Elsa:

„Queen Elsa of Arendelle!"
The voice of the crown princess of Finsterwald echoed again through the ballroom. The girl who seemed to be as old as Anna approached Elsa. She had a stern look on her face. Oh my god, I should have definitely put somebody else inside the chambers next to the stables, Elsa thought. How did I dare believe that I could play this trick on the heir of Finsterwald. This expression on her face was way too serious for a girl her age, the snow queen thought. And some people thought of Elsa as the ice queen, though she was sure one look of Princess Hannah's eyes would be able to freeze somebody faster than her ice powers. She was wearing a gorgeous dark green gown and her hair was put up. Candlelight was reflected from the blond strands. It seemed her hair was emitting light itself. Rover Thunder was slightly behind her. He wore a dark blue suit. The grey cloud with the lighting – the emblem of House Thunder – was embroidered on his chest. Rapunzel stepped in front of Queen Elsa.
"Princess Hannah, Lord Rover, it is nice to meet you.", Rapunzel greeted the other royals.
The dark blond girl smiled at the other one. Elsa realized it was a business smile that didn't reach her eyes.
"Princess Rapunzel, the pleasure is mine. We certainly have a lot to talk about. Though I have to admit, we have to postpone that a little. At first, I want to speak with the queen in private."
Rapunzel frowned and glanced worried towards Elsa.
"Please.", Hannah insisted.
The young princess stared at each other silently for a few seconds. Their partners slightly behind them. Then the heir of Corona grabbed her partner's hand.
"Come Eugene, I feel a little hungry. Let's go and grab something to eat.
Then the both of them hurried away.

"Queen Elsa, I am so glad to speak to you. As you might know I will take over my father's throne in a few years. Therefore, it is my duty to do what is best for my country. With upcoming marriage with Rover Thunder, one of the highest Arendellian lords, I thought we could strengthen the bound between our countries even further."
Her voice sounded neutral. Her face showed no emotion. The aura of invincibility was surrounding her again. Elsa started to wonder. If she had been out of her room and had attended royal events before, would she be as confident as the crown princess? Nothing seemed to disturb this young woman. Her dark brown eyes focused on Elsa. The queen pointed towards the dance floor. A dozen couples were spinning around gracefully.
"Please, Princess Hannah. Today shall not be a day of negotiations. Now it is time to get to know each other and to celebrate. I suggest we continue this conversation another time."
Good Elsa, a diplomatic but vague answer. The queen of Arendelle turned around and tried to get out of this situation. Unfortunately, Hannah didn't give up so easily.
"Actually, there is something else I want to discuss", said Hannah.
For the first time since she got here Elsa could see something else than a neutral or serious expression in her eyes. The local queen flinched. Rover smiled at her snootily. Something changed in voice of the princess. Was this curiosity? Hannah's words let Elsa shiver.
"What do Arendellian people say about their queen having magical powers?"
What do Arendellian people say about their queen having magical powers? Why the hell does she want to know something like that? Was this some part of a crazy plot against me? I gulped.
"With all … due respect, Princess. That is none of your business."
Somehow Elsa managed to make her voice sound as cold as ice. The temperature around them dropped suddenly. While saying the word princess, the platinum blond women made sure to put as much venom in her voice as possible.
"But …", Hannah tried again, this time she sounded a little bit desperate though.
"Enough", Elsa cut her of , "I don't want to hear any of this!"
Hannah froze. Her mouth was slightly open. Her brown eyes bigger than ever. For a few seconds she had lost control. Then the young woman focused again. She took a deep and sharp breath. The aura of invincibility surround her just like it did when she arrived in Arendelle.
"Fine, so let's continue this tomorrow."
She turned around and walked away. Hannah had soon disappeared between the crowd of people. Rover looked at his fiancé a few seconds silently. Then he approached Elsa. His green eyes mustered her. A very serious look was on his face.
"You know Elsa. We are not your enemies. We have never been."
That was the only thing he had said to her. Then he followed the crown princess into the crowd.
You know Elsa. We are not your enemies. We have never been. His words echoed in her head. Memories flooded back in her mind. Suddenly she felt like she was eighteen years old again. She was brought back to that horrible time. Just a few days after she had received the message of her parents shipwreck.

"Princess Elsa, at first I wanted you to know that my family is deeply sorry for your loss. As a family it is one of the greatest tragedies to loose both parents at such an awful accident. However, you are royals as well and therefore it is your duty to assure the kingdoms safety."
A grey haired man stood on the other side of the table. Although he was so old that he could be her grandfather, Lord Maximilian Thunder for sure was not an elderly kind man. He stood as straight as someone could manage. His body was still rather muscular. He wore a dark blue military uniform. His brown eyes fixated Elsa. They analysed her. Elsa was forced out of her bedroom into the royal study of her father, when she got the message the commander of the Arendellian Army has arrived today. Lord Thunder demanded a meeting between Elsa and him to 'discuss the future of Arendelle and outline new ways to ensure the kingdoms safety'.
"Come on Princess say something. You know we are not your enemies. We have never been. You can tell us. Why have you been in this room all the time?"
Elsa looked in the direction the voice had come from. A young blond man was sitting on the opposite side of the dark wooden table. He seemed to be bored. As far as Elsa had noticed his face was only able to make two different expressions. One of them was a snooty simile and the other one was bored. The three of them were alone in a room. Anna tried to sneak in, but was caught by Lord Thunder and ordered to stay outside. Elsa had heard her protest, still they won't let her in. In a way Elsa felt relived that her younger sister was not present. She was already anxious enough that she had to be out of her room. If she came in contact with the redhead, she won't be able to hold her ice any longer.
"Rover, stop it", ordered Lord Thunder.
It was clear for Elsa his voice didn't leave any room for further arguing. Yet Rover tried again.
"But, I just want to know why the gates are locked and why we have never been allowed to visit. After all we are still part of royal family of Arendelle. It's our right to visit the castle more often."
He looked like a spoiled little child. Elsa really started to hate him.
"Out.", ordered a deep calm and ice-cold voice.
Elsa felt goose bubs raising at her arms. Something cold ran down her spine.
"But …", he desperately tried again.
"Why don't you keep Princess Anna company? I am sure she would appreciate it."
Lord Thunders voice made clear he wasn't asking him to do this. Maximilian Thunder slowly turned around to face his grandson.
"Why do I have to do the babysitting?", Rover mumbled while he approached the door.
"We will talk about his later.", said Lord Thunder in a calm, yet threating voice.
Then he looked back at Elsa. His expression softened a little.
"I can not even imagine how you must feel right now. I want to tell you as your godfather I am very concerned about the safety of you and your sister."
Elsa looked up at her godfather. Lord Thunder had been one of the best friends of her grandfather. He died in battle when prince Agnarr was still very young. Elsas' father was crowned at a very young age himself. Maximilian Thunder had tried to guide him through that difficult time. And now … Elsa knew he will try to do the same for her. She gulped. This was all too much for her. The floor stared to freeze. Lord Thunder looked at the ice for a moment. He had been one of few people that know about her secret. This was a huge difference to Anna and Rover who hadn't even a clue who Elsa really was.
"What do you want from me?", Elsa asked weakly.
Her eyes met his again.
"Look Elsa, I know this is really hard for you. However, you are still a member the royal family, the natural heir to the throne. In three years you will be old enough to be crowned. Until then I will serve as Regent. But after your coronation you are forced to leave the room and reign. At this time the people of Arendelle won't except me or anybody else as the new ruler, with you being alive. And child, I don't want you to be harmed."

It would be nice if you could honestly tell me what you think of my story.
