Okay so I want to say this to the fans of this story: I'm sorry for being very silent and being a quitter. I know that you guys were very supportive, but it was honestly too hard for me to continue. However, a fan helped me put my ideas into place, and let me explain my ideas to him. He suggested that I show you just what I came up with.

So for the fans and the non-fans who were curious about this fic, here were the ideas that were about the story.

What where the "status" of other countries about the lack of males and post-purge situation?

Many of the countries were both in an arms race and in agreement to the Alaska treaty. While many women running the countries wanted to stop the destruction of the world and not make the human race die out, none of them could stop making IS and training pilots, lest another country comes and destroys them. Countries like Canada and America (hence why it was called the Alaska treaty) were the only ones who were completely on board for banning IS on their borders, while China, Japan, Russia and many other countries in the UK had to compete in the arms race, but still wanting to repair relations as top priority. The countries that openly went against the treaty was France, Germany, Great Britain and (secretly) Japan, as they are mostly secretly run by the Loyalists.

In terms of the lack of males and post-purge, Canada and America were viewed as 'safe havens', away from the destroyers known as the IS. Many women who grew up and was raised in Canada and America are pretty racist to 'the Far East people', 'foreigners' and 'genocidal maniacs' (what they call them). Germany and France has taken up cloning and human experiments to subsidize the lack of breeding, hence Laura, her lookalike in one of the chapters I summarized and Charlotte (who was supposed to be not just a spy, but a clone of one of the head honchos of the Loyalists). Laura clones were successfully industrialized, but were harmful and rife with humanist malpractices. France was not as successful, since they only had a precious few. Unfortunately, most of the Far East countries simply continued as if nothing ever happened, and some countries even continued their hateful prejudice towards their own citizens, like Great Britain, who began to enslave the children and some lower-class women into pilots via nanomachine injections. Some countries actually got hit so hard, they could not recover and were likely destroyed to the point of fading into the elements, like a few countries in Africa many of them closer to the Asian countries like Egypt.

Some of Africa were too poor to bounce back and thus were some of the bigger sites for slaughter, since the Purge originated in European and Asian countries. Some settlements and cities eroded away into the elements and due to poor economy, like Egypt, Algeria and Libya due to the harsh desert climates, but other countries still stood out against the purge, like Ethiopia. However, South America, while poor, were also far away from Japan, which started the Purge in the first place. So their area was not hit as hard as it should, since many countries could not afford an IS core. I haven't thought far on what South American countries would be too poor to be able to bounce back in economy.

What's the backstory of this story?

There is a hidden warring plot underneath the entire Purge of Society. From the beginning (sometimes during teh Edo era) there has been two warring factions: the feministic warrior clan Orimura and the male-dominated prodigious clan Uchiha. Two families and clans that have two radical views of control, and they can prove it via their own powers and determination: Orimura 'of the White Moon', having the body of a super warrior, and the Uchiha 'of the Black Sun', having the taciturn mind. While the Uchiha were shogun legends to the scholars of Japan, shaping the world within the shadows, the Orimura were the leaders akin to emperors and empresses. And unfortunately, they came with their own bad sides. The Orimura were charismatic, borne as natural leaders, during the time of turmoil, while the Uchiha were distant, preferred to be kept to their own devices, and shape the world under their intellect. What the world didn't know, was that the Orimura wanted the world to themselves, domination and control and all, and were actually jealous of the Uchiha's unmatched tactical minds. The one most adamant to inherit/wipe them all off the face of the earth was the leader, Shemhazai, a warrior woman who is cold on the outside, and maniacal on the inside, using anyone and everyone to gain power alone.

However, what they did not count on was that all the other clans would unite under Orimura (because of the stereotype on strength over intellect) and turn on Uchiha, causing many of them to be wiped out. But they didn't go alone. The Uchiha clan head, Tensai (yep, you're not seeing things, that is the teacher Ichika had in the flashback of Chapter 6), devised a plan to take the entire Orimura with them, while preserving the Uchiha bloodline. Many of the Uchiha, including Tensai's children, unleashed a calamitous fiery explosion that blew up their home, almost all of the clansmen, and catching many of their leaders. Tensai escaped and ran away to a secret hideout, where he had to perform a contingency plan on himself using technology that would be futuristic to today's standards: to make himself immortal and get revenge on the Orimura and the world. However, Shemhazai stalked him into his lab, and nearly slaughters him, until he traps her into a containment cell AKA the first IS core ever in existence. A resulting blast of lab technology renders Tensai unconscious and the core launched into the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, but also made him immortal, not aging him a day, and he swore that as long as he lived, he WILL get his revenge.

