Rosario Vampire Re-Vamped

Chapter seventeen: Of heroes and monsters (that are also heroic)

Tsukune Aono, the human-turned-snow fairy, was sitting in his homeroom classroom over at Azu-Daioh High, the public high school in the human world that the populace of Yokai Academy had to evacuate to, one well enough morning. The teacher of Tsukune's was a woman named Yukari Tanizaki. From what the former human could gleam on the matter, Miss Yukari, who taught English, was…eccentric, if Tsukune were to put it lightly. Nowhere near as bad of a case as Tsukune's older cousin or Tsukune's father, but still.

At least Tsukune did not have to deal with Miss Yukari on his own; among the classmates he had in his homeroom, the former human had all of his friends from Yokai Academy's newspaper club. This included Moka, Kurumu, Yukari Sendo (who is far calmer than Miss Yukari if you asked Tsukune), Mizore, Ruby, Ginei, Haiji, Kokoa and Draco. There was also Tsukune's old friends from middle school, Satoshi, Gaku and Ryota. Then there was that group of six girls who all seemed to have had Miss Yukari as a teacher before; Yomi, Sakaki, Kagura, Tomo, Osaka and Chiyo-chan.

Surprisingly enough, it was just all of those who were listed that were at school today.

"Yeah, there's some manner of bug going around, it's no biggy," Miss Yukari said when Yomi asked about why a notable number of students were absent, "But we're getting off subject." The eccentric English teacher pointed dramatically at her homeroom that she taught. "The subject of today is Azu-Daioh High's field trip to visit U.A. High School!" The girls in the class all seemed excited by the prospect of getting to visit Japan's top academy for heroes-in-training.

Raising a hand to get Miss Yukari's attention, Ginei said, "Yo teach, would it be okay if me and my buds in the newspaper club did some work for some articles to put in the next school paper? From what I heard, we're going to visit U.A. while they're having a school festival, so I bet that it would make for a good opportunity for the press."

"See if you can do an interview with one of the pro heroes who will be there," Miss Yukari replied. Stopping short with a look of realization on her face, Yukari said, "Oh, while we're on the subject of people with quirks, some of you all in this class have powers of your own as well, don't you?"

Draco nodded his head in the affirmative. "Ja. Even though everyone at this school, staff included, are classified as 'quirkless', the monsters that came here when Yokai Academy had to be evacuated have various powers due to their respective heritages and biologies."

"Yeah, I kind of want to see a comparison between a quirked human and a monster showing off their respective powers," Miss Yukari remarked, "But we'll cross that bridge if and when we get to it. For now, there's a few things that we need to go over before we can all head to the bus so we can head off to visit U.A."

After things were taken care of by all of the classes visiting U.A. on the field trip, the busses loaded with Azu-Daioh High students took off for Japan's top hero academy. The busses had to be cleared one at a time when all of them arrived at U.A.; one of the heroes who was a staff member at U.A. used a hand-held scanner device that allowed him to see if anyone on the bus had a quirk.

"Umm, Mr. Snipe," the bus driver said to the pro hero, "Everyone at Azu-Daioh High, student and faculty alike, are quirkless."

"But I was told that you all had some folks that have powers," Snipe replied.

The bus driver gently shook her head. "That would be due to how Azu-Daioh High received the populace of Yokai Academy when they had to evacuate. Those from Yokai Academy are all monsters, who have varying powers despite being quirkless."

As Snipe went about asking the bus driver for more details about who all from Azu-Daioh High were monsters from Yokai Academy, a female pro hero who taught at U.A. came onto the bus. One of the boys on the bus identified the female pro her as Midnight. "Yo Snipe, what's taking so long in checking who has quirks and who doesn't?" Midnight asked.

"We…got a problem, Nemuri," Snipe explained, "We forgot to take into account the fact that the monsters from Yokai Academy that Azu-Daioh High received when that school out in the country had to evacuate all have varying powers, even though all of them are still quirkless. We need to do some sort of special checking to clear all powered individuals for security reasons due to the differences between monsters and quirked humans."

