The Readers find themselves in a strange new land. Trees all around them. Grass overgrowing a path as well as the sight of a mighty castle in the distance.
Walking along the path the came to a small ruin. What appears to have been a tower. The ceiling gone along with most of the walls and sitting in the middle is Slim Prime. No longer a female but now wearing a safari hat as well as having a big game rifle next to him.
Across the fire where a sword is sticking out of its center is a armored knight wearing a bucket like helm with a feather, as well as a cloth with an image of the sun on his chest.
Right next to the Knight is a pillow with a cup and a small sign. "Reserved For Rogue it says."
Slowly walking forward they Slim notices them. "Ah reader! You came just in time for… well something in all honestly Rogue said he wanted to do something in this universe and he seemed really excited about it so I was like "What the hell" so here we are with this guy."
The Knight looks over. "Oh Hello there my good fellows. Are you companions of Rogue? He is quiet the fellow always saying how he is going after those.. And I quote "damn bugs". I have no Idea what he is on about." The Knight said as he stood up. "ANy ways I am Solaire of Astora Warrior of sunlight." As soon as Solaire says that he gets on his toes as well as pointing both of his hands up into the air.
Holding that position for a good amount of time he eventually stopped. "However he did give me this card to read off."
"To the great Knight TheTipToeTerror. Rogue wanted me to say ``Your welcome."
"wethinktoomuch200 Rogue says. Thank you for your comment but we can handle this."
"Zasrekh." Solair looks at the note bringing it closer to his helmet. "I MUST GO! NO ONE SHOULD BE ABANDONED!" Throwing away the cards Solair runs off. A sword and shield in his hands.
Slim Prime walks over and picks up the cards and looks at them.
"Poor guy he doesn't even know these reviews are from a different story." Slim Prime throws the cards behind him and they burned as they fell to the ground. "As there are no guest reviews for this chapter we are moving onto announcements!"
Shoving Slim out of the way Rogue steps forward. "Announcements at the end of the story." Throwing the Holo vid at the readers Rogue Vanishes.
"I smell human females, but there is also the scent of three males. One of them is our stolen knight." A medium height green dragon said while sniffing the ground. "They left by air; their scent ends here."
"Well done, Jade." Bjorn said petting his dragon on her side.
Bjorn and Jade had joined the mission at the Dragon Master behest as a certain red dragon was… less than pleased with her partner's non-appearance like she was promised. To make up for it the Dragon Master ordered one of his best tracking pairs to assist in the mission to recover John. Bjorn, a warden, was one of the few demigod-knight hybrids his father being Loki. As a son of Loki Bjorn was far more in tune with magic than any other knight, making him better than even the assassin classes when it came to tracking. Combined with his dragon, Jade, the pair could track down a rabbit with a month's head start.
He got his looks from his father, his eyes being a bright green and black hair. He was slightly shorter than most wardens but only by a few inches. Like most dragon riders, he wore jeans and a long sleeve shirt underneath a WW2 bomber jacket. He was also capable of changing his appearance like his father, but unlike his father he was unable to change his sex at will. Something he was completely fine with.
Jade was a medium weight green western dragon, being around the size of a standard sized passenger plane. Her wings' membrane was a dark shade of green and her eyes were yellow while her pupils were black. Aside from having an excellent tracking ability she was also capable of breathing a poisonous cloud of toxin that also happened to be flammable. She also shared her raiders love for mischief.
"Do you know where they are heading?" Caleb asked scanning the area around him.
"If I had to guess their heading off to Camp Half-Blood, seeing as we're dealing with the Greeks here." Bjorn said, walking up his dragon's tail. "If we start now, we can get there in a day or two."
"Well as long as we don't end up fighting the entire camp I say let's get going!" Dean called following Bjorn.
Dean was the oldest in the group, being a twenty-nine years old lawbringer and a sergeant in the Iron Fists. He was a tall man being a giant at six foot six. His hair was black, and his eyes were dark brown with his face being rugged. However, Dean did his best to keep a happy outlook and did his best to smile as much as he could.
The rest of the team soon got on Jade's back, grabbing on to her horns that ran down her black for support. With everyone on her back, Jade opened up her wings and took off into the sky, Bjorn giving her directions as she claimed into the sky. The green dragon soon reached a high enough height to where she began to glide, beating her wings every once and a while to keep her height.
