off the subject! Dil is the main priority. Aside from Superboy's possible death-"

Nellie gave his brother a black eye that day. He was ready to crack his skull when a howl came from nearby. His eyes widened, traveling to find a green wolf with beady eyes on him.

"You aren't children!" Rachel called to the brothers, rolling her eyes.

Nellie sighed, removing himself from his bloodied brother. He could leave a sting with one hit. He frowned, deciding to let it go as a chill swept over him.

"I'm sorry, Xander. Rachel, you're right. Jason can go to Hell." Nellie briefly gestured to the silent lad. He turned to the ones who mattered to him, shrugging.

"We're going to find Dylan. It'll take some time. Can't she astral project?" Red spoke, touching the blood gushing from his mouth. He let Rachel heal him, making him grateful towards the young girl.

"Dylan can, but it's when she is missing us that she will. So we're never going to hear from her again. She's been kidnapped thanks to her loser boyfriend and now, she won't reach out! It's bull." Nellie blurted in a rush of oxygen leaving him.

Rachel placed a hand on his shoulder, giving it a slight squeeze. "You can't think that way."

"Dylan has a boyfriend? I didn't think she'd go for anybody. She seems so level headed...stubborn?" Gar bore a look of surprise.

Red pinched the bridge of his nose. Him having to cope with half brained nitwits all night was getting on his nerves. His head began to ache like no tomorrow. He knew Nellie had been implying Jason with his sentence, but he didn't think one would be so daft to take the comment seriously.

"She's uptight, and stoic." corrected Jason, frowning at the sentiment.

"I can probably help find her. If you'd concentrate." Rachel voiced quietly to Nellie.

Nellie was taming his inner beast. He eagerly nodded his head, "Okay."

The others watched on in silence. The full moon was out in the bristling night sky among stars. A shade of blue tinted the moon that night.

Dylan grimaced, placing with a strand of her curls. She was in the small, circular sitting room waiting on Honey. She agreed to apply for a job at the Waffle House down the road since it was close. She didn't want to interact too much with people but while she waited it was Jory who grew to be eerie.

The boy walked into the room, wearing a brown robe with nothing on underneath. He had a fire, roaring to life into the brick fireplace. "Dylan! I've been searching for you!"

Dylan grew uncomfortable by his excitement. She frowned, closing the notebook in her lap. "Jory, I'm not staying too much longer."

Jory nodded, eagerly taking a seat beside her. He nearly sat on her lap causing shivers to spread all over her body.

Y'know the saying about a rabbit ran over my grave? Dylan felt that the exact moment his ice skin lightly grazed her. She tried to pull away from him.

"Dylan," Jory tilted her head towards his face. He dug fingernails into her skin when he heaved her onto his lap. "I can take care of you. In more ways than one."

Dylan froze up. She'd never been intimate with another human being. She couldn't say she wanted to. Well, she could, but with who- she'd always refuse to admit aloud.

"Unhand me!" Dylan growled, shoving his scrawny arms from her waist.

Jory dug deeper into her skin, piercing the flesh.

A wave of nausea came over the brunette, causing a flash in her mind. The vivid image of the cool, decaying Earth beneath her fingertips in a coffin put her on edge. Her eyes locked on the bluest moon she ever bore witness to in her life.

"JORY! What the fuck?! Get your hands off of her!" Honey shouted, snapping Dylan from the daze. She helped rescue the girl from her brothers darkness. Would she be the downfall of the girl?

Jory winced, tapping his hand on his leg. "Why can't I touch her? She's pretty!"

Honey rolled her eyes. She removed a plastic hair tie from her pocket, putting blonde hair into a ponytail. She tugged Dylan to her feet, spinning the brunette around.

Their eyes locked.

Dylan met the green of hers. She was gazing into an abyss of a cold, angry, bitter, untrustworthy soul. Her shivers came more as shudders of revolt. She couldn't cry for help.

"You ghouls need to back off of Dylan!" Ash shouted, marching into the foyer. The blonde held a shotgun in hand, making room for a smirk from Honey.

Jory bolted to his feet, grinning at the sight. "Ash, would you love to see what we can do to make you be silent?"

Ash cocked the gun, aiming directly at Honey.

Honey let her grip on Dylan go; certain the girl was in too much shock to leave. Hell, she already made it to where the girl couldn't fight.

"There's nothing you can do!" Ash shouted, pulling the trigger on the gun.

A shot sounded, but no fire came from the shotgun.

Honey grinned, watching the other blonde look like an utter idiot. She wasted no time, kicking the gun from Ash's hands. She snatched the blonde girl by her hair, wrapping it around her neck. She gestured to Jory to grab ahold of Dylan.

Jory smiled like a maniac. He'd be happy when they arrived upon the conclusion of chaos.

"I'm going to show, Miss Ashton why they call me Honey. You shall watch me, Miss Dylan. Bring her, Jory." Honey beamed, using her pointer finger for the pair to follow them.

Ash was frightened.

Dylan was stunned into oblivion on account of not having her abilities down. The aftershock of death was growing at increasingly gross rate, breaking her heart. This would be the death of her, wouldn't it?
