Hello, everybody! I just wanted to tell you that there will be a sequel to this story that takes place during the events of Rebels. I won't be publishing it until the last chapter of this story is finished. This way, I can tell you what it's name is and if it's officially a Godzilla/Star Wars crossover.

That's all, folks! Enjoy, and please R&R!

Chapter 16

The Great Desert, Ryloth, the Ryloth System

Godzilla and Ghidorah roared fiercely as they charged each other, their momentum equivalent to the avalanches of Naboo's highest mountains. They clashed with a tremendous boom resonating in the soaked desert.

Ghidorah's left head moved swiftly to lock it's jaws on Godzilla's side, doing little more than slow him down by a small amount. Godzilla grabbed Ghidorah's middle head and twisted it in painful movements that made the spectators cringe. The dragon's right head latched it's jaws on Godzilla's wrist, but Godzilla twisted his arm in a way that freed his wrist. His arm free, he swiped his open hand at Ghidorah's middle head, the claws leaving golden claw marks on the monster's face.

Ghidorah raised his wings and attempted to fly backwards, but Godzilla wasn't easily moved, and choke-slammed the head into the ground. Ghidorah's limbs flailed around helplessly, until the left head took control and flapped the wings upwards. The lift was enough to weaken Godzilla's traction enough to pull him along. Ghidorah lifted the King a short distance upwards, until Godzilla's weight forced him to let go of the middle head. The middle head then angrily bit into Godzilla's right gills, eliciting a scream of pain from the lizard.

Ghidorah then fell to the ground, using Godzilla as a cushion. Godzilla let out a short shriek of surprise and pain, then his back began to glow. Ghidorah continued his assault on Godzilla, failing to notice the blue glow through the rocks.

Godzilla's Atomic Breath shot out of his mouth with the intensity of a cutting torch. Ghidorah's thick golden scales protected him from injury, but he was helpless to the force of the blast as it propelled him upward. Ghidorah landed with a thud that was barely heard over the whirring of the blue flames.

Godzilla noticed a bright glow in the clouds. The soft green-blue light almost calmed him. With a blinding flash, the clouds parted to reveal his Queen, diving toward Ghidorah with violent intentions.

Mothra spat a web of silk at Ghidorahs heads, attaching them to a mesa. Ghidorah's right head freed itself with it's teeth, and tried to free the other heads. He was interrupted by a blue glow.

Ghidorah hissed in a warning display as Godzilla slammed his entire weight against him, shoving the dragon directly into the mesa. The rocky formation collapsed on Ghidorah and pinned him under several tons of stone.

Ghidorah groaned as he lifted his middle head out of the rubble. The groan ascended into a sharp trill, calling the attention of another Titan.

Mothra fell through the clouds at incredible speeds, her arms raised and prepared to attack Ghidorah. However, she would never get the chance, as a web of thick vines flew in front of her. Mothra screamed in distress as she became tangled in the vines.

A face appeared before her. This thing was intensely hideous, like a cross between Godzilla and a crocodilian. It's entire body was green and made from plant matter. Many of the creature's vines ended in vicious mouths that could probably tear through Mothra's wings.

"Biollante," the Queen growled.

"Good evening, my Queen," the horrid sight replied in a growl. "So nice to see you again."

"If I had known that Ghidorah was going to call you in, I would have brought Rodan with me." Mothra threw Biollante a self-satisfied look before continuing. "Oh, wait. I did."

Biollante's confident smirk turned to fear as she heard an ear-piercing scream. She looked up just in time to see the flaming reptavian dive toward her. Biollante screeched as Rodan tore his red-hot talons through her vines.

Rodan was noticeably different now, as his body was engulfed in flames. Even the rain from Ghidorah's hurricane did nothing to drown the fire. Under the flames, one could see short feathers covering his body.

Rodan unleashed another shriek as he circled back around for another attack. Biollante looked at her vines to see that Mothra was gone. She only had a moment to react as Mothra just barely stabbed her legs through the giant plant's head. Biollante, distracted by Mothra's attack, didn't see Rodan dive into her body, his flaming feathers setting the dry insides on fire.

Biollante screamed as her body burst into flames. In a moment of realization, she reached for Mothra and pulled her in, intending to take the Queen down with her.

"GOJIRA!" Mothra shrieked in fear. "HELP!"

Godzilla heard her cry as he was about to crush Ghidorah's middle head under his foot. Instantly forgetting about the dragon, Godzilla sprinted to the fiery beast. He tore into the plant's body viciously.

