Hey everyone

Here it is, a new chapter. I guess being stuck in your house will give you some time to write some more. So there may be a bit of boom in chapters in a few weeks. I hope you enjoy this time off.

Just a Disclaimer: I do not own the characters or the world they come from. Just the idea of the story

Ding! Dong! Ding! Dong!

"Good morning everyone! It is now-"

I drown the morning announcement as I stretch outta bed. It seems to be just another day here. By now, I'm used to this routine. We get up, go about the day, and pray that no one dies. Maybe I'll switch it up a bit, try to figure out my dream. Maybe see who this Kamukura person is?

After getting dress, I went down to the dinning lodge, only to see no one else here. Maybe I'm early, or everyone else is already done? Either way, I'm hungry. So I grab my food and drink and began to chow down.

A few minutes later, Jack came through the door.

"Hey Hiccup," he calls out.

"Hi," I wave back with a mouth full of food.

Jack quickly grabs his food and say across from me. "So, what are you up to today?" He asks.

"Don't know," I reply. "Just...hope to find something today. You?"

"I don't know either," he said. "Maybe I'll try that game out."

"What kind of game would the Ultimate Lucky Student play?" I ask.

"Don't know?" He said before shoving his mouth with eggs. "I'm curious myself. But I could use a witness."

The look in his eyes is telling me he wants me to be there too. "Maybe later," I said.

Jack leaned in, curious for some reason. "Why?

"I don't know," I said drifting back to my plate of food. "I just a few things on my mind."

"Yeah? Like what?" He asks.

"Just... Stuff," I said drearily, I felt like o slip back to my own mind...maybe...daydreaming..."Stuff I'm...unsure what they mean."

Jack leans in, curious of what I had to say.

I groan as I look around to see no one else here. Then, I lean on the table. "Remember when I got sick with that despair decease?"

"Yeah," he nods. "You were completely out of it."

"Not exactly," I said. "I...I had a dream."

"A dream?" He repeats.

"Yeah," I said. "A dream I can't...I don't completely understand."

"Hmmm," Jack said. "I know this is obvious, but why not tell Pitch about your dream?"

"Because I honestly don't know about him," I said. "You remember what he was like in the trials, deliberately withholding information, and trying to get us to draw to the wrong conclusion."

"Yeah," Jack nods his head. "I'll admit it is kinda weird. I remember how he tried to quickly get to the votes during Anna's case."

"I hate to think this, but it's almost like he's trying to get us killed." I felt a shiver down my spine as soon as I spoke those words.

"I doubt that," Jack said. "After all, he would die too if we got the verdict wrong. Why would he do that to himself?"

"Arg! I just don't get that guy!" I said.

"Yeah," Jack agrees.

My mind was racing to a number of conclusions about Pitch. Is he truly on our side? Is he working for the mastermind? Is he the mastermind?! I don't know! I don't want to know.

Either way, I'm not going to him for answers unless I have to.

"I'm going to try on my own," I said getting up. "Maybe later I'll see you play the game."

"Ummm...sure," he said completely unsure what to do.

I just push my dishes to the side and leave the dinning lodge. I don't know if Jack was watching me leave...or even what he thinks of me. I should maybe go to see him play, but I need answers first.

My obvious choice is to go to the library to find anything about Izuru Kamukura. But so far...he isn't in the history section. There's no way he can be in any fictional book, and going through any how to books would be a waste of time. So...who is he? And why can't I find him?!

Maybe...he's just an ordinary guy...just a face in the crowd. So...why do I feel like he's more important than that? Maybe, it's because I saw him with all those bodies.

Oh god the bodies. Just...reimagining them makes me feel sick. Just...what was it I saw? Why did my dream show me that? Maybe...it was more of a nightmare then a dream. Maybe I should ask Pitch?

"Arg!" I groan at the very thought. As much as I would like to count on him, he's becoming untrustworthy. My mind flashes back to all the times he tried to kill us in the trials. During Sandy's trial, he held up a note framing Astrid. In Moana's, he held onto the bottle of poison trying to throw us off the track. And finally with the twins, he tried to focus solely on one of them, and tried to mislead us. I remember he was watching Ruffnut's and Anna's scene. Surely he would know what was going on there more then with Tuffnut. Yet he was telling us to rely on his murder more.

Just...who's side is that guy on? And why does he talk to us like we're stupid. We're trying to survive. We're waiting to get rescued.