Lana could only hope they would make it to the demigod's camp before it was too late.
Lord Command Alice was leading the three Ryder siblings through the forest on the trail of Atol. They had found a trail of someone being dragged and had been following it ever since. All four of the knights had their armor deployed. Alice's being that of a standard Warden, Heinrich's being a blackened set of Megrez armor although he had his LMG in his hand rather then his soul weapon, Sofia, a peacekeeper, had standard peacekeeper gear, and lastly Elise, another conqueror who also wore standard conqueror armor.
While other knights were looking around as they walked, Alice noticed something about the air, more specifically the smell in the air. Perfume, not one that an older woman would use but more of a child's as it was less potent and smelled of strawberries. What a young girl was doing dragging an injured knight through the forest was lost on her but she would find out one way or another.
The team followed the trail for about a mile before they came to a hill that showed signs of battle. Scorched earth, cut marks in the trees, and the blood on the ground leading towards the Valley, there was also the small fact of the wolf tracks following the blood trail. Alice bent down to get a closer look at the tracks, quickly noticing how much bigger the tracks were than your average wolf.
The warden let go of a frustrated sigh as she pieced the information together.
"Werewolves." Alice said to the other knights.
"Werewolves?" Sofia asked. "I thought we had an agreement with them to stay out of each other's way."
"We do but all that goes out the window when one of them is reacting to one of us." Alice said getting out her phone to make a call.
"So what? One of these shifters is reacting to Atol, we just need to get him back to the Valley and wait for them to get over it." Heinrich commented whole on look out.
"Not if he was marked already." Elise countered. "Think about it, Atol was dragged all the way here. Who ever is reacting to him had plenty of time to mark him. Atol probably woke up by the time this werewolf got here, he probably tried to fight his way out and probably doing his best to run back to the valley."
"But why run? Atol is one tough bastard, I doubt he would have run from just one werewolf."
"That's because there are two, and one is an old alpha." Alice interrupted getting off her phone. "I had my second to try and contact the wolves over in Idaho. If this is a more known alpha, they will probably have some information. I do not want to deal with an incident. We are moving out double time it!"
The group began to run in the direction of the blood trail, Alice taking the lead with the other knights following in behind her. As they followed the blood trail, they found more signs of battle burnt trees, claw marks, and of course more blood. After running for about a mile, the team came to a stop and went wide-eyed.
"Yeah I think it was an alpha alright." Heinrich whispered.
Before them laid fifteen dead Hitokiri warriors, in various states of dismemberment. The two youngest members of the group looked away.
"We need to keep moving." Alice said making a note of it to give to the Samurai upon their return to the Valley.
The group carried on picking up a trail of broken branches and scorched earth. They followed the trail for around thirty minutes before the sound of battle became apparent. Soon the team came upon an opening in the forest, there the blooded form of Atol was fighting a large white werewolf. Besides the blood that fell from Atol's armor normally, he had deep cuts in the spaces where there was leather instead of metal. He was breathing heavily from all the running he had to do, as well as the fight he was currently in. The Werewolf on the other hand was not that worse for wear. He was bleeding from his arms and some spot of his fur was burned, but other than that he looked fine.
Both parties turned to look at the four incoming knights.
"Hold werewolf, you are attacking a flagged member of the Iron Legion!" Alice declared drawing her black iron longsword, the sword ignited as she took a combat stance. "Leave now before this turns into an incident between our people!"
The werewolf turned to face her, his eyes staring into her visor. "I would love nothing more then to leave here and forget this ever-happened knight. Unfortunately, I don't have that luxury. You see my daughter has been reacting to this kid, and in a moment of fear marked him. And as I'm sure you're aware, wolves mate for life."
"I have no wish to fight you werewolf." Alice said, then began to heat the area around them with her power alone. "But you and I both now who will win this fight should it come to blows. I have no wish to take a father from his family, but I will protect my fellow knight if I must."
The Werewolf became silent as he stared down the Lord commander, he knew full well that he could not win a fight with her. Even without her black iron sword, Alice Irons was a knight to be reckoned with. It was well known that when she was only fifteen she single handedly killed over two-hundred monster, a feat that made her known to even the werewolves.
The Alpha let out a deep growl. "This is not over knight."
