Clyde was already in his pyjamas and he just about to sleep.
"I'm so tired, time to sleep." he yawned.
He crawled into the bed and turned out the lights so he could fall asleep. As he slept, somebody rang the doorbell.
"Who could that be?" Clyde thought to himself as he got out of bed and walked downstairs to answer the door.
He opened the front door to find that nobody was at the door... but somebody had left a baby (that was no older than five days) with brown hair and brown eyes along with some baby supplied on the doorstep! Clyde picked up the baby and noticed that there was a note attached to the baby's diaper. Here's what it read:
To Clyde Donovan,
This is Asher and you're his biological father. His birthday is on June 22nd.
P.S. Next time, wear a condom, you asshole
"What? I'm this kid's biological dad?!" Clyde sputtered. "I guess there's only one way to find out."
The only way he could be sure that Asher was his biological son was to get a DNA test but it was too late to go get a DNA test, so Clyde decided to take in little Asher for the night. He tucked Asher in his bed and surrounded it with pillows to ensure that he wouldn't fall out of bed in the middle of the night. Clyde decided to sleep on the couch that night. As he tried to fall asleep, Clyde tumbled off the couch.
"Ow..." Clyde groaned.
He then had this thought in his head, he changed into a coat and left the house.
Meanwhile at Kyle and Bebe's house, the two were fast asleep but they heard somebody banging on the bedroom window.
"Hang on honey, I'll go check what's making that noise." Kyle reassured as he got out of bed.
The male redhead opened the curtains to find that Clyde had brought a ladder over to their house, set it against the outside of the house's wall and climbed up the ladder to (presumably) stalk Bebe again.
"Clyde, what the heck are you doing? It's the middle of the night!" Kyle demanded as he opened the window.
"I need to see Bebe because she left her son on my doorstep." Clyde replied.
Kyle was puzzled so Bebe got out of bed to deal with what was going on.
"Look at this." said Bebe.
She lifted up her nightgown, revealing her swollen stomach.
"See? I'm still pregnant and the doctor confirmed that the child I'm pregnant with is a girl."
"You're pregnant? I thought you ate eighty seven muffins for breakfast each day?"
"No, you dumbass! Now get out!" Bebe demanded.
She slammed the window, causing the ladder to topple over and Clyde fell into a swimming pool in the yard beside Kyle and Bebe's yard!
"Shit..." Clyde muttered as he climbed out of the pool.
He got out of the pool, returned home, changed into some dry clothes, checked up on Asher and went back to sleep on the couch.
The next morning, Clyde woke up to find himself lying on the floor. He tried to get up but his legs were cramped.
"Thank goodness it's Sunday. My clinic isn't open."
Clyde then went upstairs, got little Asher, put him in the backseat of the car and drove off to Scott's clinic. On the way there, he thought about what he could do with Asher once he got ahold of the DNA results.
"If Asher isn't my son, I'm putting him up for adoption but if he is my son, I'm keeping him." Clyde thought to himself.
Once he arrive at the clinic, he waited for Scott to call his name. Once that happened, Clyde have Scott a sample of his and Asher's DNA. Scott told him that he'll need some time to analyze the DNA and that the results should be in after a week. Clyde groaned because he had to raise Asher for a week, not to mention that he had to sleep on the couch for the time being.
That night Clyde was fast asleep on the couch until he heard the sound of somebody crying, it was Asher. Clyde reluctantly got up from the couch and went upstairs to tend his crying son. He picked up Asher and rocked him to sleep.
"Don't you worry child." Clyde quietly reassured.
Asher soon fell back to sleep. Clyde then went back to sleep on the couch.
A week later, Clyde finished this work for the day and now he was at Scott's clinic, ready for the DNA test results.
"Your DNA matches with Asher's DNA." Scott concluded. "Congratulations, you're the father."
Clyde froze there, he couldn't believe what Scott had just told him. He felt like he could throw up on the floor any moment soon.
"H-H-H-How is that p-p-possible?!" he stuttered.
"I have no clue." Scott replied. "That's something you should figure out yourself."
Clyde left the clinic and drove home in confusion. As he drove, he thought about when was the last time he slept with any girls. Ever since started college, he always tried to ask out every pretty girl he met but they all rejected him because they didn't like him. However, he somehow managed to convince a girl to sleep with him about a year ago, but he couldn't recall who she was. Maybe that's how he ended up with a son.
When he got home, it was late so he went to sleep on the couch right away but not before tending his son so he could sleep.
As he slept, Clyde couldn't stop thinking about that one question (that will most likely remain a mystery forever): who was that girl Clyde slept with a year ago?
