Part 8
-Tazuna's Home-Naruko entered the house with Tazuna following behind her, both of them drenched in sweat smiled at the lovely woman who handed the two of them glasses of lemonade. Haru would love her, she just knew. Naruko looked past the woman to her son Inari, who looked at her in excitement.
She smiled at the boy, happy that she was able to quell the boys anger three days ago. Three days, that's how long she and her team have been at Tazuna's house and how long Haru has been in the enemies hands. Any day now and the Mist ninjas would attack, she just knew it.
And she'd be ready.
Chugging her lemonade she smiled happily feeling refreshed. Giving the glass back to the woman of the house she walked up the stairs fist bumping Inari on the way up.
Entering her shared room with Satsuki she glanced at her meditating teammate worryingly. The girl has barely spoken a word to anyone, Rin and herself included.
Stretching her free arms in her tank top she thought back to the water walking technique Rin and Kakashi were in the process of teaching her when she wasn't helping with the bridge. She knew that if Haru was here he'd be able to perform it almost effortlessly and that kept her going. She'd never give up.
"Dinner!" Tsunami's voice called out.
"Smells great Satsuki let's go," Naruko cried out, running out of the room and down the stairs.
Once again alone Satsuki opened her now two tomoed Sharingan eyes. The anger and guilt coursing in her blood showed no matter how much meditating she'd try.
She could've..
Picking herself up from the ground she looked outside of the window at the bridge that Tazuna, his men, and Naruko clones were building each day. It looked halfway complete, just another few days until she'd rescue that loser.

Haru opened his eyes, enjoying the feeling of Haku's lips on his own. Looking at the older girl's closed eyes he shifted his gaze to the left seeing a strange single holed spiraled orange mask disappearing high up on a branch.
What the hell did this girl drug him with?
Haru focused on the ice user, thinking nothing of the mask he saw and allowed the girl to wrap her hands around him and push him to the ground.
With her eyes once again filled with hunger Haku looked within Haru's excited and confused emerald eyes passionately. Whenever she takes a dose of the powerful drug she feels this desire to consume something, but never someone. He must be special.
Seeing his eyes shift down to her breast again she grabbed his arm and guided his hand to her chest moaning at the feel of his hand lightly squeezing. Haru wasn't too attractive falling more or less on the average side nor was he powerful. Haku had no idea why she wanted him and didn't care, she'd make him hers and keep him, maybe she wouldn't be alone anymore.
Haru stopped his fondling and kissing, feeling an icy tear fall from Haku's eye. It was a single tear, but that was enough for him. It just didn't feel right. He found so much more joy from his Hime gracing him with a rare smile or walking Naruko home after a good day's work of training.
He couldn't do this.
Pushing Haku off of him as gently as he could, the young Sarutobi shook his head and avoided looking at the topless pale Haku. What was he doing? He needed to get back to his team.
Picking himself up Haru walked over to Haku's discarded top ignoring the clanging of the glass vials inside and placed it on top of her breast. Walking away from her, he looked back, taking a mental picture of Haku's pleasure filled face. Definitely using that later.
Taking a step towards the woods around him he grimaced upon feeling his stomach turn inside out. Stumbling forward to a tree Haru placed both his hands on the bark and widened his eyes as pain shot throughout his body.
Clutching at his stinging chest he locked eyes with Haku and then passed out from the pain finding it to be too much. Damnit why now? He needed to get out of here, back to his team!
Haku stalked towards him, her face empty again, an ice made blade in her hand with ice spreading out under each of her steps taken. Halting above Haru she forced his eyes open and glanced at the light blue swimming in them not expressing her surprise.
"You really are something Haru-san," she whispered, picking the boy up and slinging him over her shoulder.

Minato looked outside the window located within his Hokage office specifically towards the northern gate where miles away his daughter and her team were.
"A-rank huh," Danzo stated, standing further behind the man gazing at the blonde's white and red flamed Haori, Fourth Hokage. Danzo may not have respected his previous Lord Hokage, but the one Hiruzen picked out was a Shinobi he could and did respect.
To the entire world Minato Namikaze was the golden haired and golden hearted Hokage who could do no wrong. But to him, he was the Leaf's Yellow Flash who slayed over a thousand Iwa soldiers, the man who stole Kiri's Biju, the man who would always put his village first even if it meant he had to hard wire the entire Uchiha Clan into staying loyal.
A true Shinobi and perfect Kage.
"What do you need Danzo? It isn't like you to grace me with your presence for more than ten minutes," Minato asked, not turning to face the man.
His aura too, it demanded respect. It must've been the death of his wife that elevated the man to become this. Whoever that masked Uchiha was that shattered and reformed his will of fire he had to thank, the village wouldn't be as prosperous without the current man Minato was.
"I'd like to request to take in and train Haru Sarutobi, my rival's heir as my apprentice for the Chunin Exams," Danzo asked, inclining his head.
Haru Sarutobi, a miserable child who spends his time rummaging through his grandfather's possessions and lusting after girls. Someone his daughter used to care for and then start caring for again. Someone who was directly affected by him putting his village over the boy. His Jinchuriki and ultimate scapegoat.
Folding his hands behind his back Minato said, "Do not tamper with the boy's seal or try to use the beast's chakra within him, that Lord Third placed within him."
Danzo expressed his gratitude by bowing his head and then exiting the room, leaving the debatably strongest man in the ninja world by himself.
"Haru Sarutobi, Itachi Uchiha I am sorry," Minato muttered, turning around to his desk looking at the many papers stacked atop it.