Wait a minute? Pitch is the one that's leading us to believe Makoro Neigi doesn't exist. Does...does he know of Makoto and isn't telling us.

Arg! That just made me angry. Pitch is so on the bottom of people I can trust here.

Maybe instead of looking for information on Izuru Kamukura, maybe I can look for Makoto Neigi. Maybe if I find proof of him, then it can give everyone hope here. I better start in recent history...

...

...

...

...

...…... Nothing.

Absolutely nothing. How can there be nothing on this guy? There's not even a mention of this Future Foundation he's a part of.

"ARG!" I groan in frustration. How can't I found anything here? This is a stupid library.

Suddenly, the doors open. I look up to see Fishlegs running inside like a maniac. But, there wasn't a fearful expression. So, I guess no one is trying to kill him.

He just ran straight to the ancient history section and grabbed a hand full of books. He slams the books on the desk and began to read.

"Ummm, hey!" I called out.

"Ahhh!" He yelps as he jumps in fright. He caught his breath once he saw it was just me. "Oh, don't ever do that again."

"Sorry," I apologize. "But what are you doing."

"I'm going to beat the game," he said looking down at his book.

"You were able to play again?" I ask.

"Yes," he said. "And I took a picture of the question for reference. Now I can translate it and figure out what I'm supposed to do."

"Has anyone else tried the game?" I ask.

"A few," Fishlegs answers. "Maui had to try to find an island with stars flying all over the place. I think he became blinded for a bit. And Snotlout tried again."

"I see," I mumble. I must've spent a lot of time here for everyone to take their turn again. Maybe I should go and offer support.

But then I think...Fishlegs probably has an encyclopedia in his brain. Maybe he knows who Izuru Kamukura is. I remember he was really confused by Makoto and the Future Foundation, so I won't ask him about that. And it would be uncomfortable to talk to him about my dream. But I need answers.

So a walk up to his table as he is too buried in his book to notice.

"Hey, dumb question," I start. "But does the name Izuru Kamukura mean anything to you?"

Fishlegs curiously looks up. "Izuru Kamukura? Why?"

"Just, answer," I said without sounding annoyed.

Fishlegs took a moment to search his brain for the answer. "Well, I know that he was the founder of Hope's Peak Academy...and that's it."

"Seriously?" I said taken back. I would've never would've guessed that he found the school.

Wait...the school? Now that I think about it...the building I saw in my dream...looked just like Hope's Peak Academy! Is...is that why it looks burned down now? But that still doesn't explain how it got here. And now, Izuru Kamukura is connected to the school. Maybe I should look at that book Fishleg's found.

"Hey Fishlegs," I said. "Do you remember that book you showed us earlier?"

Fishlegs face looked annoyed when he had to look at me again. "What book?"

"The book about Hope's Peak Academy!" I said with haste. "What did you do with it?"

"Ummm...I think it's still in my room," he answers. "I'll give it to you tonight if you want. For now, can I just study?"

I nod as I step away. Maybe tonight, I can finally get the answers I'm looking for.

Before leaving the second campsite, I took a quick look at the school here. I lean on the fence to look closer to this decapitated school. I began to wonder if my dream may have been a sign. That whatever happen there could've been the result here. I mean, the building seems all worn down and all.

But then...what was the school we all entered from when we first got here?

Arg! This makes no sense at all!

Maybe I should just keep it in the back of my mind. Think more on it when Fishlegs gives me the book.

I walked over to the forth campsite to the arcade. Might as well see if Jack is playing the game.

When I got there, I saw Maui and Jack playing a different game off to the side.

Maui slammed the game with his fists...I'm guessing he lost.

But as he turned, he saw me. "Oh, hey little man."

"Hey," I said as I walk towards them. Suddenly, we hear a noise from Jack's game, the sound of bells ringing. Within a few seconds, a row of tickets came out of the machine.

"Wow," I said as Jack grabs the tickets.

"No fair," Maui said. "How many games have you won so far?"

"I dunno," he shrugs. "5 or 6?"

"Really?" I said amazed. "Did you win-"

"No," Jack cut me off. He looks to the big game. "I just stepped on it, and it told me I lost."

"Wow," I said unsure.

"So we've been blowing off some steam with the other games. Which I win almost every time."

"That's because you choose all the luck based games," Maui said with a huff. "Of course you would win at those."

"Not always," Jack said.

"Well this time, I'm picking the game," Maui announced. "And me and Hiccup will team up to take you down."

"What?" I said backing up. "No way. I'm not good with games."

