Once more Pharah found herself in a very plain waiting room, except this time the room was big enough to fit over a hundred players at once. All around Pharah were other player characters, the appearances ranging from plain and practical to vibrant and outlandish. Just from looking around Pharah spotted an astronaut, an omnic with graffiti painted on it, a soldier wearing neon blue and green camouflage fatigues, and what appeared to be a cyborg pirate.

Seeing DVa and Hellhound appear next to her, Pharah let out a soft chuckle and gestured at the gaudily dressed characters as she spoke to DVa. "Are they really going to fight each other looking like that?"

DVa nodded as she waved to several players who recognized her. "Yup! This game is made for everyone, so obviously there are gonna be people who are not worried about standing out. On the flip side there are also groups of players who try to be as realistic as possible."

Pharah glanced over at Hellhound who was curiously examining a player wearing a T-Rex dinosaur costume and breakdancing. "Aww I wish I could see Erik's face, he looks so cute when he is confused."

Pharah was broken out of her reverie by DVa waving a hand in front of her face and speaking loudly. "Blue? Blue! Hello? Are you listening?"

Quickly turning back to DVa, Pharah coughed awkwardly and nodded. "Sorry Diva. What were you saying?"

DVa let out a slightly annoyed huff but reiterated what Pharah had missed. "I was telling you about this gamemode. C'mon Blue try to pay attention I can't hold your hand the entire time!"

[Blue and Diva holding hands? Hawt]

[LOL Red is like my gandpa watching me game!]

[Oh stfu sexist pig]

[We should start betting who is gonna have more kills]

"Okay Blue pay attention this time. So we are gonna be playing a match of warzone. Basically two teams of fifty players each battle on a big map. There are vehicles you can use and stuff like jets and tanks. So the goal of the game is to help your team get to five hundred points first. You get points by killing other players and capturing objectives. Usually there are about five or six objective flags on each map. To capture an objective you just have to stand near its flag until it changes to your team's emblem. The more objectives your team has the faster you rack up points. Flags get capped faster the more people are standing on them. If an enemy is also on the capture point it will stop the capture meter from filling. Each objective gives different things, like one might spawn tanks while the other spawns jets. Some servers are also set in certain time periods, and others just let you use any vehicle. Got it?" DVa talked rapidly as a timer began to count down.

Trying to remember what DVa was saying, Pharah nodded and looked around as the waiting room faded away. "I think so. Red and I should be able to figure it out."

There was a flash of light and Pharah found herself standing inside a massive airplane hanger. Pharah could see that outside was some kind of battlefield in a small city. Hastily dug trenches connected to bunkers topped with barbed wire, destroyed apartment buildings stood next to sandbag fortifications, and roads filled with craters criss crossed the landscape. In the corner of her vision, Pharah could see a mini-map that displayed her position along with her teammates. Just outside the hangar was a large group of early twenty-first century vehicles that ranged from small motorcycles to chunky armored transport trucks.

[lOL its back when things used wheels]

[Cool I love early 21st century!]

[Aww I wanted mechs ): ]

[Naw WW2 is where its at]

[ I bet Blu is gnna hav more kills thn Red]

[Is there bullet drop in this?]

[I want Blue to be a waifu, need to get her a good looking avi]

As everyone on her team loaded in, Pharah looked over at DVa and asked a question. "So what kind of weapons should I choose? Do you have any suggestions?"

DVa waved her hands through invisible menus and shrugged as she selected her weapons. "Uhh...shoot I shoulda told you about this. So in warzone you have more loadout slots. You get a primary, secondary, grenades, and gadget. Gadgets can be everything from a spotting scope to an anti-tank bazooka. I usually just grab a rocket launcher in case I run into any vehicles."

Nodding to DVa's response, Pharah looked over at Hellhound. "What are you going with Red?"

Hellhound watched as a belt-fed light machine gun appeared in his hands and nodded towards the battlefield. "I am going with a light machine gun for infantry suppression and light vehicles, a .45 caliber pistol for close range, standard frag grenades, and a rocket launcher that has both dumb-fire and lock-on capabilities."