Midnight nodded in understanding as she held up a clipboard that she was carrying. It had some blank sheets of line paper on it, and a pen tied to a string tied to the little hole in the clip that kept the paper secured to the clipboard. "Okay, if any of you are monsters, I need you to raise your hands," Nemuri called out, "For security reasons, we need some basic info on all of you, since you all have varying powers and are about to enter U.A. grounds."

A number of hands went up in the bus, and Nemuri picked the closest one, which was Mizore, who was sharing a seat with Tsukune. "Okay, you two both look similar to one another," the eighteen-only hero said, "What are your names, what kind of monsters are you, and what sort of powers do you have?"

"I'm Mizore, and this is Tsukune," the snow fairy girl began, "The both of us are snow fairies. Our people are natural born users of cryomancy, which is fancy talk for ice magic." After that, Nemuri was able to log in the other monster students on the bus; putting down Moka and Kokoa as vampires, Yukari and Ruby as mages, Kurumu as a succubus (Nemuri was intrigued by the presence of Kurumu), Ginei as a werewolf, Haiji as a Crow Tengu, Draco as a dragon, Fangfang as a yasha, and Lingling as a jiang shi.

After getting down all of the basic info on the monster students of Azu-Daioh High's newspaper club, Nemuri looked at everyone with an apologetic look. "I'm sorry if I caused any of you all any discomfort by grilling you on what you are and what you can do, but as one of the hero academies of Japan, U.A. has to take security very seriously. One of the steps in maintaining that security is knowing who all on U.A. grounds has what kind of abilities."

After she excused herself to go check the next bus, Snipe looked around and figured that, since all info on those on the bus that has powers had been gathered, the bus was cleared to go through into U.A. for the field trip. The students of Azu-Daioh High were excited that, after the long and tedious security check, they were finally going to get to the meat and potatoes of their field trip, which was attending a school festival hosted by Japan's top hero academy.

The girls and guys of the newspaper club went off into two separate groups, with the girls wanting to see some booths while Ginei led the boys on the hunt for the first good story that they can put in the next issue of Azu-Daioh High's school newspaper. And right away, Ginei spotted what looked to be the perfect subject for an article; a group of four students, dressed up in winter wear typically associated with horse-drawn carriage rides in the snow, which made sense as they had a pair of Clydesdales and a winter carriage for the large draft horses to pull.

It was too perfect a chance for Ginei to resist, so he called out to the group. "Oi, guys!" The group of U.A. students all turned to see Ginei, leading the other newspaper club boys, walk up to them. Ginei even waived to the U.A. students, with the green-haired boy in the group seeing the camera hanging around Ginei's neck. Reaching the U.A. students with his friends, Ginei said as he gestured to himself, "Sup, U.A. student guys. The name's Ginei Morioka." Gesturing to each of his friends in respective order as he introduced them Ginei went on, "These bad boys here are my pals Tsukune, Haiji, Fangfang, Draco, Ryota, Satoshi and Gaku."

"We're members of our school's newspaper club," Tsukune explained to the heroes-in-training, "And we were hoping to do an interview with some of the students running attractions here in order to have something related to the festival your school is doing right now to put in the next issue of the paper when we get it out."

"We're…going to have to ask Aizawa-sensei for permission to do that interview," an intelligent looking boy who wore glasses replied to the newspaper club boys, "And he'll probably insist on being on-hand to make sure we don't say anything that U.A. wouldn't want to go into the school newspaper of another high school. Security and all that good jazz."

Draco nodded in understanding as he replied, "Fair enough." Looking at all of the U.A. students, Draco asked, "I don't suppose that there's some place here at your school's festival that sells food or drink, is there?" The dragon crossed his arms over his chest. "I'd prefer stuff like sweet baked goods, sodas and similarly sweet drinks."

Jerking a thumb at Draco, Fangfang explained to the U.A. students, "Draco here has something of a sweet tooth, although he didn't hear of a whole lot of sweets until very recently, since his people had come out of hiding not all that long ago."

