My phone may have been cracked, but I was still able to make calls, and receive messages. I had gone three weeks of avoiding everybody on board after the whole Moseby incident... Well, almost everyone. There was one person that no matter how hard I tried not only was I stuck with, but didn't have bad blood. Unspoken words maybe, but bad blood? No.

WHY WERE YOU OUTSIDE OF MY DOOR?! 😠

I sighed, and scrolled to find Brandon had also sent me a new text.

Hi, Cassidy. I know you want your space at the moment, but if you want to hangout or if you ever need someone to talk to just shoot me a message. 💚

I giggled at the name he had in his phone for me, and typed up a message to send to him first.

I read ya loud, and clear. We should hangout sometime since I ditched you not too long ago. Sorry about that. Dealing with jerks. How have you been? 😊

I wondered what to write Cody. I was thinking of something to write as I sat on my bed, criss cross applesauce. I wanted the bad blood to die, and for us to be best friends again.

Stalking ya, bro. It's the only way to get you to open up to me. We were best friends, but you hate me. 😳

I found Brandon had sent me a new text in response to my earlier one. I read it, and giggled just as Zack walked in followed by Woody like they were planning something.

We can hangout because, we should. First, I want you to meet me in my cabin because, I have a confession to make. I like this guy, and I don't know how to tell him. What should I do, boo? 😮

I sighed.

"Who you talking to?" Woody inquired.

"Is it Cody?" Zack asked hopefully mixed with a hint of worry like his worst nightmare was coming true.

"I'm talking to Cody, but I'm mainly talking to Chocolate Eyes." I giggled, and eyed my phone when it let me know there was a new text.

Cassidy, you hurt me deeply. You don't even care that I'm going through something. I mean I know you're dealing with a lot, but there's something no one knows about me. 😳

I frowned at the message, and thought of what to write back.

"Are you, and Cody getting alone again?" Woody asked with a raised eyebrow.

I shot him a warning glare.

"Well, anyway, we wanted to know if you wanted to hangout with us to get your mind off of things. I'm sorry about the whole Mr. Moseby incident." Zack wore a half smile as I thought up a good excuse to getting out of it.

I knew the perfect excuse, but I messaged Cody first.

I'm sorry. Will you please let me be your best friend again? I wanna be able to talk to not just Zack, and Chocolate Eyes. Please forgive me? 😖

I was staring at my screen until a new message from Cody popped up.

I can't deal with just talking to Woody, and Zack either. I'll forgive you if you forgive me, and who is Chocolate Eyes? 😁

I had never felt more relieved in my life. I was about to write Brandon back when I received another text.

Do you wanna hangout with us or not? You've been too busy texting, and ignoring us. ✋

I sighed, and looked up from my phone to find Woody, and Zack were crowded around me with both of their eyes on me. I almost jumped out of my skin, but I let out another breath before answering.

"It's a yes or no question." Woody informed me as he grew impatient.

"No, I don't want to hangout right now. Maybe, later." I looked back down at my phone, hoping they would leave. Boy was I wrong to think I'd finally have my peace back. I barely got half a message typed in when my phone was snatched out of my hands.

Chocolate Eyes is...

I was horrified when I glanced up to find Zack had my phone, and he was holding it prisoner.

"You text too much, Cassidy. You are going to get out of this cabin, and hangout with me- us, and you're going to like it." Zack spoke, and made sure that Woody hadn't noticed his slip up.

Woody was too busy staring at me like I was his daughter, and he was the boss of me.

"Yeah, girl with the purple hair!" Woody spoke causing spit to fly into my face by accident. He covered his mouth, and he looked sorrier than the people who created Burning Man.

I sighed, and wiped his smelly spit off of my face.

"Is everybody calling me that?" I asked, and was glad when I had my personal space back.

"Pretty much." Zack concluded like he had just signed a business deal.

I needed my phone back, and I needed to get away from them. I still had yet to respond to Brandon.

"Who came up with it?" I inquired, and while the two shared a lingering look, I took my chance to lunge for my phone, and hurry out of the room. I may have been small, but it wasn't difficult to knock Zack off of his feet, get my phone, and hide somewhere I wouldn't be found. I was pretty sure that Woody was too stunned, and startled to try anything which was another reason for my quick escape.

Whoa, sorry about that. What's this confession because, I'm dying to know? 😂

I waited for a response, and heard Woody talking to Zack as they stopped near where I was hidden. I was good at being sneaky, and quiet so I made sure to make my existence unknown.

"Dang! Was she fast?!" Woody whined because, he obviously hated what he was doing.

"Not to mention strong, and small for a girl her age. She's got to be around here somewhere. Cassidy!" Zack called causing Woody to wince due to his loudness. He pulled something out of his pocket as I received another text from Brandon.

I have feelings for your brother. Xx 👀

I was about to reply when I received another text that beeped loud enough to give me away. I gulped, and read the new message either way.

Cassidy, I have something for you. 💜💜

I paled, and looked up to find Woody, and Zack had found my hiding place.

"What?" I asked, standing up, and shoving my phone into the vase of the plant.
