Weekly Review 5

$I am not Slytherin, but I found this Chamber from the clues left behind by Salazar Slytherin$ I now knew that simply by looking into its eyes could not kill me, since I was alive. $Be that so, why does your mana taste like servants and druids? You are not human, are you? $ Why does it say that?

I look down and noticed that I had not changed my form from Wood Elf to back to normal. I did not have to take any form to do their magic, my gold finger allowed me that much privilege which also allows me to think, I do not have to blue to gain Nightcrawler's or Mystique's powers. With that thought, I changed by to Human form, and ask him, $How about now? $.

He shifts his head slightly and flicks my face with his tongue again, then moves closer to me as I can see its rough rocky skin, even where some scales overlap over each other. $Interesting disguise human, you cloaked your mana, your core, even your smell, so tell me why have you woken me? Is the castle in danger? $ Looks like the fan fictions were right. The Basilisk was a form of protection against enemies of the castle, not the Muggleborn. $No, the castle is under no harm. It is safe. Do you know, if and where Salazar hid his belongings, his tomes, his parchments, and how did you survive so long, without anyone feeding you?$

$ I am glad, the castle is safe, but then why wake me up; I was put as one of the protections for the Castle, as all four Founders did. Wards by Rowena, Transfigured Armoured Knights by Helga, Enchanted Weapons and Alchemic Fire by Godric and Me by Salazar. Each Founder left behind their knowledge, but I know not where, for the three. In the chamber is Salazar's Inheritance. But it is not much, as he was a Master Potioneer, and Creature-breeder. He was the one who put Acromantula Nest outside the enchanted forest, put a protection and containment around them, and them put me in the castle as a warning to all of them, to stay beyond the Castle Walls.$

Okay so apparently Aragog was not the first Acromantula brought in the forest, and the acromantula mess in not created by Hagrid alone. Huh! You learn something new every day. $Uhh, I don't think there is any need for you to stay and protect this castle. The castle stands strong even after 1000 years. You have been under Stasis for 1000 years now, the risks are not all gone now, but you won't be much help anyway. I came here to negotiate with you to ask whether you would want to be my familiar or live in the free world. I also brought some meat for you. $

He looked angry for a while and did not reply, not even when I converted the raw meat from card form and lay it in front of it. He then appeared as if it had made its mind. $ What are your intentions for the school, and what would you have me do, if what you say is true, then there is no need for me here, but how can I trust you? $ I, then, laid out my life since my arrival here, modifying memories of previous life, making it seem, I gathered my knowledge, from a hermit like old Wizard. I showed what I knew of the politics, of what the world thought of Salazar, how many claim pureblood supremacy and spill magical blood in the name of Slytherin, and how I wanted to bring equality for all magical creatures, or beings, how I was going to introduce him to Newt, who felt strongly about the Magical Creatures just as I did, and how if he wanted I could have him live with other magical serpents and other creatures. He agreed after I took a magical oath, specifically stating what I showed him about Libels spread amongst the populous about Salazar was true and in no way misinterpreted or modified by me. That I took it in Parseltongue was the final nail in the coffin. I fed him (he told me, he is male) all the assortments of meat, and I told him to tell me if he has any specific taste. He said he liked the Hippo's meat best, but the boar's meat was the second favourite. I fed him another 5 kilos of Hippo's meat (I am breeding all large animals, for meat, providing them environmental conditions, and securing them with magic is almost too easy! ) and then put my entire magic through the Familiar Bond I created with him. He told me, he wouldn't need my magic for another 130 years and that my core before even my First Maturity was a bit larger than Salazar's but not Godric's or Rowena's.

That humbled me, since I couldn't match for the ones who were immortalized in the annals of History as the Most Powerful Witches and Wizards of the Country, what hope I had in the vast world out there, where Indian, Chinese, Sumerian, Egyptian civilizations existed for more than 5000 years, where Magic could very well have birthed Powerhouses that even to the Me now, they would simply be like Gods looking down on Ants.

This once again taught me, not to grow complacent and to accumulate as much power I can. Because once I start making jumps in Marvel worlds or DC universes, I would simply be squatted like a fly if I do not accumulate power here. There are no gods overlooking here, and fate and death won't bother much if I let the canon reach all important points. With this humbling thought, I elf-apparated to the Hogwarts Hearthstone, absorbed some magic from the nexus, and then took my familiar to look over the Green House. He told me he has a second set of Eyelids that prevents petrification, and he has to wilfully exert magic in his eyes, to kill someone.

I left him to his own devices, when I realized he gave me no cards to extract, and I could not save him as a card either. So just like an inventory, no living things inside. I tried on plants, but even that didn't work. Then I apparated to the suburbs to see, which of those wives are available for good shag.

Well, may you live in interesting times indeed!