And he technically does in small victories. The Orimura are world leaders that control Japan and its events, but Tensai was always there to stop them. Some examples include WWII, where he prevents them from going to stop the two atomic bombs by intercepting messages and hacking. He began to experiment on cloning, shaping human beings and giving them his will for revenge and hatred. While he kept failing, he did succeed in making a few clones who help him with saboteur and espionage, like Yuki (Ichika's 'big brother'), Ran Gotanda and Dan Gotanda (who all do not have names, but instead codename numbers). What was special about the clones were that they had a mixture of Orimura and Uchiha DNA, something that, when fused together, form a deadly weapon: The Sharingan. From there, Tensai continued to madly upgrade its capabilities, but was unable to make more of these clones, except for one: CODENAME Ichika.

I'd also like to know the psychology of women post purge, and especially towards males, if there any.

The psychology of the women post purge is interesting. They try to be as nice as possible, and they seem to not be able to take any sort of chance, but others do not hold the same feelings. Because many of the women who went along with the Purge integrated themselves back into society, some of them harbour the same views during the Purge, while others want to repent.

Are there any other males in the "surface" apart from Ichika? Did you actually meant for government officials to learn and encounter the remaining males, and if so, what would have happened?

There are no other males on the surface other than Ichika, sadly. However, there was one who was undercover, and it was the Dan Gotanda lookalike (AKA the male Tobi). I did intend for the government officials to learn that men exist in Canada and America, but not meet them.

I assume that Tensai was the one who rescued the remaining males, right? And if so, how did he do it?

Tensai couldn't rescue ALL males, as many of them were slaughtered. He was able to round them up via the help of both Tobi. It was the 'school' that they made (where Ichika learned his studies in) that was actually not a school, but an organization via shelters all around the world. Do not forget that the Purge lasted quite a while, so they had time to round them all up. With spies planted everywhere, he installed teleporters in those shelters that teleported underneath the ocean, into a secret base where Tensai was building it for the past millenia. He then had one of the Tobi's lead it undercover.

How do the males see the female gender in the present day story?

The males HATED the females, since Tensai leads them, all according to keikaku. What's interesting is that many of them are willing to kidnap and use the women as breeding stock, harbouring their intent the same hateful way as Tensai.

What happened to the ending?

Here's how the rest of the story went:

Essentially, after the whole incident with the German Loyalist group, they all go to the beach, to relax the students, with Ichika trying to find a good opportunity to escape, along with possibly restoring Chifuyu by rewriting her nanomachines. Not bring back the old one, but make a new one that would fight against the Loyalists, seeing as she would make a good asset. He believes that there is someone leading them all, so as he plans his moves, he sees the Silver Gospel making a move towards the school. The headmistress assigns Ichika, Houki, and Rin, who secretly got herself a new IS, and fight it. However, Houki's IS core and nanomachines activate, changing her personality to someone who was loyal to Shemhazai and betrays Ichika. Along with a platoon of Loyalists that assisted and came to invade, Ichika actually gets pushed back, until they nearly land a decisive blow. That blow kills Rin, and it activates Ichika's Mangekyo Sharingan (since she was the closest person to him, as she wormed her way into his heart after the battle against Laura). Ichika takes them all out in a fiery and electrical rage, killing all the IS pilots except the possessed Houki. Ichika, before leaving, buries Rin, informs Takatsuki, who becomes his confidant, co-pilot and second pair of eyes, and bats away Tabane from Chifuyu, while also restoring Chifuyu. He didn't have time to rewrite her, but Chifuyu's strong will and drive to repair her relationship with her brother and being sickened with the Loyalists, apparently blended in from their eyes while providing information and following his plans. They are essentially linked, becoming his eyes.

The second part is where I haven't planned things. Ichika finds the men underneath the sea after killing bases filled with IS and finds the shocking truth that the nanomachines aren't just allowing women to use IS, but emulating whoever is inside them when awakened. Essentially, the Orimura women's souls are trapped within the IS cores that are manufactured and can take over a pilot any time the dormant blood of the Uchiha comes nearby. Chifuyu and the headmistress leads the school, with the shadowed help from Ichika, and gets in contact with the secondary leader of the male population. However, this is all the grand design of Tensai, who has instructed both Tobi to guide the world to his grand design for revenge. The male Tobi leads the male population, while the female Tobi is the headmistress of the IS academy, and a sleeper spy of the Loyalists. This also has Ichika questioning who he really is, as his memories begin to fuzz up and not make sense (Yuki is not really what he seems, Chifuyu isn't his biological sister and flashbacks to being in a test tube. Many of the industries of IS begin to collapse as the dormant IS cores begin to awaken, and the pilots slowly begin to get corrupted. This includes a lot of the parents of the students in the IS academy needing to be killed, like Cecilia's aunt, Charlotte's broodmother, the creator of the Laura clones, and even Autumn herself. So the males invent a suppressant, capable of suppressing the IS nanomachines and the core, leaving them dormant, and the IS academy and nearly a fifth of the female population in the East take it before they lose control.

