Notes: We are getting close to the end of this story. There will be another fic Lost City III: Never Lose Hope.

Tommy sat next to the remains of the Command Center. He knew this was a dream and he just couldn't seem to wake up. Every once in a while, Vile would taunt him about how everyone being dead was his fault.

He had gotten up and tried walking away but it seemed like he was meant to be in this spot.

Also, everything seemed to be getting darker. He could hear voices above him too but couldn't understand what they were saying for the most part. He heard Vile's voice and for a few moments he thought he heard Jason's but it sounded all garbled.

He was also starting to feel pain. He wondered if he was slowly being cut off from the morphing grid. In Billy's lab all of his senses had left him so he hadn't felt pain. But that was when the morphing grid was pulling him into it.

If he felt pain, did that mean he was being cut away from it?

He stood up when there was a shimmering light. He saw himself staring back at him. Come. The voice said.

Tommy started to move towards it when everything suddenly seemed to fall away.

Rajon sat on the console watching the fight on the viewing screen. "Zordon are those the teens?" he asked.

"IT APPEARS SO."

The alarms started blaring. "What now?" Rajon asked as the screen switched to show Goldar blasting the middle school.

"Send me down!" Rajon said. "I don't care if Vile gets me I gotta help!" Rajon didn't wait as he teleported himself down to the middle school.

Jason stood watching the viewing screen that Zedd had so 'nicely' put up for him to view. Goldar was attacking the middle school. There were innocent people there. Thankfully most of the more vulnerable had been moved to Los Angeles but there were still people there. He couldn't go down there to help as he had no way to teleport.

"I told you that you would have a front row seat to your own planet's destruction," Zedd said from his throne. "You're lucky Vile had plans for you or you could have been part of the destruction."

Jason didn't like the sound of that at all. He couldn't take it anymore and left the throne room. There had to be a way off the moon.

Rajon jumped in front of Goldar. He knew he had no chance against Goldar. Goldar was a much better fighter than he was even when he was Rito. He chalked it up as experience. Goldar was much older than teenage Rajon.

"Get away," Rajon said.

Goldar just laughed at him and went and fired at the school some more. People were running out with guns. Rajon saw Ryan, Steve, and several of the officers standing there behind Goldar. Ryan was the only one of them who knew who he really had been. He was sure Goldar was more than happy to blow his cover.

"Your father wanted me to give you this," Goldar said and hit a button on something in his hand. Rajon's hands went up to his ears trying to block out the painful noise. He saw he was the only one effected by it.

His eyes flashed for a brief second. Goldar smirked.

Return to the Moon Rito. A voice said. He teleported away unable to disobey the voice.

Notes: Next chapter will be the aftermath of the destruction of the middle school. I will try to focus on the Rangers. I don't know why they seem to be pushed to the back of the story. Also, someone will be waking up soon…
