Dear Grandma,
I remember how you told me that the prophecies from down there in the Underland would find me no matter what I did, so I might as well not run away from them but face them head on. That was some of the best advice that I've ever gotten.
I sure could use some of your good advice now too. Wish you were still okay and living here and not in that nursing home.
Hey, I know! We could put you and Vikus together and you could both recover together! Howard could help! He's this guy I know who's a doctor. Well, a doctor in training, but he knows a lot. He saved me so many times. And he saved Hazard. We all owe him at least once. I owe him a million. Anyway, it's an idea.
But I keep forgetting, you don't even know Vikus. Not like I do. Mom and Dad would never go for it anyway. We might as well forget it.
But I feel like I should be doing something for you that I'm not doing. Wish I knew what it was. It's starting to drive me nuts.
I sure miss your wise words,
Gregor - your grandson - the one you call Simon