"Hey, little man," Maui said grabbing my arm. "You won't know until you try."

"You guys play a match if you want to," Jack said with a smile. Obviously he was having way too much fun with this.

Seeing I'm no match for Maui's strength, I was forced to go along with this. He dragged me to this game called, 'Monster Mania!' Seems like your typical fighting game. My biggest guess as to why Maui picked this game for us to play is because I'm an easy win.

Jack sat back and watches as Maui and I picked our characters. It seems to be a selection of famous monsters throughout history. From Dracula to Frankenstein, to even Medusa and a Minotaur.

Maui quickly picked what looked like a sea creature. It was all green with blue fins on its cheeks and arms. It was labeled 'The Creature from the Black Lagoon. Fitting for a man who lives on the sea to pick a sea creature.

Maui leans towards me. "Don't worry, I'll go easy."

That's clearly a code saying that he's not.

I carefully look over the characters for my selection. One seemed to take my focus. It had a dog mask on with golden plating on its body. I put my icon over it read the label.

'Anubis'

I'm guessing this is a sort of mummy type of monster. I pick him and we were about to fight. As the game seem to pick a randomize location, I quickly study the controls. Up, down, left, right, A to jump, B to duck, yellow to punch, green to kick, and black to do a special move. Ok, I think I can work with that.

The screen lights up and our characters are set in what looks like a city scape. Yeah, great place for monsters.

The game said 'GO', and I immediately backed away from Maui's character. He was quick to throw the first punch, and my character quickly doges him.

Once he was finished with his combo, and snuck it and punched his character. After that I backed away again before he hit me. I then duck and hit the punch button. That made my character throws some mummy wraps on Maui's monster, holding him in place. I then made my character run up and jump kick him.

"Woah!" Jack said in amazement.

Maui began to punch the buttons at random, hoping something will happen. He did manage to send a small wave to knock my guy over. But I quickly got up and wrapped him again, even threw in a few punches in there.

"Hiccup's got you half way!" Jack called out.

Maui suddenly became relentless in throwing punches and kick in the air, hoping they land on me. But backing up seemed to give my character a shield, so it doesn't hurt my character that much.

Finally I saw and opening. So I made character throw a punch, knocking Maui's character back. I then saw my special move was ready to go. So I moved closer to Maui's character, wait for him to get up, and pressed it. Suddenly, mummies appeared all over the screen and attacked Maui's monster. Within seconds, Maui's health bar went down, and I won.

A giant red 'Congratulations' went across the screen and tickets came out on my side, about 20 tickets in total.

"Wow," Jack said patting me in the back. "I had no idea you were a gamer."

"I just got lucky," I said with a half-smile.

"Hey, that's my department," Jack said. "You have skill."

"No, I don't," I said.

Suddenly, I felt Maui's big hand on my arm. "Come on," he said pulling me. "Let's try another game."

My eyes begged Jack to help me. But he shrugs and follows along.

After a couple hours of this, I am exhausted. But, Maui was relentless. He kept trying to push us on these games, hoping to win. But every time we play a luck based game, Jack would win, and I would win all the other games. By luck, I can assure.

We played until we had over a thousand tickets between Jack and I. We decided to rest up for a bit by sitting on the floor in the back.

"Are you sure you're not good at games?" Jack questions in a joyful manner.

I nod, "yeah. Never really like them."

"Just because you don't like them, doesn't mean you aren't good at them," Jack said.

"Yeah little man," Maui said. "I've never seen anyone that good."

"Oh come on, it's all a fluke," I oppose. "I just got lucky."

"If you say so," Jack said. "A...'hiccup' maybe."

All three of us chuckle a bit at the stupid joke before we settle down.

"So? What are you guys going to do with your tickets?" Maui asks.

"The only option is a prize on the counter," Jack points out.

I shake my head and pass my tickets over to Jack. "Then you take something. I have no need for anything up there."

"You sure?" Jack asks.

I nod and hand the tickets over. He cautiously took them.

"Hey, I think you have enough for one of those mystery boxes," Maui points out.

"Hey, you're right." Jack said. "Let's all go and see what they're about."

We all got up and headed over to the prize table. There was a machine that we put our tickets in. So Jack put all the tickets in to the machine until the number reaches '1010'.

Then a computer came on at the desk and asked to pick a prize. Cautiously, Jack picked the mystery box that cost 1000 points. A claw reached up and grabbed the box. It was a long, white box with purple ribbon on it.

Maui and I looked over Jack to see what was inside...