[A man of culture]

[Dakka]

[no! Red is gonna be a anti-air noob D: ]

Pharah nodded at Hellhound's response as well and began examining her loadout options, eventually she decided on a semi-automatic marksman rifle with a 4x scope, a machine pistol similar to Sombra's, smoke grenades, and single brick of sticky plastic explosives. Once more the timer began to count down for the game to begin and Pharah could see other squads carrying a wide array of weaponry getting ready to start.

[I still think they have hax]

[didnt c4 get nerfed in the latest patch?]

[meh, dmr aint that good anymore. Only a 1hk on headshots]

"So Diva any suggestions on where we should go?" Pharah glanced over at DVa as she spoke.

Loading her pink assault rifle, DVa seemed to examine her map and pointed towards the middle of the battlefield where the small city was. "I say we go to the C flag. If we grab it before the other team our team can spawn tanks to back us up. Though half the enemy team will probably be doing the same thing. Oh! Get ready! We need to grab a car before they are all taken! Go for that green one over there!" DVa pointed at a lime green SUV that was off to the side of the nearby parking lot.

The timer hit zero and Pharah made her character run as fast as possible towards the green SUV. Unfortunately one of her teammates made it to the truck before Pharah. The random player revved the engine as he waited for his squad. Pharah came to a stop near the truck, unsure of what exactly the proper etiquette was. She did not want to be rude so Pharah awkwardly watched as three other players hopped into the SUV.

Just as the driver was about to drive away, DVa ran in front of the truck and waved her arms to grab the driver's attention. "HEY! Hey can my squad please use that truck? Pretty please?"

Immediately the driver exited the vehicle and began crouching up and down repeatedly in front of DVa as his squadmates went off to find a different vehicle. "Aww thankies! Lets see what is your username? Okay blacksheep95 say hi to the stream!" DVa spoke cheerily as the random teammate immediately held out two thumbs up then ran off to join his squad in commandeering a tractor.

[Celeb treatment ftw]

[Lucky! Dude got put on Divas stream!]

[i woulda trolled them]

Arching an eyebrow at how DVa was using her popularity, Pharah decided not to say anything and instead pointed at their new mode of transportation. "So who will drive?"

DVa immediately pointed to Hellhound and spoke excitedly. "I nominate Red! I wanna see him drive! It's gonna be hilarious!"

[uhoh grandpa gonna drive]

[I bet 20 he goes wrong way]

Hellhound shrugged and hopped into the driver's seat. "I don't see why operating a motor vehicle would be funny. But if you want me to drive I have no objections."

Pharah sighed and pressed the floating button to sit in the front passenger seat as DVa took the seat behind her. "Diva don't be mean to Red. Just because he is new to this whole thing doesn't mean you get to make fun of him."

DVa groaned as she rolled down her window. "Geez Blue stop being such a mom! It's all in good fun. Worse case scenario you can switch with him. Okay Red, hit it!"

Pharah was about to defend Hellhounds lack of video game prowess, but she was surprised when Hellhound immediately floored the accelerator and peeled out of the parking lot. The brawny soldier expertly weaved around craters and other vehicles as he shifted the truck into higher gear.

Laughing in disbelief, DVa waved to a player riding a passing motorcycle. "Red how are you so good at this? What control scheme are you on?"

Hellhound shrugged nonchalantly as he whipped the SUV around the burned out husk of an airliner and onto the main city street. "I think I chose the one called simulation. I don't know what that means but it is the easiest for me."

One could almost hear DVa's jaw drop as she watched Hellhound shift the truck into a higher gear and dodge past a wrecked tanker truck. "What?! That is like using it in real life! Holy moly Red you are awesome!"

[grandpa got skillz]

[GO RED YEAH]

[wait so he can drive like that irl?!]

[**** I wanna see this guy drive a real car]

[lol this dude is so lame but cool at the same time]

DVa suddenly reached over Pharah's shoulder and began doing something with the radio. Sighing in exasperation at what DVa was up to, Pharah looked out her window at a motley group of cars driving around erratically and going off towards different objectives. Suddenly the car speakers began blaring some kind of catchy Korean song which made Pharah look over at DVa who was bobbing her head along to the beat.

"Do we really need to listen to music while doing this?" While the music itself was nice, Pharah found that it really took away from the immersion of the videogame.

"Oh lighten up Blue! Cmon it's a video game, have some fun! Plus this is a new K-pop single from one of my friends! You are really lucky you get to hear it ahead of schedule." DVa sat back in her seat as her stream chat began scrolling by at a blistering pace.