The werewolf turned and ran back into the forest. With the werewolf gone Atol fell to his knees in exhaustion, his armor and weapon fading as he went down. Alice gestured for Heinrich to assist him as she knew full well of Atol opinions on women. The young conqueror shouldered his LMG and jogged over to the downed knight and helped him to his feet.
"Report knight." Alice ordered standing before Atol crossing her arms.
Atol sent her a slight glare before speaking. "I was kidnapped by a female werewolf, when I woke up I attacked her-"
"You were marked." Alice said cutting him off, it was not a question.
Atol looked away, disgust written all over his face. Wordlessly he pulled away his shirt to show the bite mark on his shoulder, the mark that showed he was claimed by a werewolf. The area around the mark was red, telling her that the bright mark was recent, and unlike normal bites this one would not fade away with time. There was also the fact they now had a bond; she also had a good feeling on what Atol would do should this bond grow out of control.
The group made ready to return to the valley, but Alice took a moment to look back to where the werewolf had run off. She knew full well that she would be seeing that werewolf again, but the next time he would not be alone.
Within the Knight's castle, the Lord Commanders along with commanders of companies who were in the area were gathered around a large round table. The Lord Commanders sitting in large throne-like chairs while the company commanders sat in slightly smaller throne-like chairs. The room was lit by torches lining the walls while a chandelier hung above the table. Only two seats fit for Lord Commanders were left empty.
The knight officers present were discussing the events of the last few days. Talk of troubling times for the Iron Legion and its allies. Words like war and battle were being thrown around the room. Talk of the number of deaths that were expected to come if said war happened. For the first five hours of the meeting were dominated by logistics. Numbers upon numbers, knights available for combat, knights still in training, expected number of losses, worse outcome losses, best outcome losses, numbers, numbers, numbers.
Then began the talks of what was to be gained by the conflict, what was to be lost by the conflict. That wasn't even mentioning the commotion involving the Werewolves. It seems like now was the time where all the Iron Legion's problems were coming for them at once. Some of the commanders suggested a preemptive strike to snuff out their problems while they were still small, while others opted for fortifying their already held positions and to wait for the enemy to throw themselves at their walls.
They knew that the Greeks lacked the numbers to make a true assault on their held positions, and their demigods were all young ranging from six to twelve years old. Their powers were not at their fullest and they lacked any true battlefield experience. However, new intel coming told of one demigod that was the son of one of the three strongest the Greeks had to offer. It was believed he was on a mission at the moment but those reports were unconfirmed.
As it stood the Greeks did not stand much of a chance as the majority of their forces were children and even fewer were combat oriented. However, this left the commanders in a bit of a predicament as massing the whole legion and their allies to fight a bunch of powered children left a sour taste in their mouths.
Then there were the werewolves who most certainly posed a threat. While the Legion had ended their hostility towards them when they became more peaceful towards the normal humans did not mean they liked each other. A few skirmishes had happened since those times, but more times than not both sides came out with no fatalities. And unlike the Greeks they had warriors who had battlefield experiences and even a few who could match the Legion's lord commanders. With the reports claiming that the knight in question was marked by the daughter of a high-ranking alpha werewolf. Meaning that this incident could lead to a war given how much value the werewolves placed on mates.
But as of now the talks were forced on the Greeks, as reports from the team sent to look for John suggested that the Greeks had kidnapped him.
"We must act quickly," Commander Damon of the Eagle's talons declared. "My company can be at the Greek's camp in a few days and we will demand the return of our fellow Knight!"
"We can't send a full company to attack the Greeks, while intel tells us that the gods have a lot of rules, they have been shown to break them more than once." Lord Commander Meridius countered. "They could just as easily use their powers to blow away your company, I know for a fact that not all of your company members are strong enough shrug off an attack from a god."
"With all due respect Lord Commander, they kidnapped an Original! My men are ready to die for the Legion."
"As of right now we must put our faith in God and the team sent to retrieve them." Lord Commander Mercy commented. "Should they fail to retrieve John then we will take more forceful means." She stood. "Then we will show them that the Legion doesn't let anyone push us around."
"Then what?" A new voice said, a strained and old voice.
Everyone in the room turned to see one of the two missing Lord Commanders walk in. The leader of the Black Priors, Alexander Vortiger. The knight walked farther into the room, heading towards his throne.
