It's time...for the Battle of Hosu to begin...
Ochako was currently in the shotgun seat of the Batmobile, watching the streets of Hosu pass by in a flash as they made their way for the destination that was written on the Joker Card that Batman found on patrol.
"Batman, do you think my parents..."
"Uraraka, your parents are alive. If Joker had killed them, he would have bragged about it by now."
"How do you know that?"
The Caped Crusader gave his intern a serious look that made her flinch. "I KNOW him..."
Soon, they arrived at a decrypt looking warehouse at the edge of Hosu City with a fun banner hooked up on the front with the words 'PARTY TIME' in big green letters over a purple background. Batman and Ochako got out of the Batmobile as they approached the warehouse before a party horn flare sound was heard and confetti shot out everywhere. A spotlight than shined as Joker stepped into view, now wearing a more fine-pressed purple suit with a yellow vest, coattails, and flower lapel.
"Yowzer-Yowzer, Ladies, and Germs! Please give a warm welcome to the Dark Knight and his New Chubby-Cheeked Sidekick!"
The Clown Prince of Crime took a bow as Batman glared at his nemesis. "Where are the Urarakas, Arthur?!"
"Oh, they're just...HANGING around? Come inside, the fun and games are just starting!"
Ochako immediately ran into the warehouse. Batman sighed, understanding her concerns but silently chastising her reckless approach before following after her. The two entered the warehouse and saw a large vat with a red smiley face painted on it. The sizzling emitting from it was a dead giveaway that it was filled with highly corrosive acid. Ochako gasped and covered her mouth as she saw her parents tied up and dangling above the acid vat.
"OCHAKO!" Ororo cried in horror as he saw his daughter. Choko weakly opened her eyes, her lip torn and one of her eyes bloodied and black.
"LET THEM GO, YOU MONSTER!"
Joker just cackled as he jumped down onto one of the I-Beams and tap-danced across it before jumping off and landing on the perch over the acid as he took out a buzzsaw with an extend-o crank.
"If you don't want them to die, you'll have to play a little game of mine!"
Batman narrowed his eyes. "What game are you talking about?
Joker simply snapped his fingers and suddenly, a large present box landed down on the ground with a heavy THUD. Batman kept his ground steady while Ochako tried her best not to fall on her butt. Soon, the top of the present popped open and a large hulking figure climbed out. Ochako could only stare in horror as she recognized the figure. It was different from the one at USJ and was dressed like a clown complete with floppy shoes, a rainbow afro, and a big red button nose, but it was most definitely a Nomu.
"Where did you get that, Arthur?"
Joker giggled as his grin became almost-malevolent. "A friend of mine gave it to me. He owed me a few... 'favors', so to speak. One of those favors was to have my very own toy from his factory!"
Batman tapped into his cowl as his mask lenses glowed light blue, silently sending a special signal to the Batcomputer in order to best see what this Nomu's Quirks were.
"Alfred, can you get me a scan on what Quirks this thing has?"
"Certainly, Sir."
Using a special Quirk Analysis tech that was created by WayneTech, Alfred looked over the statistics before getting a concerned expression as he called back.
"Master Bruce, it appears the Quirks this 'Nomu' possesses are labeled as followed; [Laughing Gas], [Super Jump], [Hammer Hands], and [Springback]. I think you can guess what the first three Quirks can do..."
Batman nodded grimly as the Nomu exhumed a noxious green gas from four protrusions on its back. Ochako placed a special gas mask that Batman had given here in case of situations like this as she rushed forward and touched the beast with her hands, negating its gravity. However, the strangest thing happened as she ended up floating instead.
"Hey! What the heck?!"
Joker cackled as he wiped a tear from his eye. "Oh, you spoiled the surprise! Anything that requires physical contact on this bad boy has the effects sprung back on them! The perfect 'Gotcha' Gag!"
Batman bit his lip. It seemed Joker came prepared when it came to this Nomu, if physical attacks would end up being reflected back on him, he needed to think quickly. The Nomu then morphed its hands into hammers as it let out a mixture of a roar and a laugh and rushed towards Batman, swinging both hammers down with mighty force as the Caped Crusader lept out of the way, narrowly avoiding being flattened into a Bat-Pancake.
Ochako managed to restore her gravity to normal and saw her mentor in trouble and moved to help before a scream was heard as she turned to see her parents being lowered into the vat of acid as Joker laughed.
"Oh, the perfect moral dilemma! Do you help your poor, helpless teacher or do you move to save your parents from becoming grinning skeletons?"
