Santana had Melissa looking like she was ready to tear her hair out. Quinn just decided to take a back seat. Santana was running the glee club like a drill Sargent. Eva had caught Quinn's eye raising an eyebrow.

"You are not going to win any competition with songs like this, and no dance numbers?" Santana said hands on hips.

"Quinn helped the girls with their dance number." Melissa said defensively "And they're great songs"

"For a church choir maybe" Santana rolled her eyes "No offense Quinn"

"Ok" Quinn said standing up and walking over to the board. "I want suggestions of what you want to do"

"I..." Santana started.

"From actual students" Quinn interrupted.

Santana sat down muttering under her breath. Quinn rolled her eyes. Santana acted like she had been invited and not just barged in trying to take over.

Quinn felt her phone start to buzz in her pocket. She peeked down and saw it was Puck.

"Ms. Peirce could you take this please, I need to step out" She said handing over the pen.

Quinn answered the phone as she walked out into the hallway.

"How are you?" She asked.

"Better" He replied not sounding quite back to his normal self "I heard you've got Satan there corrupting my baby girl"

"I'll tell her you said Hi" She laughed "They're here for a few days, I think they leave tomorrow, but it's Santana, you know what she did to Rachel"

"I'm heading back home tomorrow; I was hoping Beth could come and stay for a few days" He said.

"Of course," She said "I can drop her after school, maybe Santana and Britt can come too"

Don't you dare" He laughed.

Quinn was sure Santana had worked her influence in the set list, but she was far too tired to go back in and argue with her. She decided to hide out in her office. She knew it was wrong to abandon Melissa like that, but she had been feeling exhausted for weeks. There was just so much that had gone on. She felt like she couldn't catch a break.

She decided to call Antonio. He had a rare day off so he had picked Beth up from school.

She smiled as she heard Moana on in the background. Antonio had grown to hate it with a passion but Beth had him wrapped around her little finger.

"How many times so far?" She asked.

"Still the first time but we've rewound to listen to all of the songs at least twice" He sighed.

"You spoil her" She laughed.

"And you don't?" He challenged.

Quinn just laughed as she flicked through the paperwork on her desk.

"Well I'll be home soon" She told him "Beth is going to her Dad's for the weekend"

"It's Trudy's wedding this weekend" He replied.

"I'm invited to that?" She asked "I've never met her"

"You're my plus one" He replied, "You forgot?"

"Sorry" She sighed "I'm a little all over the place right now, I'll pick up a dress"

"You know the whole closet is your dresses" He laughed.

"What's one more then" She retorted "I have to go"

"See you soon" He said "I love you"

"Love you too" She said as she disconnected the phone staring at the date in her diary.

Quinn groaned putting her head in her hands. She was late and she had no idea what to do. Not enough had gone on now she might be pregnant. They hadn't even discussed more kids. They had been so careful. Or at least she thought they had been.

She mentally scolded herself for panicking. She wouldn't know anything without a test and there was no point in having a breakdown when she wasn't sure of anything. She just wasn't sure how she could pick up a test without Santana or Eva realizing.

So, like any rational person she decided to lie. She told Santana she had been asked to stay late at work and asked if she would drive Eva home. She said she would grab a cab home and pick up dinner on the way for everyone.

It was like being sixteen all over again sat in a school bathroom stall staring down at a little white stick waiting to see if her life was going to change.