Like most knights Alexander Vortiger stood at six foot three and had a muscular body. His hair was very short, to a point where some could confuse it for being bald. His eyes were a black color with the area around his eyes bled darkness, almost like a virus was keeping its way out of his eyes. Even the light around him seemed to fade with his passing. His clothes were black and gray with a fur coat over that with hints of metal plates.
Alexander's face was old and wrinkled, many of his wrinkles following the many scars that covered his face. His skin was also very pale as if his skin had not seen the sun in years. But despite his old appearance and being one of the oldest knights still alive he was still capable of killing most anything that walked the Earth or creeped in its darkest corners.
The Lord Commander looked at his seat, taking a moment to relax before he began to look around, his eyes slowly swaying back and forth. Every eye in the room was upon him, as the Lord Commander of the Black Priors did not venture away from their forests often. He began to turn his head, checking to his sides, behind him, he even paused to look under the table.
He continued to do this until Lord Commander Igneous spoke up. "What are you looking for Alexander?"
The reply was quick. "I have been alive for a long time. I have seen wars claim the lives of many faction warriors and normal humans. I have killed creatures in the depths of the Abyss, which rival gods in their power. I have seen many faces come and go and a few turns towards The Fallen One. I was there when the Three Factions declared peace and the gods, goddess, and angels came down to Earth to assist us in our purpose in this world."
He paused for a moment, looking around the room once more.
"Fellow Commanders and Lord Commanders… my fellow knights. There are three angles in this valley as we speak, one of which is the Messenger of God. Yet… none are present. I ask you, my fellow knights… what. does. that. mean?"
The room was quiet.
"I believe it to mean one of two things." Alexander continued holding up one finger. "The first is that God is allowing us to choose how we will deal with this. OR. This is a test to see how we deal with this without his guidance. Brother and sisters, a knight has been stolen from us by a faction that is weaker than us. They believe themselves to rain supreme with all others being weaker than themselves. By taking a knight from us, an Original, a Child! They have drawn a line in the sand, now they look to see if we will back up and draw our own line or will we make Them back up and show them the line that was drawn many years ago."
Alexander leaned back in his throne and closed his eyes.
"The Abyss grants me premonitions of things that lurk in the shadows. I see a small fire being smothered by darkness, an ancient fortress from our past stirs once again, a weapon long since forgotten calls for its wielder, dark creatures crawl towards the surface, and tendrils from the sky fall upon our world."
He opened his eyes.
"My fellow knights, what is our move?"
"So, this is what the Greek demigod call home," Lana said unimpressed. "Compared to the Valley this place is a dump."
From atop a hill overlooking the camp the four knights, plus dragon, were on their stomachs underneath a bunch of bushes. Each one of them taking turns with the binoculars, each time they spotted out places of interest, spots of weakness, good areas for landing troops both by sea and by air. Every important location was seen as well as the tree that powered the shield around the camp. It was an easy target considering it sat on the border of the camp almost completely undefended.
Caleb toyed with the idea of digging a hole near the tree and planting a bomb in said tree but seeing as it was not their primary objective to scout out the camp for an attack, he chose not to place a bomb.
As of now the area had a few extra demigod/bless humans walking around in the form of Artemis' hunters. They mostly kept to themselves, throwing hateful glares at any male that happened to walk by. The team also saw that there was a centaur walking around or rolling around seeing as he was on a wheelchair at some points of the day. From the information John gave then he first came to The Valley they knew that this centaur was the hero trainer Chiron.
The team also noticed that he was going in and out of a newer looking building. A prison by the looks of it, no doubt their target was held within. However, that brought them to a new problem. It was no secret that the Greeks knew about the knights and that they could not simply sneak in and bust John out then high tail it back to the Valley. The last time John was not a flagged member of the Iron Legion, but he was now, so that allowed them some threats to be made. However even with Caleb's rank he did not hold the authority to issue a diplomatic threat without a Lord Commander's approval. There was also the small fact that there were only five of them, hardly the numbers needed to make such a threat even if they could take on the demigods in the camp.
"So how are we going to do this boss man?" Bjorn asked looking at Caleb. "Smash and grab, wait for night for a sneaky insertion, or are we going to call in the troops?"