"Oh yeah, you guys are from Azu-Daioh High, so you got the monster students that had to transfer from Yokai Academy," a brown-haired girl, her hair styled in a bob cut, in the group remarked, "Yeah, I heard about that." Looking to the boys from Azu-Daioh High, the brown-haired girl continued, "If you don't mind me asking this, what kinds of monsters are you guys? None of you are like those warmonger monsters from the attack a short while ago, are you?"

"Oh no, none of us are warmonger-types," Ginei replied with an understanding and even mildly amused laugh. Gesturing to Satoshi, Ryota and Gaku, the newspaper club president continued, "In fact, Satoshi, Ryota and Gaku here are actually humans, same as the lot of you." Ginei then said as he pointed to himself, Tsukune, Haiji, Fangfang and Draco in that order, "I can go ahead and tell you guys that I'm a werewolf, but I'll leave it to the rest of the boys here to tell you what they are if they feel like they want to share that."

The U.A. students all nodded in understanding to what Ginei had told them. One of the boys in the group, a purple-haired fellow who looked like he was chronically tired, looked like he was going to ask Tsukune and the others something, but he was cut off when a boy with half-red half-white hair, plus a burn mark over one of his eyes, came walking up to the group. This boy was dressed like the other U.A. students by the carriage and Clydesdales.

Giving the newspaper club boys a curious look, the boy with multi-colored hair asked, "Is there anything that we can help you with?"

"Oh, Todoroki," a green-haired boy in the U.A. group said, "These are boys from the newspaper club over at Azu-Daioh High. They just wanted to interview us about what we're doing for the festival so they have something to put in the next issue of their paper."

Pointing to the carriage to which the Clydesdales were already hooked up to, Haiji said, "Yeah, I want to know what all this is doing here."

To the newspaper club boys, the U.A. student identified as Todoroki explained, "Our class is doing romantic horse-drawn carriage rides in the snow."

"Hoo boy, I bet that the other girls will be jealous of Mizore since she's with Tsukune and will probably want to try the carriage ride thing of yours!" Ginei laughed.

"Excuse me?" Todoroki asked, looking mildly confused.

Gesturing to Tsukune, Ginei explained, "My bud Tsukune here is dating a girl in the newspaper club named Mizore. You see, every girl in the newspaper club was fighting for Tsukune's love, and in the end he ended up picking Mizore." Crossing his arms over his chest, the werewolf said with an amused smirk on his face, "That being said, since Tsukune and Mizore are an item, there is a good chance that they'll try the carriage ride attraction of yours at some point while we're all here for the festival."

Chuckling a bit in embarrassment, Tsukune said while scratching the back of his head, "Heh, yeah. I bet that Mizore will want to drag me over here if she hears about it."

"Well, we're still getting everything ready, but we should be good to go in the next thirty minutes," the brown-haired girl said, "Can you guys try checking back with us then? Until then, please feel free to check out some of the stuff that class 1-B is doing, both as a class and some smaller things that individual groups from 1-B are doing."

"1-A is also doing a few smaller things as individual groups," the glasses-wearing boy in the group of U.A. students supplied, "For instance, our classmate Rikido Sato is selling a number of baked goods that he has-"

"I wish to check that out," Draco said, cutting off the glasses-wearing boy.

Tsukune and the others got directions from the glasses-wearing boy to go find where his classmate identified as Rikido Sato was selling his baked goods before they all took off, leaving the carriage attraction be. After the newspaper club boys were out of sight, Todoroki said as he turned to face his classmates, "Well, it's good to see that our class is going to have some success here at the festival with entertaining guests."

The girls of the newspaper club were walking around the festival grounds as a group. "Ooh, I wonder what kind of attractions and booths the quirked humans will come up with," Lingling remarked as she looked around at all of the wonders that the U.A. school festival had to offer her and the other girls.

Kurumu nodded in agreement. "I'm itching to see if they have any baked goods stands because I'm craving some cookies right now." As she looked around, the succubus spotted a stand that seemed to be just a generic snack stand. The booth was manned by two U.A. students; a girl with brown hair in a bob cut with the bangs partly obscuring her eyes, and a taller boy who had his crimson red hair styled up in spikes.