Ochako looked back and forth, seeing Batman struggling to avoid the Nomu's attacks as it jumped after him when he tried hiding in the shadows before turning to her parents. Her father was struggling defiantly while her mother seemed to have her head down as if all hope had died inside her.
"I gotta help Batman-Sensei! B-But...then Mom and Dad will die! I can't...I can't..."
Ochako's eyes suddenly glowed electric pink and she let out a scream of fury as a wave of gravitational energy burst out her body, causing the Joker to be lifted off the ground as well as the Nomu and her parents. Batman pressed a special button in his boots that activated special pads that allowed him to move in zero-gravity.
"Ochako!" Ororo cried as he struggled while floating in mid-air, managing to move himself and his wife away from the vat of acid as Joker angrily took a revolver out of his coat and aimed it at him.
"SOME FRIEND YOU ARE, ORORO!"
Ororo turned to see the Killer Clown aiming the gun and preparing to pull the trigger. "My friend was Arthur Fleck! You're not him! YOU'RE PURE EVIL!"
Joker let out a genuinely furious cry as he fired the bullet. Ororo closed his eyes but then opened them when he didn't feel the bullet hit him. Instead, he saw Ochako floating in front of him, her eyes still glowing pink as she halted the bullet with her finger, removing its gravity inertia to make it stop harmlessly.
"Grrr...YOU LITTLE BRAT!" Joker snarled as he took out a blood-caked crowbar from his coat and springs shot out of the coils of his shoes, propelling him towards the Gravity Girl as he raised his weapon high to strike, only to suddenly find himself frozen in place as if gravity had taken a personal hold on him.
"You tried to kill my parents...how about I KILL YOU?" Ochako whispered, her voice echoing as she clenched her fist and Joker let out a cry of pain as the gravitational force was applied to the arm holding the crowbar, crushing the bones inside as he writhed in agony. Ochako was prepared to crush his entire body next when a hand was placed on her shoulder.
"Uraraka, stop."
Ochako turned to Batman, her eyes sparkling with pink energy as she bared her teeth. "WHY?! HE THREATENED MY FAMILY! HE DOESN'T DESERVE TO LIVE!"
"Do you want to be just like him?"
Those words made Ochako pause as she noticed her parents. Her mother had tears in her eyes while her father looked at her with a sorrowful expression. The brunette then turned to Joker, who simply scowled at her in response.
"What are you waiting for?"
After a tense silence, Ochako Urarka made the hardest decision in her life:
She released the gravity, allowing everyone to drop safely back to the ground. Batman undid her parent's bonds while Joker fell hard on his back, grunting in pain all the while. The Nomu, now free, turned and moved to attack but then began sinking into the group deeper and deeper until it was basically immobilized.
Turning to her parents, Ochako ran and embraced them as she began sobbing. Ororo sighed as he hugged his daughter close while his broken wife weakly placed her hands on Ochako's cheeks and looked into her eyes before collapsing into her embrace.
"Oh god...Oh god..."
Batman sighed as he turned away to let the family have their moment of peace before turning to his nemesis, who simply gave a bitter glare towards him.
"Well...guess this wasn't a very funny joke after all..." The Clown Prince of Crime bitterly said before his lips tugged into a small but sinister smile. "But I bet this will lighten things up."
Taking out what looked like an 'Easy Button', Joker tapped it with his hand and then the ground shook as explosions were suddenly heard outside. Batman turned around and headed outside with the Urarakas to see several explosions emitting from Hosu's buildings, fires spreading as three monstrous beasts soared through the air.
"You remember the League of Villains? Well, I just offered to give their next move a little more pizazz, as they say!" Joker chuckled before bursting into full-on laughter as green smoke swirled around him. Ororo moved to stop his former best friend but by the time he reached him, Joker had disappeared into the darkness.
"ARTHUR!"
Batman and Ochako could only stare in horror as Hosu went up in flames. Dialing 119, Ochako got the police to come and pick up her parents before she and Batman rushed into the city. It was time to be proper Heroes, after all.

BIO
Kouji Kouda
'The Animal Guardian'
Quirk: Anivoice
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Description: Kouji's Quirk allows him to communicate with and give commands to animals. It is a simple Quirk but also a very effective one as well. Kouji can communicate with just about any creature in the animal kingdom that isn't human.
Quirk Drawback: None much to speak of, but Kouji is deathly afraid of insects, despite being able to control them with his Quirk. His shyness also makes it slightly hard to give proper commands to animals unless he raises his voice high enough for them to hear.