[OMG IS THIS 6ZQ GIRLS?!]

[oh **** we get to hear the new song?!]

[6ZQ GIRL GANG :DD ]

[oh god here come the fangirls]

[I don't know Korean but it is catchy]

[LOL my sister is gonna be so jelly she missed this]

[how many yall recording this?]

Pharah could barely read the text chat as it flew by. It was impressive to see how popular the new song was. Pharah felt a little bad for treating DVa's antics with such skepticism just because she was younger. Being around DVa in real life it was easy for Pharah to forget just how much of a celebrity she was.

Mentally chastising herself for raining on DVa's figurative parade, Pharah let out an amused chuckle. "Sorry, I will admit it is a catchy song. Maybe after this you can send me a few of your friend's other songs."

[YASS NEW FAN!1!1]

[welcome to the cult]

[ohno blue what have you done?]

[oh shut the **** up! ****** teen girls and this ****** music]

[im bored when the fightin start?]

Pharah's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of gunfire. Looking forward, Pharah could see a small sedan speeding straight towards them with enemy players hanging out the windows and wildly firing their weapons.

"Red! Show us whatcha got!" DVa loudly encouraged Hellhound as she stuck her upper half out her window and began firing back at the enemy players.

"Roger." Hellhound flatly replied as he swerved to avoid a rocket that had been shot from a nearby rooftop.

With the bass bumping and the peppy K-pop song as battle music Pharah added her own gunfire to the mix. The two cars passed each other, but with the sound of screeching tires Hellhound whipped the SUV around and gave chase to the enemy sedan.

One of the enemy players vanished in a puff of smoke making DVa cheer and laugh excitedly. "One for me!"

The remaining two enemy players redoubled their efforts to eliminate the SUV chasing them, spraying bullets towards the three Overwatch agents as Hellhound swerved to avoid the gunfire. Not to be outdone by DVa, Pharah made her character kick out the windshield and began letting loose bursts of bullets from her machine pistol. Her fourth burst caught one of the enemies in the chest and did enough damage to cause the player to vanish in a puff of smoke. Just as it seemed Pharah or DVa were about to claim the last kill the sedan violently exploded in a ball of fire. Hellhound slammed on the brakes as the wreck of the sedan landed in the street with a crash. Pharah looked around and spotted a player on her team nearby setting another landmine.

[lol killsteal]

[ffs guy got lucky]

[get rid of AT mines devs]

Pharah was about to say something when the sound of a roaring engine began getting closer. Suddenly an enemy tank burst through the wall of a nearby building with a thunderous crash. Like a mechanical beast of war, the tank noticed the green SUV and slowly began rotating its turret to aim its main gun at Pharah and her squadmates. DVa began yelling something in panicked Korean but Hellhound had already put the truck in reverse and slammed his foot on the gas. With the tires screeching in protest, the SUV peeled out and began quickly backing up. Pharah could only watch as the tank took aim and let loose a shell with a deafening boom. Pharah saw the shell miss the front of the SUV by inches and obliterate a small house instead.

[Where is the landmine guy when we actually need him?]

"Go faster Red!" DVa screeched in panic as the tank revved its engine and began to give chase.

"I am going as fast as I can. We should disengage or find some anti-tank weapons." Hellhound stated matter of factly as another shell whizzed by and blew open the side of an apartment building.

The tank then opened up with its coaxial heavy machine gun, the large bullets kicking up plumes of dirt and punching holes in the hood of the SUV. As the engine of the SUV began to die Hellhound quickly turned into a parking garage and guided the dying truck around a solid looking wall. No words were needed between the three squadmates and all three quickly exited the vehicle.

Spotting an elevator shaft, Pharah ran over and pointed to the intact cables hanging inside. "Down here!"

With the sound of the rumbling tank getting closer the three agents grabbed onto a cable and began sliding down towards the bottom of the elevator shaft. Seconds later there was the sound of the tank's main gun firing and a loud explosion as the SUV was blown to pieces. Reaching the bottom of the elevator shaft the three squadmates squeezed past the broken elevator doors and looked around warily.

[why cant this happen to me? I just die immediately]

[F for brave car]

[its like a movie]

[aww no more music]

[cuz u hav bad teammates]

Making some hand motions, DVa was silent for a moment before pointing towards the end of the hallway. "If we go that way we can go cap E flag. It's kinda out of the way but if we cap it we can call in some UAVs."

