Dear Regalia Kitchen Staff,
I got suspended from school for 2 weeks and have to cook supper as part of my punishment. Now that I've had to cook several meals, I know what you go through just to put food on the tables. And you do it for several tables in one day! I know because I ate those meals. I wasn't nearly grateful enough for all you do on a daily basis. I tried making that shrimp and cream sauce that you make and Ripred likes so much. Wow! I never appreciated how hard that is! It seems like it should be so easy. You do such a good job on it, every time. I'm so impressed. Mine came out all lumpy and gross, but yours is always so creamy and good. How do you get it that way? Ripred doesn't know how good he has it. Well, if he isn't grateful to you, I sure am. I'll kick his tail for you!
