Lincoln was playing some video games with Clyde, Liam, Stella, Zach, and Rusty at his house today, and they were all having fun together as friends. While playing their game, Stella couldn't help but ask the white-haired boy: "So Lincoln, he actually turned himself in?"

"Yep. But he got lucky and he was acquitted." he replied

"I'm still amazed that he got free of charges like that." Clyde admitted. "That's not something that happens every day."

"Agreed." Lincoln admitted himself about that little caper. "Although he's not completely off the hook. He needs to pay Ronnie Anne and her family fifteen-thousand dollars as compensation."

"And are you guys still going to Tanzania?" asied Liam

"Oh yeah. It will be awesome. And besides, Luke saved many slaves in Mauritania before."

"Mauritania?" asked Zach. "Where's that?"

Lincoln paused the game, and pulled out his phone to show his friends that Arid country in northwest Africa. His friends looked a little amazed, although Clyde knew where it was anyway. "Wow. That's cool." Rusty said. "And they have slaves?"

"Around twenty or forty percent of the population lives in slavery."

"No way." Stella said. "Those poor people."

"But Luke and his friends freed many slaves, and killed their masters."

"Sounds like John Brown a little." asked Liam.

"Who's that?" Zach asked

"The guy who went all bat-crazy and raised hell at Harper's Ferry to free as many slaves as he can. John Brown was a real hero. I think my pa told me that it was a little before the American Civil war."

"How do you know that?" Asked Clyde.

"My dad likes to tell me tales and stories of the past in America. Some of my ancestors resided in the Confederate states at that time."

"Sounded like Luke was a hero, too." Liam said. "I wish I had a brother like him. I mean, I love Rocky, but what are the chances of having a big older brother freeing slaves and killing bad guys?"

"Well, I think you should be happy you have Rocky." Lincoln said flatly.

"Oh yeah, you're right. I didn't mean it like that."

"Well when you go to Africa," said Zach, "can you take a picture of lions, tigers, or bears?"

"Lions, I can, but there are no tigers or bears in Africa." Lincoln said. "But Luke said that there used to be bears in Africa."

His cronies looked a little amused hearing that. "Really?"

"Oh yeah, you're talking about the Atlas Bear." Clyde remembered. "I've read about it before. It's dad that one is extinct." The kids continued playing their game and Lincoln's parents came back from the grocery store with a few luggage in paper bags that they were carrying with their arms.

The dad looked happy to see the kids and after he and his wife put down the bags, he asked: "you kids doing okay?"

"Just fine, Mr. Loud." Clyde replied.

"So Lincoln, are you doing alright, honey?" Asked Rita

"Just fine mom. Wht do you ask?"

"Well, I saw that you were still conflicted about Luke. Me and your father just want you to be happy."

"Don't worry about it." Lincoln said, "I admit that Luke is not really... my brother, but I can still call him a friend. He did save me and the sisters from a group of greasers at Gus's Games and Grub."

"We remember you telling us that." said Lynn Sr.

"Those guys would have made minced meat out of us if not for Luke and his friends!" Rusty said. "We were lucky that we were saved by the Pride."

"Now that you think of it," said Liam. "What if those guidos come back for revenge? Last thing I want is to see those greasy tapeworms again."

"Don't worry. The police have caught up to those guys three days ago." Lynn Sr said. "You won't be seeing those slimeballs anytime soon."

Just then, the doorbell came open and Lincoln went to answer it. It was Mike and he had a flat smile on his face. "Hello, Lincoln, kids." he greeted. "Mind if I come in?"

"Sure Mike. Make yourself at home." Rita warmly said. The zookeeper didnjudt that, and he had his hands clasped together.

"Lincoln, I would like to say: sorry if Luke is not the big brother you wanted. He told me about the shooting star thing and how you made that wish. And if you still want to hang out with the aniamsl in their pens like the Lion pride, or the wild dogs, you are always welcome to ask me if you want to do that."

Lincoln smiled: "thanks, Mike."

"Anytime. But, I want Luke to keep a close on you when you go in there. I don't want you to go in those pens without him. Or me, of course, even the most gentle and docile animals in the safari park can hurt you if you're not careful."

"Don't worry. I won't." Lincoln swore, which made Mike comfortable.

"Good."

there was a knocking on the front door and it was a little rough, and Lynn Sr answered it. To Lincoln, and the kids' horror, four men with muscular arms and white tank tops were seen at the doorbell. It was those same guidos from before at the arcade before.

"Ah, there you kids are." said Mario, their leader. He pulled out a beretta handgun from behind his back and aimed it at the kids. "Time to finish a score."

The second goon pulled out a pump-action shotgun, the third an AK-47 rifle, and the fourth, a mauser pistol. The parents shouted in horror, and so did Mike. "Just do as we say, and nobody gets hurt." said the second goon.

Everyone in the living room had their hands up and looked like they were about to surrender in a war. "Okay, there's no need for violence, gentlemen."

"Au contraire." said Mario, pointed his gun at her head. "Do as we say, and call the rest of your kids down here."

Rita was very reluctant, but sue didn't want to see anyone get shot. She called the kids and the sisters were about to scream in horror when the third goon exclaimed: "don't when think about calling for help, or you all get a bullet in your heads. Come downstairs, and listen to what we says."

"And we'll let you go." said the fourth greaser.

The parents, Mike, and the kids were so scared and they never had a home invasion before. "Now out your hands behind your heads, and come with us to the dining room."

The family did what they were ordered to and walked in the room next to the living room. They were then told to sit against the wall in the dining room at gunpoint, and not to move. "What do you want from us?" Lincoln asked

"Like we said," the second goon reminded. "Payback."

"Right you are, Anthony." Mario said. "Now, here's how this is going to go down, we are going to take all your money and your prized possessions, and then after that, we're going to have a good time with you," he pointed at Rita, "and you," and Lori next.

"What do you mean?" Lori asked.

"You'll see." the third goon smiled.

"Boys, time to rob this place blind. Octavio, Quincy, keep an eye on these people. And if they try anything funny... you know what to do."

"Got it, buddy." said Octavio. The first two guys went into the parents bedroom and the kids' bedroom and took whatever money and prized possessions they had, and went back downstairs to regroup with the others.

After that was done, Mario said: "looks like it's time for the fun, you come here," he looked at Rita, and the mother reluctantly complied with this. "Now pull your down." Rita gasped and figured out what they were going to do. "And after we're done with you and that lady here, I guess we should just kill you all."

Rita struggled and tried to escape being assaulted, but the men were too strong to resist. "Alright! All of you guidos come out with your hands up right now!" said a tough man's voice, and it revealed tone the police arriving to stop this madness.

"Oh great. The piehole's on to us." the fourth goon said.

Well have better weapons than them. We can take them," Mario boldly said. "How many cops can there be?" the four men rushed outside and readied their guns, but their hearts dropped to their feet when they saw that there was about fifteen police cars, and about fifty officers. "Maybe not."

"Get down on the ground with your hands behind your heads!" the chief said. "And pass your weapons to us."

The troublemakers complied, and did as the police ordered them before being cuffed around the wrists, and being thrown in the police cars."

It was just then Luke came at the door, and helped the family. "Are you guys okay?"

"Yeah Luke." Lincoln smiled. How did the police come so fast,?"

"I called the police when I saw the monte carlo car out there. I knew who it belonged to."

Lincoln smiled and hugged Luke gratefully.