Kurumu, with the other girls following her since they had to stick together, went over to this booth. "I don't suppose you have any cookies here, do you?" Kurumu asked.

The crimson-haired boy checked something under the counter of the booth that he and the bob-cut girl were manning. "…No, but we have some individually wrapped brownies that have a thin layer of icing, and the icing has bits of candy in it." Kurumu shrugged indifferently and decided to buy one of the snack brownies. "If you don't mind me asking," the crimson-haired boy began, "Are you girls from that Azu-Daioh High place? Because I haven't seen any of you all around here before."

"Yes, my friends and I here are all members of Azu-Daioh High's newspaper club," Moka said. The pink-haired vampire girl proceeded to introduce herself and the other girls, while adding that the boys in the club are looking around as a group for potential stories they can do articles on for the next issue of their school's paper.

"Oh, maybe you all can do an interview with Eijiro here," the bob-cut girl explained, "He and a few of his classmates in class 1-A were actually at your school to fight off the monsters that were attacking there." With a bit of an embarrassed air, the bob-cut girl went on, "Me and the rest of class 1-B showed up as well a short while later to help Eijiro and his classmates with whatever of the monsters that were still attacking."

Ruby had a look of piqued consideration on her face. "…We're going to have to run the idea by Ginei first as he's the club president, but that actually does sound like it would make for a good article." Looking to the two students manning the booth, Ruby asked, "What are your names, so I can give them to Ginei in case he's interested in pursuing that for an article?"

Gesturing to himself, the crimson-haired boy said, "My name is Eijiro Kirishima, and I'm one of the students in U.A.'s class 1-A." Gesturing to his female schoolmate, Kirishima went on, "And this is Kinoko Komori. She's in class 1-B." Ruby nodded to Kirishima and Kinoko, taking care to remember their names so she can give them to Ginei later.

"I have to admit," a brown-haired boy with notably full lips said as he manned a baked goods stand. Looking to Draco, who stood on the other side of the stand as he drained a gallon jug of a tannish-colored drink, the full-lipped boy said, "I was a bit worried that I didn't get the horchata recipe down right. But if you guzzling the whole jug you just bought is any indication, then I think it's a recipe that I can save.

Finishing off the last of the drink, Draco turned to look at the full-lipped boy. "You have rather impressive culinary skills, Sato. Both in making beverages and in baking sweets. Those muffins you made were some of the finest I ever had."

"I just hope you remember to brush your teeth," Sato replied, a mildly amused smirk on his face.

Draco gave an amused scoff in response. "My people are incapable of suffering any of the oral-related ailments that humans such as yourself are subject to. My teeth and overall oral health shall remain forever perfect, Sato."

"Oh, you're one of the monster students from Azu-Daioh High," Sato remarked, "Heh, sorry. I know nothing about the differences between human and monster health."

The dragon nodded in understanding, and was about to explain to Sato what kind of monster he was. However, before enough words left Draco's mouth, a lot of people started crying out in clear panic, making Draco and Sato look over. It didn't take long for the two boys to see what was going on; a lot of similarly dressed men had stormed U.A. grounds and were proceeding to make a mess of everything as they fought whoever tried to stop them.

Draco let out an angered, deep growl, making Sato turn to look at him with a curious and mildly alarmed look on his face. "Those humans are raising hell in what is supposed to be a festival where the students of Azu-Daioh High and U.A. try to achieve alliance with one another." The dragon turned to look at Sato, giving him a serious look. "Rikido Sato, you are a quirked human being trained to one day become a pro hero, yes? Will you aid in repelling those who are here to ransack your school's festival?"

Sato, a serious look of determination on his face, replied in the affirmative to Draco's questions. Ripping off the apron he was wearing over his casual clothes, Sato used his quirk to bulk up with muscle by consuming a lot of sugar. As the hero-in-training did that, Draco transformed into his pseudo mode, growing a pair of horns on his head, a pair of magnificent wings out of his back, a large red scaly tail, and his feet and hands became draconic, with the smaller digits turning into long, black claws.

Sato took off running at the rioters as Draco flew over the hero-in-training, sending a breath of dragons fire at the rioters.