Not just that, but the Loyalists have a giant space cannon in the sky, formed on the moon, as a secret weapon, forged by the will of Shemhazai, enough to nuke and obliterate a city easily. They do attempt this with Russia, where Tatenashi's family is and possibly a rash prediction on where the males were hiding.

Things come to a head when Ichika takes the hit to let the IS students get away, while being labeled traitors by their fellow pilots. The Loyalists, with Tabane as the leader, makes a big show of executing Ichika Uchiha, by first ripping his eyes out and crushing them on camera. Apparently this was where Ichika's IS, Edo Shinkage (or Shinkage no Youkou, renamed when it reached First Shift back when he achieved the Mangekyo), is located, and his body begins to fail. He symbolized the hope against the Loyalists, and now that he was in death's door, there was no way they could win. However, both Tobi's rescue Ichika from the onslaught of Loyalists, and nearly get killed, if it wasn't for them using Izanagi and feigning their deaths, with the sacrifice of both Tobi's loosing one of their eyes.

Now with Ichika and the traitors 'utterly dead', Tabane puts up a 10 second ultimatum on finding the men to the rest of the world and, since nobody knows, they decide to aim for the next bunch of traitors: IS academy. Without a headmaster, things look bleak, until Tensai appears and evacuates the students and Chifuyu to Canada via teleportation, knowing that he was drawing every single IS pilot towards the IS academy

Tensai's plan finally comes to fruition as he takes Ichika, his best chance at revenge and takes the other eyes from the Tobi's, essentially killing them mercilessly, and installing them into Ichika's eyes, having him unlock the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and reach Second Shift. However, he is comatose, as Tensai explains how he made Ichika, forged him with his will, along with the will of the Uchiha, and orders him to kill all the women. Ichika then learns that Yuki was also an attempt to make a body with Orimura and Uchiha genes in them. However, the Orimura genes override the Uchiha genes, having him kidnap Ichika into the world and cast Kotoamatsukami, altering his memories, and a child Houki and Tabane's, who stumbled across them. He believed that Ichika was raised as an orphan by Yuki, graduated from Tensai academy, had Ran and Dan Gotanda as restaurant friends (both of them were actually the splitting image of Tobi), and was a happy kid until the Purge happened. With his life flipped upside down, Ichika sees an illusion of Rin's dead body one last time... and breaks. Activating his powers within the stadium of IS academy, he basically goes Asura's Wrath on them all, making a giant Susano armor and basically destroying every single IS pilot, every single base with a superstorm, and even going match for match against the Moon's satellite cannon, basically, destroying both.

Months passed. The female population (students and refugees) finally get used to their standings in the male-dominated America soil, now that Tensai's grand plan was complete. However, the world was in shambles, food stocks are low and a giant superstorm is slowly growing. As an aftershock of Ichika's power, it is a storm that is completely wiping all life with floods, earthquakes and lightning strikes, and is already covering the entire Eastern continents. Chifuyu and everybody blame Tensai for all that has happened, but he doesn't care. His revenge is complete. However, he needs to retrieve his sample back to retrieve and repair, so he and Chifuyu and a small team go to the ruined and flooded IS academy and find Ichika, in a berserker, Susano-esque state, killing and eating bodies of dead Loyalists. However, they were able to snap him out (while killing Tensai in the process), and drag him back, and make him return to normal.

Character development happens here and there, and truths unravel. Ichika becomes more guilt-ridden and closed off, but snaps out of it after a long while. Takatsuki finally bonds with Ichika, finally ending up together with him and spending one wonderful night with him. Ichika even gets a final parting gift from both Tobi's and Tensai, saying that he can unlock the ultimate power by using it, but if it falls to the wrong hands, he will lose. Chifuyu gets together with one of the leaders of the male population and, Tabane is actually dead a long time ago, but is now using Houki's body as a vessel. That soul inside her isn't Shemhazai, but one of her daughters, who is trying to follow Shemhazai's will to the fullest, by resurrecting her and killing all men who dare stand opposed to her.