Caleb knew with Bjorn's magic talents he could very easily knock out one of the isolated demigods take his appearance and bust John out but then it became a game of catch and with the hunters present, and with the gods no doubt watching the camp closely, that plan had too many risks.
"Let's pull back, I need to make a call." Caleb ordered Leopard crawling away from their hiding spot, with the others following him.
Once they were a good distance away from the camp they stopped and gathered around to make a plan. Meanwhile Caleb stepped away to make a call. His phone connected to the person he was attempting to reach almost intently, the captain of the Specters company.
"Sir, I have a request to make." Caleb stated his voice dead serious.
"Proceed." The Captain's ghost-like voice came back.
"I would like to request squad two to my location, Sir."
"On what grounds?"
"To show these Greek dogs what happens when you steal from the Legion."
The line became quiet.
"I will speak with the Lord Commanders; you will hear from me within the hour." The captain said before the line went dead.
Caleb put his phone back in his pocket before returning to the rest of the team. Caleb came back just in time to hear Bjorn's idea to create an illusion spell that would send a cabin, the Ares' cabin, into a frenzy making them think that all the demigods around them were monsters. While the camp was distracted, they would hit the prison and rescue John. The plan was well received by the rest of the group but all that stopped when Caleb's phone began to ring, even he was surprised by how fast the Captain got back to him.
Caleb took his phone from his pocket and answered it, putting it on speaker after he hit the accept button. "Your on-speaker Captain."
"Not quite lieutenant," This was not the voice of the Specters Captain, this was the voice of Lord Commander Daniel Igneous. "As of now the faction is declaring war on the condition that John Cross is not returned. Your orders are as follows. You will present yourself to whoever oversees this Camp Half-blood. You will ORDER the return of John Cross and inform them of the consequences for refusing to comply. If they do hand over John Cross you are to return at best speed to the Valley, should they refuse you are clear to engage the Greeks and retrieve John Cross."
The rest of the group was visibly shocked that war had been declared so quickly, normally these things took a lot longer than just one meeting.
"Sir, what are the rules of engagement?" Caleb asked.
"This is a retrieval mission your priority is to rescue John Cross, take down those who get in your way put down them down if you must."
As they were speaking a pool of darkness began to take shape and the forms of two conquers, a peacekeeper, and a warden began to rise out of the darkness. All of them barring the standards and marks of the Specters company. With their reinforcements arrived Caleb ended the call and turned to the strike force.
"Here is the new plan."
My eyes slowly began to open, and darkness withdrew from my vision. I was looking up at a brick ceiling with an iron barred window just to my right. I slowly started to sit up, my body drowsy from whatever was keeping me under.
"It's good to see you again John but I would have like to meet under better circumstances." A familiar voice said to me.
I turned to face the voice. Chiron was on the other side of the iron bars in his wheelchair, he had a sadden look on his face. If Chiron was before me then I must be in Camp Half-Blood, I don't remember how I ended up here. Behind him was Luke, his back up against the wall arms crossed, but he did not have a look of disapproval on his face… more of a… slight smile?
I looked around to see where I was and sure enough, I was in a jail cell. There was a bed, toilet, and sink with another cell next to mine. The building looked new, parts of the iron bars seemed to glow like the demigods' weapons did.
"I do not remember a prison being here, the last time I was in this camp." I said throwing my feet over the bed, it was then I was wearing rags only held together by poor stitching and ropes. The floor was cool on my feet, but I suspected that they were cooler than they felt.
Chiron nodded. "It was built a few days ago, you will be staying here until your trial."
"My trial?" I asked anger creeping into my thoughts. "What have I done to warrant a trial?"
"Treason, murder, keeping powers hidden from the gods, being born-" Luke list off counting each charge on his fingers but he did not sound like he was trying to insult me.
"Luke enough." Chiron snapped before turning back to me. "While your stay with us was short you're still a Greek Demigod and as such turning away from the gods and leaving with this Iron Legion has you pegged as a traitor. The gods found out that your father has powers unlike anything they have seen before and that you also possess these powers, one of Lady Artemis' hunters was killed in your "kidnapping" and while she has not put this charge forward herself, Lord Zeus is charging it against you."
"So, Zeus is afraid of me," I summarized, thunder creaking in the distance. "and he is going to have me killed because I may have the power to overthrow him."