...our eyes widen to see a metal baseball bat inside.

"What?" Maui said with his mouth opened.

Jack carefully picked up the bat, "this thing is heavy," he said as he tests the weight with his hand.

"Really?" Maui said.

"Yeah," Jack said. He then passes it to Maui.

"Yeah, I can see that," he comments.

He then passes it on to me. Yeah, this thing is pretty heavy. I could take someone's head off if I'm not carful.

Then, something in my mind clicks. "I think this thing is for something more than hitting balls."

Jack took it outta my hands and back into the box. "What do you mean? You think it can be used to kill someone?"

"Depending where you swing this thing...yeah," I said with a death tone.

"So...let me get this straight," Maui said. "All the mystery items...are murder weapons?"

"Most likely," I reply.

"Then, we better tell everyone as soon as possible," Maui states.

"I'm not sure that's a good idea," Jack said hesitant.

"And why not?" Maui objects.

"Cause then they'll wonder how we know," Jack said.

"Well say we got the prize and found out," I said. Seems easy enough.

"I'm just thinking ahead," Jack said. "If...and only IF, there's another murder and trial. The first people everyone is going to blame is us. Because we have an obvious weapon. And if everyone takes too long blaming us, then we might all be dead."

"That's a good point," I agree. I remember how everyone is usually quick at drawing false conclusions.

"Look, we know what these prizes are," Jack continues. "If there is another trial, we could use this information to our advantage."

"You mean, us keeping this a secret to catch the killer off guard?" Maui asks.

"Exactly," Jack said. "So what do you say?"

Maui and I look at each other, unsure. On the one hand, it would be a good vantage point to have some leg up against a culprit. And on the other, I would be happier if everyone is on the same page. But if they were, they would most likely point the finger at us.

I sigh before nodding. "Alright Jack."

Maui also nods. "It seems like a good idea for now. But as soon as a murder happens-"

"We'll pull the trump card," Jack said.

"But...who gets to keep the bat?" Maui asks. "We can't leave it here out in the open."

"Since this is my plan, I'll take it," Jack said wrapping the gift back up. "You two cover for me."

Maui and I nod as we walk out of the arcade and back to the first campsite.

I have to admit, the walk back felt a little tense. Maui and I walk near Jack to hide the prize. We kept checking around every corner to hopefully see no one there. We managed to get to the cabins and Jack slipped the prize into his cabin without anyone noticing.

We then walked to the dining lodge to have dinner. We found some burger patties and had some burgers and fries. As we eat, Rapunzel, Snotlout, and Elsa came in to have dinner. We didn't really say much, as we had so much on our minds.

I quickly finished my meal and head to my cabin. I can at least wait there until Fishlegs comes back. I took a long shower to wait out the time before putting on my pjs. I look outside to see the sun fully set; surely it would be almost time for the Night Time announcement.

Best time of any. I quickly grabbed my bag and left my cabin. I have to admit that the night time setting is a little unnerving. Maybe because a lot of the murders happened at night. But I won't lose my cool. I'm just going to a friend's cabin to borrow a book.

I easy reach Fishlegs's cabin and I knock on the door.

...

I wait at the door for a bit, just waiting for him to come out.

...

...

I'll try knocking again.

...

...

...

Ok, what's taking him so long?

I pound at the door so he would answer.

"What are you doing?"

I turn to see Pitch leaning at the side of a nearby cabin.

"Sorry," I apologize. "Fishlegs said I can borrow a book he was holding."

"You might want to hold off that request," Pitch said. "Fishlegs is at the library. From the looks of it, he might be there all night."

"Great," I groan as I turn around.

"What book? If you don't mind me asking," Pitch said crossing his arms.

"It's...just a book," I said unsure what to say.

"If it's just a book, then why not tell me about it," Pitch said stern.

I groan as I turn to face him. "I...just wanted to look something up, ok."

"Forgive me for being suspicious," Pitch said. "You never know when a friend can turn to a murderer."

He turns and heads back to his cabin. I shake my head in frustration. How can he say that?! I mean... I just want to borrow a book, not commit a murder. And why would that be his first instinct anyway?

I groan as I head back to my cabin, looks like I would have to borrow that book somewhere time.

But...how much time do we have before going totally crazy here?

Monokuma Theater

Who knew a simple little thing can cause soooooooo much chaos. A little bug bite can cause the end of the world. Mice want to rule the world, and elephants want to stomp on the world. As a little bear, I just want to see the world burn.