Apparently, that vessel is still alive and on the moon, where she tries to rebuild what she has lost. Now she attempts to complete a ritual, where she can bring back Shemhazai from the grave, and it requires Tensai's corpse, for he is a pureblooded Uchiha, a key component in completing the ritual. Ichika finally discover that vessel, and attempts to stop her, while Takatsuki and Yamada infiltrates the Master Computer on the moon, to finally stop the cores from activating, and kill the Orimuras for good. However, he is too late and the ritual finally completes itself, with the core leaving a dead Houki finally passing on, her own soul lost completely and tragically regretting her circumstances. The fused IS core finally reveals itself as Shemhazai, her soul finally reborn, in a new body augmented by the IS. The vessel's soul appeases to her, much like the daughter of Shemhazai has done during the Edo era, but Shemhazai coldly deletes her, saying that it wasn't that the leader wanted women to rule the world. She wanted HERSELF to rule, and with her supreme mind and willpower, awakens the commanders of her legion, trapped in the decomposed bodies of the Loyalist commanders and leaders, to arise under her will. Ichika and Shemhazai fight, and he is losing. He tries to use the syringe, but Shemhazai steals it and uses it on herself. He was then obliterated for good due to the boost of power. However, that's where his true power kicks in.

A la Superman vs the Elite fashion, he reappears and essentially kicks Shemhazai's commanders' asses. He then reveals himself, showing that he awakened the Rinnegan, the final form of his IS. Before, in a flashback, Shemhazai's view of destroy everything came from a prophecy, with the image of the Rinnegan was where she will be trapped forever and would be her downfall. Essentially, Ichika does all that crazy shit, having no regard for human life and using all sorts of godly powers, like Shinra Tensai and Chibaku Tensai. He even gets teleported to Canada to follow the retreating Shemhazai and continuously destroys her, while destroying civilization as well. However, in reality, he actually trapped Shemhazai in a never-ending illusion, by using her nanomachines to force her into repeatedly being tortured by the illusion where Ichika had the Rinnegan. Basically, Ichika survived using Izanagi and, thanks to the syringe, which was actually filled with a retrovirus that will use Shemhazai's undying spirit and nanomachines as energy in order for Ichika to trap the consciousness of Shemhazai into a never-ending time loop called Izanami. This prevents her from escaping, also cutting off any sort of reincarnation antics. However, this nearly costs Ichika his eyes, and with one last use, he commands the body of Shemhazai to tell him the pass codes to permanently destroy Infinite Stratos, in which he relays to Takatsuki and wipes them out once and for all. He gingerly slashes the throat of Shemhazai's body and flings the corpse into the direction of the sun, trapped in all eternity.

As they all fall, Ichika begins to feel his body failing. While everybody is cheering, Takatsuki, Chifuyu, Yamada and the rest of the students mourn as Ichika's body falls from orbit, and into the surface of the planet. His last words: remake this world... a world where he doesn't exist.

The story had three epilogues actually. The first one deals with what happens after, with Takatsuki, an old woman and leader of the people in a newly formed government, writing her final diary entry, with her daughter and her husband succeeding her. Chifuyu and her husband retreated from society and has made a wonderful family, and using a drug, suppresses the Orimura genes within her and her children to finally live free from the curse of the Orimura. Cecilia became an ambassador of the world, helping other men and women finally restoring the world by cleaning and rebuilding, with the help of Charlotte and Laura. Tatenashi, finally getting over Kanzashi's death, helps rebuild the government from the ground up, being fair to both men and women, and restoring relations between the sexes and the nationalities. Yamada finally gains confidence and helps repair list civilizations that were destroyed, creating jobs and occupations for others. Many of the men actually got together with the women, and lived great lives, knowing that the world is being rebuilt. However, Takatsuki regrets not being able to see this ending with Ichika, her true love, before finally passing.

The second one is Shemhazai, still in the trapped time loop, unable to get out, seeing it as her ultimate punishment. Her spirit is broken, she begs anybody to get herself free, and screams in hatred against the Uchiha one final time, as the visage of her separated head cries bloody tears before burning away into the sun, ending the lineage of the Orimura, once and for all.

The third is Ichika trapped in purgatory as he witnesses the world restoring back to the way it was. For once, he smiles happily at the new lives that the people have gotten, and even felt proud of his newborn daughter leading the world into a bright future. Finally, he nods, and almost begins to pass on, until the spirits of Takatsuki, Rin, Chifuyu, Cecilia, Charlotte, Tatenashi, Laura and Yamada come from heaven, rescue his spirit and leads him to paradise, where he smiles brightly.

There's a joke ending about a zombie apocalypse, led by a zombie Hitler, but I haven't thought that far yet.

I would like to thank you all for reaching this part of the story with me. Thank you for taking me to the end. It was a wild journey, and I'm glad you guys have enjoyed it in the past. I would also like to thank RomanTorchwick98 for supplying the questions for me to answer.

So what do you think? Do you think that this is satisfying? Do you find this to be the perfect ending? Did it scratch that itch? What would you have thought if this story actually got the complete rewrite it deserves?

Again, I would like to thank you all for coming and reading!