Chiron did not reply, his silence was enough of an answer for me.
"If it's all the same to you Chiron I would like to be left alone." I said turning away from the demigod trainer.
To his credit he did leave, however Luke did not. Once Chiron was far enough away Luke walked over to the entrance to the jail and closed the door. He then turned back towards me and pulled up a chair.
"What do you want Luke? I really don't feel like talking to you."
"But I would like to talk to you, grandson." Luke's voice had changed, not longer was it that of a teenager' now it was the voice of someone very old.
I turned back towards "Luke" giving him an odd look, I noticed his eye color had changed. "I don't have a grandfather."
"Not from your father's side, but from your mother's." "Luke" said smiling.
My eyes widened. "Kronos?"
Kronos' smile got wider as he nodded.
"What do you want?" I demanded coldly; I did not know much about Kronos but I did know he ate my mother.
"The real question is do you want to live? Here you are in a cell about to be sent off to your execution. I can help you." Kronos said leaning back in his chair.
"I don't need your help, Kronos." I said standing up and spitting out his name.
"And who else will help you? Your God? He has left you to rot in a cell waiting for your death."
"He arrives on his own time."
He was about to reply when the sound of some kind of great wind was hitting the shield around the camp. The sound was soon followed by a dragon's roar, then the sound of a man yelling.
"Attention Greeks! I am here to Demand the return of One of the members of our Legion!" I walked over to the side of the cell and placed my hands upon the brick wall. I started to channel my heat into the wall melting a small hole in the wall allowing me to see out of the cell.
Flying over the camp was a large green dragon with two knights riding on its back. One of the knights had a skull looking helm, he was the one yelling at the campers. He also had chains around his arms hung loose and the glint of light from his black crown gleamed. The dark armor with the glint of gray made it look like bones fresh from fire.
The other knight was also a warden, his armor standard looking with the main exception being his green and black standards as well as the engraving of a dragon over his left breast plate. His helmet had a slit visor with a few sideways openings in his mouth area. Judging from the standards I assumed that this was the rider.
"You have 15 seconds to present your leader or we will take him by force." The sounds of moving chains echoed throughout the camp. "now who is your leader?"
Chiron rolled up before standing up from his wheelchair. Some of the other demigods came out of their shock and ran for ranged weapons, others kept staring at the green dragon flying over them. Seeing the demigods scramble for weapons the warden called to them.
"Hey, Chiron right, you might want to tell your campers to cool their jets. Jade here gets a little nervous when people start pointing sharp objects at her, and while I am not sure how strong your immune system is but I doubt it can hold up to Jade's breath. I forgot to give her her breath mints today."
Poison gas started to seep out of Jade's mouth to emphasize her rider's point. Seeing the danger Chiron raised his hands signaling for the demigods to stop, he would not risk them if he didn't have too.
"You are a knight correct, I can only assume you're here for John!" Chiron called back to the knights.
The Dragon Landed before Chiron as the black and gray knight jumped off it's back. The Warden shortly took off with the dragon circling the two of them. He stopped just before Chiron. "You are incharge after all Chiron? Where is the wine god that is supposed to be here?" The Knight asked looking around. His sword was not in sight. But John knew that did not mean he did not have it deployed. I could see his hand clutching at something.
"Lord Dionysus is not here at the moment but I am the acting director in his absence. You said you wanted to negotiate for John." Chiron said keeping one eye on the dragon flying above.
"I am not here to negotiate, Chiron. I am here for my brother in arms." The knight brought up his two hands the one in the left open with nothing in it. "Either you accept and all of this is washed away." In the other hand was a little cylinder object that John could barely make out that seemed to flicker in and out of existence. "Or we will take him by force." As he said that John could have sworn he saw smog coming from the Knight's rib-like breast plate.
'He is an Inferno Knight.' I thought to myself looking at the black smog coming off his armor.
"Do not make me wait, Chiron. We can end this now and go back as if both of us do not exist. Or we can crush you and your pantheon." The Knight said. "You have 15 seconds to decide."
"I'm sorry knight but I cannot let John go, as I'm sure you have your orders. I have mine as well." Chiron replied grimly getting ready for the knight to make a move. "I am willing to let you leave in peace, but I will not let you endanger the lives of the demigods I watch over."