"Sounds like a plan. Lead on Diva." Pharah spoke as she reloaded her machine pistol while Hellhound readied his light machine gun.

After some walking Pharah and her two companions emerged out from a set of doors and examined their surroundings. They were in the ruins of a shopping mall, complete with a destroyed roof and trashed shops. Nearby a flagpole stood in the middle of an empty fountain with the letter E floating above it.

"Okay there it is! Let's cap it and then go to C flag. I need some good gameplay and I only have one kill." DVa spoke with anticipation in her voice as she ran over to the flag and waited.

A flag with Pharah's team emblem appeared at the base of the flagpole and slowly began to inch its way towards the top as a barely visible circle appeared on the floor. When Hellhound and Pharah stepped inside the circle the flag began moving faster and within a minute the flag reached the top.

"Okay now let's go hea-" DVa was cut off as a grenade landed nearby and exploded in burst of shrapnel.

Pharah ducked behind a low wall as DVa dived into a burned out store. Hellhound had flipped over a metal table and was returning fire on a group of enemy players that were recklessly charging forward. Two of the attacking players were cut down by Hellhound's fire, but the rest spread out and took cover behind various solid objects. The sound of car engines could be heard outside as Pharah leaned over and put a bullet through the digital head of an enemy player.

"I'm calling in a UAV! There is...aww man we have stream snipers!" DVa called out to Pharah and Hellhound as their minimaps began displaying the enemies with bright red dots.

"Snipers? Where?" Hellhound looked around warily as he ran behind a stone countertop and tossed a grenade.

[ffs already?]

[Ugh the trolls are here]

[Lol im gonna teabag Diva]

[Man this sucks! Looks like they will have to find a new server]

[downside of bein famous i guess]

[go **** yourself u ****** loser. Only way u can win is streamsniping huh?]

DVa growled in exasperation as she reloaded her assault rifle, "not actual snipers Red! I mean our enemies are watching my stream! So they can see what we see! Stupid no skill scrubs! Sorry but whenever a popular streamer gets spotted everyone wants to try and take them out. Looks like more than half the enemy team is coming this way!"

Pharah frowned as she took out an enemy trying to jump over some bushes, sending the digital soldier sprawling before disappearing. "That is a problem. I am guessing we simply can't turn off the stream?"

DVa laughed in amusement as she climbed over a store countertop to avoid the blast of an enemy grenade. "Yup! I can't just run away or anything! Plus I gotta entertain my fans! Okay then, if they wanna play like that then I am gonna get serious! Red! Blue! Let's show these punks what happens when you try to mess with us! Our rep is on the line!"

Pharah grinned at DVa's declaration and nodded in approval as she slapped a new magazine into her marksman rifle. "Sounds like a plan. Red and I could use some target practice."

Hellhound did not verbally reply, but Pharah could tell that he was more than happy to test his combat skills. Dodging a crossbow bolt, Pharah put two bullets into the crossbow wielder's chest and tossed a smoke grenade into the throng of enemies. On Pharah's mini-map she could see what DVa meant when she was saying how streamers attracted attention. More than twenty red dots were clustered in front of the three agents and more were on the way. Getting Hellhound's attention, Pharah made some hand signals then dashed back to the more solid cover of a chest-high metal wall. Making sure her rifle was fully loaded, Pharah rested her rifle on the top edge of the metal wall and aimed down the scope at the horde of enemies. Seeing that Pharah had made it to her new position, Hellhound tossed his last frag grenade and began running towards her. Like rabid dogs chasing a squirrel, the enemies surged forward to try and take out the retreating Hellhound. However that is what Pharah had been hoping for, to lure the enemies out into the open where she could easily place her shots. Instinctively holding her breath like she had been taught in the army, Pharah began taking out enemy players with measured and precise shots. First, a player holding a shotgun was knocked off his feet as Pharah put a bullet in his chest. Next was a player wearing what looked like medieval armor, Pharah's bullet punching through his neck and into the heart of a player behind him. Aim, fire, repeat. It was laughably easy for a trained soldier like Pharah and soon more than half of the enemies had been killed by her.

[holy ****]

[****** ice cold]

[DANG GURL!]

