Bubbles POV
I stare down at the Turquoise ring in front of me. He can't be serious.
"Boomer?"
"I know we have only known each other for a few weeks but I know from the bottom of my heart that I love you and that we were meant to be together. I know you may not want to base a life decision on a feeling but I think deep down inside you feel it too. Don't you?" I smile softly.
"I do." I get on my knees to meet his eyes. "Yes Boomer, I will marry you." He smiles widely and i can see the tears in his eyes. I wrap him in my arms and we sit there in eachothers arms..
"Um Boomer?"
"Yeah?"
"How are we going to tell my sisters… and your brothers…?" we pull apart and grimace.
"Maybe,"
"Let's not tell them." He nods.
"Right away at least."
"Right we will let them know eventually. Just not right this moment." He nods again and looks at the ring.
"Will you still wear it though?"
"Of course I will!" We are wrapped in eachothers arms again and stay like that for what I wish was a lifetime.
Bricks POV
I may have made a bad decision in wanting more people over for breakfast.
"You can't cook to save your life can you!" Blossom yells.
"You know if you were fine with serving cereal I wouldn't have small burns all over my hands." I hold my hands up above my head as she turns with the pan of bacon in her hands.
"Move." She dumps the whole pan of bacon in the trash and slams the pan in the sink.
"Do you think you can handle waffles?" I nod but she doesn't seem to belive it.
"How about you set the table and stay out of my way. Got it?"
"Got it." As I start to set things up I notice Blossom is more tense than usual. As if all the fun and events of the past month have had no effect on her. She's closed off.
"So Bloss." She doesn't respond. "I was thinking we could all spend a day at the beach, even your cousins."
"I guess," She has plated five waffles and a mound of bacon already. I watch from the sink where I have started on the burnt pan.
"Maybe I could show you how to play volleyball,"
"I know how to play Brick."
"Or we could all just…"
"I think we're done,"
"Done?" No, there mission can't be done. No if anything the guys and I can hire them. We can pay them more than the FBI can we are rockstars for crying out loud! No I won't let it happen.
"You can't be done." She turns and glares at me.
"Well we would have had it all done a bit earlier if you hadn't burned the first three batches." She moves over and motions to the waffles and bacon.
"You where talking about the food! Thank god!"
"Yeah what else would I have been talking about?" I shrug my shoulders and help her set the food on the table as well as orange juice and coffee. I watch her and smile. She's amazing, and I don't think I ever want her to leave.
"By the way the girls and I have to talk to you and your brothers about our jobs. After my cousins girls leave."
"About?"
"Don't worry about that now." She smiles but her eyes look sad. For her sake I look around and ask.
"Where is Buttercup?"