"Why can't Tsukune be here?!" Moka screamed as she hid in one of the booths when the rioters started swarming U.A. grounds and wrecking the festival as they fought whoever. The other girls in the newspaper club went right into action when they saw the rioters beginning to stir up their trouble, but Moka, without Tsukune around to remove her Rosario, was roughly as useful as one of their quirkless schoolamtes over at Azu-Daioh High.

Ruby, having used her magic to give her wings so she could fly over the chaos, flew overhead as she rained down attack magic at the rioters. Kurumu, who was mainly a melee attacker, swooped in and out as she attacked the rioters. Yukari stood at a distance with Mizore as the both threw out their respective magics, and Kokoa and Lingling rushed in to fight up close. The girls of the newspaper club, with the exception of Moka whose power was currently sealed, were doing quite a great job in helping with dealing with the rioters.

As Kurumu and Ruby flew overhead, they heard Ginei call out to them, "Oi, Kurumu and Ruby! Where are the other girls?!" Looking over in the direction that the call came from, the flying girls saw the monster boys in the newspaper club, aside from the missing Draco.

The boys got close enough to help with the fighting. "Satoshi, Ryota and Gaku all took over already, and Draco's probably near that sweets stand with the full-lipped boy that was running it." Looking around, the werewolf, in his werewolf form, saw the other newspaper club girls, aside from the still-hiding Moka. "Where's Moka at?" Ginei asked as he looked up after kicking away one of the rioters.

"She's hiding in-" Kurumu began as she pointed to a souvenir booth, but she was cut off when the booth Moka was hiding in was wrecked, sending a panicking Moka fleeing out of it. Seeing his pink-haired friend run, Tsukune dashed to catch up with her. Tsukune stopped Moka, who calmed down when she saw that it was only Tsukune who had caught up to her. Tsukune took off Moka's Rosario, unleashing the vampire girl's true and full power.

Right away, Inner Moka wasted no time in attacking the rioters that had stormed U.A. grounds. "Know your place!" Inner Moka exclaimed as she knocked out one of the rioters with one of her signature know-your-place kicks. With the second-strongest monster at Azu-Daioh High now on the offensive, the students of both Azu-Daioh High and U.A. were all the more ready to repel the rioters that had stormed the grounds of the latter school.

…As for the strongest monster at Azu-Daioh High, he was still helping Sato fight the rioters near where the full-lipped boy's baked goods stand was set up, a fair distance away from where the rest of the monsters in his school's newspaper club were fighting. Draco opened his maw wide as he spewed a large blast of his fire breath at some of the rioting humans. What had interested the dragon was the fact that some of the rioters had those 'quirk' things, while some of the others had no such powers, making them completely normal humans.

While Draco and Sato fought side-by-side, a girl with long green hair and a bit of a wild look to her came running up to Sato, helping him fight by detaching various parts of her body that seemed to be controlled by the girl's will. "Yo, Sato! I just got it from some of the others that all of these assholes that stormed U.A. are dressed similar to the two bastards that tried to murder Uraraka while your class had your recent field trip to the United States!" the girl exclaimed.

"Are you serious, Setsuna?" Sato replied, looking equal parts shocked and alarmed.

The girl identified as Setsuna, after all of her body parts came back together and she was whole, nodded in the affirmative. "Some of your classmates are over by the gymnasium, fighting all of the rioters over there. Bakugo and Akuma ran into the gymnasium itself to save Uraraka and Mina, allowing Mina to get Uraraka to safety as we were able to confirm that she's the target that these rioting assholes are after!"

"Which way to your school's gymnasium, human girl?" Draco asked. Turning her attention to the German-born monster, Setsuna was surprised to see the dragon's pseudo form. Putting her surprise to the side, Setsuna pointed straight in the direction of the gymnasium. Nodding once in the affirmative once he had the directions, Draco transformed right into his true form, giving the U.A. students quite the shock as he became a large red dragon right before their very eyes.

"It's flying in the direction of the gymnasium!" Sato and Setsuna heard the latter's teacher Sekijiro call out, making them turn to see U.A. teachers Sekijiro and Aizawa, the latter being Sato's teacher. The two pro heroes both watched as Draco flew up and soar over the various building on U.A. grounds.

