Prompt from Multiple_Characters1_Acct: Can I get something focused on Scooby? Like maybe his thoughts on the rest of the gang?
…
Scooby knew he was the teams' alarm clock.
Breakfast was the most important meal of the day after all.
Fred was the easiest to get up. All it took was a bit of a snuffle in his ear and he was up. Scooby didn't know why he was easiest.
Maybe it was the Alpha role he'd taken on in the pack?
Maybe he was easier to wake because of his need to protect the others under his command?
Whatever it was, he was up now.
"Alright Scooby." Fred muttered, as Scooby placed two paws on his chest, keeping him from rolling back over as he nudged the man's face with his wet nose, "You win! You win!"
Eating was the best! His favourite sound ever was the sound of food dropping onto the floor, plate or bowl.
Scoffing the rest of the food down, Scooby took the time to examine another member of the gang.
Daphne.
She always smelled so sweet, like the pastries in the country with the tall tower… but she never seemed to eat much.
He'd been worried about this at first.
When they all first became friends, he'd always try to push more food towards her. It was only when she sat with him, and explained how different people had different appetites, that he finally stopped.
After breakfast, they headed out, Velma having heard of a ghost in a mill in the town over.
Velma.
He was always being told he was a smart boy, but clearly those people had never met Velma. There were times, he couldn't understand what she was saying, but he trusted every single word. Everyone mentioned how smart she was… but no one mentioned her smile.
Velma's smile was one of Scooby's favourite things in the world.
"Scooby! Come on Scoob!"
And then there was Shaggy.
Shaggy was his most favourite thing ever, even better than a six-course meal. Ever since Shaggy had found him as a pup, they had been completely loyal to one another. Shaggy kept him fed and warm, whilst Scooby 'protected' him from all sorts of ghostly creatures.
Well… he tried his best.
"Scooby Doo, where are you?!"
"Right here Raggy!"
Scooby couldn't imagine a life more perfect than this.