"LEAVE HER ALONE!" he roared, his thick hide unscathed by the flames. He finally reached the orange heart, where Biollante's life lie.

"ENOUGH!" he screamed as he ripped the organ out of her body. Biollante instantly fell lifeless.

"Gojira!" Ghidorah roared, regaining his bearings. "Why do you trouble yourself with the safety of such weaklings?! Let them die, and face me! This is our fight, not theirs!"

Godzilla crushed the orange heart in his fist as he turned to his nemesis. His brow furrowed as his back began to glow again.

"Weaklings?" he asked in a growl. "Weaklings?! How dare you speak of them like that!"

Ghidorah's middle and right heads smirked evilly, while the left head was becoming increasingly worried.

"Our fight, huh?" Godzilla continued, the glow reaching it's crescendo. "You want a fight, you stupid serpent? Well, guess what? YOU GOT YOURSELF A FIGHT!"

Godzilla charged at Ghidorah with unprecedented speed. It was at this moment, Ghidorah realized, he screwed up.

The golden dragon attempted to fly away, but Godzilla was too fast and grabbed his foot. The sudden added weight threw Ghidorah off balance, and he fell to the ground.

Godzilla pulled Ghidorah to him and repeatedly beat at Ghidorah's heads. His back started to turn orange as his rage fueled every blow. Ghidorah realized this and tried to get him off with his electrical bolts. Godzilla was unfazed, and slashed at the heads every time they fired their lightning attacks.

Finally, the rage-fueled energy burned in Godzilla's throat, and he released it in an angry roar. The orange fire burned at Ghidorah's middle head like a star, and before long, the head was reduced to a stump covered in ash.

The remaining two heads screamed as they fired their electrical breaths at Godzilla's chest. Godzilla grabbed them and forced their streams of energy to cross, creating a ball of energy that exploded in a blazing inferno.

The heads rendered lifeless, Godzilla looked at the approaching fleet of Separatist ships as the sky cleared. He summoned the last of his rage to his throat.

The fire lashed out at the ships and destroyed them with ease. Godzilla adjusted his aim to destroy every ship he saw.

His anger now sufficiently expended, Godzilla exhaled in mild exhaustion. He looked down to see his Queen, crawling up his body. He stooped down and lifted her up so she could reach his shoulders.

The two monarchs watched as many Titans approached them. Rodan's fire had gone out, and was now replaced with his familiar rocky armor. Anguirus and Kumonga crawled to him, and Caesar lumbered tiredly. Battra landed atop Anguirus' back, and a strange, long-tusked Titan walked on it's knuckles alongside them.

The monsters kneeled to their King and Queen. Godzilla felt that this was undeserved, as he would be fighting Ghidorah again.

"Just go with it for now, Gojira," Mothra chittered in his ear. "Everybody needs a leader, and they just so happen to have a King."

Godzilla nodded softly at her advice, and reared up his head in a victorious roar. Mothra followed suit, as did the other Titans in a chorus of power and justice."

Ahsoka, Anakin, Noc-Ta, Obi-Wan, and Mace Windu led the clones and Twi'lek out of the cavern. Their eyes were assaulted by the bright sun, a welcome change from the dark hurricane that ravaged the area earlier.

Ahsoka looked up at the spectacle of Titans. Mothra and Godzilla stood above the rest of the Titans, like true rulers. The sight made Ahsoka smile.

Mothra turned her head and took notice of her champion. She flapped her wings and glided gently to land in front of Ahsoka, her bladed legs digging into the wet sand. She lowered her furry head to Ahsoka's level.

"You did well, Ahsoka," she said through telepathy.

"I just cut up a few droids and ran into a cave," Ahsoka replied in self-pity. "If anything, I did what cowards do."

Mothra shook her head sadly.

"If you were a coward, you would have left the droids behind and hid in one of the caves before Ghidorah even came. What you didn't wasn't cowardly; it was wise, and valiant."

Ahsoka raised her head to make eye contact with the ethereal moth. She smiled as she embraced her.

"Thank you, Mothra," she said, feeling the wet fur against her skin.

"You're welcome, Ahsoka," Mothra replied, gently holding Ahsoka with her mandibles.

After the heartfelt exchange, Mothra flew back to her King. They exchanged a series of growls and twitters before they faded from view.

"How is everything going, Ahsoka?" Noc-Ta asked, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"It's getting better," she replied.

Anakin walked up to them, a grim look on his face.

"It's not over," he said. "The Conqueror is still in orbit, along with the rest of the fleet."