"Well it's helping us fight all of these men that stormed the grounds," Aizawa remarked as he turned to face another one of the attacking rioters, knocking the criminals' lights out with a rather devastating punch to the face.

Draco made quick work of the distance between where he started and the U.A. gymnasium. When he arrived, he saw a number of U.A. students fighting the rioting invaders. Draco saw to his lack of surprise that his showing up in his true form, especially since he was now flying in place over the area of the gymnasium, had caught the attention of many. Seeing as how he had the attention on many, Draco figured that it would make his job easier.

"Humans of U.A. High School!" Draco called out to the heroes-in-training as he flew overhead, "Do you need assistance?"

The U.A. students were a bit too stunned to react right away, but a boy with a messy mop of green hair quickly shook his head as he looked up at the dragon. "Yes! We can very much use whatever help we can get! All of the men that are dressed the same are here to try and kill me and Tenya's friend Uraraka!"

Draco, already having some of the details thanks to Setsuna, snorted in disgust as he eyed some of the attacking men. He then cast his gaze back at the green-haired boy. "So that is why this invading force stormed your school," the dragon said as he flew in place overhead, "I did not know the reason until now. Very well." Draco of course knew, but he had his reasons for acting ignorant. Draco landed with a mildly ground-shaking thud, his tail twitching slightly in a manner to suggest that he was going to spin around in place to strike people with the tail.

The U.A. students that were in that area all fell to the ground and laid there right before Draco spun around in place, smacking a good number of the attacking rioters. One of the men foolishly tried running up to Draco and attack him from the front, but the dragon, with a wry look of indifference on his face, merely brushed him aside with the back of his right front hand, doing so with enough force to send him reeling back a bit. The U.A. students who saw this were surprised to see that Draco was clearly aiming not to kill any of the rioters. Curious, the glasses-wearing boy from earlier spoke up as he laid on the ground.

"You aren't trying to kill any of these men," the glasses-wearing boy remarked, more curious than anything else.

"My friends and I in our school's newspaper club, as well as all other monster students from Azu-Daioh High, are respecting the no-killing policy you heroic lot like to live by as we lend aid in stopping this invading force," Draco explained. He caught one of the attacking men with his right front hand, picked him up somewhat, and then threw him to the ground, keeping his right hand on him to keep the man pinned.

Draco looked up from his prisoner and over to where the glasses-wearing boy was just now starting to get up from where he laid on the ground. With an amused look on his face, Draco added, "…Also, I would like to thank you for sending me in the direction of your classmate Sato. His sweets were simply delicious."

The glasses-wearing boy looked like he was trying to connect some dots in his mind before he suddenly went wide-eyed with realization. "You're that German boy that was in the group of boys from your school's newspaper club!" the glasses-wearing boy exclaimed. The other U.A. students in that area all looked over at Draco, who to those who knew the truth realized that it was the German-born monster in his true form.

The dragon confirmed to the U.A. students that he was indeed Draco, right before he tossed the man he held pinned with his right hand over to a slight concentration of U.A. students. The fighting went on for a bit outside of the U.A. gymnasium, but with the arrival of Draco to back them up, the U.A. students felt renewed hope in their struggles against this invading force of men that stormed U.A. in their efforts to murder their schoolmate Uraraka, for reasons that was still a mystery to all of them.

The fighting that covered most of U.A.'s grounds went on for a while longer, but soon enough all of the fighting had eventually stopped. Many of the rioting men had been captured, although the man that led the invasion of Japan's top hero academy, a man named Raijin Striker, was killed by a known human villain after being defeated by U.A. students Katsuki Bakugo and Akuma Giratina. As the boys were escorted out of the gymnasium, which was now in flames, Draco rushed in. He came out a few moments later with the body of the now dead Raijin.

