Danny Reagan hated and loved the spring at the same time. He hated it because he was practically allergic to every pollen known to mankind. But he loved it because his wife seemed happier- she loved the spring. 'Spring is the time when school is winding down, boys fall in love with girls, pretty flowers bloom, and don't forget spring represents fertility!' Danny smiled as he remembered her words. When she put it that way, how could he argue? Any chance they got, Danny would show Linda how much he loved her, and she'd do the same. That was the only reason why he liked spring- he and his wife made love nearly every night of spring.

Danny sneezed loudly, making his partner jump. He coughed then let out an exasperated sigh.

"You sure you don't have a cold?" Baez wondered.

"It's my d@mn allergies. I was in such a rush this morning, I forgot to take an antihistamine."

Smirking, Baez wondered, "why were you in a rush?"

"Uh, I overslept." The detective sneezed again and grunted, prompting a giggle from his partner. He looked at her, a little annoyed.

"Sorry, but it's sorta funny."

"It's annoying, that's what it is."

"Why'd you over sleep?"

"After knowing me for this long, I'd think you'd know."

"Ah! Gotcha. Got down with your bad selves, huh?"

Danny smiled, "Yup, we di-" he sneezed again and rubbed under his eyes.

Baez smiled, "You've got a visitor."

Danny looked behind him to see his wife coming up to his desk. "What brings you here?"

"I was thinkin' 'bout you. And us. And last night," Linda smirked, "and how ya kept sneezing!" She said, annoyed. "And then I thought about how you were running late this morning. And I realized that you probably didn't take an allergy pill. So here're the pills and your glasses," she reached into her purse as Baez smiled.

"I didn't know you wore glasses."

"Usually, I wear contacts, cause glasses get in the way, but-" Danny sneezed again. "Wearing contacts with allergies is a bad idea." He held his hand out for the pills and glasses.

Linda was about to put them in his hand, but she moved her hand out of reach of Danny's. "Kiss first."

He smiled, stood up, and kissed his wife. He didn't care if everyone was watching; he loved his wife, and he wasn't afraid to show it!

Linda smiled and gave him the pills and his glasses. She watched him take the pills dry, "Ugh. How do people do that?"

"I never understood how," Baez shrugged.

The nurse smiled at the detective once his glasses were on, "there. Now you've got that sexy English professor vibe."

Danny smirked and hugged her, "I guess I'll have to teach you a lesson then."

"You're the teacher, Professor. I'm just a lowly school girl." The couple turned to Baez who had made a gagging sound.

She had her mouth open, her finger on her tongue, and gagged again.

"Jealous much?" Linda teased her friend.

"Reagan, get back to work!" Carver called from her office.

"That's amazing. Every time I'm not working, she knows," Danny frowned. "It's like she's a psychic."

"Maybe you could teach me about psychics tonight." Linda flirted.

Danny smirked, "your session shall begin promptly at six thirty."

"I can't wait." She kissed her husband sexily.

"Reagan!" Carver yelled again.

"Okay!" Danny yelled back. "I'll see you tonight."

Linda smiled at slapped Danny's butt, "don't be late."

"I wouldn't miss this night for the world. Now go study 'fore I get into trouble."

Linda was about to kiss Danny, but stopped right before she touched his lips. She smiled sexily, then walked away.

"You're mean, Linda Reagan!"

Linda turned around, and, walking backwards, blew a kiss to Danny.

He smiled and sat back down. Looking at Baez, he asked, "what?"

"You guys are sick."

"It's not sick to have a healthy sex life. Statistics show that making love is a longevity factor."

"Can you imagine? You and Linda, old and crumpled over, making love at a retirement-home?"

Danny laughed, then sneezed. "That's entirely possible."

"Get back to work, Reagan!" Carver called again.

"Sorry!" He sneezed and went to work.