[Geezus blu is takin out the trash]

[Wait so she does this irl?!]

In what seemed like mere seconds the enemy advance had been halted and the remaining enemy players had scurried behind whatever cover they could find to avoid Pharah's aim.

"Holy crap Blue! You must be on at least a fifteen killstreak!" DVa cheered Pharah on as she slid behind the metal wall and reloaded her bright pink assault rifle.

Pharah was about to reply when a bullet snapped by overhead and obliterated a pot full of dead flowers.

Peeking over the top of her cover, Pharah groaned when she saw new enemy players equipped with long range rifles. "Looks like they caught on to my plan. Red, I am going to begin counter sniping so you need to hold down the front."

Hellhound nodded as he finished loading a new belt of ammunition and racked the bolt of his machine gun. "Understood."

From somewhere behind the three agents a muffled explosion could be heard and DVa groaned in annoyance. "They are surrounding us. I can handle the chumps behind us if you guys take care of the ones in front."

Hellhound and Pharah nodded in agreement. Giving the pair a thumbs up, DVa disappeared from sight. Moments later DVa could be heard firing long bursts from her assault rifle as the enemy players resumed their attack. On Pharah and Hellhound's side the enemy snipers had been reinforced with players wielding bullet-proof riot shields.

[Snipers and riotshield noobs]

[lol u know they startin to sweat when the riot shields come out]

[I wonder if Blue can noscope ppl irl?]

[tbf you can only use a pistol with the shields]

The enemy tactics were beginning to take their toll on Pharah and Hellhound, causing the pair to spend more time dodging bullets than firing back. As the riot-shield users slowly got closer Hellhound looked back to Pharah and made several quick hand signals. Pharah frowned but after a moment of thought she shrugged and nodded. The riot-shield users were practically on top of Hellhound by this point and one of them jumped over the fallen pillar the scarred soldier was using as cover. Obviously the enemy plan was to simply close the distance with Pharah and Hellhound and use their numbers to overwhelm the deadly duo, however the two soldiers were more than ready to face their opponents. As the shield user hopped over the pillar Hellhound dropped his machine gun and pulled out his pistol. Hellhound snapped off two shots into the exposed leg of the enemy player and then two follow up shots into the enemy's exposed head when their character flinched. As the body of the enemy player faded Hellhound equipped the dropped riot-shield and charged the two remaining shielded enemy players. Unprepared for such a quick counter assault the remaining two enemies floundered as Hellhound used his new shield to knock them over. Like a modern day gladiator, Hellhound executed the dazed enemies with single shots from his pistol then began his advance on the distant entrenched snipers.

[WAIT WAT?!]

[riotshield OP plz nerf]

[Dude straight merked those fools]

[Go RED go!]

The entrenched enemy players turned their guns to aim at Hellhound but were unable to aim properly due to the fact that Pharah began sniping any enemies that exposed themselves. Unprepared for Hellhound's one man counter offensive the enemy players found themselves with no effective weapons to counter a close range attack. Pharah watched proudly as Hellhound broke the enemy lines like a one-man wrecking crew. Like Pharah, Hellhound used his expertise in close quarters combat to put the hurt on the enemy players. Using his new shield as an improvised melee weapon, Hellhound proceeded with the simple tactic of closing into melee range and striking with his shield then executing the stunned players with his pistol.

[dude VR gear is so ptw against controllers]

[SPARTA! But with a gun]

[holy **** watching red's pov is like a movie]

[stop ******** like a ***** VR gear is not ptw at all]

In a suicidal act, the last remaining sniper pulled out a rocket launcher and fired it at his own feet as Hellhound was about to bash him with his shield. The ensuing explosion sent a spray of vision obscuring rubble and dust flying everywhere. Cursing loudly, Pharah could only watch in dismay as Hellhound's digital body was tossed through the air and disappeared in a puff of smoke.

"Sorry, I did not expect the enemy to use a rocket launcher in that fashion." Hellhound spoke in a slightly disappointed tone to Pharah and DVa.

"Aww Red did you die!? Spawn on me these stream snipers are getting harder to kill!" DVa exclaimed loudly as she hopped over some rubble and crouched next to Pharah. "Cmon blue let's get out of here! I am not gonna give these chumps the satisfaction of getting a kill on me!"

