I struggled against my chains. I could barely make out the plasma members chained up along the wall with me. My arms were chained to the wall behind me.
Calm down, master.
Munna's voice appeared in my mind. I'd almost forgotten about that.
"Where are you?" I called out.
"Um. Right here." A female plasma member answered.
"Shut up, I cant hear. Where are you!" I looked around desperately.
Were right here. In front of you.
I tried to focus, noticing all of them grouped up in the middle of the room. Pignite puffed some fire out of its nose, lighting up the room momentarily. I noticed the door further down. A pokemon was sitting in front of it. It was a Seismitoad.
"Are you guys alright?"
Yes. We haven't been harmed. One of those people said that if we do anything, that Seismitoad will attack us. It's a very strong pokemon. I'm not sure if any of us can overpower it.
Listening to Munna speak felt strange. Her voice was soothing. I nodded, watching Seismitoad's form. That thing would rip my team apart.
"Are you… Talking to your pokemon?" The woman spoke up again. I groaned, tugging on my chains.
"What's you guy's deal?" I avoided her question. "Why did you try to take that guy's pokemon?"
"They treat their pokemon like slaves!" A guy spoke up.
"Shut up, Roy!" Another guy yelled. "You went too far! Were supposed to be protesting peacefully! Zinzolin will abandon us now!" They started arguing back and forth. The two women got involved as well. I watched my pokemon shifting around uncomfortably.
"Its all right," I said quietly. "I'll get us out of here." The argument slowly died down. Someone was crying. I shifted on the floor, trying to find some kind of comfort.
"You shouldn't have gotten involved." A man spoke up. "Now you'll suffer along with us."
"Shut up," I replied. "I'm trying to think."
"What's your name?" I grunted, trying to stand up. The Seismitoad made a loud gurgling sound. I shuddered, staring at it.
He's threatening you!
Munna's panicked voice filled my mind. I slowly slid back down to the floor.
"What's your name?" The same voice asked again. I groaned.
"Andrew."
"I'm Roy." I nodded.
"Nice to meet you, I guess."
"Um. I'm Sean."
"I'm Benny."
"Jeannie."
"I really messed up, huh."