The knight's head bowed as a light chuckle came from his mouth. "Chiron there is a saying that I am all too familiar with." The Knight looked up as both hands closed. More of the black smog started to spill out from his body as it went towards the ground instead of into the air.
"Hell is filled with men just following order." And with that all chaos was unleashed. The Knight had a wicked sword in his left hand in a flash of black fire and blood. The smoke ignited into a deep chaotic orange around the Knight, John feeling the tainted flames. The knight stabbed his sword into the ground. The wicked blade was bloodied at its narrow tip as flakes of ember floated up from it. The hilt was adorned with parchment and a spiked guard. From the guard where the blade started where saw like teeth still flaked with burning flesh.
"Bjorn you're our ride keep your dragon out of the fight. I will recover the lost sheep." With that Chiron himself prepared for the fight. Slowly standing up the sword was pulled out of the ground its length longer than the knight was tall going out to his side as he slowly started to approach.
Some of the Demigods that were training rushed to fight the Knight. The first to reach him screamed out a battle cry before going for a stab on the Knights right side. The knight easily parried the attack, pushing away the sword and lining up his sword with the demigod's torso. With a quick thrust the knight's sword had impaled the demigod before ripping out his sword. Then the next demigod to reach only managed to scrape his armor before he found the knight's armored fist in his face. With a sickening crack, the demigod went down blood freely flowing from his nose.
The next two demigods didn't reach him as they soon found themselves in the claws of a dragon. "You can thank us later!" The knight on the dragon's back called. Four more knights took this time to join the fight, all of them having the same armor color as the first knight.
I stepped away from my the hole I made and looked back to Luke to see he had left while I was watching the exchange. It was then I made out the sound of hissing near another wall facing away from the fighting. Moments later the wall exploded sending me to my butt and bricks every which way. Standing in the hole made by the explosion was a man smiling at me.
"Brother!" He said happily.
"Brother?" I asked, giving him a confused look.
In a flash of light he was now encased in Lawbringer armor.
"Brother." He said nodded his head.
"Brother!" I replied now understanding.
He jogged over to me and helped me to my feet. We then started to sprint for the camp border. Some of the hunters of Artemis saw us running and started shooting arrows at us but they were soon taken out by the dragon's breath attack. We were about fifty yards away from the camps border when lightning began to rain down on us. One of the thunderbolts landed near me sending me into the air.
I landed hard on the ground, the impact knocking the wind out of me. A shadow loomed over me, I assumed it was the other lawbringer but when I looked up, I saw the angry face of Zeus looking down on me. He grabbed me by the throat and a bolt of lightning stuck us as we were teleported away from the camp.
"Hello there ladies and gentlemen, in-human, eldritch monstrosities to the classical undead….I am here to inform you of Slim's private disco….I mean ship… basically a place to ask more direct questions and enjoy memes…and I just realized I haven't introduced myself."
The Man stands up in a mixture of ballistic kevlar and platemail. "I'm Crusader, one of the newest members of the crew here." He pulls out a Barrett M107A1. "You could say I'm the armorer and special equipment maintainer for the standard gear…"
Almost immediately after Crusader speaks a purple glowing portal behind him spits out a disgruntled and more than slightly pissed lamia dressed in Imperial German clothing and a pickelhaube helmet somehow still on his head.
"SLIM WHERE THE FUCK ARE MY COOKIES!"
Slim Prime appears behind the lamia and hits him over the head with a power chair. "NO CROSS DRESSING ON DUTY!"
Crusader pumps a M97 Winchester with a bayonet attached with very malicious intent. "You heard the Captain!"
"THEN IN THE NAME OF THE EMPIRE YOU SHALL DIE!" the lamia jumps onto its tail while drawing a saber and somehow an MG 42.
"Rogue… make him repent."
"REEEEEEPPPPPEEEEEENNNNNTTTTTTT!" Rogue shouts swinging a giant hunk of rock bigger than his whole body on a pool, while eating a cookie.
The giant rock slamed into snek sending him flying back through the portal he came from, "FUCK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!"

special thanks to the crew and staff members: R.O.W., Rogue, Crusader, and Snek.
God bless and would someone please vent the heresy before everyone gets here.
"Hmmm… No." Rogue says with a straight face.
Crusader furiously presses the vent button. "It's refusing to work…."