Nodding in agreement, Pharah tossed her last smoke grenade forward then sprinted after DVa. Dodging bullets and explosions, the two girls exited the half destroyed shopping mall and looked around for somewhere to take cover.

"Look over there. That bunker should work." Pharah called out to DVa as she pointed at a bunker that had been constructed in the middle of an open field.

"Yeah I guess that's all we got. Look out Blue here they come!" DVa yelled and pointed over her shoulder as she sprinted for the safety of the bunker.

Pouring out of the shopping mall in a horde of gaudy costumes and player skins the enemy players immediately chased after Pharah and DVa. Not bothering to try and fight out in the open, Pharah jumped into a muddy trench and ran to the bunker. As Pharah made her way to the narrow opening set into the front of the bunker DVa pulled out a large box of bullets from seemingly thin air.

Dropping the box to the floor, DVa pointed at it as she spoke. "Here Blue grab some ammo. Also where the heck are you Red?!"

Pharah pressed the floating circle above the ammo box and was pleasantly surprised to see that all of her empty weapon magazines were instantly refilled.

"Um...I think I made a mistake. I'm back at the hangar where we started." Hellhound spoke in slight embarrassment, making DVa sigh loudly as she refilled her ammunition.

"Aw man Red! Just try to get over to us as fast as you can! I really don't want to let these trolls get a video of them teabagging my body!"

Pharah began methodically taking out the advancing enemies, many of them caught out in the open area with no cover. An astronaut with a shotgun was knocked off his feet with a sparking hole in his gut. Two girls wearing neon street clothes were hit with a long burst from DVa then finished off when Pharah put two bullets in their skulls. For a few minutes the two female Overwatch agents held off the enemy team's advance. However more and more of the enemies were getting into the nearby trenches and closing in on the bunker. To make things even worse five enemy tanks and several lightly armored vehicles could be seen in the distance and they were closing in fast.

[welp guess its gg, but at least they will only get 1 kill]

[cmon use ur hax and just instakill them all]

[how much will it take to get Blue to read this special script i made?]

[lol grandpa Red pressed the wrong button]

[geez this is why streamers rarely play pub matches]

[omg they arnt usin hax u ******]

Sighing in resignation, DVa angrily emptied an entire clip into an unfortunate enemy player. "I know I said it's just a game, but I hate losing like this Blue!"

Pharah shrugged as she sent a bullet punching through the leg of an exposed player character. "I guess I can sympathize. I don't like losing either."

DVa was about to say something when she suddenly stopped moving and looked around in confusion. "Hey do you hear that Blue? Or did I leave some music on?"

Pharah idly tossed her brick of explosives out the firing slit and looked around as she detonated it in the middle of a mob of rushing players. "I don't hear anyth...wait I do hear music." It was faint but Pharah could hear the thumping of bass slowly getting closer.

Suddenly there was a burst of static and Hellhound could be heard talking over the sound of spinning helicopter blades. "Sorry for the wait. I decided to bring support."

Pharah smiled knowingly and motioned for DVa to follow her. "I think I know what he means. C'mon you are going to want to see this."

Going over to a nearby ladder Pharah opened the hatch leading to the roof of the bunker and climbed out. There was a veritable storm of bullets flying around but Pharah took cover behind some sandbags and peeked over the top.

"This is Red leader to all units. Beginning approach from the southwest, targets are out in the open and in the trenches. VIP is in the central bunker. Enemy armored units on approach from the north. Weapons free."

Hellhound's voice sounded in Pharah's ears as she watched a Blackhawk military helicopter fly out from behind a nearby skyscraper. That was the source of the music. Someone obviously had a flair for the dramatic as a heavy bassline could be heard thumping from the helicopter as music made from a mix of electronic noises and heavy metal instruments climbed towards a crescendo.

"Wah Gwaan Red leadah, on ya six and spinnin up me guns."

"Swiper's got you in the pipe, five by five Red leader"

"Sur votre six chef rouge, faisons cela."

"Time to get play of the game Red leader!"

"Jeg har nogle napalme med deres navn på den Røde leder!