Draco threw the remains of the slain villain to the ground, turned back into his true form, then proceeded to incinerate the slain villain's remains with his dragons breath of fire. By the time that the dragon had finished, all that remained of Raijin Striker were charred bones. Ginei explained to the questioning U.A. students that what Draco did was an effort to make sure any persons capable of raising the dead wouldn't be able to do much of anything with Raijin, now that nothing of him but bones were left. Draco, with a large draconic fist, even proceeded to grind the skeleton into a fine, powdery dust, truly making Raijin no more.

The good folks of the monster world took the job of disposing of the remains of those not to be raised from the dead very seriously.

While the school staff of U.A. were handling clean-up and damage control, the students of U.A. and Azu-Daioh High exchanged pleasantries with one another. "On behalf of U.A., I would like to thank you and your classmates over at Azu-Daioh High for assisting in combating the rioters that invaded U.A. grounds," a female U.A. student identified as Momo Yaoyorozu said as she bowed her head in thanks to the members of the Azu-Daioh High newspaper club.

"Yeah, you guys are pretty awesome," a male U.A. student identified as Denki Kaminari said, "You guys could easily work your way around the hero course here at U.A. with your varying monster powers!"

Ginei nodded in appreciation for the praise that the U.A. student were giving not just to him but to all of those from Azu-Daioh High who assisted with helping to combat the invading rioters. "Yeah, monsters and humans working together can help each other with their advantages as well as cover one another's disadvantages."

"Excuse me, dragon boy," the glasses-wearing boy, having given his name as Tenya Iida, said as he turned to face Draco, "But are you be familiar with the Dragoon Hero Ryukyu, by any chance?"

"She's one of the pro heroes you humans are training to be like, isn't she?" Draco asked, and Tenya proceeded to explain that Ryukyu's quirk allowed her to turn into a massive winged dragon. Draco, who is a real dragon rather than a human with the power to turn into one, was intrigued by the concept that the Dragoon Hero presented.

Looking around, the green-haired boy, who had given his name as Izuku Midoriya, said, "Well, I think that we unfortunately have to put the school festival to rest here. There was just too much that happened here because those men that wanted to kill Uraraka showed up."

Tsukune, as he and his classmates looked at the U.A. students, saw the brown-haired girl that was with Izuku earlier look troubled. Putting two and two together, the human-turned-snow fairy got it that the brown haired girl is Uraraka. "…Do any of you all know why those men wanted to kill your friend Uraraka?" Tsukune asked the whole of the group of U.A. students.

"Sadly, no one has any clue as to the motives that the rioting men had," Tenya replied, "The pro heroes are still investigating that matter."

Ginei clapped his hands together, held them up in the air with the palms facing towards the U.A. students. "Well, I think that my club's efforts to get some stories for our school's next issue of the school paper is a bust."

"Didn't you want to do a story on the romantic horse-drawn carriage rides through the snow attraction that my friends and I were going to do?" Todoroki asked casually, drawing a bunch of surprised cries out of the newspaper club girls, all of whom proceeded to swarm Tsukune.

"Girls, leave Tsukune alone!" Mizore exclaimed, "Besides which, Tsukune ended up choosing me, remember? If Tsukune's going to be taking any of us on a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride through the snow, it's going to be me!"

END, CHAPTER SEVENTEEN

Author's notes;

This chapter covers the events of the school festival mini-arc in my story 'A couple that will go down in legend' but seen from the point of view of the Rosario Vampire characters, who if you would go and check play a notable role in those chapters. Sorry to those checking from the BNHA end, but a mix of work being put on hold due to the chaos of the March 2020 period, and me having come back from the dentist the day this chapter went up (3-24-20) to get three teeth pulled, ate up a lot of my time. Mostly the March 2020 chaos stuff.

Seriously, don't make the same mistakes that I did. Take care of your teeth. We're all humans, not dragons like Draco who never has to worry about that kind of stuff. …Lucky bastard.

Well anyway, Ima go on and proceed to brainstorm how I want to structure the next few chapters for this story. I want to do one where the girls of Azu-Daioh High are subjected to a fair bit of trouble, as it sets up the one afterwards that will see more of my BNHA story, as well as a bit from one of my other stories, splashed into this Rosario Vampire story. It'll take me a while to get all of that going, so please bear with me. I'll catch you all later.