A chorus of voices responded to Hellhound's announcement as attack helicopters came into view and got into formation following Hellhound's Blackhawk. As the music reached a thunderous crescendo the helicopters began swooping in and firing all of their weapons. Rockets impacted against the enemy vehicles and enveloped them in explosive fireballs. High caliber bullets blew enemies apart as lines of tracers set the sky ablaze. A pair of fighter jets screamed by overhead and released their munitions upon the enemy team, burning trails of napalm incinerating everything they touched as cluster bombs detonated in thunderous chains of explosions.

[HOLY ****** ****!]

[totally staged]

[Red is my new husbando idgaf]

[YEAH GET SOME!]

[this. Is. awesome.]

As the enemy team was being obliterated around Pharah and DVa, Hellhound quickly descended and pulled his Blackhawk into a hover next to the roof of the bunker. "Evac is here. Sorry for the wait."

Smiling proudly at the amazing air assault Hellhound had coordinated, Pharah jumped into the open door of the helicopter and watched in awe as the digital landscape was enveloped in thunder and fire.

Jumping in, DVa was speechless for several seconds until Hellhound pulled the helicopter back up into the sky. "OHMYGOD RED! That was amazing! How did you do that!?"

Pharah could practically see Hellhound's uncaring shrug as he replied to the ecstatic DVa. "It seems that since the enemy team was busy trying to kill us our team captured almost all the other objectives. I told our teammates that I was Diva's squad-mate and she needed help. It got a little out of hand with the music and that amount of firepower was probably overkill for just a few infantry and armored units."

A few seconds later the word "VICTORY" appeared in Pharah's vision and she was once more teleported back into the pre-game waiting room.

Looking over at DVa, Pharah realized just how tired she was from all the standing and moving around. "Hey Diva can we take a break? I need to rest for a minute."

DVa nodded and with a few hand motions brought the three of them back to the training area. "Yeah this is a good stopping point. You can just take off your stuff, I gotta end the stream. Oh! Say goodbye to everyone!"

Pharah faced towards where DVa was pointing and gave a small wave. "Umm...goodbye everyone. I had a lot of fun. More than I thought I would. Maybe we will do this again sometime."

[NOOO ITS OVER!]

[wait i just joined what did I miss?]

[BLUE #1]

[foreal, if Blue and Red joined a pro milsim team they would dominate]

[Okay time to draw some fanart!]

DVa nodded and began wrapping up her stream as Pharah took off the virtual reality gear. It took a second for Pharah to remember where she was after so much time in virtual reality. Looking at her phone, Pharah's eyes widened in disbelief when she realized three hours had passed. Now that she was back in the real world Pharah realized how sore she was from all the activity. Her hair was a sweaty mess and her throat was parched from all the talking and lack of hydration. Plopping down into a nearby chair, Pharah sighed tiredly as DVa took off her VR gear and beamed happily.

"That was awesome Pharah! We had over one hundred fifty thousand viewers! People are already asking me to have you guys on stream again!"

Pharah raised her eyebrows in surprise when DVa revealed how many people were watching. Pharah glanced over at Hellhound who was slightly tangled in his gear, but managed to eventually extract himself from the gloves and headset.

Sighing tiredly, Pharah shrugged and wiped some sweat from her forehead. "It certainly was an interesting experience. I have a new appreciation for your gaming lifestyle. That took a lot out of me. I don't know how you can do that everyday."

Hellhound walked over and nodded in agreement as he stretched his arms. "I enjoyed myself. While it was a little strange at times it was interesting interacting with other people in the game. Maybe we should organize some sort of event where everyone in the base takes part?"

DVa blushed slightly at Pharah's compliment and laughed in amusement at Hellhound's suggestion.

"Aww thanks Pharah! Glad you had fun Houndy! I dunno about having everyone here doing something like that but maybe we could get McCree and Mercy to join us someday. Anyways I am starving! You guys should take it easy the rest of the day, I don't want Mercy getting angry at me because one of you popped your stitches or something. Later!"

As DVa bounced away, Hellhound held out a hand to help Pharah up. Grateful for the assistance, Pharah grasped Hellhound's slightly cool hand and gingerly got to her feet.

"Thanks Erik. Could you just help me back to my room? I am going to shower then take a nap."

Giving Pharah a small smile, Hellhound let his Egyptian girlfriend lean on his muscular arm. Walking slowly, the two exited the lounge and made their way back to towards their rooms.

Finally got this chapter done. I should probably proofread it some more but I wanted to post it as soon as I was done with it. Thanks for reading.
